Shaking Crab (Newton)

Was there for a private event. They provided a world class service and hosted us with quality. Food and drinks were amazing. Thanks to all shaking crab crew for making a fun and celebrate night filled with joy and laughs.

Their Cajun fries is insanely good. Super crispy on the outside, soft and hot on the inside

Shaking Crab Newton is such a fun spot for seafood lovers. The food comes out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, and the portions are definitely worth the price. The staff is friendly and quick, and the whole place has a relaxed, lively vibe. If you’re craving a good seafood boil, this location never disappoints.

Good food and service. We had mixed seafood boil with medium gulf sauce. Totally awesome. Came with bibs and wet naps. We used both. A good thing since we had sauce everywhere. Definitely would return.

I love restaurants that are converted houses. The atmosphere was cozy, the hospitality was friendly, and the food was simply delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

I enjoy the food. I’ve eaten here a few times, but I have found that if you are gonna order over the phone take out be sure you have your food correctly before you leave. They Constantly mess up orders and considering you’re paying over $100 for your food make sure you have what you need before you leave the store because they will not offer Reimburse or remake your order the correct way they will let you eat cold food and just give you whatever you’re missing on the side. I drove 35 minutes to eat here and for the second time they forgot to Add my clams, I asked the woman to remake my order. I would even bring in my old order and she denied my request. She said there was no manager hung up in my face. And now they’re not answering my calls the food taste good but it’s horrible customer service. If you ask me, I would go somewhere else last time I ever order from these people.

A Hidden Gem/treasure if you will. A small edifice but family oriented, kind and friendly atmosphere. I went for the first time and was greeted by Alice who was absolutely Amazing from beginning to end. I went for the seafood boil with Alaskan crab, lobster tails in garlic butter sauce. I highly recommend this place to anyone worth the drive and money. The drinks to boot REALLY TASTY! I enjoyed while I was there Mango Mojitos! I recommend as well you definitely have an excellent dining experience! I will definitely Be BACK!! Alice thank you for all your help and being extra attentive!
