Shake Shack Prudential Center

After enjoying the avocado bacon burger at Shake Shack Encore Boston Harbor last night, we decided to continue our Shake Shack run today at the Prudential Center. It’s very easy to find inside the Prudential Center mall. The restaurant was clean and busy, with lots of people dining in. Ordering was simple using the iPad kiosks. We ordered the avocado bacon burger again and also tried the SmokeShack burger—both were excellent in taste and quality. We even felt this location was better than the one at Encore Boston Harbor. 🍔👏

I ordered a veggies burger and fries, my hotel is only few minutes away, I ate it straight away when I am back in my room but everything is cold. The food was cold to begin with. The veggie patty was so salty and oily and I just could not eat it. Totally waste of money. I usually like shake shack but food at this branch is horrible. Never again.

Not sure if it was the manager, or a staff. But I think they need to learn how to accommodate some of their customers. I put my order in on the internet at Shake Shack. When I went to go pick up my food, it took almost 15 minutes for someone to come and check in. As I told the manager that I placed an order online, she acts to see the receipt on my phone. I showed it to her and she said that I ordered at the wrong location, the correct location will be on Newbury Street, I asked her if she would be able to refund it, she then took a picture of my receipt and said I should be receiving an email with my refund, I had a discount because I used the promo code and unfortunately I will not be getting that discount back. The moral of the story is please train your managers and your staff lead, customer service and Hospitality should be number one... unfortunately I will not be returning to this location even though I work directly across the street...

Who has a priority lane for cash only customers… huh 🤔 The rest of us who live on plastic / digital currency stand in line for the next kiosk to order digitally. If you are going to dine in, pls grab a table number, yes it’s a mandatory input for ordering…lol The server brought the burger to the table ( yes based on the table number tag you entered while ordering)… I had no issues with the service. The place is nice and clean, has a good vibe to it. Food is decent, better than fast food burgers for sure.

This was my first time at a Shake Shack. I was blown away by the flavor of the burger. The milkshake was okay I’m personally not a fan of the iPad set order, but overall it was a great experience.

Shout out to Theo he was great when I was there he was friendly ,polite and welcoming gave me great recommendations . Whatever he's getting paid now he deserves a raise . Yall need more workers like him.

On the last day at Boston, before we went to the airport, we grabbed a burger from this store in Prudential Center close to the entrance to Sheraton Hotel. I love the best seller Shack Shack Burger. The fried mushroom is very crispy in contrast with the stringy cheese. very delicious. It is highly recommended.

Went in today to order some chicken nuggets and was shocked how old the oil was. Buyer beware. Not only where the chicken nuggets burned, but the oil tasted days old. On the good side, the employees were mostly helpful.

What happened Shake Shack? You were one of the best burger joints in Boston never mind that you are over priced and tiny at least there was a semblance of quality over quantity. But alas today I almost lost my lunch when I ate your new truffle burger thingy not only was it tepid although it was assembled right in front of me but the actual patty had no flavor not of beef not a hint of salt nothing. This is not a good combo for burgers especially ones that require a high fat content as a proper burger should I am feeling quesy right now and I wish I had never eaten it. The chicken sandwich was really good and the fries were better than I remember them being. Please I want my money back for that burger. It was nasty. And tiny.

I wanted something super quick and it wasn't opened yet so I ordered on the app for pick up when it opened. No lines, super! I ordered the chicken sandwich and the cheese fries. The chicken sandwich was super crispy and delicious. A touch on the greasy side. My cheese fries were just ok. Never enough cheese! The food took about 15 min from the time they opened until it was ready, which seemed longer than expected. Still it was quick.

Stopped here with a friend for a quick cheese fry run while shopping in the Prudential Center. The store was incredibly clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. Definitely one of the better Shake Shacks in the Boston city-- especially after my experience with the Downtown Crossing location. The bacon cheese fries were tasty, but it seemed like the cheese was a little older, and there was not enough bacon on the fries. Other than that, the taste was delightful, and honestly worth $7. I'll be back!

Looking for a relatively fast and tasty burger with hot fries? Shake Shack will make that happen. We've dined at many of these over the years, and we've found the food to be good, and the quality consistent. This is not easy to do as they've expanded dramatically since 2004, the latest statistics I found were 262 US locations and another 140 international. One of my pet peeve's are cool or limp fries. Fries can be awesome when served hot and crispy. Many restaurants fail this basic test, but we've found the Shake Shack gets their food out quickly after cooking, helping ensure a positive result. That said, they do take longer than most fast food restaurants to prepare an order, they are more like a Panera when it comes to order fulfillment. Is this the place to go to get a gourmet burger cooked to your specifications? No, but if you're hungry and in a rush, and want a tasty burger and fries, Shake Shack is a good choice.

Ordered food for Dine In Staff indicated there are no table numbers available, you need to wait for your name to be called and come back to the counter for your food... Is this a one/time experience or can I expect this going forward?

This location just opened up a few days ago 12/5/22 here at the Prudential Center. Looks like there was a good crowd dining inside. It didn't take too long for my order. I chose the 'Shroom Burger, a breaded and deep-fried cheese-stuffed portobello mushroom patty in a bun. It's topped with lettuce, tomato and the chain's special sauce. ( I asked for mine without tomato) I decided to dine in my hotel room nearby looking out of the high rise window and enjoying the view while savoring my delicious mushroom burger. Next time I think I'll savor a shake with a burger!

Clear your schedule...this was not the first time I've been here. Gave it another shot...you will wait. I ordered through a person at the counter after I waited 5-10 minutes. (They want you to use an ordering Kiosk) she took my order for 1 cheeseburger...everyone disappeared from the front counter area. I waited 20 minutes and finally an employee came close enough that I could flag him down. He asked me my name, I told him, he checked the bag on the counter that had been sitting for 10 mins and said "here it is." I would have been waiting all night if I didn't speak up. Terrible customer service, like the opposite of customer service. I will never go back to this store ever again, I work in the building. Terrible! I wish I could give less than 1 star. Go somewhere else

I work on Newbury so usually go to that location but I walk by this one on the way to the post office, it's beautiful inside so after a long shift I wanted to give it a try. I read the reviews and was a little nervous. I do feel like the reviews are a bit unfair. The staff all seemed really young doing their best with what they've got. Maybe they need better supervision is all. Food was very fast despite other reviews. Fries were cold and some were hard but whatever burger was piping hot and delicious. Cut these kids some slack

I thought my burger today and I found there is a live snail on avocado. I went back to counter and told them there is a snail. The girl is so fast and smart. She took that one slide of avocado and say it's just on that slide of the avocado you are fine right now. I was like, excuse me? That how you guys deal with food safety problem?

A 20-minute wait for a small chicken sandwich that was a sopping mess, and an order of fries. Ketchup dispenser that people seemed to know was empty but not interested in refilling. $15 for the privilege.

This is amazing. Food was great, service was amazing, and ambiance was all around incredible.

Over priced burgers! Takes way too long! After 30 mins I looked over to see if there was any progress, but the workers were instead getting into the music that was playing in the background. They were line dancing in perfect formation, not one or two but the whole kitchen was "gettin down". I knew then my food was going to take much much longer.

So nice to have this new shake shack. All those that worked there were very nice. They keep the place clean. And we had fun trying the different shake shack food options. Definitely go.

I know other people who have said good things. My first time was also good. My coworker and I ordered on line to go and our order was ready when I arrived. The place is set up real nice and seems comfortable to chose to eat perhaps another time when we're not working. The order was correctly put together and my cheeseburger with bacon, lettuce and tomato was very tasty. Satisfying. The fries were also good. Thank you to make my experience a very good one where I know I will return!

Ridiculously slow service. GrubHub and Door Dash more important to them than the customers in front of them..

Tiny portions compared to the Shake Shack restaurants I've been to in NYC. Feels like a rip-off Service here is also noticably worse. And they auto-tip themselves here which is also different. Really disappointing.

I got taken to the cleaners. A small double truffle burger, crinkle cut fries with a dollop of cold Velveeta on them, and a lemonade was $26 and change. Ridiculous.

This place takes too long to serve food. On February 14 I went in to get a hot dog and waited patiently to order. There was only one other person ahead of me and I could see that she had been waiting for some time to give her order but I'm not sure how long she had been waiting. Anyways once I gave my order for a hot dog with cheese I took a seat and waited patiently. About 5 minutes later and after seeing about 4 people who ordered after me pick up their order I inquired about mine the girl said its coming and went to check on it she came and said again its coming. So I decided to go next door to the p.o. when I came back a minute later I again inquired about my order this time she went to the prep station took the hot dog out of the bag and put it up on the station. Now I still don't have my hot dog with cheese after about 10 minutes. So left without the hot dog no receipt no refund nothing. Eventually about 2 hours later I went back and got a refund. The manager suggested ordering via the app that way it's ready when I get there. Yeah right! Anyways the food is good but be prepared to wait as it's not food that's fast and a nice clean spacious place.

Good fast food, but don't expect your food any time soon. It took some 45 minutes and two inquiries for them to try to explain that somehow the electronic kiosk did not properly transmit my order. But then they "found" my order -- lukewarm burger, barely cool beverage -- which apparently had been sitting around for a looooong time. I asked for my money back, but there was no convenient way for them to do that (again, a "kiosk" difficulty). They redid the drink, but I couldn't wait even longer for a fresh burger.

remember when you could go into a restaurant and order from a cashier and pay with a card. easy peasy, right? not here.
