Shake Shack Summerlin

Gonna sound weird but I was actually happy I didn't order a regular burger. Hear me out. Love their regular burgers - the truffle burger is my go to, but I've eaten a lot of red meat recently, so decided to try something different. Ordered a Chicken Avocado Bacon and a 'Shroom burger. Both were glorious! The chicken was plump and juicy with a wonderful herb mayo. The 'Shroom burger is a sleeper hit! The mushroom muenster combo is 🤌. For those of you who like something other than a ground beef burger, this is a valid contender. Top that off with quick and efficient service along with clean bathrooms, this place gets 5.

Really good burgers(several vegetarian options) lemonade and milkshakes. We stopped here twice while on vacation because we enjoyed it so much. There is several different burger options for vegetarians, all were really delicious, especially the portobello mushroom burger. I highly recommend trying this place !

First time having Shake Shack. It was very good. We got a regular cheese burger and a truffle burger with cheese fries and a cherry blossom shake. Burgers are a bit small but they were delicious. The cherry blossom shake was incredible. Didn't interact with staff as I built my own order on the kiosk.

We really love Shake Shack hamburgers, they are so addicting we nicknamed them “crackburgers,” because once you have one your addicted for life. This store, located at the north end of the Downtown Summerlin Shopping Mall, is just as nice as the store at The District, in Green Valley. While a little on the pricey side for a hamburger, we feel it is worth the cost because the food is sooooo good. There is plenty of space both inside and outside to eat your meal and the staff is very good at making sure the tables are quickly cleaned once people leave and will take away your food tray when you are done. The nearest car park to the store is located northeast of the store and across the street. We do have one complaint about the store, and it is with their beer, which to our taste, is very bitter. Other than that, this is a great store, just drink something else other than the beer.

I Love the sear on their burgers. So delicious. I had the double shack burger w/ the Arnold Palmer today. Though I feel the burger bun should be toasted in a general sense, the patties just melt in your mouth. Again...DELICIOUS! The gentleman that brought me my food was quite kind and asked if I needed anything else to which I replied that I didn't. These kind folks will always have my buisness.

Great find! This place has cool vibes and serves really good burgers. As soon as you walk in, you can place your orders. They offer different varieties of burgers and also have veggie burgers. Lots of shakes and drinks. Good for kids since it's not as loud inside and they have television that shows all the different sports shows. I also ordered their chicken sandwich, and I can honestly say it's one of the best chicken sandwich I had ever had. The chicken is crunchy on the outside and moist inside. Had the right amount of sauce and lettuce and really gave a perfect bite. Also ordered the shake burger, and it's a really good burger. The bread that they use really makes this a good burger. The malt shakes have great chocolate flavor, and fries are cooked perfectly. You have to get your napkins and ketchup (self serve) and they will bring out your food and drinks to your table. My son, who is so picky, ate more than half the burger and said that this is a good burger!!

Got the portobello mushroom burger for the first time. It's very cheesy. You will get a nice cheese pull if you like that sort of thing. Very crispy too. The crinkle cut fries were on point and fresh. The shakes we got were amazing. I wish they were a little bitlargest. There's an outdoor seating area and a nice spot to people watch while you eat. This place gets crowded and noise. You can watch sports on the TV screens around the dining room. The screens are not huge, like maybe 55 inches. The tables were dirty, so we had to wipe them down ourselves. This Shake Shack location is on par with most other locations in Vegas.

i go to shake shack on my break from work to feed myself. at my pay rate one sandwich cost about an hour of my hard work. i usually use the screens to order and don’t tip. (i’m not going to tip a computer. my personal belief is that any establishment should pay their workers a living wage and they should not rely on my tips. especially when i’ve had 0 human interaction) i’m not sure if the tip amount is shown on the receipt but if it is then this seems like malicious intent. i went to get food on my break today and didn’t tip the computer. there was no rush, it was very quiet in there. they just threw my sandwich in the bag!!!!!! i took this picture right outside because i’m not going to give the workers and hard time. this is ridiculous. maybe have a talk with your team about respect and attention to detail. thank you.

Tried to order on my app with a promo code given to me by corporate Shake Shack. It charged my CC anyway. The manager at this store is very into customer service and making sure his staff serves his customers well. Much better than some of the other SS locations. Food is well prepared and served quickly. Thank You!

I've ordered the Shack burgers, chicken bites, crinkle cut fries, shakes & lemonades. All great choices! The service has always been professional (in store, pickup orders) and the ambiance is good as well. A better alternative to the regular fast food makes out there.

This spot is difficult to get to. And the price can be a little bit steep for what you get (the burgers are tiny, and the fry portions aren't particularly generous either). But, that being said, the delivery deals here are great, and the folks who run the dining room are really top notch. The lot to get into downtown Summerlin... let's not pull punches. It sucks. It is really brutal, and if you want to come here, you are going to have to walk a little bit. But if you do, I can almost guarantee it will be worth it. They have three mobile ordering systems, and even with a line things tend to move pretty quickly. Sometimes a family will hog all of the POS, but if they're not doing that, then odds are your food will be out shortly. The deals on Uber Eats are often BOGO or half off for select burgers and other items. And I have to say, I think Shake Shack might have my favorite fast food hamburger. The buns are so savory and delicious, and the burgers are genuinely smash burgers, a style you don't see super frequently on the West Coast (I know it is becoming more common, but the age old Shake Shack vs. In N Out debate rages on). Being that the patties are pretty effectively smashed, it can feel like the burger is a little bit small. For that reason, this is one of the rare places I tend to like two patties from. My only real complaint with Shake Shack is the location and the price. We have had a couple of cold deliveries, but it is difficult to say how much of that is on the restaurant vs. the driver. Still, this is a great place to treat yourself to if you're looking for a good burger and growing tired of McDonald's and In N Out (sorry, I keep going back to these two, I haven't found a good non-fast food burger in our neighborhood yet). you'll pay a little bit more, but the product here is undeniably a cut above most other fast food places.

Their new BBQ Carolina burger with fried pickles is so good, the smokiness of the bacon and savory bite of the crispy breaded pickles make for a delicious combo, combined with the pepper jack cheese which adds more Smokey flavors and a special bbq sauce which adds some sweet tang. Service was pretty fast as usual with great quality. Loved the ambiance of the room.

*****UPDATE***** I've contacted UberEats regarding the missing dog snacks and UberEats examined my order of Bag O' Bones. I'm glad that UberEats was able to resolve the issue. I hope that in the near future orders won't have missing items again... Always enjoy dinning in at Shake Shack because of their friendly service and wide variety of options on their menu. Tonight was my first time ordering takeout which included: -2 Korean BBQ Burger Double * Add Avocado * Add Bacon -1Avocado Bacon Burger Double -2 Fries -2Cheese Fries Add Extra Side of Cheese Sauce -1 Bag O' Bones A doggie bag of 5 ShackBurger dog biscuits made by NYC's Bocce's Bakery Everything was delicious and employees were very welcoming however the bag of Bag O' Bones had only 3bones in its packaging when it's supposed to include 5bones. However I still recommend Shake Shack to everyone, just need to triple check all orders from now on.

I've tried the BBQ burger and shake burger at this location. It's a good staple but I still prefer In n Out over Shake Shack. The BBQ had a very smoky flavor and the shake burger was notably smaller than an In N Out burger. Their fries are also different, fresh cut skinny vs fresh crinkle cut fries. Service is the usual here nothing special.

It's just okay. I ordered a shack burger without buns and kimchi fries on the app. Pick up was hassle free. Food was just mediocre, not bad, not great. I personally prefer in n out. Maybe I'll go back to try their milkshake

This place was pretty good, but also maybe a little overhyped. My sister and I were out shopping on a Saturday afternoon and decided we needed lunch, but something quicker than a sit down and better than typical fast food. We settled on Shake Shack at the Summerlin mall, and boy, was it busy! There was a line to order, but mainly because people were waiting to use the kiosks instead of going to the 2 people available to take orders. Because we were fine ordering directly with the cashier, we were able to jump the line. My sister got the shack burger with their lemonade, and I got the chicken shack with cheese fries and a strawberry shake. My sisters burger looked really good, and she said it was pretty tasty. I thought the chicken shack was perfect! The chicken was fried so nicely, and the herb mayo was such a nice touch. My shake was delicious, tasted like a real ice cream shake, and the cheese fries were a bit of a letdown. While the fries were decent, the cheese was almost bland. The service we received was top-notch, everyone was very friendly! They even bring your food out to your table. The main reason I give it 4 stars is partly because of the bland cheese, but also because of the seating. There were a lot of people in there, and we got very lucky that someone had just left for us to be able to sit down. What we noticed while eating was that some of the booths and tables were being used by people who slipped in and were just sitting and chilling with no food or with drinks and stuff from other places. If we hadn't found the table we did, we would have had to sit outside during winter to eat our food or take it back to our car. It was pretty busy, and the seating is so far to the side of where the employees are. I'm sure it's hard for them to notice when people are just coming and using their tables.

Having Lunch Here Today Was Amazing, The Service Perfect And I Highly Recommend Shake Shack To Anybody.

Solid place for a burger, fries, and milkshake. It's especially good for a sit-down meal, and the location is very convenient. It can be a little loud inside but not too bad. It's one of those places where you place your order, and then someone brings it over to your table. They usually have a couple of interesting burgers and milkshakes on the menu. The price is a little expensive for what it is. Large, free parking lot.

Delicious and my mobile order was ready exactly when they said it would be. So glad summerlin has a Shake Shack now

Surprised I haven't written a review for this location yet. Well we are big fans of shake shack and since having my son it's nice seeing him becoming a fan also. This location is my favorite, then the one on the strip/ New York New York is my second favorite. The food is always pretty consistent at the Summerlin location . The other locations can be meh sometimes. The people working at the restaurant are always polite, nice and friendly so that's a win. The food is solid, wished they had a few more option on the menu but I know that the quality of the food is good due to the smaller menu. Tony thinking about it maybe they can work a bit more on cleanliness, listen I know they get busy but sometimes the floors and tables can get sticky and I find myself wiping them down with cleaning wipes I have in my bag or I just go to the bathroom and grab some wet paper towels to clean my table / high chair. The bathrooms are fine , again. I know it gets busy and it's a small establishment so I understand but maybe they can work on it when they can.

This is my local Shake Shake and they're always on point. The food is always fresh, the staff is always friendly and ready to make recommendations on the seasonal items. Even when it's extremely busy I've always received stellar service. Most recently Cameron assisted me during a service outage. The restaurant couldn't take orders for a bit due to a power outage but were allowing customers to sit inside to beat the heat and offering refreshments. Amazing customer service as always!

Was looking for a burger when I decided to try Shake Shack for the first time! I ordered a SmokeShack burger and spicy fries with ranch. It took about 10 minutes to get our food, which wasn't long at all. The burger was juicy and delicious. The flavor was really unique, and I loved the addition of the cherry peppers. The fries were solid! They were crunchy and had the perfect heat. The pricing of the food is pretty standard for a burger and fries, if not a little cheaper. I will definitely be back to try out the rest of their menu!

I appreciate Shake Shack reaching out to me and looking into our experience. We definitely will give them one more chance.

Bomb Shake Shack location in Downtown Summerlin with their own beer! You can never go wrong with a burger and fries. So simple and yet so satisfying!

I came here for my friends birthday, and I'm glad I did. I haven't been to Shake Shack in so long. I like that they have ipads for ordering to help the lines move a bit faster. They also have a ton of new lemonade options too! The patio is nice and there's a bunch of seating areas inside. I got the a burger with bacon and avocado. It was so good. I wish there was more avocado though, my burger only came with like 3 small slices. I also got the Spicy Cheese Fries to share and omg they were so spicy!! Like I couldn't eat more than one bite because it was too spicy for my own personal taste. I also tried their new Mango Lemonade and it was super refreshing. When I took it off the tray there was a big hole at the bottom, causing it to spill. They were so nice and replaced it with a large one instead! Shake Shack was a nice visit. The shakes were obviously good and the ambiance is super casual and chill. I'd definitely visit again!

Great burgers and shakes, but little too pricy, 3 burgers , 3 fries and 2shakes = 64$. Little too pricy. But I get it it's a real meat and you can taste the difference compare to other burger places. Very helpfull and amazing people work there, ass soon as I enter the place with my little ones they gave us coloring paper and crayons ( there were especially nice old men who would deliver our food I wish I remembered his name). Place is always busy so we never even dare to go there and try the food so we decided for Friday morning and it was super nice without waiting

Order online for pickup. The place is always really busy. Mushroom beef patty burger is pretty good with a black and white shake. The fries are crispy and the hot dog was not impressive.

I went in to pick up a milkshake. I found it a little too runny, not not enough ice cream, and I usually like Shake shack but not this time.

Absolutely love this Shake Shack location. Service is always quick, the restaurant is always clean, and it's typically not busy. It's perfectly tucked into Downtown Summerlin for a quick lunch while shopping. I've been cutting carbs and shake shack is the absolute BOMB for a lettuce wrapped burger. Always so fresh and TASTY! Hits the spot every. single. time. And yes, I'll pay double In & Out prices because it's THAT GOOD. I do miss the hell out of their fries- especially loaded up with cheese and bacon. The cashiers are always so kind, and even if you order at the kiosk, they serve your food to your table. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. There are tons of tables in here so I'd be shocked if you couldn't find a seat. There are even huge booths for larger groups! The patio is perfect for enjoying the weather. LOVE LOVE LOVE Shake Shack DTS! 10/10 recommend!!!

Why are restaurants asking for a tip before service? Drives me nuts. I am a great tipper, but why BEFORE I get service? I guess I better get used to it, however I am going to start going to restaurants that don't do that. First time here and it was OK. I would say average taste for the burgers and chicken nuggets. The tomatoes on the burgers were not fresh at all and when the guy brought us ketchup they were all stuck together, it was disgusting. Not impressed by any means, won't go back.

On Monday 12.26.2023 we drove our son to stay with his sister, who had recently moved to Las Vegas. His Southwest flight from Burbank, CA was canceled in the morning. After dropping him off, and spending a few minutes visiting with our daughter, we headed home. We decided to grab a burger to eat on the way home. We found a spot to park right out front while we ordered and grabbed our food. We were out within the time limit. They were kinda busy, but it didn't take long to order and get our food. The employee's were very nice. The place was clean, including the restrooms. Our burgers were as ordered and delicious!

Burgers, fries, shakes, etc. - a true American joint. Not my favorite burgers chain, but it does the job. Husband got the truffle burger, and I got the classic Shake Shack burger. The buns are nice and fluffy, the meat juicy and tasty. I wish mine had more lettuce and tomatoes. It was a nice weather day, and there was a huge crowd of people, so I think they were rushed in making the burgers. We also shared a regular order of fries, truffle fries, and nuggets. The truffle fries come with a delicious truffle sauce. But I was content with my regular fries. The nuggets were arguably the best thing in the meal. They were juicy, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. We sat outside to enjoy the nice weather. There were lots of families. The establishment must've noticed because they played Baby Shark for us. Haha. Got what we expected coming here. Was convenient with baby with us.

SHAKE SHACK!! Their food always hits for us and I would come here everyday for the burgers. So juicy and tasty!! Service is also great. The ambience is ok, lighting is too dim but it also feels nice. Always crowded with people but the food and service is great. I just wish they gave napkins if they delivered food but overall yay. My kids love the burgers here too.

We have been here several times and today I wanted to take advantage of the Teacher Appreciation free shake. I used the app and placed an order for 3 single hamburgers, a veggie burger, and fries for pick up. The timing was perfect. We had pulled into parking lot when the notification of our food being ready came through on my phone. I was surprised to see that they now have switched to kiosk ordering for credit card orders. Cody walked over and asked if was picking up. I also inquired about the teacher appreciation shake add. He said I could order in the kiosk and type in a promo code. I tried it with the creamsicle shake and it didn't work. So then we tried it with a regular shake. Cody was so sweet he said, "I'm going to take care of you and let me just get you a Dreamsicle Shake." What a gentleman and great customer service! The fries were perfectly salty and the burgers are for my husband and son later on. Another great stop at the SS!

I enjoy coming to this location a lot with my boyfriend and the pups. Very modern, casual, and chill atmosphere and spacious indoor and patio seating. Our go to's are the chicken sandwich and the mushroom stack burger. Their selection of lemonades are good too. Their fries are probably my favorite out of all fast food chains including In N Out. Service has always been quick and efficient, order has never been messed up or missing something. I appreciate the ipads for ordering for those of us that already know what we want and don't have questions, def helps to make the line move faster. This most recent time we went, a kind employee even offered our pups a water bowl while we were waiting for our food, so thoughtful!

The burger is so perfectly made! The edges were crispy, the bun perfectly steamed, fries perfectly fried, and cheese sauce extra creamy. We ordered our food to go and it was still good when we got home. Lots of teens and preteens seem to hang out here.

Shack shack always comes through without fail! The shroom burger is one of a kind, Crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses... I'm not even vegetarian and it's my go to choice most of the time. The buns are out of control, so soft and juicy from the patty this burger must be eaten right away ( if not the bread becomes to soggy for its own god). Restaurant is kept clean and the staff serves food directly to the tables. Don't sleep on the shakes or cheese fries either! Lines can get fairly long so ordering ahead may be better! Pro Tip: If the weathers permits eat outside on the patio!

Update on my review from a few years ago. Same 4 stars I think. We got the smoke stack burger and limited time featured truffle burger, but protein style, truffle fries and regular fries. Food is consistently well done but protein style on any of their burgers are not as good as In n Out's protein style. They are well above the competition when it comes to a lettuce wrapped bigger. Anyway, back to SS. The truffle items come with their truffle mayo which is very thick and has a good amount of truffle flavor and essence. The fries are better than the burger but I got the burger protein style without the bun so that may have affected the overall taste, so unfair comparison. All in all, I'll be back for the truffle fries and maybe next time, I'll have to get the bun (and the carbs that go along with it). No worries, haha.

You just cannot go wrong with shake shack. Prices are reasonable and the food is always hot and fresh. I even had a mix up where a DoorDash driver took my order by mistake since it was very similar to the order they were picking up and the manager not only made sure I got my order but threw in a couple of extra items and some coupons. I love taking my dog on a walk around here and then stopping to get myself food and him a treat too.

This was my first time ordering from them.My burger was not fully cooked!!! People can die from raw meat! Soo gross never coming back again!

Oh my goodness, first time ever trying Shake Shack and I'm super impressed! We had Shake Shack on our "must-eat" list. Sadly, we were only in Vegas for about 5 days and we ate here on our last day! My husband and I were really hungry. Here's what we ordered: * Cookies & Cream Milkshake -- I love love it! It's not too thick and it was so creamy. Not sure what else you can say more about this milkshake, but yes, very delicious and would order again! * ShackStack -- which is basically their mushroom burger and cheeseburger in one burger. The mushroom burger was filled with cheese and when I bit into it, the cheese just oozed out. Aaah!!! Perfection!! * ShackBurger (double) -- I think this is my husband's order. It had bacon. I don't eat pork, so I only tried a small portion so I don't get bacon. I'm sure he loved it, though because after biting into it, he said we should get more for the plane lol * Buffalo Chicken -- I'm not really a buffalo sauce person but my husband is all for it 100%! I tried it and I found it too sour for me. But it came with ranch on the side, so I tried it again with ranch this time, and I liked it. I just don't like it when it's super sour. * Buffalo Cheese Spiced Fries -- I love cheesy fries!! Though I wish it had more cheese, I really liked their fries. It was crispy and flavourful! My favourite!! * Buffalo Spiced Fries -- basically same as the one above, without the cheese. And both are equally good. Overall, I love love love Shake Shack! I would definitely return! I wish we had one here in Hawaii! Great location, awesome parking and very clean restaurant! They also have outdoor seating, if you prefer the fresh air!

I never wanted to go here in the first place. I mean, I really wanted to try their burgers, but I like fries with my burgers and the fries they sell here are Krinkle Cut. I freaking hate Krinkle Cut fries! At least I used to hate them. Before I tried them here I had never had any I liked. Krinkle Cut fries always look good, but they are never as good as they look. Usually they look all crispy and sexy, and you really want to be with them. But as soon as you get your hands on them you realize they're fake. They look crispy, but they ain't. They're limp. But not at Shake Shack! For once, Krinkle Cut fries live up to their promise. The fries here are magnificent. I never thought I'd ever say that about Krinkle fries, but there you are. Krinkle fries are ok with me, at least at Shake Shack. And the burgers! Dude, the burgers here are flat out delicious! Way better than I expected. The beef tasted fresh and the patty wasn't over-cooked like it is at most hamburger chains (I'm looking at you, Habit Burgers and In n Out). I had burgers here twice recently and both times the burgers were cooked absolutely perfectly: there was still a little tinge of pink in the center. And the shakes? Wow! I never thought I'd find a hamburger joint shake I liked as much as the ones at Steak & Shake, but that's what happened here. Not taking anything away from Steak & Shake. Their shakes are epic. But Shake Shack shakes are right up there at the highest levels of shake excellence. I'm really looking forward to visiting again to try the mushroom burger and the other crazy stuff on the menu. We've been to this Shakeshack before, and I have no complaints. The last time was funny though because it was Valentine's Day, and my boyfriend and I were already in a different restaurant. We weren't feeling the menu, so we ditched that place and went to Shakeshack instead! Hahaha We ordered 2 Shackburgers, a hotdog, a Chicken Shack, a strawberry smoothie, and 2 fries. Man, were we stuffed after we left the place. The food was phenomenal. Idc what anyone says, but I love their fries!!! Get some ketchup and mayo, mix it up with a fry and eat it! Crinkle-cut goodness. We had a good time. Haha that was our Valentine's Day. :D

Great tasting burger. I love a burger that has that beef taste coming out strong and these burgers are delicious. Clean and efficient. Fast service and friendly staff that speaks nice and clear when calling out our order. We will be back

I was hungry for dinner so decided to try Shake Shack while in the area. Place was busy on the weekend, but there is plenty of seats inside and outside. The staff is friendly and food comes out quickly. Servings are small, but pricey. Anyways, it was convenient and just needed some food before wine event so in my opinion the burger was really good and fries hot and my coke cold, so it was everything I was craving.

Love Shake Shack! In Summerlin? Yes please! Many types of burgers that are fresh, tasty and so juicy! The French fries! OM! Crunchy, hot and slightly dusted with salt. Totally satisfied my crave. Service was exceptionally good. Order, get a number have a seat and it's brought to you. Servers were so friendly. They have vegetarian options as well!

Delicious and friendly service only complaint is the price double the price of In and Out

Places hardly clean garbage cans always overflowing they're not taking the cards in the front so you gotta place your own order and they still ask for a tip when you gotta make your own order can't really customize your order because it doesn't allow you pick crispy French fries or light ice in your drink STUPID

Fresh and tasty. These burgers never disappoint. This was a packed place due to holiday shoppers, but the service, cleanliness and speed of getting our order was perfect. We ordered the double shack with all the fixings. Love the meat and the pickles are some of the best. Wife got the root beer float and loved it too. Double Shack is mighty fine!

Although I'm in DTS often, this is my first time eating at Shake Shack. The food here is good, but not as good as the Gordon Ramsay burger I would say, but it's good for a chain restaurant. The buns are soft and the ingredients seem legit. I'll come back and try other stuff when I'm in the area.

I like to order Shake Shack when I want a burger and fries. The food is cheap and pretty good. It can get really busy sometimes so I usually place an order online for pickup. There were a few times where they took a long time to give my order and they didn't have specific special drinks they sell. I guess that's how popular they are.

I first tried Shake Shack when I was living in NYC. Suffice it to say that the experience here is a little bit different. It may be because we tend to order from here, but I find that although the food is usually exceptional, it often needs to be reheated manually in a microwave. But damn do their shakes SLAP. I know what I like and what I don't, but I've yet to have a truly BAD shake from this place. They're very well-blended and super sweet. I love their specialty, seasonal shakes in particular. I'd recommend the shroom burger (cheese is always super melty) and the fries with cherry peppers (bacon and cheese too? sign me up!). Everything else is usually between B+ and A- as well. Hope you enjoy!

When it comes to the Big Chain Burger Wars with In N Out, Shake Shack, Whataburger, etc-- I don't really have a dog in the fight. They're all decent but I'll typically hit up a local spot instead. That said, I have been by this location a few times because the food is consistently fresh and their customization options and attention to food allergies are tops. Most recently, they had a BOGO deal with their app, so I downloaded it and placed a pickup order. They have a patio area for pickup customers to wait and send a text right when your order is ready so you only have to go up to grab it at the door. My go-to item here is their Shack Stack with the burger patty and stuffed mushroom. Their classic burger here is solid, but better as a double. They recently added fried chicken items to the menu- I've only had the hot chicken sandwich, and while it was done well it was nearly double the cost and seemed half the size of the one I prefer at Popeyes. I'd stick to the burgers here, and add cheese fries if you have someone to share with.

You are either a fan or not. My husband and I are not fans, but my kids loved their burgers. I found it extremely greasy and overpriced. Fries came out hot. The staff were not very friendly, it's impossible to hear your number, I also though it was weird that they gave you a number card but didn't bring out the food, why not just keep it on the receipt? It's just very lackluster for me for the price. In n out and five guys are significantly better.

I went into Shake Shack with my mom for the first time in a few months. I had just arrived in town, and we had planned a simple family dinner night to catch up. While glancing at the menu, I noticed a new addition - avocado. However, being severely allergic to it, I immediately informed the cashier, Dominic. The team was very courteous and assured me that they would take my allergy seriously. When the to-go order was ready, the manager, Hunter, personally handed me my meal in a separate bag. I want to extend my gratitude for their attention to detail and sincerity in ensuring my safety. Great customer service!

First of all, went in to get my first t mobile tuesday shake shack burger ( as seen in the first picture) it was SOOOO good. I had to order another burger , and try the chicken shack too. YUMMY!
