We visited together with our daughter and had a wonderful evening together. We started off with the dim sum, both steamed and deep fried. Exquisite ingredients, excellent preparation and innovative, delicious combinations of flavours. We continued with braised pork belly (sadly, they ran out off the crispy one), lamb chops accompanied with side dishes of steamed jasmine rice and the asparagus and water chestnut. We ordered each of the three deserts, moved them around for more of a sharing experience. Excellent wines (no need to go for the more expensive options) as well as sublime tea complemented the food.
The interior exhumes richness and perfection in its design and choice of materials, all to be complemented by a service close to perfection of the outstanding staff. By far the best Cantonese restaurant we’ve ever visited, which we highly recommend for an elusive dining experience!
