First of all, these waitresses are absolutely clueless about what they’re doing. I get it—life is hard, we all have our bad days, but that’s NO excuse for the complete lack of professionalism. Don’t give me that “15 minutes” nonsense when you’re clearly not even trying to keep up with the actual wait times. Every time, it’s the same thing. "Just 15 minutes," they say, and then it's at least DOUBLE that, sometimes even longer. I sat there starving for 30 minutes, looking at the clock tick by, getting hungrier and more frustrated by the second.
The chefs were cooking (if you can call it that) and I could see the kitchen working, but the worst part? My food ended up sitting on the counter, exposed and swarmed by flies, while the waitresses stood around chatting like everything was just fine. Are they even aware that I’m still waiting? Do they not see me sitting there, eyes burning with hunger, while they all giggle and scroll on their phones? It’s infuriating! I know I'm not the only one who notices it, so why does it feel like the staff doesn’t care at all?
And honestly, how is it even possible that FIVE—yes, FIVE—waitresses are needed to input my damn pizza order? FIVE people standing around, doing NOTHING, and the result is still the same mess. Why does it take a full team just to punch a few buttons into a computer? I didn’t sign up for this kind of incompetence. If I wanted to waste my time watching people mess around and waste resources, I could just stay home!
What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. There’s no apology, no sense of urgency, no effort to make things right. It’s like the staff doesn’t care at all about the experience I’m having as a customer. Instead of doing their jobs, they’re off in their own little world, not even acknowledging the long lines, the cold food, or the fact that customers are clearly being neglected. This isn’t just a one-time issue either—it happens every single time. I swear, it’s like I’m being punished for even stepping foot in that place. It’s beyond unacceptable. I’m done with this nonsense.
