So... this place is Hot...!!! Temperature hot that is. No air conditioning so keep that in mind if dining there in the summer. The cuisine offered was a very nice assortment of Nepalese delicacies with some Indian and Pakistani dishes mixed in as well. The service was great although there was a lot of confusion on which dish went where, as can be expected after ordering from a digital menu. My wife and I shared the meal and started with some yummy Garlic Naan and Chicken MoMo which are popular Nepalese dumplings filled with minced chicken, onion, spring onion, garlic, ginger, and cilantro with homemade spices. There was a delicious curry dipping sauce served as well. For our main we split the Chicken Tikka Kabab which I expected would come out on a skewer, but actually came out on a hot cast iron plate and smothered with a delicious sauce. From the menu description it is chicken breast marinated overnight in variety of spices ginger garlic paste and yogurt, skewered then baked in clay oven. It was a quiet place and all in all a good dinner. The walk back to the Hilton Grand Vacation resort was only a few blocks. If in the mood for a spicy, flavorful meal of Nepalese food, then look no further!
