Beautiful presentation, but a little underwhelming on the flavor delivery. To begin, there is a list of the shake options, but no pricing next to them. We were shocked to discover the price of our one shake was $14! While it did have a full size cookies and other accoutrement on it, it was still some sticker shock. To no fault of the builder of our shake, we were underwhelmed by the overall flavors. It was good, but not great. And we just couldn’t imagine showing up there with a family and each kid ordering their own shake only to find out the total price was more than an entire dinner bill some places. If you are in it for presentation and looks, these shakes do not disappoint. I would also be curious to try a cupcake because the mini one on our shake was one of our favorite parts.

The milkshakes are pretty and indeed look just like the pictures on their site. We ordered the Chocolate Cake and Cookies 'n Creme milkshakes. They were too sweet for my liking and so I was barely able to finish them. I thought they were overpriced, but just wanted to check them out anyway.

I’m honestly kind of shocked at how many 1 star reviews were here. My wife and I have walked by people drinking these shakes at the mall for a couple months now, and finally decided to try them this past weekend. The store is always packed and everyone looks happy, so we thought why not? Their shake menu is small, but given how extravagant they are it makes sense. We got a limited release Santa Cookie Shake, and the Chocolate Cake Shake. We both preferred the chocolate cake, though the Santa one was good as well! Pricey, but you’re paying for the novelty and experience. Something to do every now and then. It’s true that there’s more toppings than actually milkshake, but I think the portion is normal sized? My wife and I each got a good amount from the one we shared. The amount of toppings might just give the perception that there’s not as much there. Loved it. Will be going back!

Shop is clean inside. Shakes are super overly sweet. Tried birthday cake and cookies and cream. Looks great for pictures but that’s all. Mermaid lemonade is like $5. It was good but expensive. Haven’t tried the desserts. Worth the picture only.

Milkshakes are great to photograph. I had the chocolate cake & daughter had birthday one. Too much going on. Too much sugar. We both wound up throwing them away. Purchased the cupcakes for a New Year’s Eve gathering before I tasted them on the recommendation of the cashier. Bad idea on my part! The Oreo & red velvet was super dry…tossed after 1 bite. Choc chip was too sweet…also tossed. Purchased 12, 1 person said the vanilla with sprinkles was ok. Waste of money! One star is for decor, they are pretty. The other star is for friendliness of staff. Don’t waste your money here!

Amazing place to get shakes. The service was decent. They had good variety of chocolate items. Shakes were loaded and looked very appetizing. Great for kids. Little on the pricey side but must try.

Stopped in for my first ever M street shake today. It was really good but super sugary as one would guess. I couldnt enjoy it all in one sitting because of all the toppers as well. But overall an amazing trip just maybe not for someone who doesnt like super sweet things!!

I've had shakes here before and at the Howell location and they have been really good. This time, however, the shake tasted like cigarette smoke. It was awful and inedible. We tried to take it back and let the employee know, but he pretty much shrugged at us. The toppings were okay though so yay??
