We had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at Shangri-La Hotel and Resort, Bangalore. It was a long stay, yet we didn’t want it to end — that’s how welcoming and heartwarming the experience was.||||From the very beginning, check-in was smooth, and the staff were exceptionally polite, warm, and attentive. Every time we entered the hotel lobby, the gatekeepers and security team greeted us with genuine smiles and asked about our well-being, always ready to help in any way.||||One particular moment still stays close to our hearts: my wife greeted a young gatekeeper named Pawan by his name. The next time we walked by, he cheerfully greeted her back — remembering her name. That small, thoughtful gesture truly made her day and reflected how quick he was in building rapport with guests.||||Our room was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The housekeeping team, led by Avinash, along with Sumana, Akshaya, and others, were efficient, trustworthy, and cooperative. We could even leave our valuables in the room without worry, which speaks about the trust we had in them.||||We also created many fond memories during our meal times. The chefs at B Café, especially Prabhat and Qutub, went out of their way to ensure we had delicious vegetarian breakfasts. On one particularly crowded Sunday, Qutub still found the time to make us some special rolls — a gesture we’re truly grateful for.||||Aashish was our another favorite. He introduced us to the best tortillas and avocado toast we’ve had! On our final day, he and Amritha surprised us with a lovely chocolate treat and a farewell cake — it was such a thoughtful goodbye. Special thanks to all the staff and Rohit who always helped us with whatever we asked for and Rajat for rocking the lungi and best coffee.||||And the Saffron's Chef Mr. Pankaj delighted us with delicious Indian cuisine, adding to our experience we enjoyed throughout our stay.||||Ranbir being gracious enough to offer us that he will ask chef to cook whatever we like.||||We're also thankful to the entire team at B Café who worked tirelessly yet cheerfully, making each meal special.||||And last but not least, a heartfelt mention to Mr. Asif, the manager at B Café. He was always cheerful, grounded, and approachable, setting a great example for his team.||||Special mention to Concierge/Transport team in agreeing to our demand of charging our e vehicle, we also had good interaction with guards who all were always smiling and greeted us whenever we crossed them 😀||||This stay was not just about comfort and luxury — it was about the people who made us feel at home. The warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality we experienced at Shangri-La made our long stay unforgettable. We carry these memories with a smile and look forward to coming back again.||||Lastly we are really sorry if we have missed out on anyone.
