Google
Deciphered between a two or three because they put pickles in their salmon bowl. I didn’t like the sweet flavor. I also asked what they put inside of the bowl prior to my purchase. He made no mention of pickles. He specifically said broccoli, onions, and sauce. What if I was allergic to pickles? A waste of $15.

My first time ordering from here and the food was fresh to order. Yet the online prices didn't match up. The food was hot which was great and I ordered the salmon platter and two rotisserie wings which rang up to $20 some dollars. I was shocked one because the platter wasn't even that big and I was expecting to pay maybe $16 or so but I just went along with the total trying to support a black owned business. I should have gotten the sauce of the platter on the side since I didn't know what to expect. But I got the sauce on it and my first bite for myself personally was not to my liking. The sauce that was drizzled on top kind of tasted like tartar sauce mixed with mayonnaise and a hint of ketchup, regardless it just wasn't my cup of tea. So I tried to skim it off the top but it was pretty bountiful. Also I was surprised at how the salmon was chopped up throughout the platter it was hard to find any actual chunks. I tried the rotisserie wing and that was the winner for me. At $2 for one rotisserie wing though okay.

I haven’t had shareefs since before I stopped eating chicken. Therefore, I haven’t had the salmon platter before. There were a lot of pieces of hard rice in the platter which made it hard to chew. The flavor was ok but it lacked something. My son had the rotisserie chicken that he enjoyed. The salmon was 14 for an entire platter but the chicken was 13 for 4 wings.

Soon as I walked in and seen them molded cheesecakes it was a turn off I started to not order. I told them they need to throw then out he did but over all my food was ok. I got the steak n salmon dish..

I got food from their truck in Baltimore at a festival. The food was fantastic and the service was great. I would love to both get more food from that truck, and try their restaurant.

Google
Small place, a few seats, more stand and eat room, but still small. Nice staff, food made fresh to order. I had a salmon wrap which includes rice, broccoli, peppers and a signature sauce. You can add onions and green peppers. It was good, but all the rice smothered the salmon. The sauce made it taste good. On street parking.

I’m currently at SOWEBO FEST. 5/25/25. They have a food truck here. One of the Hispanic workers asked my daughter and niece when will they turn 15. They are 13 and look 13. Shareef, it was the one with curly hair.

Yelp
I hadn't been to Shareef's in years so I decided to end that streak today. I use to live closer to their westside location, but now that I've moved to this side of town it gave me a chance to try the eastside. I called in my order and it was ready for me soon as I walked in the door. I couldn't decide between a chicken wrap or salmon platter so I got them both and saved half for later. Both was a delicious as I remembered and the sauce is still like none other. I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
The rotisserie wings were good. Skin was kind of flabby though and fries were basic. Not the best but decent if you are hungry.

Yelp
Tried fried wings platter with Mac & cheese And seasoned rice. The rice was the best thing in the platter.

Yelp
My 3rd time here and by far the best! Great customer service by everybody on deck! Everyone was so nice and friendly, and spoke even if they weren't directly assisting me. I had the pleasure of ordering something from the regular food part as well as the smoothie menu directly next door (attached). The brand continues to provide top notch food items, quality and a taste to be admired for hours. Man, the way my tastebuds are set up, you never know which location I may pop up at 4 a Shareef's fix!! Jorhe (pronounced ' Hoar Hey) definitely made the Principal's List w his routine customer service today. He was helpful from the moment I placed my telephone order throughout my in store order ensuring my wait time was minimal all while displaying a great attitude and personality. If you haven't been... WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??

Yelp
I went to this restaurant because I heard they had excellent food and i wanted to support a local business. The food was good unfortunately the customer service no where to be found. For the area it appears this is what the customers are accustomed to. The food was good but not sure if it is worth the price considering the lack of customer service. I still wanted to try the cuisine for myself. I ignored the visibly irritated young man who took my order and acted as if he had something more importation do despite me being the only customer. I ordered one rotisserie wing, one fried chicken wing, a shrimp wrap and a slice of carrot cake. Both of the chicken wings were well seasoned the rotisserie was my favorite. I enjoyed the shrimp wrap and the roasted veggies that were on it but it certainly could've had more shrimp on it. The carrot cake was ok not great, too much frosting for my liking.

Yelp
I ordered from the West location several times a few years ago. I was happy to see the Belair location open since it's closer to me. I ordered a platter thinking it would be the same as the West location. NOT...The sauce was different and sweet. It reminded me of Miracle Whip. The rice, broccoli and shrimp were perfect which saved me from dumping the whole thing. I'm going to go back to the West location to see if they have changed. Hopefully they haven't changed their sauce. I'd like to remain a customer but that sweet sauce has to go. Consistency is key.

Yelp
So, I had a taste for A Shareef's salmon platter. Well I thought I had taste for Shareef's platter. My platter was like a microwave dinner. It was like they took some saffron rice put a little canned salmon and broccoli in it and stuck it in the microwave. Then put some sweet sauce over top. And there is my platter. For $10 the platter should at least have some chunks of fresh salmon. And the sauce is a bit too sweet for me. I couldn't even finish a fourth of it. The wings looked good. But for $2 a wing I didn't want to take the chance and be more disappointed.

Yelp
This is the kind of food you'll love if you like platters and gyro. The portions are huge and the prices are unbelievably low for the amount of food you get. Their fried chicken gets sold out as soon as it is made for good reason. I got the crab-rice option and half the container was lump crab meat. The only thing I would ask for is for them to hold the sauce next time I order. I get food from here at least once anytime Im visiting Baltimore.

Yelp
Until yesterday, I was a proud frequent patron of Shareefs. Unfortunately, yesterday's experience has caused me to NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND! Let's start from the beginning, my colleagues were hungry so I suggested that we get Shareefs. They were hesitant, but I insisted because the food is usually extremely tasty. I didn't have the number so I looked online. I dialed and placed an order for the following: three shrimp platters, one steak platter, and a chicken platter. I was told that it would take 20 minutes and I could come pick it up at that time. Knowing that it was a Saturday, I expected them to be extremely busy. Therefore, I waited an additional 20 minutes and arrived at 1 PM. When I answered I asked for our order and was told that they never received one. Apparently, I had called the wrong Shareefs.... I was never aware that there were two and sadly the website didn't clarify either. I told the cashier, and he proceeded to call the other restaurant. The manager from Shareefs over West proceeded to tell me that the food would be ready in a few more minutes and that I needed to come pick it up! I politely informed him that it was clearly a mistake because I was completely unaware of the Westside Shareefs. He then began to become hostile on the phone and stated, " Well what am I going to do with all of this food! You need to come get it! You should've known that this was the West Shareefs!" I calmly shared that I wouldn't be ordering from any Shareefs today and would be contacting the owner. A few minutes later, he called my phone to apologize, but it should have never gotten to that point. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. Especially when their website didn't clarify. Like I said, I won't be going there. Yelpers support businesses that provide only the best product and services. Don't waste your hard earned money on subpar or even irate institutions!

Yelp
I ordered the crab meat wrap with shrimp. The hype about this place had me thinking it was going to be the best thing I've ever eaten. The wrap was good, but not all that like it is hyped up to be... The customer service deserves a 1 star rating. The cashier asked me what I wanted to order, but walked away in the middle of me ordering. Then, when he came back to the register he asked me what I wanted again and I told him I was ordering when he rudely walked away. Seems to be the type of service their regular customers are use to smh

Yelp
I have always heard of Shareefs platters and wraps. I phoned in my order so that I wouldn't have to wait. I orders the salmon platter. Which was 10.00 plus tax. When I arrived my food was hot and ready!! All I can say is the platter was flavorful and delicious. I'm a lover of sauces and the sauce on top of the platter was amazing, they should definitely bottle it. I will be going back. Next I think I will try the rotisserie wings!!

Yelp
The food in this place is excellent. the staff were extra friendly. They treated me like we were old friends even though this was my first time at the establishment. The smoothies were made from fresh fruit and veggies. It is not really a sit-in spot but I really like the vibe. I plan on making this a regular stop when in Baltimore.

Yelp
It was my first time here. First my chicken wrap was delicious. My daughter enjoyed it also, and she barely likes anything. I will take away stars for the appearance of the restaurant. It was not clean and felt sleazy. A customer in front of me wanted to order fresh wings but was told they would not be ready until 5pm. It was only 3pm. I would order again, but please clean the place.

Yelp
Hands down one of the best spots in Baltimore east and west locations both fire! I've been eating from Shareef for 9 yrs now since he was under the tent at the mosque off of division st. My favs are the lamb spaghetti , salmon and shrimp wrap, the rotisserie wings!! You will not be let down however call ahead for faster service!

Yelp
I really like the food but the spanish immigrants who work at both locations as cashiers are beyond rude, disrespectful and hateful. I love supporting local businesses but because of their distateful behavior I will never return, nor will my 7 to 8 friends who used to be very loyal to this location. GET NEW HOSTS/CASHIERS.

Yelp
I needed a quick bite before work and saw this place while at CVS. I wasn't expecting much as it is a small building attached to a row house. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the basic fried fish and chips. The fish was perfectly cooked and very tasty. Definitely worth a the visit and likely future visits. Thanks!

Yelp
i was able to meet Shareef himself tonight. very humble dude. great food! most food items are halal or made with fresh, all natural ingredients. this location is open until 9pm during the week and they stop frying chicken close to 8pm.

Yelp
It's ok I don't see the hype all about it to be honest. My daughter barely ate their chicken which says a lot. But I do give them kudos for making it fresh a lot of places don't do that!!! Also their wraps are good!!!

Joree W.

Yelp
I was not impressed!!! I am not a fan of the sauce. It had a sweet taste and for $21.00 I should have gotten more salmon and shrimp in the meal. The rice was mushy and flavorless!!! I will not be returning. I wanted to see what all the hype was about and don't plan on returning!!!

Stacey P.

Yelp
Food was good but a little pricey. Service was okay. Will return to try the wings. Street parking
