Shangri-La Bengaluru

Though we have visited Shangri-La properties in other locations, this was our first experience at Shangri-La Bangalore, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the beautifully maintained premises and thoughtfully designed spaces to the consistently outstanding service, everything reflected the brand’s hallmark of excellence.||||The staff were remarkable across all touchpoints. While it's difficult to name everyone, a few individuals truly stood out. Vaishnavi, ever cheerful, welcomed guests with a warm, genuine smile that set a positive tone from the moment we entered. Salini from the Front Office was a standout: always patient, proactive, and empathetic. She went the extra mile every single time, ensuring that any concern was addressed with care and professionalism. Syed was constantly present and ready to assist, offering help whenever we were around. And Chetan and John, more than just doormen, ensured the experience of being welcomed began the moment we arrived at the property.||||Beyond the people, the culinary experience was outstanding. The in-room dining and restaurant offerings were excellent. The overall setup, ambiance, and service delivery were all impeccably managed. Pankaj, the chef from BCafe was a gem. ||||Overall, it was truly inspiring to see a team so passionate, attentive, and professional. All of them, those named and many others, are true assets to Shangri-La. I sincerely wish them continued growth within the property and the wider Shangri-La Group.||||We leave with fond memories and look forward to returning.

The rooms were great. Spacious and clean, with great views of the city. The breakfast spread was also very nice. The stay was good and the restaurants seemed nice and the restaurant staff were very welcoming. The check-in/front desk however, was not good. We explicitly asked for 2 key cards and they gave us just one. A lady at the reception brushed me off quite rudely and insisted that she gave me 2 keycards. I had to get her boss involved and she was too arrogant to even acknowledge her mistake. At check-out, I got my change in cash and another lady (different one from check-in) at the reception was quite condescending for some reason and decided by herself to shortchange me by 64 Rs. Its not a big amount, and I would have been fine with it, if she had only asked me first. It doesn't matter if its 1 rupee as well, it is only common courtesy to ask my permission first. Overall, the hotel itself is nice but the reception staff damaged my experience a lot.

We had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at Shangri-La Hotel and Resort, Bangalore. It was a long stay, yet we didn’t want it to end — that’s how welcoming and heartwarming the experience was.||||From the very beginning, check-in was smooth, and the staff were exceptionally polite, warm, and attentive. Every time we entered the hotel lobby, the gatekeepers and security team greeted us with genuine smiles and asked about our well-being, always ready to help in any way.||||One particular moment still stays close to our hearts: my wife greeted a young gatekeeper named Pawan by his name. The next time we walked by, he cheerfully greeted her back — remembering her name. That small, thoughtful gesture truly made her day and reflected how quick he was in building rapport with guests.||||Our room was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The housekeeping team, led by Avinash, along with Sumana, Akshaya, and others, were efficient, trustworthy, and cooperative. We could even leave our valuables in the room without worry, which speaks about the trust we had in them.||||We also created many fond memories during our meal times. The chefs at B Café, especially Prabhat and Qutub, went out of their way to ensure we had delicious vegetarian breakfasts. On one particularly crowded Sunday, Qutub still found the time to make us some special rolls — a gesture we’re truly grateful for.||||Aashish was our another favorite. He introduced us to the best tortillas and avocado toast we’ve had! On our final day, he and Amritha surprised us with a lovely chocolate treat and a farewell cake — it was such a thoughtful goodbye. Special thanks to all the staff and Rohit who always helped us with whatever we asked for and Rajat for rocking the lungi and best coffee.||||And the Saffron's Chef Mr. Pankaj delighted us with delicious Indian cuisine, adding to our experience we enjoyed throughout our stay.||||Ranbir being gracious enough to offer us that he will ask chef to cook whatever we like.||||We're also thankful to the entire team at B Café who worked tirelessly yet cheerfully, making each meal special.||||And last but not least, a heartfelt mention to Mr. Asif, the manager at B Café. He was always cheerful, grounded, and approachable, setting a great example for his team.||||Special mention to Concierge/Transport team in agreeing to our demand of charging our e vehicle, we also had good interaction with guards who all were always smiling and greeted us whenever we crossed them 😀||||This stay was not just about comfort and luxury — it was about the people who made us feel at home. The warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality we experienced at Shangri-La made our long stay unforgettable. We carry these memories with a smile and look forward to coming back again.||||Lastly we are really sorry if we have missed out on anyone.

We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La Bengaluru. The kids' playcation arrangements were top-notch and truly exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Devendra at the reception desk—he was incredibly helpful and addressed all our queries with patience and professionalism. We'd also like to appreciate Babu from the guest welcoming team, who was exceptionally kind and provided us with all the necessary information throughout our stay.||||We’ll definitely recommend Shangri-La Bengaluru to our friends, especially families traveling with children. It's a fantastic destination for a relaxing and well-organized family getaway.

Amazing hotel. People working there are great. Say we stayed when there was a wedding on so were disturbed with wedding guests charging around. I would check first before booking to see if there is a wedding on and book elsewhere if there is. They knocked £15 off our total bill as a very very small gesture.

Caprese is a cozy Italian restaurant that serves delicious, homemade food. The place has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed dinner.||We started with the Stuffed pasta, which was fresh and flavourful. The tomatoes were sweet, and the bread was crispy. For the main course, the pizza was creamy and rich, with fresh cheese that melted in the mouth.||The service was friendly and fast, and the prices were reasonable. If you’re looking for tasty Italian food in a comfortable setting, this spot is a great choice.||A huge shoutout to Praveen

One of the best hotels I've stayed at—truly a luxurious experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the food quality was top-notch. The view from the 19th floor was absolutely breathtaking!

Visited B café at Shangri-La and had a wonderful experience. The food and coffee were top-notch, and the ambiance was really calming. A big thanks to Minhaj and Jenus for their warm and attentive service. They truly made the visit special. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.
