Shanshui Trends Hotel Dongzhan

There are no facilities per se other than self-service laundry but that will not stop me from returning. This is no fancy hotel but does provide clean beds and sheets right at the GZ east rail station which co-locates the GZ east MRT station so this is a super convenient location. Popark Shopping Plaza 东方宝泰购物广场 here also has fantastic restaurants and a supermarket. This is one MRT stop away from 天河城.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The building and rooms are old, with many things broken or dirty. My room had no window, making it feel stuffy and unpleasant. Despite requesting a normal bed, I was given an awkward round bed that was impossible to sleep on comfortably. The corridors were unnecessarily long, and the decor looked cheap and worn out. Even worse, although there were "no smoking" signs everywhere, the elevator constantly reeked of tobacco smoke every time we used it, clearly, the rules were not enforced. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a clean, comfortable, or well-managed stay.

Hotel location is very excellent Room is run down, in need of renovation to make it upto date and style.No fridge in room. A should have to keep items needing chilling.Air-conditioning is poor, had to get standing fans in to the room to feel comfortable. Otherwise, it was difficult to sleep well.

Great location. Room size is very comfortable. Bed is good. Shower acceptable. Overall 7/10. No complaints as a business  hotel

The best thing about this hotel is its location inside the Guangdong East Railway Station. Very convenient for an overnight stay if travelling by rail. The nice sized room was good and was very clean. Breakfast at the Kang Fu restaurant next door tasted good but was on the small size. The decor looks tired. The hotel could do with a renovation in the near future.

quite a shabby hotel but adjacent to GZ East Railway station what makes it very convenient and efficient if wanna save time during your travel; facilities are ok for one night stay

Strategic location, just in the Dong Zhan 东站 itself, out from Door No 3, you will see it. Taxi station just beside. Food and beverage are easy to locate, variety of choices. Quite room. The only need to improve is the toilet and bathroom only one door to close for side by side. Unable to closed properly on the bathroom. Slow lift up and down. With room key access to the room floor, consider safety. Room with breakfast, but just 2 restaurants choice beside hotel. Reception are unable to assist for any travel information.

I check in in evening time， staff is very bad, she does not have service mind. The room is dirty and have smoking smell. I have to change the room. Only location is good.
