Shake Shack The Battery

Easy to use kiosk for ordering, decent pricing, phenomenal location in Braves world. Wore my Yankee gear to spread some cheer. Great staff working the bar today. Had a makers mark peach bourbon shake which was well made and went great with my bacon double and hot dog. The cherry peppers were so good to add. Always love the fries here also.

Great new Shack location right by the Braves Stadium. All Shacks have great burgers and this is no exception. Highly recommend to enjoy before a Braves game or in the Battery area. Service is great and friendly. Bonus of Free to Play old arcade games!

Visited September 7, 2025 (1:30p) I have been so excited for this Shack Shack location and couldn't wait to visit. I was even more excited that they have a full bar and it's in the perfect location! Service- I must say everyone was very friendly outside of who I presume was a manager. I was told his name was Harrison. He was very stand off-ish and didn't make us feel welcomed. When you arrive, you order from a Kiosk/Tablet. I ordered the Spicy Shakorita with Patron. It is absolutely my fault for not checking the ingredients. Once my drinks came, I could tell that it had OJ. I cannot have anything orange citrus because it makes me sick. I had my husband take a sip just to confirm that it was OJ. I went to the bar to see if it was possible to switch out my drink. The guy in the orange shirt, I believe the manager, greeted me and I let him know the situation. He stared at me, saying "ohh-kay," in kind of a confusing/inconsiderate tone. I asked him if it would be okay to switch out my drinks, but if not, I would just order another one. He continued to give off the energy of it being a problem. He asked me what I would like. I asked if there was a menu to check? Because you order from a kiosk/tablet. He just pointed to the side. As I was getting the menu, he asked if I was allergic to orange? I said no, it just makes me sick. He says, well, all Margaritas are made with OJ. I said, no they're not. I said, it is not a problem and I would just order something else. The bartender came over and the manager then says he is not trying to cause issues. But he absolutely was. He was not trying to be helpful at all. He wasn't friendly whatsoever. I felt that he was basically questioning me and dismissing what I was saying. The bartender, Montrel (Sp?), came over and immediately said he could make me whatever I would like. He let me know that the drink I originally ordered was a pre-made batch and that I could always have it made differently. I really appreciated his customer service and the drink he made was PERFECT! I had my husband go and order me another drink. When my husband turned to ask me what I wanted, the manager pointed at me and said, "The drink is for her?" and then asked the bartender to make my drink. All I asked is for no orange juice! It did not cause for his dismissive attitude. Food- The burgers are always delicious. Seasoned and cooked very well. The fries were cooked perfectly. I do plan on returning, however, I think the manager needs to have further training in how to work with the public. Hopefully our next visit is a little better.

I was definitely excited to try the new shake shack location in truist Park yet I was met with disappointment. I went around 8:00 pm This location had like 5 or 6 kiosk but would crash or take a long time to load besides that the main issue was the food mostly how the burgers are cooked. Whoever is in the back cooking should be retrained because why are the burgers meat so raw??? Even the second remake was terrible only one meat was cooked completely and the second one was still pink. It was a truly disgusting experience definitely won't be coming here, I'd recommend more the one in perimeter mall and one in Atlanta.

I had the double shake shack burger with the shake sauce on the side, it was really good, fresh and hot.. i also had the shake shack cheese fries they were good as well and my drink was the strawberry lemonade .. all in all i give it a 9 for overall taste of the food

No one greeted me. When I finally picked my order up I noticed there was a small fly on my fries. I proceeded to pull out my burger and there was a whole strand of hair laying across it! There’s no way they’re keeping things cleaned back there and wearing hair nets! I’m overly disgusted.

I stopped by Shake Shack today and tried the veggie burger, and wow, it was a 10/10! The flavor was so fresh & satisfying, I’m already thinking about my next visit. The atmosphere was clean, modern, and relaxing, & I really like their convenient self-ordering setup, super easy and efficient. I first fell in love with Shake Shack’s cheese fries about two years ago at the Fort Lauderdale airport, & I literally never forgot that taste. When I found out they opened a location at The Battery, I had to go. Let me just say: still just as unforgettable! Great food, great vibe, & great service. Shake Shack has officially become my new go-to spot!

Today was the grand opening for the new Shake shack at The Battery. I wanted to try it, but didn’t necessarily feel like going out so I ordered it for pick up. It was ready surprisingly quickly and my entire order was accurate! Once I got home. The double burger was delicious and I am enjoying my cookies and cream shake now! While there everyone seemed really excited about the opening, the vibe seemed fun and I can’t wait to dine in next time!
