I really enjoyed the Avocado Bacon Burger. I ordered a double patty so it was very filling for me. There was a lot of avocado which was reassuring since the burger was close to $15 with the extra patty. I also ordered onion rings and a cookies and cream shake. I wish they gave more onion rings but they tasted really good. The ranch was very good also, it was nice and creamy. The cookies and cream shake was very sweet and had lots of chunks of Oreo, so I enjoyed it. The shake is like an 8/10.

No no no no no, listen up This is a vegetarian burger – insanely delicious and looks totally real. Super filling, totally satisfies the craving. It comes fast, And wow, it’s SO good. So so yummy I always love coming here The BEST vegetarian burger I have ever had! Also, the Dubai chocolate shake? Rare gem. Almost impossible to find – if you’re lucky, you’ll get one. It’s limited edition and absolutely amazing.

The food is okay the price is expensive service was kind of stuck up honestly, nice but stingy with the condiments 25 bucks for something that I could have paid 16 bucks for at Chick-fil-A

Fries weren’t cooked properly this time, but aside from that, this place never disappoints. Solid service, open late, and honestly way better than In-N-Out.

It's probably the best burger I've had in a couple of years. Everything was perfect, fresh, and amazingly tasty. The chicken was cooked perfectly, seasoned just right, and the oil it was fried in tasted super fresh. The employees were great, super friendly, and helpful. I could not have been any happier. 100 percent will be back.

Food is great. Love the burgers. I had shack burger with regular dressing with no cheese. And fries with mango dragonfruit lemonade. Fries was good not greasy. The buns were too thin/ small the not so regular kinda buns. Love the ambiance. Staff were not so pleasant as i thought. They need to be alive and enthusiasts. Address customers to be welcomed. They need to smile.

Way overpriced for minimal product. The guac burger as shown is the smallest burger I’ve seen outside the value menu burgers at normal fast food places $11+ change for the thinnest patty ever. They charge like a restaurant burger but lack the size to compare. It was delicious but will never come here again. They weren’t stingy w the avocado and there was the only good thing about it. The dragonfruit pomegranate lemonade tasted like water w an after taste and that is $6+ change! You get a large amount of fries but again $6. My total for 1 single burger meal was over $23. The staff is friendly tho so that is nice. 2 stars due to cost of a product but especially the small burger

Where do I start I felt the warm welcoming from a big welcome to shake shack with a big smile, asking me if there’s any burgers. They wanna recommend for me. Was amazing. I got the barbecue, classic burger, one of my favorites. Miguel took care of me with the big smile on his face. I did not leave unhappy. I will be back and recommend this place to my Friends, Thank You So Much.

Alright, listen up - This was the perfect solution for a serious craving. You know that feeling when you just need something juicy and satisfying? Easy ordering right on the screen at the restaurant, super fast and friendly service. Of course, the famous Dubai milkshake was sold out. But the fries? Spot on - perfectly salty and super tasty. I ordered the vegan burger, and honestly, I'm usually hesitant - they can be too heavy or leave me bloated. But this one? Total surprise - delicious and felt great. Usually, I play it safe with a cheese and veggie bun, but I'm so glad I took the risk. The malted chocolate shake at the end really sealed the deal - rich, filling, and the perfect sweet finish. Now I'm driving home, windows down, Paul Simon's "Late in the Evening" playing loud, with great country music queued up next and a happy, satisfied belly. Because sometimes, a little junk food is good for the soul.

Service is fast, burgers are good, lots of nice seating and a patio area if the weather is good. Ordering is on tablets but service is really good! Like really really good. Burgers are on the pricey side but so tasty. I really love any of them with mushrooms in them.

They don't even let their workers get a free meal here too Extremely tiny nuggets. I always get a burger and nuggets for dinner and the nuggets are fire but boy these were so tiny, like this was no chicken at all and I have never had them this small. It was all crunch and bread no chicken. Usually it's 10 pieces of nice nuggets. Also they forgot crispy opinions on my burger last time I ordered :( Overall Shakeshack as a company is pretty bad, overpriced food and burgers when you can go to other fast food burger places for cheaper. Burger King and Carl's jr lowkey are better. I even would prefer mc donald's double double for the price. meat not even that fresh here Also Shakeshack doesn't give their workers free food. They get a 60% discount but don't get a free meal at work unless they are a manager. And they overall are just a pretty meh company, that's pretty messed to not let your minimum wage workers get a burger and fries for free. For real they deserve to get a meal for free for their shifts bruh

Im giving this shake shack a 3 stars because it's always inconsistent burgers never come out the same I've ordered few times and some time the burgers are on point and delicious other times they are dry and the whole thing is like soggy and falling apart. But the fries always hit they do have some damn good fries. But what is consistent is service they are always super nice and quick. Definitely worth a try for sure.

Always a great experience at this burger spot! The cashier, Annabella, was fantastic--friendly, quick, and super helpful with our order. The service made the visit even better. And as always, the burgers are delicious--fresh, flavorful, and consistently great every time we come. Highly recommend!

Whenever I'm out in Westlake Village, this is my go to spot for a quick meal before I head home. I usually like to order ahead using their mobile app so I don't have to wait too long for my order to be ready. I always order their Shack Burger which is basically a single cheeseburger and their cheesy fries. So good! Burgers are a bit small and pricey. The cheese sauce is amazing! If you prefer chicken, their chicken sandwich is pretty good too! The chicken is nice and crispy and juicy. Their lemonades and iced teas are also refreshing! If you decide to walk in, there's plenty of self ordering kiosks with a touchscreen where you can order yourself. Lots of seating indoors and outdoors in the patio. Clean bathrooms which is also nice. Good service and friendly staff! If you order in person, they will walk over to your table with your table number and drop off your order (either dine in or take out). Yes it's a bit pricey but if you sign up for the emails you can take advantage of discount codes which helps!

Took my son for a quick lunch today and he got some chicken bites and fries. Both were delicious and fresh. The chicken was juicy too. The service was great and the place was clean.

Shake Shack is always satisfying! Very clean and easy to order kiosk system. Only waited about 10 min for our food. The new Korean style burgers and fries were great alongside the Yuzu Honey Lemonade! They always have great things on the menu so be sure to give them a try!

Shake Shack is one of my favorite chain burger joints. I've been to this location multiple times, so I'm confident in saying it's a good one! Parking is generally pretty easy, since this Shake Shack is located at the Promenade. When you first walk in, there is a row of iPads where you can fill out your order and customize as needed. As a non-social person, this is a big plus for me. Food is usually made and sent out pretty quickly. I don't remember any time where I had to wait too long for my food to come out. Some say that there's not enough indoor seating. I guess I'm lucky, because I've never had any issues with finding a seat inside. The food is so good. Always consistent. Always full of flavor. Shake Shack is on the more expensive side, but I would say that the quality makes up for it. For mid-tier burgers, this is my go-to!

This was our first time here. I'm not sure we'd check it out if Hook Burger didn't close down over by Russel Ranch Rd. When we came around 1pm, it was nice to see that it was full with high-school students and their parents. There was ample seating inside and out and clean overall. I like that there's hand sanitizer throughout the space so you can eat with relatively clean hands. Carl, the GM greeted us when we were ready to order and he was so patient to explain the menu and answer our questions. We got the shake shack burgers, two order of fries, yuzu lemonade, and vanilla milkshake for $43. It all tasted good and we'll be making this our burger spot for days when we need a quick bite. I'm not sure if every location has kiosks to order at but this one has a lot of them so I guess they really cater to bringing out your food as soon as the order is in. Love the location, service, and food so yeah, we'll be back.

Food was excellent i enjoyed placing my order on tablet myself by the time we sat down and settled in our food was out excellent presentation of our meal and taste will definitely come back in the near future 3 tvs with different games on was a plus no need to watch the game on our phones. All the staff is helpful and nice they made sure our experience was superb

Every once in a blue moon, I'll crave a shack stack burger. Cheese stuffed portobello inside your burger? Yes, please! $50 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks is a bit steep in my opinion for a middle of the road burger spot. We're not talking gourmet or large portions either. It's a simple and yummy burger but not worth coming by frequently enough for that price. I was also a little bummed that my portobello was a bit rubbery. The service is a little cold. You order at a counter with a computer and have the staff bring out your food. No real costumer service to be experienced in this format. They also give you the tiniest of sauces when you ask for them. I literally finished my shack sauce in like 3-4 fry dips. Restaurant was decent and not overly packed for a Friday night. A couple of families dining and plenty of to-go orders while there.

I love that YELP asks if I would recommend a business. The reason I said "no" is because there are so many other burger places that are so much better. I gave it 3 stars because we're not allowed 2.5. First, the app is easy to use. Second, the French fries are very good. I requested no salt, and they still were very flavorful. I happen to think crinkle cut fries are the best. Third, the location is clean, and the service is efficient. For those reasons, 2.5/3 stars would be sufficient. It's a burger joint, so if that burger had been good, then they would have earned 5 stars. I got a ShackBurger single (comes with cheese, tomato, lettuce and shack sauce) to which I added pickle, on a toasted potato bun ($7.99) That pickle was the star of the show. The potato bun bottom was soggy, the meat was flavorless, it had one bun size piece of outer leaf (green leaf or romaine maybe?) lettuce that had no crunch or texture. I barely noticed it was there. It looked to be roma tomatoes (judging by the shape) 2 slices that were on the smaller side. I added 2 slices of what was such a great crunchy, thick sliced kosher dill pickle. It really was a great pickle. The shack sauce was underwhelming. I ordered fries, no salt ($4.99), and they were very good. I came on the off hour apparently because the place was dead. Usually this location is very busy though when I've seen it during dinner or lunch rush. Obviously, people like it. I can only speak on what I purchased. Their menu does have several other burger choices. I encourage you to make up your own mind and give it a try. But for me, this was and one and done.... unless, of course, I come back for the fries and a side of pickles, and maybe I should try a shake since it's in their name. Haha. For me though, there are too many other burger choices in my area that really hit the bullseye much better on all levels.

I didn't even a chance to take pictures because I was so hungry. First, time at shake shack.The food was delicious and service was really great. I came mid day so it was very chill.

Ok now that I ate the burger I can give you a true review. I am truly disappointed with today's burger, and this is why! Burger just drenched in mayo Burger came with a very small torn piece of dead lettuce. Burger heavily salted to the point of extreme thirst for water afterwards. When I make the time to order and walk over to pick up something to eat and especially in fancy Westlake Village, I expect a level of perfection of not just fresh ingredients and good tasting burger for $8 and change! The burger is smaller than my hand so you really don't have to work too hard to prepare it! I will definitely be asking the manager about this inexcusable burger preparation i paid for and had to eat this salty piece meat and dead lettuce drenched in mayo! I had to literally use my napkin to take the glob of mayo off the burger and patty!

The shake was delicious but had to eat it in my car because the tables inside and out were filthy.

I LOVE they have a dog friendly patio! Makes me totally happy and they even have a Pooch-ini (a doggie ice cream with a doggie biscuit) This time here we tried the new Poppy's Sugar Cookie Shake & the Viva's Cinnamon Roll Shake. Out of the two the sugar cookie Shake was my favorite. It had cotton candy on the top & sugar cookie popping candy mixed in.

Ordered a burger, a hot dog and a BLT. Al 3 were good. Counter young lady was very pleasant and helpful. Clean environment. Confused that she could not include tomatoes on the hot dog but had plenty of tomatoes for the BLT. Only topping that was provided for the hot dog were raw onions. Took some tomatoes off the BLT to make the dog complete.

It's expensive and small but dam this is a good burger. Especially the shack stack, MAN I love the cheese filled mushroom patty. 4 eh 3 stars (I'm broke)

I recently went to the Shack Shack with a friend who had eaten there in Florida. Well our experience was not the same. I had the Portobello cheese burger. I'm not sure there was even a mushroom there it was so burned and tasteless, or did I mention it was very small, well it was. My friends burger was very small also, she thought it was nothing special. The fries were average, and the shakes were nothing special. Don't waste your money. This was not cheap.

I want to give a kudos to Ilee for taking my food allergy so seriously. She checked everything and really made us feel comfortable ordering. Highly recommended if you have food allergies!

I was fooled! The food we received was NOTHING like what they have pictured in their digital menu's and on their websites. The burgers and sandwiches showed tall with thick cuts of meat and loads of garnishments. However, what arrived at our table was tiny, flattened, and pathetic. The buns were about a quarter the size of anything you'd get at In N Out or just about anywhere else. My BLT was done in three bites. Even my son was disappointed and still hungry when we left. And the crinkle cut fries seemed to be the kind that came out of the frozen section of a grocery store. Nothing special there, especially at $5! The taste of or sandwiches were pretty basic, but the size was pathetic and not worth the price. No thanks, won't be eating there again.

When you walk in there's a line of kiosks to order- Easy to use. Tables were clean and comfortable. Our food was delivered rather quickly and with a smile. We ordered the avocado bacon burger and the avocado was perfectly ripe! So delicious...the bacon was fresh and crispy. I ordered the fries with bacon and cheese on the side. It was surprisingly good. My son had the cookies and cream milkshake. Everything tasted great! Location is in the back corner, a bit difficult to locate with the construction.

The service here has always been great. Food is amazing! I'm sad about them not having the spicy fries anymore but everything else is still worth going. Recently ordered through online for delivery, that wasn't the best outcome as the driver didn't find our office location and just cancelled the order. Called to ask why it was cancelled since I didn't get notified of the cancellation till I checked to see where my order was. Spoke to the manager, he apologized and quickly placed the order again for pick up. Will continue to go here because of the great service! It's rare these days to find a food spot where they are very nice.

What an amazing treat to have after a day on the town! My girlfriend and I stopped in to the local Shake Shack to enjoy a treat on a day out. The food was spectacular and cooked to perfection! The burger was cooked very well and if you haven't had crispy onions on your burger you need to next time. We had a couple drinks and those great crinkle cut fries to pair with it and absolutely loved our meal. The establishment was clean and we had a wonderful experience inside!

The staff is always incredibly friendly and the food delicious. The facility is clean.

I ordered a grilled cheese, Not a smashed or obliterated cheese the grilled cheese was so smashed I tasted all cheese! I could taste any damn bread, that's what a grilled cheese is right! I have pictures! They even smashed the crap out of my raw burger! Service there is a wait, will I come here again, No it's not worth 26$ for a smashed burger and smashed grilled cheese and a drink! Sitting ok and kinda dark and not a friendly atmosphere unless you're entitled!

Food, service, indoor seating are all good. My issue is regarding dining on the patio. Server delivers the tray and asks if I need anything else. I say ketchup. Server instructs me to go inside to the condiment station. Huh? Server doesn't do ketchup. This requires me to leave my food and belongings unattended on the patio, walk in to the far side of the restaurant to retrieve a pump of ketchup, and hope my tray hasn't been assaulted by birds or whatever. Not cool.

First off, special kudos to Carl the manager. I had a code from customer service that was not working and he more than stepped up to take care of it. Thank you! Now to the meal. While I got take out, the place is always neat and clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly and on top of things. I tried the Avocado Bacon Burger and added grilled onions which took it to another level. The deep, rich sauce the onions are in, matched with the tangy Shack sauce made this my new favorite Shack burger. The pomegranate lemonade is also a winner. It's not as sweet as the strawberry but still has great flavor. After dealing with a flooded house and trees damaged and down, this was the perfect and exact comfort meal I needed. Thank you Carl and Shake Shack!!!

Shake Shack has one of my favorite burgers of all time: the Shack Stack. The flavors are usually so amazing and their fries are crisp and well seasoned. They're a little on the pricier side as a fast-casual spot but I love their burgers. This experience I just had was a little disappointing because the buns were very cold and the taste just wasn't quite there, but I'd still go back as this was only one miss out of the many times I've been to different Shake Shacks. I also got their limited time Spicy beef burger and Hot chicken sandwich. The beef one was pretty good, but the chicken one was just okay. In general, I think their beef burgers are much better than any of their chicken ones.

I always order from here. I love the veggie burger and fries! Oh and the shakes! I only wish the french fry portion was larger. I haven't been to the physical restaurant so my rating is not based on dining in.

Worst shake I've ever had in a shack, and that's saying something. Still, any excuse to get away from my quim of a spouse and my horrible children. FIVE STARS

Super cute location and my burger was amazing! Good friendly service & the place has a rustic decor vibe and is super clean. I loved my cheese fries. We will def be back I highly recommend this place. I had a good experience and I came here on a Sunday afternoon and it was not crowded at all. Highly recommend this place

After years of hearing about how amazing the shake shack burgers are from one of my favorite chefs, Kenji Lopez-Alt, my son and I finally treated ourselves last weekend. Ugh. Hand on the forehead in dramatic fashion. It was a huge let down. We entered around 2:30 and it was pretty quiet. We figured it was best to try the basic shack burgers since it was our first time. The counter service was so so and alot of pressure felt to leave a tip as the cashier used her finger to underscore the various % tip options. I didn't like that. So we got our number and found a table. Even though it was fairly quiet, many of the tables were dirty despite me counting 7 or so staff on hand. A friendly young man brought us the burgers. They looked delicious! But upon first bite I quickly found it to be missing something. Then it occurred to me the burger sauce was basically mayo with maybe a pinch of paprika for color? Where was the complex flavor of pickles, cayenne, mustard, etc that I'd specifically read about? My homemade burger sauce beats the SS no contest. The lack of a showstopper burger sauce led me to further examine the burger. The meat was great! Nicely charred, flat and salted to perfection. The lettuce was a bit limp and bun untoasted which also means no butter on the bun. The krinkle cut fries cheered us up, as did the milkshake. But the burgers? No way man. If we ever manage a repeat visit, it'll be just for those two.

The bbq fries taste like dog treats but other than that we liked it. It was very mellow in there and air conditioned. I like that you don't have to talk to anyone to place your order.

Food is good. Not very clean. The kiosks are wiped down with wet rags that leave sticky water residue. So when you touch it your fingers stick. Bathroom floors look like they might have had an attempted at a mopping, but are sticky.

I ordered a smoke shack and thought it was alright. The meat was definitely overcooked and the burger definitely lacked flavor. I love the addition of the peppers though!. If smash burgers at other spots are able to be smashed flat, cooked to well done, and still remain juicy, the burgers here have the potential to as well. I enjoyed the ordering kiosk experience and the interior was clean and nice.

Ordered online, received the pick up time. Decided to go in a Few minutes earlier and food was hot and ready to go. I love this location so much and of course the customer service and 10/10! It's very clean, the staff is very friendly, and it's never over crowded. Love it here!

It's been years since I've been to Shake Shack. The last one I've been to was in Vegas. Because of the Amex Gold card, there is a monthly $10 credit which I would previously use on Boxed.com. Now that Boxed is no longer an option, I had to look elsewhere and was happy that Shake Shack is far from where I live. Shake shack is located in the promenade at westlake. Upon entry. You'll see iPads to the right of the store where you place your order. It wasn't busy when we came so no wait at all. I ordered the shack burger and a 50/50 strawberry lemonade. The shack burger was small but it packed a lot of flavor. It felt more like a snack than a burger for a meal. I would come back again and maybe get the larger version of the burger.

Not impressed at all!! As a matter of fact quite disappointed! The hamburger was tiny, the truffle fries were not legit. They were regular fries that you had to dip in a heavy pasty disgusting sauce. And to make matters worse they are so so expensive for what you get. I won't be going there again!!You actually leave still hungry!! The food you get is not what is in the menu as pictured. By far In and Out wins again!!

Oh boy, I tried to give Shake Shack a chance. This third location and third try for me and it was just not any better. I really wanted to like shake shack because my family loves the spot, but it's just not the best burger joint for me. I tried shack shack's lettuce wrap and the lettuce was not enough, you I couldn't taste their 'shack' sauce, it just felt a lot was missing. It wasn't as tasty as In N Out. I did try their salted caramel. It's so sweet but so good. 2 stars for their shake and service during COVID-19.

The food is vary good but one of the problems is the size of the burgers if they were made bigger it will be better

First off all , I like to give the GM , Carl , a nice shout out . I ordered online here for the first time . I had a promo code for $20 dollars off . I added the promo code to the appropriate line on my order then proceeded to check out .. it said was order was complete . Then I proceeded to the Restaurant to pick up my order.. I double checked my bank online to make sure if the $20 promo was applied.. it wasn't. When I arrived I asked Carl the GM about discrepancy with the Promo code not being applied. Carl was very professional and understanding. I showed Carl my email that I received that had the promo code. He promptly gave me credit for my whole bill ! I would have happy with only the $20 in question. OUTSTANDING on Carl's part . Oh , our food was fantastic. The restaurant is very clean on the inside and the outdoor patio area is nice . It's good that they have a row of kiosks for customers cans order from .. i highly recommend this place for a nice place to eat.

I'm all for a clean restaurant but you gotta keep the cleaning supplies separate from the food. I thought that was a given but I guess not. When I went to pickup milkshakes I ordered online, there was someone else's shake on the pickup rack just sitting next to a cleaning rag and cleaning spray bottle. Behind the counter I saw a guy making the 3 shakes I ordered and his coworker came over to help I guess. She had been cleaning the floor but put the mop she was using aside and proceeded to sprinkle toppings on the 2 chocolate caramel shakes with her hands. No hand wash. No changing gloves first. I'm sure there's some restaurant regulation for that right? I just walked out without picking up the shakes and called the store when I got home. The manager apologized and said he would refund my money. My kids were bummed but I just can't stand that. Keep the cleaning supplies out of sight please and definitely not next to the food. I guess having these open kitchens doesn't change much.

Best burger EVER! Drove several hundred miles to come Eat here after having it at the airport in Las Vegas . Incredibly delicious.

So happy I finally stopped here. They have the kiosk ordering that I don't like but they have a whole row of kiosks so you don't get stuck behind someone for 15 mins while they try to figure things out. You can also go to the front & order with a really sweet & friendly girl behind the counter. I got a burger, fries & shake. Burger with Avocado & Bacon. Cooked perfectly & tasted amazing. Their sauce is so so tho. Fries, Wow, first time in a very long time to get a perfect fry. Cooked perfectly & when you bite into a fry it has this perfect amount of crunch. I'm not big into fries but happy that I ordered the fries. Ordered the Black & White Shake, Malted. The shake was so tasty but next time I will ask for more malt powder. It reminded me of the shakes I used to make for my kids when they were little. Their inside eating area is very roomy & clean, then there is a very nice outdoor patio & seating. Looking forward to coming back here & trying the chicken sandwich next.
