they know nothing about room service, they don't clean the room ever, i had to ask to change my towels and they changed it after the second time, also i asked to clean the toilet basket but they didn't, the electrical plugs most of them were not working, their food has no taste and they have no fixed price menu as i got two different prices for the same coffee in two different days

The rooms are very authentic. However, the breakfast was awful. The food was served cold and never together. There was never any cleaning during 4 day stay to the rooms or the common areas. There are no trash bins in the common areas so trash piled up and was never cleaned. Also, the workers in general weren't friendly or helpful l. I wouldn't return to this place again.

Service is awful. We faced many challenges. One of them was no hot water in our room. It took forever for the staff to take action. We had hot water on one day, and the next day it was cut off and no one from the staff would help!

Nice place to go in winters but not in the summer. Actually if u went in the summer it would be the biggest mistake ever. It has animals and flies. It was a mistake that we were the only ones in the hotel! One day at night I went to the bathroom and I found a creature I don't know what it was but it looked like a lizard. Otherwise everything is great. The food is delicious. The beds are not quite good as they are filled with dust. I'm quite impressed.

I love it. The style is beautiful and practical. Bed sheets and bathrooms were clean. One room had a fridge in a very bad condition though. Hot water was available. Breakfast was very good (we didn't try any other meals). Staff was very friendly. Phone and internet connection were very bad, but then again we were on vacation 😉
