Mary, Avy, and Autumn were incredibly welcoming and attentive, setting a warm tone from the moment we arrived. We had a truly delicious breakfast, with smooth, well balanced coffee and toast topped with almond butter, banana, and honey that had just the right crunch and bite. We genuinely enjoyed the entire breakfast experience and would happily return.

I got a small bag of their in-house roasted coffee beans form a friend and I loved them. However, I called them multiple times to try to get a bigger bag but they never got back to me. I’m very disappointed. I emailed them and talked to numerous employees that said they’d pass my information to the person in charge of the roastery. But nonetheless I never heard back. If you’re looking for bigger bags of coffee beans, this is not the place!

I ordered two shots of espresso with a splash of oat milk over ice and this is what I got?? Look at the size when compared to a normal coffee. The server was so rude, she kept staring at my friend and I and whispering to her co worker. The staring and whispering made us so uncomfortable. All this because I’m a low-income student and didn’t tip. I wish I could rate this place with 0 star

BEST coffee in town always with an amazing staff (cold brew on nitro is superb). Fun location being right in the middle of Thornes Marketplace (great to sit and people watch). Their pastries are all made fresh and are always delicious. Can't beat Share.

Our group had two cappuccinos, a mocha and a hot chocolate... Everyone loved their drinks! It's a great put stop to refuel and then head out to shop or sightsee... Recommended!

Small and simple coffee shop on the right when entering Thornes Marketplace from Main Street. The baristas are kind and knowledgeable. I did not try the food or baked goods, though the prices seem reasonable for this kind of venue. I will definitely return to grab drip coffee, espresso or tea to go. The seating is in the center of a bustling area — not my preference. It is close to bathrooms and great shopping, also directly across from wonderful, hand-made chocolates.

I ordered an iced latte with oat milk. When the order came up another customer who also ordered an iced latte went to take it. The girl working there snapped at him saying that wasn’t his. My husband asked if it was the oat milk latte and she snapped back that we hadn’t ordered it with oat milk. My husband tried explaining it had been ordered that and the girl lost it. She again snapped she would remake it and charge us for the oat milk. When we were paying she loudly brought up the receipt and how it hadn’t been on there. I don’t know where the guy went we ordered with but he had disappeared. It was his mistake for not entering the order correctly but under no circumstances should she have behaved like she did. No one needs to be publicly embarrassed for wanting oat milk and we would never go back there again. We have liked this place in the past but it’s not like you can’t find other coffee places Northampton.
