Shake Shack Southlake - TX

Who doesnt like shake shack? I gave a 4 star rating only because staff messed up my order and as i explained to them, it is not acceptable particularly when allergies are involved. Cant be a mistake. Staff was friendly and even tried to fix it willingly, thank you for that. My granddaughters enjoyed their meals.

Service was excellent, very quick. From the door to the end of my order was 1 minute total. Granted I knew what I wanted. Food only took 6 minutes after that to get brought out which is nice and it was hot and fresh. Cheese fries were crisp and delicious. They give a wooden fork so you don’t have to get messy if you don’t want to. Shake is great, not solid like ice cream but not a puddle.

Is shake shack good? Yes. Delicious. Is the price absurd? Yes. Absolutely. Would I return because the quality of the food exceeds expectations? Yes. As someone that works in customer service I would encourage you to have someone more upbeat or at least looks like they want to be there at the front taking your order. With the prices of the items on the menu I’d assume workers are getting paid fairly and “tips” shouldn’t be solicited. As far as the burger goes… I think the layer of shack sauce was thicker than the patty itself. The lettuce was soggy and the excess sauce made the buns soggy too. Maybe I’m picky? Or maybe $17 for a single patty burger, fries and drink is just a little too much when the majority of the burger was bread and sauce. I’d love to leave a better review but I expected better for the price.

Ordered takeout on the app, easy peasy. Went to pickup, waited a few and staff informed me order was ready. Took it outside to enjoy the shake and burger. The burger was on the smaller side but very tasty and juicy. Will take this over most other fast food places. the peach shake was also decent except some of the peach pieces were too big for the straw and I was in danger of hyperventilating trying to suck out those delicious peach pieces. Besides that, definitely a winner. will come again when i feel like training my breathing and stamina :-)

I never knew this place was so awesome! The burgers are awesome! I got the SmokeShack and it’s my favorite burger I’ve ever had now. The service was awesome. And the building is nice and very clean, which is AWESOME!! Totally, awesome!!!!!

This was our first visit to Shack Shack and the ordering process was a bit awkward as the cashier stood and smiled without much interaction. I don't expect a long conversation but it seemed like they were there to 'just do the job'. I saw they had a Dubai shake and decided to try it out. A price wasn't posted but I never thought a milkshake would be almost $10. This one was!! Our burgers while small were very flavorful. The fries with cheese sauce and bacon were not very good. We got a small drink and they weren't kidding it was small. The Dubai milkshake? Awful. Zero flavor. The pistachio had absolutely no flavor nor did the shake itself which literally taste like nothing. For a bill of $44.50 I have expectations of food that is at least edible. Besides the burgers, the rest was a waste. Doubtful will return.

Its a burger joint. The food was OK. I had the chicken bacon sandwich, my friend had the single patty smash burger. He was disappointed with the size; $7 for a burger smaller than a quarter pounder fully dressed. Fries were so-so; nothing to write home about. Service was lackluster. The counter personnel were not pleasant and cheerful - they looked like they just weren't having it that day. I dont k ow if they were having a bad day or if that's their normal demeanor - none of my business. There's plenty of burger joints better, and there are certainly some worse.

Shake Shack in Southlake is one of my go-to spots for a great burger. The ShackBurger is always juicy and packed with flavor, and I love how crispy the crinkle-cut fries are. Their shakes are thick, creamy, and perfect with any meal. The staff is friendly, and the place has a clean, modern vibe. It can get a little busy, but the service is still pretty quick. Definitely a great place if you’re craving a quality burger and shake.

BBQ is off the table and it's all about truffle. Truffle hamburger, truffle parmesan fries, truffle-Coke (JK). Place was fast and friendly and clean.

Ok, I am a Shake Shack virgin. Why did I wait so long to try their burgers? What a great experience. From ordering to bringing my delicious tray with my burger and fries. The Shack burger is just the right size for me and tasted so fresh. Jarrad stopped by my table to see if I needed anything and I let him know I had never eaten here before. He went on to tell me why they are so good, all fresh ingredients on the burger and the fries they change the fryer oil everyday. The fries themself are crispy and light tasting, super fan of them as well. Free refills on drinks all for around $15, not bad. The restaurant is clean with lots of seating and fun hip music playing. I will be back over and over again. Stop by and give Shake Shack your burger business.

Shake shack is one of my favorite burger places! My burger today was even better than usual, I don't know if it was actually extra soft and savory or if I just showed up extra hungry. The fries and shakes here are pretty standard, yet a little pricey. The burgers are for sure the standout but I'll keep ordering a shake when I come here because it feels wrong not to get a shake at Shake Shack :)

I couldn't resist going back to this spot two days straight. The first day, my friend and I devoured the chicken sandwich and a shack burger, both were fire, especially paired with the cheese fries. The service was mid, but with such amazing food, and a clean facility it's become my go-to burger joint whenever I'm around here!

It's fresh hamburgers & Vienna hot dogs served hot. Fries are fair. They offer umami burgers & shakes made to order. My wife's on a strict diet & had the vege burger- too salty :( what you sacrifice in calorie count; you get in sodium count?! They have a side door that needs addressing bc it slams loud & hard?! C'mon folks, like no one notices that stuff? Need more attention to stuff like that; dining area is clean as was self serve drink fountain :()

As the old commercial used to say where's the beef? I know I just got a cheeseburger with a single patty, but I really thought I would be able to see more than just the bread when I opened it up. In fact, there was so little meat on it I'm glad that I enjoyed the bread and the pickles and the sauce. I really don't think I'll be back for a burger here.

All around meh. Fried portobello burger is worth skipping. The hot dog is forgettable and expensive. Not many choices on the concrete. Pricey for what it was. Wouldn't go back.

It's really a shame for me to give Shake Shack 3 stars because I frankly love Shake Shack, but my experience here (and so far at all the TX locations) have been disappointing. I ordered for pick-up at 3:30 online and they introduced the truffle burger and the truffle fries which I was excited about. I arrived around 3:45 and my order was ready so I was happy that I could grab and go. I had to eat in the car when I arrived at my workplace. Burger looked solid and when I took a bite -- it was pretty good too! Had the truffle scent and everything. Unfortunately, the fries were disappointint. It had parmesan cheese powder on the fries which was good but they forgot my truffle dipping sauce. I was really looking forward to the dipping sauce but I was pretty disappointed it wasn't there and I drove too far to go back and ask for it. Another note to self that I need to check the bag all the time before heading out. The burger was really good and I enjoyed every bite of it but I can't really review the truffle fries since I didn't get the key ingredient. Maybe next time!

Customer Service was outstanding.! Place is nice and clean! Burgers taste amazing, Fries were nice and crisp ( Parmesan Fries ) The dreamsicle shake taste incredible. I definitely recommend this place. My only criticisms would be, I wish Shake Shack sold Turky Burgers And I wish burgers and fries were sold in a combo.

Prior to this evening, my only experience was dining during weekend brunch. Today, I decided to try dinner. Because app notified me mobile ordering was not available for this location, I had to order in person. When I noticed several orders ready for pickup while in line, I wondered how those customers were able to order for pickup. I ordered the Hot Ones Burger which is advertised as the Spicy Bacon Cheeseburger on their in-store menu. I . In my previous experience ordering at the counter for brunch, I had to wait by the pickup counter for my order. As this during dinner hours, I was given a number tag. I enjoyed not having to wait by the pickup counter as the area can get crowded. Some fast food restaurants provide a straw and napkins when food is delivered to the table; Shake Shack is not one of those restaurants. Since only my cheeseburger and drink were on the tray, I had to go inside to get them. The Hot Ones burger may be spicy for some folks, but it was not for me. I did enjoy the different flavor of the Spicy Shake Sauce. Considering the Hot Ones burger is almost a dollar more than the SmokeShack, I would not recommend it for the frugal.

Oh man, I cannot get enough of Shake Shack! I usually default to a chicken sandwich when I come here (I'm just weird) and MAN are they good. This time, I was in desperate need of a cheeseburger. Shake Shack saved the day! The Double Smoke Shack was to die for! Their meat tastes fresh, not too greasy, perfectly moist...I could go on. It's just a perfect burger. Employees here are friendly and always helpful! It's clean here and is just such an easy place to come knowing you'll have a good experience (and even a quick one if you're in a pinch). Their shakes (we get ours malted) are Braum's -level and that's saying A LOT from this Southern kid. Hard to beat. We love Shake Shack!

A little disappointed that they're charging for every little thing added to the burgers but it's so damm good I guess I'll suck it up. Hahaha definitely a treat once in a while because it's pretty pricey for a small burger. Try the shroom burger add pickles and red cherry peppers!

My goodness!! This place has some amazing food! Had the double smokeshack burger(plain and dry, I'm one of those), and it was very VERY good. It was a little crusty on the edges and nice and soft meat in the middle. Cheese oozing out of the buns and the bacon was nice and crispy. The fries were also very nice and crispy. Perfectly salted. It just doesn't taste like a fast food burger. It tastes like something from a nice restaurant! Highly recommend these items. We also had a cookies and cream shake(malted) and that shake is one of the best shakes I've ever had! Truly! Give it a shot. Please. You'll thank me.

We were craving burgers so stopped in here. I Had the special korean chicken burger with gochujang and kimchi. Ummm.... idk what they think is kimchi. But this was not. It was more like plain cole slaw. Nothing fermented or spicy about it. The gochujang sauce was ALOT ! It was dripping out from the bottom of the burger. It was def tooooo much. Maybe you can request for it to be lightly sauced? Or sauce on the side. The regular double cheeseburger tasted alright but was very greasy. Grease was dripping from the burger. So over all. Both of our burgers fell short of our expectations. They were very messy and greasy. The fries were surprisingly good though. I was worried it was going to be too thick cut. But they were nice and crunchy. I think we both gave this place two tries now and were not very impressed. The black and white milkshake tasted like herseys chocolate sauce. I was hoping for actual fudge swirls in it. The way the guy described it, I thought that's what it was going to be. So kinda disappointed in the shake too.

We were pretty impressed overall. There isn't a drive thru, which is not a big deal. Friendly staff and com pets our order quickly. I had a Shack Stack. Really delicious, especially the cheese. The burgers are not large in diameter, but loaded with lots of goodies. The wife had a hot cacao shake that was delicious. I appreciate them having bio degradable straws. Pleased to see that. Will come again and spend more time eating in vs to go. Great place!

What can I say, if you love the sauce you will love this place. They have great burgers and fries. The shack sauce is the draw and worth the extra calories. Highly recommend this spot for a fast casual burger.

I was'nt impreesed by the Shake Shake at all! its an okay overpriced burger and they forgot my pickles and onions! I also witnessed one of the workers eating fries right out of the fryer (Gross) as I walked up to get my onions and pickles that they forgot!!! Fries were small and are also overpriced for (3.99)! I will not be back for the price they want for food and cleanlyness of a worker eating out of the fryer when nobody was looking! This place needs managements attention for sure!

I find it interesting that the tip leeching bled over into the point of sale at this fast food place (wanting us to tip at the time of order), and there is not one clean table to sit at in the entire place. Drink rings and crumbs with the tip request is beyond annoying.

Fairly packed location with quick service. The menu has a pretty good selection with non diary options. There is inside and outside seating with turf and lawn games. Honestly the chicken bacon avocado sandwich and wrinkle cut fries were pretty dang good. Yes it's chain restaurants but the quality was there. Worth checking it out

First time to visit a Shake Shack. It was crazy expensive for the amount of food I got. I paid over $17 for the smallest burger they have, fries, & a drink. Burger & fries were good, but gif that price it should've been a bigger burger. I won't be back.

I love Shake Shack, I'm a big fan and have been a customer for a decade now, since they were just a shack in Madison Sq Park. I've watched them grow with multiple locations in NYC and eaten at their international locations in London and Dubai. I usually always go for a double shack burger, cheese fries and a chocolate shake but the prices can add up!! On this occasion I tried their 'shroom burger which was actually quite tasty, their burgers are on the smaller side compared to the likes of Whataburger and Five Guys, but it was a good burger and I didn't even miss not having meat!! Cheese fries good as always, though it was a little short on the cheese!! I had a huge 24oz of Brooklyn Brewery's Madison Sq Park Ale which was very drinkable and their salted caramel concrete for dessert (the name escapes me) - which was very much on the salty side and not my favourite - we have a gallon of Bluebell's new salted caramel cookie in our freezer right now and that's amazing! We also tried their chicken bites as I'd haven't had them yet, but they were disappointing - tiny bites - the size of Chick-fil-A nuggets (and their small!!) if not smaller! Especially compared to the size the chicken sandwiches are! Also the dipping sauces aren't made in-house :( However I got my Shake Shack fix! It's been awhile. The portions are smaller and the prices on the high side but they make tasty food. If there was a Shack closer to me, I probably would be there more frequently - In-N-Out is my local burger joint now!

I attended a Yelp Event at the Shake Shack on September 3rd. I was happy to find a Mushroom Burger on the menu and ordered it along with fries and a Cascara Shake. I've never heard of Cascara before but it was delicious, very subtle flavor and the frozen custard base made it very creamy and rich tasting. I later googled and discovered that Cascara is derived from cherries from the coffee plant. Delicious!! The Mushroom Burger was tasty with a well seasoned and batter fried mushroom filled with cheese. It was on the small side but it was very rich in flavor. The fries were hot and crispy. I enjoyed my meal very much. This particular restaurant is conveniently located on Southlake Blvd and is easy to get to. I really like the decor of the restaurant. Our table was made from a recycled bowling lane!! I would recommend this restaurant to any burger lovers. I would personally welcome the offering of a Black Bean or Quinoa Burger for those of us that are vegetarian/vegan and would like a serving of plant based protein.

Great burger. Ordering was a little confusing and not very well explained by signage. Very much like a smash burger.

My friend and I were with our kids deciding on what to eat. We saw Shake Shack and without a doubt I said "Let's go!" She had never eaten there so I bragged about how amazing the food is. Walking from the parking lot to the door, I noticed the tables looked filthy outside. Dried up ice cream on the table tops and just trash all over. Posted on the door is a sign stating that the air conditioning is out! We are already in 90 degree weather but needless to say we were not going to dine inside with no circulation. We went in to order. The cashier was very unhappy looking and her attitude was rude. The sweet tea was out. Usually, from all of the Shake Shack visits we've been to (from Austin to Frisco), the drink is served with the meal. We were given cups when we placed our order. I asked the lady if they had more tea behind the counter. She said they would make some and to give it about 5 minutes. Our food was already ready and still no sweet tea. We asked again and it would be another 4 minutes. We sat outside in the heat at a table we cleaned. The outdoor lights shut off. This is around 8:30 pm. So basically dining in the dark. The burgers were very salty but the fries were good. We finally got our tea when we went inside and asked for the third time but the taste was strong. My daughter compared it to coffee. No one ever came out to clean the tables and the lights never came back on. It was a huge mess. I was very embarrassed that I took my friend here hyping it up for her and it was an absolute disaster. I even thought they may had just opened because of how terrible things were going but looking on previous reviews after, they have been open for at least 5 months! This location needs to get it together and stop tarnishing Shake Shack's name and image.

I'm very disappointed. The last 2 times I came to this location they have let me down. First time they ran out of everything and only had one thing off the menu. So we left and came back again. I order the avocado bacon chicken sandwich everytime. I always ask for it grilled as i do not like fried chicken or burgers. I had asked for it to have no lettuce or mayo and for the chicken to be grilled. When I received my order it had lettuce and mayo and it was fried chicken. When we took it back up and asked again for it to be without mayo and lettuce and grilled chicken. The guy said we don't do that here and the guy at the front doesn't know what he's talking about. As i've ordered grilled chicken here multiple times previously. I love their food and the cheese sauce is so yummy. Just very disappointing about the chicken and the hospitality.

Get the SmokeShack burger! Besides the fact that these Southlake Shake Shack burgers are made with hormone free and antibiotic free beef, this creamy, crunchy, flavorful, slightly spicy, bacon and cherry pepper burger is what sets Shake Shack apart. It's delectable! They also have yummy fries, silky shakes, and other tasty items on the menu, like, Chicago style hot dogs and hand breaded chicken bites. This is definitely not a run of the mill fast food restaurant; this is quality fast casual, the Chipotle of burger joints.

Shake Shack has practically carried out their New York prices here to Southlake and I can't work with it. Especially with those portions! Shake Shack had always been one of those restaurants that I've always wanted to visit, but never passed by the right time and felt the actual need to stop and get a burger. A few weeks ago, that was the day! Me and my son had ordered two burgers (big mistake!), Smoke Shack & the Truffle Burger along with cheese fries. Seating was a bit of a trouble since every table was occupied, but luckily they have outdoor seating, right? Well the outdoor covered area made the noise of the families at the other tables amplified x10 and it was pretty chilly to sit on the benches outside of that space. So we opted to come back inside and lucky enough there was an empty table waiting for us. Our burgers were quality from the buns to the meat and toppings, but the Smoke Shack was nothing special for a burger with chopped cherry peppers adding a nice tanginess. Same for the cheese fries though the sauce wasn't practically Velveeta, it's nothing to write home about--the wooden sticks given with the fries just made it more difficult to pick up the fries in my opinion. On the other hand, the Truffle Burger though had an amazing mushroom truffle flavor in the mayonnaise slathered on top along with the slight crunch of the fried onions. One problem I had were the burgers being underwhelmingly small for its price, when at Whataburger you can order burgers twice the size AND half the price. We ended up still being hungry after the burgers and the fries so we picked up some Crumbl cookies nearby... In summation, going here for my family would just be for the novelty of it and no going out of my way for their burgers. Though, I will be coming back for to try their Chick Shack and shakes! 3.5 stars, rounded down

The chicken bites were great, hot and fresh. Service was friendly and the establishment was clean. Bathroom was well kept.

I'm an In-n-Out guy, but my wife really likes Shake Shack and we've begun to frequent this one a good couple of times in recent months. The burgers are smaller than what I would like and the prices are higher, but they do make a good burger, the double SmokeShack at $10.something is $$$, but tastes damn great. They recently added the Korean style Fried Chicken sandwiches to their menu, which I understand are highly popular in their South Korea locations, and I love me some kimchi. The sandwiches do look small, I swear the bun was smaller than the burger buns! (lol, I think it was just me), but the fried chicken breast(? - I wanna say) was a good size, cooked well, and the gochujang sauce was tasty, sweet but I wouldn't say spicy. Good amount of kimchi underneath the chicken, it just needed a little more crunch to it. Overall though, it was a good Korean chicken sandwich, and nice new addition to the menu. COVID-wise, every other table inside is currently taped off to allow social distancing. A couple of months ago when we dined outside, tables weren't taped off. Staff seem to be wearing their masks. Soda fountain is blocked off, and usage allowed by staff only. The inside was starting to get fairly busy and I never saw a staff member come on to the restaurant floor and wipe down tables, which is a shame.

I was excited to try their new buffalo chicken! The poster looked sooooooo good I had to try it. To my disappointment, let's just say, it's gonna be a no for me dawg. I took 2 bites and it taste Bad. The lettuce looks dead.. I low key want my money back.

I'll start this review off on a light note! Their seating is 10/10. They have plenty of seating both inside and outside. I love that there were multiple long bench tables because I have a big family and it fit us perfectly. I ordered the Shack Stack, fries and their limited edition Strawberry Limeade. My husband ordered a double cheeseburger, fries and a Coke. The wait wasn't too long considering how busy-ish they were. I'd say we waited 5-10 minutes. Welllll. When they called our name, I asked for some dipping sauce and miss lady was pretty rude to me. She ended up giving me one tiny little side of sauce but I wasn't about to ask for more because I wanted to enjoy my day. Moving on to the quality of the food! For some reason I didn't expect the mushroom on my burger to be so big, it was literally the size of my burger patty haha. It was okay! I think I'd prefer a regular cheeseburger next time. My husband enjoyed his meal. The fries were great like always. But the strawberry limeade.. too sour. Not worth it at all. Other than that it was an okay visit!

Shake Shack in Southlake!? Woohoo! Definitely a place for delicious burgers and wonderful crinkle cut fries. Service here was great and you can actively see employees in constant motion. Even saw two employees with casts on their legs and they were definitely working hard. Place was kept clean and their seemed to be constant motion. Condiments and utensils were stocked and refilled when low. I usually order the Shake Stack, which is a glorious Cheeseburger with a 'Shroom burger thrown in as well, but I opted for a simpler version on this trip. Here's what I ordered: 'Shroom Burger: This is fried Portobello mushroom that has melted muenster and cheddar cheese piled into it. It comes with the usual lettuce and tomato along with the ShakSauce (like a thousand island dressing or fry sauce). Anyhow, still as consistent and delicious as if ordered from any other Shake Shack. Watch out for that initial bite into any burger with the 'Shroom patty. That cheese gets everywhere and you definitely want to keep every delicious calorie in your mouth. Losing any cheese into the burger wrapper or table is just too cruel. Hot Chick'n: Friend chicken breast that has guajillo and cayenne pepper in the breading with slaw and pickles. This was delicious and quite spicy, but worth the heat whether you like things spicy or not. Well executed and chicken wasn't dry at all. Fries: The crinkle cut fries are always crispy on the outside and soft inside. Great and delicious fried potatoes. Can't go wrong with this and even better if you opt to add the cheese sauce on it. Frozen Custard: Custards here are amazing. Nice and creamy smooth texture to their custards. Delicious in a shake or after any meal. They're a great treat. As good as Andy's Frozen Custards. This place is great and has outside seating as well. Food is consistent and always tastes amazing. Only thing that feels a bit cruel is despite how delicious everything always is, I tend to feel hungry even after a complete full meal (Burger, fries, drink, and dessert). The burgers and portions tend to be a bit small considering the price you pay for the food, but don't get me wrong, it's worth the price based on the quality of food you get. I just want more... Minding the price, this place definitely gets 5 stars on food/service, but drops a notch solely based on the price and portion sizes. If price is not a factor, then this place is easily a 5.

Very cute interior huge outdoor patio seating. Burger was 10/10. My fries were not cooked through I was too tired to go back inside and ask them to switch them out for cooked fries so I just ate them. I'm gonna excuse it because they were extremely busy and I know that things can happen when restaurants get busy. They also forgot my order so I waited 30 minutes and went up to ask and the girl said I'm sorry we will have it right out for you. I guess they overlooked it. I would come again and give them another try. They still got a good rating because the burger was so delicious.

The place is clean, hard wood and metal chairs with wood benches, nothing padded. Had not tried Shake Shack before and will never eat here again. Asked girl at register how big their meat patties were, since they offer a single and double option, she said "I did not know". We asked what was in Smoke Shack burger and her reply was "I don't know" she finally figured it out and we asked for the cherry peppers on the side and she did not know how to do that. She called someone over for help and they wanted to charge us for "a side of cherry peppers". They already come on the burger and wanted them on the side to control heat aspect and they were honestly confused. How can your front line person not know answers to what are basic questions about their menu??? I Also asked for a cup for water and she charged me for a drink. Very poor customer service, when there are so many other options. The burgers were ok and the fries were crispy and hot, but not worth the price. Find another place to eat.

They served the vegetarian burger with bacon and took nearly 15 mins to replace it. Ruined our meal and our experience. Please avoid if you are vegetarian or vegan. Manager was apologetic, but a bad order shouldn't be put in last, it should be first. Bad business

My previous review was shortly after they opened. After revisiting today, my opinion has completely changed. I will never come back to this location. I'm sad bc I'm a big Shake Shack fan. 1. Dirty - We had to ask them to clean off a table for us bc they were all disgusting. They guy that came to clean a table acted as if we had completely inconvenienced him for wanting to eat at a clean table. When we left, people were having to clean their own tables. There was definitely enough staff to handle this task. 2. I ordered the shroom stack, and I'm pretty sure my mushroom was rotten. I could barely bite through it. I ended up throwing it away after two bites bc it was so bad. Won't be back!

Its HHD everyone. Plus its National Cheesebuger Day. And this is my brides favorite burger. Sooo, it's time for the best double w cheese please! Love the hard char crusty patties and soft pillowy bun. The shack sauce is amazzzing. 5/5 burger. Nothing fancy. Just double the meat with cheese the Shack way! It's little diaper holds it together so u don't miss a drop of its juicy excellence. Yumm. 5/5 crinkle fries. Good old childhood memories of getting those fries and hanging out with family. Get cheese and bacon. Just do it. You will never forgive yourself if u don't... 3/5 seating is tougher here during busy times. Very small footprint. Fun to watch everyone jockeying for seats if you aren't standing there letting your burger get cold. Great burger. Service is polite and fast. Self serve water tap next to ketchup. Overall clean. Don't miss a chance to hug a table reclaimed from bowling alleys in NYC! Lol

Got in line at 6:55 pm not realizing they closed at 7. After waiting our turn we placed our order and we're advised they were close to closing and with that in mind, did we want our food for here or to go. We said we would be quick and for it "for here" since we had additional errands to run. There were still patrons in the dining room when our order was called, and they then asked if since they were past closing if they could package our food to go. About two minutes prior they gave someone else their food and that person hd just started eating. I started to tell them not to package it to go but it quickly became awkward. I ultimately obliged and took it to go, but it was highly disappointing. I feel as though we should not have been given the option up front, or they just shouldn't have taken our order. I absolutely hate being the person coming in late, but there were other people eating and we were going to be quick. Highly disappointing experience

I was seriously excited trying out the shake shack because I haven't had a burger in a long time! I looked up the menu and nutritional value on the company's website ahead of time so I could make an informed choice. I love it when company's provide nutrition information on their website. I had the shack burger which had angus beef on a potato bun. It was delicious, juicy and cooked to perfection. I also ordered the crinkle cut fries and a topo chico. The crinkle cut fries were nice and crunchy and tasted amazing. I saw other people getting the cheese fries with bacon and those looked delicious! The restaurant is in Southlake Town Square and parking is plentiful in the back of the restaurant. The decor is trendy and modern and I like the fact that you can order wine, craft beer or bubbly with your dinner. I'm looking forward to returning and trying the chick'n shack on my next visit and a concrete!

Burgers are one of those comfort foods that when it you find one that hits all the right notes, a majestic fanfare breaks out. Nope, no fanfare here. Though tasty, the small size and price tag for a shack burger and a side of fries really just hits sour notes. I'm not a Cali guy, but In and Out sings far better on the burger symphony scale for about half the price. Not quite sure what the main attraction is to this place.

If you're looking a for a quick casual burger place as your shopping in the town center this place is awesome . The burgers are charred thin and the nice pillowy bun with fresh veggies make this one of my new favorite burger places . We also ordered a side of cheese fries with bacon I'll tell you I love crinklecut fries and they were good and crispy but the best part was the cheese sauce it's definitely from not from a can and it's made with two or three different cheese flavors so amazing with a topping of crispy flavorful bacon is making my mouth water typing this . There are shake and concrete options but we didn't indulge that evening but one flavor that stood out was a fresh cherry pie mixed in the ice cream.. maybe next time . Seating is in and outdoors , employees were extra nice and the manager even stopped by to see how our food was . Very personable hot, fresh and tasty . We'll be back .

We have always had great food and service at this location. The food is always fresh and hot. They moved tables to accommodate a larger group which was appreciated.

This was my 2nd visit to shake shack and it was a pleasant visit once again! I went on a limb and tried something totally out of the ordinary which was the smokeshack burger! It had cherry peppers on it which was something I'm totally not use too and the 'shacksauce'. I'm not sure what made it spicy but it had a little kick to it! My kiddos both got their chicken nuggets and they tore those bad boys up. My son was wanting to go eat at Chick-fil-A before we came to shake shack and he was extremely satisfied with their nuggets. He even said that they were better!!! My kids both got a chocolate shake and I got a fifty/fifty which is basically an Arnold Palmer. It was amazing! Definitely should try it it's extremely refreshing!

If I'm craving a quality double cheeseburger, the Double Shack Burger delivers. There's just something about Shake Shack's double cheeseburger that stands out. The gooey cheese, quality beef, lettuce, tomato, and the perfect bun to meat ratio. My wife loves the Chick'n Shack and claims it's the best chicken sandwich she's ever had. It's a crispy chicken breast with lettuce, pickles and buttermilk herb mayo. Simple yet delicious. We also ordered a side of their cheese fries. It's topped with their special blend of cheddar and American cheese sauce. The fries are your normal crinkle fries, but there's just something about the cheese that stands out. I can't explain it, you just have to give it a try. Shake Shack is pretty expensive when it comes to a burger joint. The burgers are pretty small too. If I was super hungry, it would take two Shack Burgers to fill me up. With that being said, I consider this place a splurge. You can definitely get a quality burger at Whataburger for a lot cheaper. Don't come here thinking you'll get a bang for your buck. Expect to pay higher prices for a burger. Overall, I'm a fan of Shake Shack because there's just something special about their Shack Burger that has me hooked. I don't come here often, but would recommend a cheeseburger fan to give it a try!

Placed a rather large order on Saturday 5/2 for 12 people-burgers, fries, shakes, the works! I was pleasantly surprised when our delivery order showed up at the house about 30 minutes after we ordered. The burgers and fries were amazing as usual, but the 5 stars were given in this case because our large order was dead on accurate. We had a few specific special requests on our order, and I was nervous something might have been missed, but everything was made as requested. Everyone loved their meals. Will definitely be back!

This review is mainly for the to-go orders from their online website. But it's enough to not make me want to go back. I was really excited about Shake Shack opening up near me, because I used to love going there back when I lived in Jersey/NY area. The online website for ordering is confusing. I thought I was ordering a burger with sauce, tomato, cheese, lettuce, and onion. As well as a double with pickles and mustard. They wouldn't even let me put that I wanted mustard on the second burger. Then the cheese fries- 3.75$ for cheese fries seems a bit steep in price, but I was like well their fries are decent so why not. Total about 18$ but had 20% off for the first order so about 14$. I go to pick up my order, was ready for the time I selected. Get to my car and open my burger to find that I only got onions instead of the other condiments I wanted. I also had to go back inside to ask for the sauce because they never gave any. I didn't have time to get the order fixed so I was stuck with what I had. I ate the burger, meh was still hungry. Ate about 4 fries and realized they were half gone. I think I had like 10 fries, for 3.75$ thats cheap. Plus the way the packed it looked lazy. I was left feeling hungry and cheated. Honestly next time I'll just go to In&Out because it's about 10$ for 2 people for fries and burgers. Sure their fries are terrible but at least I don't leave feeling hungry! I will say that corporate was nice when I complained and gave me a refund but I will not be returning! Way better burgers in Texas then this place and way better priced.

Honestly, I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Shake Shack! We ordered burgers with their delicious sauce and fries. Everything tasted great, the service was good and despite the amount of people, the establishment was clean. I appreciated the games to encourage another element of fun! They even have heat warmers outside that not only assist with the cold weather but make it possible for guests to eat inside or outside during the winter. We'll be back!!

No one in my family likes Shake Shack burgers but me. So this time they ordered hot dogs instead and it was all dry and burnt!
