Shangri-la Bengaluru you have made my stay outstanding and memorable. My experience from airport to check-in, to in room to restaurants to checkout was just next level. Your main pillars of success and customer delight are your staff. A big shout out starting from your Airport Rep, Front desk staff Ms Salini and Ms Tanya who made my check-in experience wonderful to the bell desk staff, they are all kind, helpful and professional. My Housekeeping staff Mr Veeru and Mr Rahul made sure I am taken care in my room. Mr Veeru is such a delight, extremely professional and anticipates customer needs even before you ask for something. Mr Veeru is the top most and the best Housekeeping Executive I have ever come across. Now come my favourite 'B cafe', it is truly an extravagant experience in this cafe. I had a lavish breakfast with wide spread of food choices and again the most wonderful staff who served me and my colleagues at B cafe, Mr Rajat, Ms Hega, Ms Lalita, Ms Muskan, Mr Alan and a very interactive Chef Kutub. They all made sure they serve us from heart which truly represents our Indian Hospitality. Overall an awesome experience, great rooms, amazing service and a memorable stay. Kudos to all my above staff, I will surely come back experience your great Indian Hospitality again.

I got married at Shangri La and we had our dinner planned at Caprese. I was in my white gown and they had seated out in open space lol. The food was okay they moved us around quite a bit (you don’t do that to a bride considering how inconvenient it is to carry the dress around) . So dinner is done and we head to cake cutting in saffron where we asked one of the attendants to click the photo . She sure did, with herself in every photo with me and my husband and our children 😂😂 and get this I am a member at shangrila looooool. Given my experience I wouldn’t suggest the place for a nice quiet evening. Nothing about my wedding was private all our photos had them in it. And the place could sure use a professional staff with some manners and respect for others privacy. Perhaps shangrila elsewhere is better but defo not in India lmao 👎🏻

I visited this hotel for my friend’s engagement. The ambiance and maintenance were outstanding, and the overall arrangements were well-managed. The only drawback was that the food was quite average compared to the rest of the experience. Apart from that, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The hotel’s central location in Bangalore is also a great advantage

This is truly a 5-star hotel, from the check in all the way to the check out. The staff showed great hospitality, kindness, and were quick to help out any needs. Joy did a fantastic job welcoming us and guiding us to our room. The room succeeded beyond all expectations and had a great view. This hotel was by far the best hotel I have ever experienced, I would 100% recommend staying here as the staff made you feel at home.

The stay was excellent. The rooms were nice with a good view. The breakfast was decent with plenty of options. The service and staffs were welcoming and always with a smile. I didn't know why But during night i was feeling hot even though my room temperature was at 20°C. Overall the experience was excellent

We had the most amazing stay at the Shangri-La Bengalore. Fantastic staff, beautiful, luxurious, quiet double glazed rooms, super comfy beds and the breakfast staff, reception & concierge staff were the most attentive and best I have ever experienced. Cant wait to go back again.

Went to the b cafe at shangrila bangalore for Sunday brunch. Very good food spread and decor offering a huge variety. Loved the Indian desserts especially 'gond laddo' and 'Anjeer halwa'. |Comfortable seating and spacious layout gave a relaxed vibe.|The servers and chefs were attentive and warm but there are some gaps which need to be addressed for a more efficient service level.

The hot and sour soup was tangy, spicy, and comforting. I loved the eggplant in garlic sauce—so flavorful and perfectly cooked. You can really tell the chefs know what they’re doing. It’s the kind of place where every dish feels personal, and every bite makes you want to try more. Affordable, delicious, and heartwarming
