I had a wonderful experience shopping here! The customer service was amazing — they spoke so kindly and patiently, and made us feel very welcome. They showed us a wide variety of beautiful Hindi-Punjabi dresses and helped us choose what suited us best. I really appreciated their time and friendly attitude. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for great service and stunning traditional outfits!

Truly one of the best shops we have been to in terms of selections and customer service. I am very surprised to see the other reviews about rude customer service because both time I went, I shopped with the owners and they did not hesitate to take out and show us ALL the clothes we asked to see. We were FIVE girls looking for party lehengas so we did asked to see a lot of clothes and not once did the owner seem rude or sick of us, she was happy to show us everything and helped us all find something we liked. The selection is also great compared to other stores I’ve been to both in terms of clothes (lots of great party wear lehenga and saree and traditional clothes too) and jewelry and they also have a lot of ready made blouses. Truly an underrated place and I highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Shamu! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly owners. They were so patient and attentive to our needs, offering helpful suggestions and showing us countless lehengas. We ended up spending about 4 hours in the store, and they never once got tired of us, they were consistently kind! The clothing selection is fantastic, with a great variety of styles that cater to every taste. Whether you're looking for something trendy or classic, they’ve got it all! The quality of the pieces is top-notch, and I really appreciated how well-organized everything was. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with my shopping experience. The owners truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I will definitely be returning soon and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great fashion and outstanding customer service!
