Shakey's Pizza

They're Back! Sorta. Shakey's has parked a bus - kitchen, + set up some tables, in the parking lot next to it's resto, that was blown up + destroyed, as a result of a gas leak, next door. Shakey's is trying this new set up to save their staff + their customers. Starting today, Sept. 28, Shakey's will experiment with opening at 10am + closing at 9pm, 7 days a week. They now have a limited temporary menu0, which is shown above or maybe below. lol 😆

Shakey's has been one of my favourite pizza and been to their other branches from Cebu, Luzon and Mindanao. My husband and I are so disappointed with our recent experienced. The staff were not friendly as if they are forced to come to work. As always, pizza is taste really good but overpriced. I don't think we will be coming back to this branch. By far, this is the only branch that's not friendly at all.

Upon entering, we weren't greeted or guided to a table, despite staff noticing our arrival. We had to find a table ourselves, which unfortunately hadn't been cleaned. We had to flag down a waiter for menus and table cleaning. However, the server who eventually assisted us was friendly, though they did make a mistake with one of our pizza orders, which could have been avoided with a quick confirmation of our selections. Overall, considering the overrated prices and the availability of more delicious and affordable options nearby, we're hesitant to return. We recommend investing in additional customer service training for your staff.

I’m very disappointed with the service we received during our visit. The staff member who took our order was clearly distracted and not paying attention. Several times, I noticed him looking outside while we were speaking to him. When our order arrived, our sundae was served without a spoon, and our shake had no straw. When we politely asked for these, the staff seemed annoyed, as if we were bothering them with a simple request. On top of that, I asked for service water, and they completely forgot about it. I had to follow up and ask again just to get it. Overall, the customer service was poor and unprofessional. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on training the staff better, because this kind of experience is very disappointing and not acceptable.

Dined with my friends and my son. My son is a picky eater and he absolutely love the mojos. We had to order the largest mojo the second time around. Chicken was salty for my taste but they all love it. Pizza was great as usual. Service was great as well. Friendly service.

Not too bad. My Lasagna was good but my wife's salad wasn't the freshest. Tha Lemonaid was very good. Right across the street from Island City Mall in Tagbilarin.

I recently had a terrible experience at a Shakeys pizza . The food was fine, but the service was extremely slow. Despite arriving during a non-peak hour, I waited 30 minutes for my pizza. I was given no explanation and no apology for the delay either. To top it off, the staff was not friendly or accommodating. I think I will not be returning to this particular Shakeys ever again.

We were the only table where they didn't serve a pitcher/glass of water. We visited this place several times since 2023 and this will be the last time. Staff were rude and unaccommodating. We were treated differently because we spoke Tagalog. The staff kept on ignoring us even though they huddled in one place to chit chat. Too bad, we used to leave some tips when we eat out.
