I literally loveee shake shack so much, the service and food is very consistent! The ingredients always taste fresh and it’s never a long wait time!! 10/10 for me!!

I really love their food but I am sad it has been the second time that I am missing a burger from my to go order 😔. After the first time that happened I started checking to make sure my order was complete. I did not check this time and missed a burger again. I noticed when I got home so it did not make sense to trying go back.

We love Shake Shack!! It’s a great food choice for when we go hang out at the green area to run around. Love the easy to follow order menus, always a place to sit, food quality is great! We love their cheeseburgers, chicken bites, and mushroom burgers the best! Shakes are a huge hit too! We had great service from Skylar today!! Thank you!!

I ordered a milkshake, and a few minutes later I got the one that had been sitting on the food-ready rack since I got there. I asked why, and the person just asked me if I wanted more whipped cream. Very expensive and not worth it.

Shake Shack is a NY-based, modern-looking upscale burger concept with freshly cooked food and an unconvincing price tag. It offers takeout or dine-in and has a walk-up window. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant, but make no mistake—it is fast food, with counter service and self-service condiments, etc. The food is on par with Five Guys, so if you like a gourmet burger, this is an excellent fast option. Food aside, the price is steep, costing nearly $20, plus the suggested tip, in north Houston, which is pretty expensive compared to other options. Even though you order at a kiosk and interact with no one, you are asked to tip on your already costly meal, which somehow feels wrong. While I like the food, it's not my first choice because the quality and service are not worth the premium price. It may be worth the treat if you are at the mall already and have some extra cash.

Fantastic food. Got a single patty bacon cheese burger, onion rings and a fountain drink. My total (which includes a pre-loaded 'gratuity') was $21! Seriously good food, seriously over priced. I'm also not a fan of tips at an establishment that does not employ servers - people who's income is derived mostly from tips. For the prices Shakeshack charges, their employees better be well-paid!

Their shroom Burger is delicious for VEGAN. My husband gets it every time. I love it too - I love mushroom though. Fresh burgers. Simple and basic but delicious. Get the root-beer on the draft. It goes well together with the burger. There is root-beer float too. Yum! The chicken nuggets are delicious as well. +: The kids can play at the yard in front of the mall and book store next to it. - : order at the tablet and the system is slow sometimes and price is on the high side.

The food is extreamly greasy. To the point where i couldnt eat it. My husbands lettace wrap had water in it. Not coming back. For the price we were NOT impressed. They do not offer meal combos everything is a la carte. For 3 people we spent $55.00

My wife and I have been coming to this shake shack for years and it's by far our preferred location. Everything here is cooked to perfection including the bacon, patties, etc. Sometimes we make the mistake of ordering it from Uber eats, and it comes from another location and it taste a lot worse. This location never disappoints. The staff is friendly and the place is clean.

Got the banana pudding shake and it was pretty good. Also had a bogo on the chicken shack so decided to try it even though I prefer beef. I mean, it wasn't bad for chicken. But the chicken keeps sliding off despite the fact that the back side of the bun is fused together which is odd. Maybe they did that to avoid the sliding? Not sure. Also why do they put a sliver of the pickle end (the part with the stem - see pic) on the sandwich? Doesn't make sense to me. So glad I also got a shack burger as well as a fall back. And I did fall back. The cell reception in store is pretty bad and there's no WiFi. Was using their app to order in store and the app automatically defaults to tipping at the 10% level. You can remove the tip manually like I did since I don't believe in tipping when I pickup my own food, but beware if you have to push the pay button again because of the seriously poor reception in store, beware the tip could default to 10% again like it did for me. I guess it's only a few bucks but I'm not a man of great wealth and more importantly if I'm going inside the restaurant and picking it up myself, I really don't see the logic. Especially at a fast food place like this. Tipping culture in America is way out of control and needs a serious reset.

Delicious burgers! But 20 plus minute wait ugh! Crowded dining room and messy tables. But I guess that's a typical Saturday night? Maybe I'll come on a Tuesday?

Shake Shack always hits the spot!! I've been to a few Houston locations, some in San Diego, and one in Tokyo and it's hit every single time!! My go to is the Shack Stack and Cheesy Fries. I love the crispy yet juicy fried mushroom with the insane cheese pull in the Shack Stack. The smashed patty is always crispy on the edges which I love. Service is usually decent and the place is usually cleaner than many of the other fast food restaurants. Cons is that it is definitely on the pricier side and some of the items are not worth it...

Usually I don't write reviews for chain restaurants, but I had an very good experience at this shake shack. The staff was so friendly here. They let us split a shake into two (which was awesome) and they were super generous with the sauce. Our food came out quick too. This was a great shake shack location. Would recommend

DO NOT ORDER THE DUBAI MILKSHAKE Betrayal in a cup. I went in expecting a decadent, Dubai-level dessert experience--layers of rich chocolate, crunchy knafeh, and that signature pistachio flair--and instead got... breakfast cereal sludge with a sprinkle of false hope. Let me start by saying: the burgers here are always phenomenal. No complaints there. But my friend and I decided to branch out and try the new Dubai Chocolate Milkshake, lured in by the promise of rich Dubai chocolate and exotic flavors. We were ready for decadence. What we got was... Wheaties in a cup. The knafeh? Straight-up ground cereal. No crunch, no texture--just soggy disappointment. The chocolate? Practically invisible. A whisper-thin smear on the side of the cup that didn't crunch, didn't scrape, and definitely didn't taste like chocolate. The pistachio? A sprinkle on top. That's it. No flavor, no presence. The shake itself? A pale green custard that tasted like someone blended breakfast cereal with food coloring. We were expecting a luxurious, layered dessert. What we got was a bland, wheat-forward custard with zero chocolate and barely-there pistachio. It was confusing, underwhelming, and honestly kind of gross. Verdict: Skip that shake. Stick to the burgers. Your taste buds will thank you.

Make sure not to order anything with avocado. I'd rather you say you are out of avocado than to serve it already gone bad.

Very good high end burgers, fries, and shakes.Smash burger style. Crispy and greasy but tasty. The shake was excellent. A great combo. Self ordering at kiosks but good food delivery and customer service.

Came here for a quick bite. Food came out very fast. Environment was casual and we were there when it wasn't too busy, so there were plenty of booths. It was very clean and employees did a great job of picking up tables and wiping them down quickly. The food was ok. Prices were fair. I'd try it again!

First time trying shake shack - didn't know what to expect but it was an okay experience. Went on a Sunday evening and they were pretty busy. We ordered on the screens and the menu was limited (not sure if because they were busy?) and when prompted to get a table number we had to wait a few minutes for a staff member to be at the front and give us one. The space was big and not dirty so it was a plus. In regard to the food we ordered a chicken sandwich and a burger and it was around $20 I believe. Thought it was a little expensive considering they were quite small in comparison to other burgers we've had. The flavor - the chicken sandwich we got it wrapped in lettuce instead of bread and it was crazy salty?? Could've been the pickles or the sauce it came with. Overall I would go back and try something else since it wasn't bad.

Food is typically great but they text you your order is ready but you can't have it until they bring it to you. So it's cold at that point

This place needs better management. Was planning to sit outside but no umbrellas and fans not turned on. Walked in and two of the 4 iPads used for ordering was not functioning. The other two were covered in greasy fingerprints. Went to sit down and noticed half the tables were empty. However, everyone of them were covered in spilled drinks and food waste. Employee just standing there with rag doing nothing with his pants sagging and underwear showing. Ketchup dispenser handle also greasy as hell and dispenser was empty. No forks. This is unacceptable for a location in The Woodlands.

This location is always pretty busy because it's at the mall. It's always pretty full and sometimes it's hard to find a place to sit down. That being said, it's worth it. Shake Shack has the best fast food chain burgers in my opinion. I always have the single patty cheese burgers, even without any sauce they are delicious! I think it's the potato bun they use that makes them so good! Their fries aren't really my favorite, sometimes they're good and sometimes they're not. They're always coming out with cool seasonal items. When it comes to mall food or fast food Shake Shack is definitely my go to!

I have been here enough times now to be able to say that the cleanliness is consistently poor. We have to bus our own table regularly. For the money these cost, they need to prioritize cleanliness. Also the kiosk line is a bit chaotic and the menu system is not built to be fast.

Not great this time. We learned after being told they don't sell pitchers anymore that it was only because they were out of the actually pitchers themselves. We were later told they could have just given us four cups. Burgers were only semi hot. Not great. The worst part of the visit was both the radio were blaring as well as a separate radio in the kitchen. You could not even hear yourself thinking. Made for an unpleasant meal all the way around.

Would like to be able to rate the food but after 35 minutes from the time we ordered and receiving a text that the food was ready and another 10 minutes watching the burgers sit on the shelf we decided to ask for our money back and leave. I would hate to visit this place during a rush hour as we were there at 2 PM on a weekday. I will apologize for losing my temper but to be completely ignored by the staff and manager is unacceptable. Went to the other "burger" place on the other side of the mall and had our meal in 6 minutes from the time we ordered to sitting down at the table to enjoy for $25 dollars less. Would not recommend this establishment.

Okay Shake Shack! I'm a regular now! The fries are awesome, the burgers are great, and when I have company in town we always go here! The Martin's buns are the bees knees! Make sure you check out this location. It's always clean and the customer service is great!

My husband and I tried Shake Shake in San Antonio and really liked it. I looked to see if our area had one and was surprised we had never seen it. We had the double shack burger with fries. The fries were really good. The burgers were ok. It could have been because we got a double this time. I'm not sure. It was a lot of meat. When we are at the one in San Antonio we had the single and it was so good. I was hoping for the same. The staff is nice. The young man that took our order had a good personality. I liked that they wear gloves while preparing our burgers. The kitchen was clean. The dining area was clean. That's a big deal with me.

It's okay. Just okay. Burgers are solid but the meat itself needs more seasoning. I had the bourbon bbq special burger and while the bacon jam had some flavor, the beef was lacking. The chicken sandwich also featured a small piece of chicken that was short of the bun. Fries with cheese sauce featured a watered down cheese that also lacked flavor. The empty dining room at noon on Saturday at a bustling mall leads me to believe hype alone will not carry it. Service was okay with the customer doing the bulk of the work.

Sigh...part of me wishes this place a little closer but the other half of me believes that it is better that it's about 12miles away. The location is dope, the food is fresh and it is made extra fast. I love the French fries and the burger was crème dele crème (sp). I had the smoke shack burger . I love a good spicy meal and this was on the cusp of being spicy and not spicy at all. If I had to associate the taste with something. I'd say it was equivalent to unwinding a jack in the box toy and being surprised by "jack" popping out, lol that's how the taste hit me every time and before I realized it... it was all gone. This is definitely a spot to hit if you ever are near one. I can only hope the other sandwich's are just as good. I need to try a milkshake next.

We don't live close, so we made the trip out to try Shake Shack after hearing so many rave reviews. When you arrive, you go to the tablets and add in your order. I honestly was not planning to spend $65 on 4 single cheeseburgers, 2 cheese fries, and 2 shakes and one soft drink. We can go to in n out and get more food for half the price (although their fries are way better than in n out). The burgers were pretty good, and the fries and shakes were also good. But being a fast food type place, it felt like a rip off.

There are no Shake Shacks in my hometown but I have passed by plenty of them on my visits to other cities. I just never stopped in because I am not a big hamburger fan. Well, as I waited, there were few places around to eat so I said, "Sure. Lets try the Shake Shack." The menu was simple and the order was quick. The prices were even affordable. I get my order and it comes neatly in a to go brown paper bag - cheeseburger in a paper holder and crinkle fries on the side. As soon as I take a bite of the burgee I am sold on the Shake Shack. The burger was yummy and easy to handle, the bread and Patty were thin and the lettuce and tomato were hefty. Now this is my kind of burger! I am a fan and will be on the lookout.

$17.00 without tip = Cheeseburger, fries, shake. SEVENTEEN (17) USD doesn't buy a beautiful burger, fantastic fries, or a super shake that you'll recall for a lifetime. It does buy counter service. A nice associate brought my lunch to the table for me while I was on a crutch. It also buys a great perch from which to watch Mall Patrons visiting The Woodlands Mall, but you can get this for free. Food quality was a little below average: handmade burger topped with a tiny piece of wilted lettuce, a sad pair of small sliced (cheery?) tomato, and a weird in-house sauce. "Crinkle Cut" fries were average. Shake? Oh Hum. Catsup is available in bulk at a self service condiment bar, which offers all other condiments in the ubiquitous small packages, 50% of which will never open unless you bring a diamond bladed saw with you.

I would say the best restaurant/ "fast food" place in or in the vicinity of the mall ! The food is ALWAYS fresh! Also what you're paying for it you're actually getting fresh food VS in the food court where majority of the food is sitting under a heat lamp. Staff is always/for the most part really nice and super helpful! I've only tried the shake shack burger but I do want to try the chicken sandwich on the menu. Also the cheese fries with the Cajun spice I think? Or whatever spice that goes on top is my favorite !! A while back they had took it off the menu I was so sad, but happy once they put it back on its literally my favorite and can't eat my fries there without it! Also it's always pretty packed , but the food comes out so quickly !

First time at this location! I've had shake shack in other cities and was excited to see one pop up in the woodlands. You can order at either the counter or at the self operating kiosks. They text you when your order is ready and also call out names. The restaurant was very busy. We got shroom burgers, fries, and a lemonade. The shroom burger is my personal favorite shake shack burger and they were nice and warm. The mushroom outside is crispy and the cheese inside is so melty with an excellent cheese pull! Topped with some tomato and lettuce. Fries were crispy and the lemonade was refreshing. Our total was around $24 for all of the food, which is higher than a traditional fast food place but I think the quality and taste are better here. There's a nice outdoor patio for seating in addition to the indoor space. Will return to try other menu items!

Steak burgers and shakes. What's not to like. Burgers pretty much standard for all these places; good but nothing spectacular. Fries were crinkle cut and pretty good but not fresh cut. I tried a chocolate shake which was "too" chocolate for my taste (probably chocolate syrup in chocolate ice cream). I would not order the shake again and since that's 50% of the name, I deducted an extra star for the mediocre shake. Some others may like it that way. They have kiosks where you can order and they text you to the pickup window when it's ready. A way to cut out the wait staff jobs and save expenses. I have noticed this set up in more and more fast food places.

Food and service is pretty good, but order it to go. The air conditioning was definitely not working, and spending $80 for 4 people to eat lunch at a table in a dining room that was probably 82° left me wishing we had just gone over to In-N-Out instead. I know it must have been even hotter back in that kitchen, close the restaurant and call for HVAC repair!

The food hete was good but the service and all the broken tables were TERRIBLE!!!! This lady with a black black pride, shirt, black and black shoes and red hair was so disrespectful to us and she told us to move our chair in the nicest way possible, but she said it in the rudest way that anybody could ever say it and so I think that I'm gonna give this place a terrible review because their customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my 14 years of living. I'm only giving you one star because I can't give you zeros but I would say that the place is nice. It just really stinks and it's really hot and it was so cold outside so I don't know how it would be hot in there I was literally sweating and I had just walked in there .Thank you for your time. This place sucks.

Today was my second visit here, the first being two weeks ago, and both times I've dined at Shake Shack, they've been incredible. I have a severe gluten intolerance, and one of my friends said their GF buns are really good (and they are). My food is always served hot and fresh, and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Their fries aren't greasy at all, and their burgers are wonderful (and I'm not a huge burger person). My husband thoroughly enjoyed his food, and he's already planning our next trip back.

Always hot inside this location. Sometimes I walk in and I'm never acknowledged or fretted so I just leave. Wish they were better with customer service

Ambiance is good not too crowded and they have outside seats. I ordered burger, fries, milk shake and a regular fountain drink. The burger is okay nothing special and for the price of $11 it's not worth it. Soda machine is not accessible and you have to ask their staff to refill yours. I'll take In N Out or Whattaburger anytime over Shake Shack.

Good place. First time trying shake shack and I can see myself returning. I was a little annoyed with one of the employees because I had a question and stood their for a few minutes before he would acknowledge me. I just needed him to verify my age for my wine! But he was a teen and maybe he thought I needed something else. I had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and fries The sandwich was delicious. The chicken was tender and flavored really well. I was disappointed with their fries tho. Tasted more like the oil it was cooked in and not the potato. Overall, this was a nice Friday night out with friends and I could see myself returning, if they fix fry/oil ratio. Bianca

My 2nd time coming to this location and things have definitely changed for the better. My food was still hot by the time I sat down and the experience itself was very nice and reminiscent of its sister location in Austin TX. I love shake shack and its food still packs the same flavor it always has. I'm not sure why this location gets such bad reviews. The fries tasted very fresh and the burger was practically dripping with flavor. While i'm never too keen on shakes, if you're looking for a premium, fast, and moderately affordable meal. I 100% recommend coming to shake shack. The quality of the food and the service makes the extra dollars worth it. I will definitely be coming back in the future. If you're in the area and haven't tried Shake Shack, definitely come try it out!

This was my first time eating here and I was pleasantly impressed. Upon entry there wasn't a long line. However it did take a minute or two for the cashiers to stop talking and notice that I was ready to order. I ordered the chicken shack, french fries and the Christmas cookie shake. The chicken shack and fries tasted really good. The food is lightly fried it easily melts in your mouth and doesn't have any aftertaste. I decided to try the Christmas cookie shake and it was amazing however $6 for a shake is a bit pricey. Everything inside and outside was pretty clean. I like the fact that you can just walk up to the shelf and pick up your food with no hand to hand contact. The employees are wearing mask and sanitizing frequently however only the cooks wear gloves. Overall the experience was great and probably one of the best burger places I've had in a while.

Why 4 stars? Because the black truffle burger was about as good as it gets. --- --- --- I was already a fan of Shake Shack but this burger is probably the best thing on the menu. I definitely think there should be a campaign to make this a permanent menu item. The only way I could describe it is to say that it was as smooth as butter. It literally tasted and felt like a very soft beef patty in between two buns and a ton of melted butter. But not in a gross way. In an awesome way. We also ordered the truffle fries and the cheese fries - both hit the spot. I would prefer thin fries over crinkle cut, but the fixins' made up for that. Lastly, we ordered a sugar cookie milkshake, but that was the only miss for me. I didn't love it and would have much preferred just a basic vanilla. But I will definitely need to go back again for that truffle burger soon, especially if they take it off the menu. (Shake Shack, please don't take it off the menu).

The food is good - the veggie burger was different but still yummy. The total for our 2 burgers, 2 fries with cheese and 2 fountain drinks came out to $35. The inside is quite loud and busy especially with mall patrons. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating with a ping pong table, checkers and connect four game. Ordering can be done at a kiosk or at the counter and food is brought out to the table or your name is yelled out.

I'd give 5 stars for the food here and 3 stars for the customer service, so I decided to meet in the middle with a 4 star rating. You can order via computers right as you enter or you can go up to the counter (we ordered via the computers). They conveniently send you a text to let you know your order was received and then send you a text whenever your order is ready and they are looking for your table number. The food was ready in about six minutes... The perfect amount of time if you need to change your toddlers diaper before your meal (like me ). Even for smash burgers, these burgers are extra delicious! The fries are good as well, but the burgers are obviously stand out. As for ambience, it's a normal fast food restaurant kind of vibe. It is located in the center of the courtyard in the mall, which is really nice because you can just pop right in and eat and then pop right back out. As for the customer service, my complaint is that when I went to ask a girl behind the counter for a to-go box for my son's burger and fries, she gave a bit of attitude and rolled her eyes which I thought was quite unusual for such a normal request... all of the other employees were quite friendly, but she did bring my opinion of the general friendliness down a bit. We'll be back as my son couldn't stop saying "Yummy!" the entire time he was eating his meal!

the food here is really tasty. the lettuce and tomato were not very fresh tho. kept nice inside the dining room, all the tables were clean.

I think the burgers are a little bit overpriced to what you get from other burger joints. It's a bit too greasy for my preference. However, the upside is that service is convenient and easy. Great for those who just want a quick eat, especially since it is located right outside the mall. Ambience is very laid back with a come and go type feel.

3.25 stars.....I was so excited to try our very own Shake Shack that opened recently in The Woodlands. I've tried to eat at the one a few years back in NYC and then the Houston Galleria but the lines at the time were too long. This Shake Shack is in the outside mall court across from Barnes & Noble. It's cute and modern with inside and outside dining. Only the inside dining area was opened when I went prime time dinner time because it was cold and somewhat rainy. I arrived to find 4 groups social distancing in front of me on a weekday evening. I never noticed more than about 8 groups waiting outside to get in when I went. I ordered the Smoke Shack Burger and they swapped the cherry peppers out with yummy pickles, onions, lettuce and tomato. This Smoke Shack burger was supposed to come with a Shack Sauce. I was thinking a red type sauce not bright yellow. I took my burger back to the front counter because I didn't see any red sauce/smoky bbq sauce. Too my shock the lady said it's the bright yellow sauce under the bun. She even gave me an extra lil container of this disgusting sauce. My hamburger actually tasted pretty good despite the organic meat patty was as thin as a slice of cheese and cooked to an extreme crisp. No thick burger :((. The applewood bacon was cooked perfectly. It was a fresh burger! Big Problems: all their burgers the lady said come with the bright yellow thick sauce. It had zero flavor and a nasty mouth feel!!! How sad that a company's signature sauce is so blah and nasty. The only way to compare it is to 5 times the thickness of Kewpie mayo and whipped with unsalted butter with a couple tiny paprika specks. Where's the Wow factor? Negative -10! Next the bun was a cheap tasting generic bun the size of a child's burger bun. The staff was friendly. The man cashier was Not wearing gloves and grabbed my credit card. Never saw him disinfect it or his hands...nasty during a global pandemic! My burger was $7.99 plus tax. Sadly I'm not a fan. I rather go to the new INO at Willowbrook Mall. Their burgers meat is hand picked and never frozen and all uber fresh ingredients for $3.29 without bacon. They never so far have up charged me for the animal style. Their burger sauce IMO is crave able btw! I would recommend Shake Shack if you like crunchy thin organic burger meat, small buns and blah signature sauce. There is hope for Shake Shack to be better with my suggestions IMO :)! Btw fries are crinkle cut only. Parking is anywhere in the mall area, parking garage by PF Chang's or even valet.

I looove Shake Shack! I've been to the ones in Philly and NYC so I was excited when I saw this one was opening. The 3 stars is NOT for the food. The food has been 5 stars every time. Unfortunately, when we order curbside pickup through the app something always goes wrong. The first time our food sat on their counter for like 15 min. and was cold by the time we got it. The next time we ordered several Shack Stacks and they forgot the Portobello Mushroom on it. That's what makes the Shack Stack the Shack Stack! The manager and employees are super nice but it's just aggravating. I know they haven't been opened very long so I'm hoping they'll work out the kinks. As far as the food goes 5 stars all the way! If you haven't tried a Shack Stack, try it! It's DELICIOUS! It's a burger topped with a fried Portobello Mushroom that's been stuffed with Muenster Cheese. When you bite it the cheese oozes out but be careful bc it's hot. Their crinkle cut fries are also good but their Bacon Cheese Fries are even better. Their shakes are also delicious. I've had the Christmas Cookie shake like 4 times this month. It's soooo good and it's a Holiday Shake so it won't be around long. They always have some kind of special/ seasonal shake. Hopefully, they'll have all their kinks worked out soon and I can give them 5 stars.

Walked in here on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy; so I decided to use the convenient kiosk that allows faster service. The dining area was clean but it is pretty hard to hear the employee call out the name of the order. It'd be better if there was a speaker that they could speak into! When we got our meal, everything smelled so good but I immediately notice the portion size was much smaller for the price. One entree burger was almost $9 which usually is a whole meal at other fast food restaurants. The burger was the size of my small hands, however they tasted absolutely amazing. I just wish it was a bigger portion because my boyfriend and I left there still starving /-: The bacon cheese fries were delicious and the milk shake tasted average. Overall, for a $30 meal, it was definitely delicious but i don't think it would be a place I'd go to normally as there's better competitors. Definitely recommend for everyone to try though, especially with the beautiful outside scenery.

Great Burgers!! Love the Bun how it's still connected on one side! Cooked nice a still Juicy! I ordered the Avocado Bacon Burger with side of Cheese Fries and shared Chocolate shake with my daughter! Soo Good! Place a lil small and can get Noisy if there is big group there! Which there was. Kinda hard to hear your order called! But I love the food and burgers! Definitely be coming back here and you can walk to mall too!! We parked at the covers parking behind Cheesecake Factory!

Got a double shack burger w sauce and cheese fries soooo good, I always love shake shack & I'm so glad it's in the woodlands now! I was skeptical trying this shake shack since I mainly live in North Dallas but it tastes just as good as the one there! I think people don't know shake shack here so that's why the reviews were so low.

Just another burger place. Nothing special in my opinion. I had the chicken pieces and it tasted like they dumped the whole salt container in to the breading. Service was okay.

Went to mall for something and kids of course hungry as we are leaving. So we stop in here. Line was long ordering from kiosk actually took longer. Food was over priced for what you actually get. But our complaint really was the food. Cheese on fries was barely warm, the chicken bites were so greasy and tasted awful. The burger was so dry and plain the meat just had no flavor. The floats were good but that was about it.

The people who work here, in my experience are so sweet and helpful. They have wonderful time management and as someone who often comes here for my lunch I love it! The food is great of course, of all the times I've come here I think there was only once my food was semi room-temperature but it could have been more so my part. Regardless, just order ahead and you'll be set. Highly recommend this particular establishment.

Burger wise, this place is pretty good. Way better than In and out. Burgers here actually have flavor. We like the size of the burgers and how they are made to order. The only complaint I have is that all of the food is super salty. Like my hands are swollen just writing this message. Like there is so much salt it made my mouth hurt. My husband stated the same thing, but liked the overall flavor. I made a joke and told my husband anyone can now be a server if they used the tablet to place their order. Overall taste I give it a 7 but thr salt is what gave the 3 star. I personally would cut back on the salt but that is just me.
