Man, this place was PACKED on 4/20! The line was out the door! As long as the line was, though, they got us in and out as quickly as they could. This was my first visit to Shango, so I got a pre-roll for a penny! Nice deal.

I finally returned and I must say I'm happy I did ! Amazing selection and the customer service was great. They have a few different growers now , with various terpenes levels so I can get what suites me the best.

Ive given Shango more than enough of my resources; time, money etc. Today broke the camel's back. I attempted to reach delivery x 3 and sent to voicemail. I finally spoke with front desk and was put through to delivery and a man answered, I inquired about my online delivery order that I placed at three in the morning. This person said my order was on hold because I didn't answer my phone. I order delivery all the time from dispensaries and recognize they're going to call to verify. I received one phone call that I didn't recognize and answered. I said hello more than once and I only heard crickets. So I hung up. I explained that to him and he said "no I called you.". He told me that twice basically calling me deceitful. And the attitude and his voice ,, I could so live without. Bye Shango. sincerely disappointed

So far so good, besides the neighborhood is a little sketchy at night they have security in front with plenty of parking near. The product has been good at good prices. Did have a problem with the Shango pre rolls stop hitting about half way thru but I just toss it in the bowl. I think it's being ground to fine or packed to tight. Not sure, not my department LOL The service at the front for the pick-up was fast friendly and the entrance area was Suttle but nice.

I had the best experience the other day with a driver from Shango name Rachel, I am new to the cannabis and She took her time to answer each and Every one of my questions, and there were quite a few lol She was so knowledgeable and professional with the best personality. I will definitely be doing all of my ordering through Shango. Hopefully I can request Rachel every time.

Never buy from here. It's true what past customers say, when you deliver online and call and ask for an ETA the girl on the phone always says the same thing "our driver is on lunch..blah blah". This place is a ripoff. I had to cancel my order because of how rude they were on the phone and they were pushing back my order spot and the time too. They said our order was in 2nd and then 2hrs after waiting for my order they said it's gonna be delivered around 11:30pm and pushed my spot to 4th because of more orders? Like how do you get more orders to the point where you gotta change my spot 4th , mine never should have changed from second , I paid and ordered first but now they made me wait even more because they got more orders after me and I gotta be the one to wait? Nah . This place sucks . They make up lies about ur order eta and the customer service sucks .

Visit my first 24 hour cannabis club in Vegas. The inside was pretty small. For my first time going, two men were arguing about who was in line first. Lol. I'm from the Bay Area. The prices I seen here had me questioning if I even wanted to get any flower lol. They didn't have much options but my bud tender was nice. Seems like this will be my go to when I'm in Vegas. Gotta get those quarters when they're cheap lol. Nice location, lots of parking.

I went to this dispensary EVERY OTHER DAY FOR MONTHS. I tipped every night. Never cared how rude and disrespectful the workers were but they just stole 20$ from me in front of my face. My bud tender handed me 2$ back when I was supposed to get 22$ back. I asked for the 20$ and she said you only gave me 80$. The total was 78$ so I understand why she assumed I gave her 80$. But I didn't. I gave her the full 100$ that I JUST pulled out of the atm. I waited for 45 minutes as they "checked" the security cameras just to come back and tell me they couldn't see the money from where I was and said they'd call me back the next day. I was baffled that a dispensary of all places was bumming over 20$ but whatever I left and waited for my phone call. I got that call tonight. The lady called said "hi I just checked the cameras and you CLEARLY only gave her 80$". I said oh? Can I see the footage. And she rudely said "nope! You're not allowed". Wild how you clearly saw that but the night before you couldn't see a thing... Never going back y'all know you didn't see shit. I have you 100$ and I checked my car that night to make sure I wasn't trippen and had a random 20 floating around. I'm very organized and precise. And you guys are ridiculous.

Ok I'm seriously pissed off.. 1st of all, I was a tourist from California.. the guy at the register never gave my driver's license back.. now I'm back home without my damn license! Wtf!!! 2nd, I opened my WYLD edible and the seal is broken!! Kind makes me think employees messed with them so they are going directly in the trash or flushed down the toilet!

It's been a while since I stopped in here, and now I remember why. Wait in line to wait in line to wait in line to hopefully get someone who can help you, then wait in line again. Seriously, this is the worst system ever. After my third "wait in line", my Budtender vanished. I stood where I was told for about 15 minutes - being totally ignored - counter folks would actually look at me and then look away - and finally walked out. On my way out, I mentioned this to the office folks, and they helped me out - but it wasn't a happy scene. As I stood, trying to decide which product was right for me, the tender mentioned that if I came back tomorrow, I could get 2-for-1 on the product that I was considering. I wasn't about to wait in line again, so I said - "No, I'll just take one without the deal." "Oops... we're all out." Wait... you're running a special on a product that you don't have in stock??? Sounds bait-and-switchy to me. It's too bad. I was here on opening night, and have always thought that this place had potential.

Went in tonight and Carl rang us out, he was attentive, fast, and very nice! Definitely recommend you ask for him when you visit this location

If you haven't been I would consider stopping in and taking a look. They have a wonderful pre-roll list with some very exquisite choices. They carry an assortment of candy and chocolate bar as well as breakfast cakes. On you first visit recieve a pre-roll for a penny when you spend $5 great deal.

Ive never been to this dispensary so I thought I would give it a try. I was super impressed at the selection, service and specials. A shout out to Chris A who help me pick some things, very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful! I grabbed some 1/8ths and pre rolls. Will definitely be back:)

Lost a customer today after keeping me waiting 6 HOURS for my delivery! Seriously 6 hours? They do this ALL time time and their favorite line is "oh driver just got to lunch break" whenever you call (seriously try it! Call after you order and see what they say) their edibles are MID & taste stale, customer service is non existent. All this work for some MID. Finding another dispensary if this company doesn't give me a proper apology.

HORRIBLE! Do not order delivery! I ordered at 7:30 PM and I called (they don't bother to call and give a heads up) I just got told my order won't be here till 1:30AM!!! Just ridiculous and their edibles are horrible

Long lines but plenty workers just walking around playing around and only 1 cashier working floor but talking stories and just hanging out like she's not working. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Never again.

I'm visiting for a few hours and needed to pick up some cannabis so I came to Shango. When I walked in security open the door greeted me the guy in the front I didn't catch his name but he was nice also I had a really great time talking with Justin he's very knowledgeable and funny I would definitely come back when I'm in Vegas. Sara checked me out she was awesome as well great attitude great smile.. overall positive vibes from staff

This is probably the worst dispensary in LV and I only ever go there because it's the closest to where I live. The service is usually so slow, everyone is polite but they are very understaffed. The weed is trash and the prices aren't great, the deals suck unless you buy a lot at once. Would not recommend unless it's your very last option.

I usually sleep on it before leaving a bad review. But this is honestly how I feel. After the 3rd time coming home with a budtender recommended flower strain and ending up with flavorless, impotent, bitter flower, I decided enough is enough. First off .. they never seem to want to let you just browse the menu on your own. Then they start giving you suggestions whether you want them or not .. and start carrying stuff over for you to look at. Another thing that bugs me is, if they see me looking at a sativa, they assume I'm a "sativa guy" and try to stop me from looking at indicas, assuming I'm too stupid to know that it's not a sativa. "Oh .. that's an indica though, here's some more sativas." I'm too polite but I really just want to say "Can you please just go away and let me browse? If I have a question I'll ask." It would be fine if I ended up with good weed but lately that has not been the case. Makes you wonder if the employees are encouraged to push certain products that are getting stale or are otherwise poor sellers etc.

For the last few months all the flower has been extremely dry. Even the expensive stuff. I just came from there and I am dissatisfied.

Easy access, easy place to find, lots of parking, great product. I like to roll my own. I like weed/flower I can break down with my fingers and de-stem and roll up into a nice fluffy fresh joint, (and not powder). And the product here is Slap too. Been smoking their Lemon Shiv a beautiful product in my opinion around 28 percent or so, roll one up and it hit it unlit and taste that goodness.. All the top line stuff here is fantastic in my experience. I also like that they have grams on most the better product too, sometimes I just want to try a joint of something, you know? Ive never been in a line there over 5 people, i'm sure they happen, its that there product is next level. (Hey, they have benches to sit on). This is flower to be enjoyed and appreciated! . I go to Shango for the beautiful product and beautiful deals I get, not to oogle the bud tenders. They know their product here.

This dispensary is just horrible for Business. To start first, on 10/29/22 the window attendant was just plain negative with her attitude. She was of course high but she was really high enough not to notice how she was acting. Then we accidentally get the wrong type of pod, we go back to see if they can just do a simple exchange for another pod(same price). The window attendant just refunds us the money. Then we go to the back just to buy it all over again. That was literally 30min wasted just for something that could've been done in 2min. We wanted to try out this place since it's up the street from us but we'll stick with NuLeaf. Thanks!

By far the worst and most unwelcoming dispensary I've ever been too . The staff is very rude and not customer service friendly ,, at all . The first time I went there ,, I was getting ready to pay for my order with my boyfriend . It was under my name and I was using his card to pay. No. I had the card in the machine ready to enter my pin until I made a joke to my boyfriend about him having to pay . The lady rudely stops the transaction and tells us to pull the card out and says that she's unable to continue the transaction because my boyfriend is paying with his card when it's in my name . Never have I ever had this happen to me at any other dispensary!! We had to cancel our order and wait in the smelly waiting room while she cancelled our order and waited for us to go in the vacant room where the budtenders were . When we walked back ,, not one bud tender was wanting to assist . They were caught up talking amongst one another . I waited for them to end a conversation before I could order . I let the bud tender know what happened with my order . He was very confused to why I couldn't have continued the purchase and had to take the extra steps to purchase . I gave this place one more try yesterday . The second time I go in on a Friday . Not too busy , but there is a very small unorganized line . The male security guard was flirting and talking with an employee working there at the door . I walk through the other door not knowing that he was checking ID at the door ? I'm standing , once again the the smelly lobby , waiting for my order .. As I stand there , a male that I had just let cross the street prior , entered the building .. security guard rudely tells me ,, I was checking IDs at the door ,, this man will be first before you .. Absolutely shocked that he felt the need to assert his rent a cop attitude to make it known that he was boss of the lobby .. Okay whatever. So I ask for my pick up order at the window once it's finally my turn according to the rude security guard. The person helping me pulls a whole different order with a whole different name !! Considering the fact that they are sooo tight about matching names ,, how ironic I was being handed a whole different order with a completely different name . The guy was so high that he really thought i could enter the card and PIN number through the glass once he finally figured out where my order was . He came around from his desk area ,, to have me enter my card and PIN . Once I realized I was being charged 4$ for an exit bag, I pulled my card out quickly and declined. On the website , it's showing 1$ for exit bag . Where in their high mind did they get 4$ for a plastic bag . Every where else is either free or 1$ !! Quickly left and went to Curaleaf . Absolutely not with this place .. idk why this place just seems super sketchy also when you walk in . Or maybe it's just the people working there and the location . With the extra money they are charging for an exit bag, you would thing the lobby wouldn't smell like a moldy mop ..

Horrible customer service. The last two orders I was told they didn't have my updated medical card info even though I presented it in store in Sept. My account was never properly updated. A month ago I emailed it in for the delivery and was assured it would be properly uploaded so this would not happen in the future. Today I was told by the same person who called to confirm a few weeks ago that I had to send the info in again. This place is clearly a joke and they dont' care how they treat people. The two males I spoke with were less than friendly and treated me as if I was the problem when they clearly are having problems keeping basic info in order. Then when you attempt to speak to the so called supervisor you are blocked and told she doesn't answer phone calls. I was given an email that wait for it... was kicked right back to me I attached a screenshot. It says that email address only accepts emails from GROUP members. Shady... This place is a joke and not worth the bother. During one visit last year I met a nice older lady who was also medical and she made it seem like they were normal and cared. They do not. I'm not wasting another penny is this joint. Typical low class Las Vegas behavior.

Curbside is so slow. Ordered my product; 1 product a disposable pen, cost was $50, over an hour in advance. I was told 20-30mins. Took an hour and 15mins just to get someone to my car. I called to check and was told I had to wait for the text message. I'm sitting in curbside pick and there is NO one else waiting. Confused. I ordered in advance bc I had plans at a specific time. Now I'm late bc of this inconvenience. Not very accommodating

This is the best dispensary in Las Vegas prices, selection and staff are amazing! The receptionist Loretta was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely keep going back to Shango!!!!

Lower your prices on wax. I payed 33 dollars for half a g. It didn't last long. Every other dispensary around there is about 23 to 30 for a full g and very good quality. I'm never coming back. It's ridiculous.

2 stars because they were the only ones open for NY. Zero stars because they over charge on the cartridges, and not by a little. From the change of a 20 I got from buying Shango's $49+tax half gram. I can go to top notch down the road, and buy theirs $17 flat after tax and get the same amount. So, to save $$$ don't go here if you want to buy dab cartridges.

I'm done. First choice to last option. I order an ounce a week minimum from here because of the great shake prices, but the delivery is just ridiculous. Over 5 hours. FIVE. And it's not like I would've minded picking it up, but every time I called (3 times), I was told that "the driver was about to head out". Just be honest. I would've came and picked it up, and I'm sure you plenty of other people would've too. Oh and the second time I called the associate said something about dropping off on one side of town before coming back to get the west side's orders and again that "the driver was just pulling up and heading out to you soon", so are y'all pushing back deliveries so you can group them together? Order confirmed at 5:37pm, delivered at 12:10am. Dude went to the wrong house even though I was standing at my door, only light on on the street. I just feel like so much of my time has been wasted when you could've just been upfront one of the 3 times I called and I could've picked this up hours ago. Had to cancel a 10:15 movie time for an order placed at 5:37pm. Been a loyal customer for almost 2 years literally an ounce a week for two years but Shango definitely won't be my first choice anymore.

I've been a repeat customer, even as a medical patient before Shango came to this facility. They have a great variety of flower, concentrates and edibles. The quality and consistency of the product they carry is stellar in comparison to other grows in Las Vegas. Most flower in town is dry and crumbles when squeezing with your fingers, not here. Dense, aromatic and flavorful flower. All the time.

Top drawer dispensary with a great atmosphere and amazing customer service and selection

Ordered an OZ from here online and the THC % was 25.68... we just picked it up and the THC % is 21.21 My husband went back to say this is not the one we ordered and they will not correct this issue!!! This is an OZ for almost $300!!!! We even screen shot what we ordered and the customer service we got from here is trash... I have put a lot into Shango and even drive across town but I will no longer support this business... !!! Very sad day!!!!

I've been coming here for a little over half a year now, the service has always been good. Today when I went in, I was helped by a young lady named Emily M., she really went above and beyond. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and had a positive attitude throughout my whole visit. I've never visited a dispensary and been blown away because of the phenomenal service I'd received. 2 big thumbs up to Emily M!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I've never been to a dispensary this terrible customer service was the worst ever. From the front to the back. Especially the cashiers. Get people who care about what's there doing. Travis the guy with glasses needs to learn how to talk to customers. The way this man talk to me was very disrespectful. First of all, I could not hear a word he was saying he was getting very frustrated because I asked him to repeat himself. It was Thanksgiving when I went there he should've been happy and thankful he had a job but no. When I asked him to repeat himself on how much everything was, he got annoyed. When I gave him my drivers license, he pulled it of my hand. People there need to learn customer service and do a better job Travis if you don't like your job, find something else to do that's your problem not every customer that goes in there. I will never go back there ever again.

horrible Experience, with lady with reddish pinkish hair in front check totally flipped my order without my knowledge, i online order a half oz get home to find only a 8th in my bag and all sales of final so her even prossing the order I couldn't exchange or get what I ordered regardless i didn't and don't want this poo 8th and the best remedy they could offer is 15% off my next order when the have 20% happy hour for everyone definitely not going back for them to mess with my expectations of a buInness and actually confirming my correct order is up for pick up when I already live 20 minutes away definitely lost a customer

For some reason, I talk myself into coming here every six months or so. Not sure why, crappy experiences every time. They don't do anything for medical patients and they are usually out of the deals that are worth driving there for (I live in lake Las Vegas). Today I went for the edibles deal and naturally, they were out. In fact the guy said they had been out of those for days! So instead of getting 8 for $60 I got 3 for $48......its whatever. Then I did the flower deal and 2 of the 3 8ths I bought were not the strain I asked for! I got all the way home only to realize I was given one of the weakest strains instead of the highest. This was the last time I trick myself into doing business here.

Gold star for the brother doing security on overnights! Too bad he's the only one working, I average spending about 200 bucks each trip but after watching two employees have a full conversation while almost a dozen people waited for them to finish, in line at 2am is too much. I'll be taking my business to Nu Leaf or Jardin where customer service is a thing. There's a reason toys dispensary only gets junk yard locals! First of all, Shango has the best flower hands down in all of Vegas. Every time we get flower with the Shango name on it, it's always fire fresh & moist, cured to perfection. They have so many knock out strains! They also have awesome deals all week long. We will continue to drive over 30 minutes from the other side of town bypassing all other dispensaries to get our flower directly from Shango. This place is an absolute gem. The staff is so kind and friendly every single time. Thank you so much DeAndre! We will recommend Shango to everyone we know!
