I hadn’t been to Sharetea in about a month, and when I recently stopped by to grab my favorite mango milk tea, I noticed quite a few changes. The menu had been updated, and along with all the food items, a few drinks were taken off as well, which was a bit disappointing. I also brought in my stamp card, but the server let me know they no longer accept them since the rewards program has been discontinued. While I personally wasn’t saving up for a free drink, I can imagine how frustrating that would be for customers who were. Thankfully, the staff member I spoke to was really kind and explained everything nicely, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience was okay, but I do miss the old menu and the rewards program it added a little something extra that made coming in more enjoyable.

Pretty good boba place. I appreciate the variety of fruity flavors available. However, it's not particularly up there in terms of boba shops. The tea just ok and generally things are just a little bit too sweet. The boba is inconsistent in quality, sometimes good, sometimes too hard. But again, I like the fruity flavors. They are open a little later than most other boba options so they are good for a late night craving. However they are often missing options that late.

Nice people, quick to make order, clean. Sea salt caramel tea is great! Taste kinda like coffee which is different and interesting. The kiwi fruit tea is amazing! I love it!

I ordered taro smoothie with pudding. Best drink I ever had. Better than other boba shops. My bf ordered pearl milk tea, basic but also very impressive. Tea flavor on point! Will be back!

I was driving to get something to eat and this store caught my attention. I ordered a Taro Ice Blend with pudding. It tasted really great. The pudding color is orange and tastes like boba tapioca pearls with a flan custard texture. It was late around 10pm there were a lot of young kids.

Completely overhauled the menu on as of April 2025. My partner & I are on the hunt for a new go-to boba shop as a result. The staff is fantastic, but the stamp card rewards are gone, and half the items we enjoyed are also gone. We don't have any reason to return.

I’ve always had good experiences at other Sharetea locations, but unfortunately, the Frisco location was disappointing. The cashier, Elise lacked basic customer service skills, and the manager, Grace, was present but offered no assistance. Their credit card system was down, and instead of a proper backup method, the cashier attempted to enter my card information manually into an iPhone, which felt unprofessional and concerning. I chose to pay with cash instead. For the price point, I expected a much better experience. I won’t be returning to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere. This location clearly needs better training and oversight.

Great location to visit for your boba tea needs! They share a rewards punch card with the Plano and Carrollton locations which is very convenient. The quality and taste is consistent between the 3 locations, which I am a big fan of. This particular location just seems a bit less well staffed than the others, but it could've been an anomaly from the day I visited. Bonus- if you request no ice, you actually get a *full* drink instead of a little skimmed off the top!

This place is great. It's never really too busy so I enjoy coming by for a quick drink when I'm in the area. The great thing about this location is that it is consistent so we know how to adjust our order accordingly. My partner and I consistently find this place to be less sweet then the Carrollton and Plano locations, but at least since it is consistent we know how to tailor our order to fit our preferred order. My go to drink is Kiwi Fruit Tea with Aiyu jelly and I would recommend if u like a little sour with your drink. I have not tried the chicken here so I can't speak on that. This location also almost always have seating available so you and your friends and can and enjoy your drink. Music is average, but probably a bit too loud to study. It has more of a chatting atmosphere in here.

A beautiful white male with fair blondeish brown hair and glasses around the age of 18 walked around the counter and made me the most delicious drink when I asked for whatever he thought was best. Now we have the most amazing child together and I'm so happy. Go to Sharetea frisco.

With so many options in the area now, we were excited to try this new location of Sharetea. Though limited, there is seating and on a Friday night, my daughter and I enjoyed hanging out to wait out the rain at Sharetea. Despite it being a small shop, it was quite cozy. She got Passion Fruit Green Tea with Lychee Jelly no ice which was exactly what she said she wanted before we got there. Happy teen = happy Mom! It was a little chilly the evening that we were there so I enjoyed a hot taro milk tea with light sweetness. Tucked away in a small strip, it's a great place to stop by for some boba!

The guy working was super nice but I got a taro ice blended with ice cream and a good amount of it was just ice): like chunks of ice

Patronized this location at least 5x since they've been opened. Service is habitually slow, but we usually get our drinks done right. However, our last visit was severely insulting to us. I ordered oolong+ no sugar+lychee jelly & 1 milk tea. Asian girl made our drinks, but added no lychee. I heard her voice "oh well" to her coworker#2, left our drinks on the counter and scurried to the back. She knew her mistake & did not care. Coworker#2 tried to pawn mistake to us, he did not care. We had to verbally ask where's the lychee so he could correct it. If u don't care, quit. Don't take my $ and intentionally give me less than what I paid for.

It has been awhile since I've been to a Sharetea but we were craving some refreshing drinks after the mall, so we came here. This location is nice and clean with some seating inside as well. They also share the stamp cards with Plano and Carrollton. We got the new Sharetea summer drinks - peach kiwi oolong tea (30% sugar) and peach strawberry green tea with aloe vera. The cashier was super helpful and told me they did not add any extra sugar to the peach strawberry tea, so I got it as is and it was DELICIOUS and so refreshing! Both drinks were super good, and I highly recommend!! I love the taste of peach tea, so it was perfect for a hot summer day! I would definitely come back to this Sharetea!

Can't go wrong with Share tea, especially after a filling meal at Coco Ichibanya! It's always hard to choose just one drink here and there's plenty of seating for hanging out. It was relatively quiet until around 8pm where it started to get a little busier but it still wasn't overwhelming

With boba shops, consistency is key and this place nails it! Add fast and friendly service and you have an experience that's out of this world! This ShareTea location has it all and it's quickly becoming my favorite boba spot. Their milk teas are good, but my go-tos here are the fruit teas. You can't go wrong with Hawaii Fruit Tea or Tropical Fruit Tea, and I usually add both lychee and aiyu jelly. Their fruit teas are very flavorful! They give you a much needed sweet kick to get you through the day. Their milk teas are more subtle in flavor than their competitors, but they offer the best balance between the bold tea, creamy milk and chewy boba. They are reasonably priced and they have multiple locations around the DFW area. I can't wait until I get my next boba fix at ShareTea!

Ordered a milk tea with boba. Looked like muddy water, very diluted, no taste of tea. Just brown water with ice and boba.

The Thai Milk tea was quite delicious. Good balance of sweetness. I also order the sweet and spicy chicken nuggets. They were more spicy than sweet. 100% spicy.

Girl at the register was so sweet!! It was my first time trying boba and she made the experience wonderful!!! She welcomed me and my 2 kids nicely and drinks tasted amazing. Definitely will be comming again!!!

Sharetea has the best boba on the planet! I have nothing but praises for them; the taste, quality, customization options... everything is superb. The taro milk tea and mango green tea are my absolute favorites, both in the tea and smoothie forms with pearls. My husband loves all of the black teas with lychee and peach tea with aiyu jelly. Sharetea never disappoints.

I got classic pearl milk tea (black tea) at 80% sugar and no ice. It was alright, but I think it needed more taste. The boba was chewy and sweet.

So excited there's finally a Sharetea in Frisco!! This place is so cute inside. Lots of spacious seating and its a great place to hang out with friends or get some work done. This is the first Sharetea i've been to where I've seen a food menu (not sure if there are others like it haha) I got the Hawaii fruit tea with aiyu jelly and my sister got the strawberry ice blend with lychee jelly and ice cream. Both were great per usual! We also tried the Rice cakes with sweet and spicy sauce. Also delicious! It tastes a little different from ddokbokki, but still good!

Walked in for a catering order and the MOMENT I walked in, kids were sitting down. I was 30 minutes early to pick up my order and the manager did not want to service me. The kids were drinking their drinks in the back, not wanting to do better for the store. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION IF YOU LIKE WAITING AROUND.

Service was solid. Stopped in after going to coco I Hoban next door. Good boba place, be sure to specify the sweetness because it can be a bit too sweet with the milk teas once you get a or of add ins. It was a good drink for driving around after lunch next door. We will probably make this a combo restaurant when we go out to lunch n this part of Frisco.

this is by far my favorite milk tea place ever. they use dairy-free creamer in all of the basic drinks which is AMAZING if you're lactose intolerant. you can ask for some many different customizations such as sugar or ice level and different toppings. the drinks are HUGE as well for a good price. service is excellent, i have been to this place when there was a line out the door and my drink was made almost immediately. the staff is very friendly and works hard to ensure satisfaction. the inside of the place is quite nice. the lighting is not too harsh and the seating can accommodate anything from a couple of people to bigger groups. once again my go-to recommendation for milk tea shops in the frisco area. 11/10!

Very disappointed with my drinks .... The matcha red bean is not recommended, very water down. Also the passion fruit, orange & grapefruit tea and mango& passion fruit green taste all the same.. without any adjustments on sugar or ice is way tooooo sweet.

Normally Sharetea is great but the morale at this location is just flat out bad. I almost always ask for no ice in my drink and all the times I've gone here they always fill half the cup with ice. When I ask for it to be remade they legit put half portion boba and no ice, like what?? This happens literally every. Single. Time. Whoever manages this store could use some real integrity. I manage a restaurant in Denton and the Sharetea neighboring my store always does a phenomenal job with their drinks and as a regular my tabs are usually $60+ since I get boba for my crew. This Frisco location is definitely losing my business.

It was meh. I ordered the Okinawa Milk tea at 80% sweet and I might as well have ordered no sugar because that's how it tasted. My bestie ordered the same but at 100% sweeteness and she said it tasted like half. It's not the best we've had but it at least gave us our caffeine for the afternoon.

I got the wintermelon tea with fresh milk 80% sweet with boba. Pretty good, but the boba is kind of still hard. The interior is very nice and had friendly service.

I like Taro Pudding Drink here. It was really good. And this is the second time me and my girlfriend had milk tea routine. Really fun.

Amazing boba as always! I ordered the matcha fresh milk tea with boba. If you love matcha you're gonna love this one:) My date also had their soy garlic fried chicken. Those were not bad, may not be as good as bb.q chicken but it's worth a try!

Happened to be the only boba store open the late on the particular day I went. Boba was overall good. Only issue is they didn't have a smaller size option and I didn't want to drink so much. They ran out of the big boba so we had to get baby boba, not bad surprisingly. They had an interesting selection of wings, didn't get to try them but I'd be interested to check it out next time.

I visited the store because I was picking up from the Ambrosia Food pop up that they have on Saturdays at 2:00pm While I was there I ordered the garlic soy and sweet / spicy chicken nuggets! They were sauced perfectly and not soggy. Excellent flavors and generous sized chicken pieces! All in all amazing experience, will be back again!

The price, boba quality, and milk tea quality are all solid. There are a ton of boba options in the area and after having tried them all back-to-back on my boba tour (you're welcome for my service), Sharetea is the winner. Gong Cha is a close second but only because the price there is slightly higher.

Had the seasonal blue drink there yesterday afternoon called the magic potion. Tasted like straight toothpaste. I advise not to get that one.

Sharetea is our go-to for consistently good bubble tea. This location is quick, friendly, and clean. Our favorite drinks are the classic Pearl milk tea, QQ Happy Family, and strawberry slush with lychee jelly and ice cream, blended in. On a plus side, we also love their spicy chicken wings and fries!

Decent drink and the place looks quite nice. However, it is loud (customers + music). Even when it's empty, music would still be way too loud

Reeeeally good the service was amazing and stayed open when we came a little late! The ambiance in this place is super cool too

Trash Tried one of the popular drinks(Hawaii fruit tea with jelly as seen in the picture being thrown away) along with some other random drinks to try and man, these drinks are just sugar and tasted disgusting. the milk teas are just full of sugar and made from powder which is a different taste from the natural tea places next door. I wouldn't recommend I would prefer Kung fu tea and I dislike Kung fu tea

My go to boba tea joint in the area. They got me with the strawberry ice blend with ice cream mixed in. Really? I'll take that and the included lychee jelly. I've also tried the Mango Mojito. Great flavor too but I love blended smoothie type drinks. Very clean and the staff is always super friendly. Excited to try the other flavors.

Came in close to closing time and 4 employees were just staring at me with annoyed looks on their face. Asked if they'll still open.. which I knew they were but it was just awkward and they all look each other. Eventually one says "oh.... Well.... We are closed." I said "oh I thought it was 10 y'all close?" To which she replied "well we are out of some things." The menu is huge, how would she know if they were out of what I wanted to order? I never ever write reviews but that experience pissed me off and frustrated me that much. I know it's just a lie to avoid actually making drinks and just sit around and watch the clock. I come here easily 4 times a week and bring friends and family with me all the time so just bothers me even more as a loyal consistent customer. There's a handful of other boba places around so I'll just go to those.

I'm glad there is one in Frisco finally! Got the refreshing Mango and Passion with Lychee jelly, son got his juicer Mango Green Tea. And they serve food!!

I'm so glad there's now a Sharetea near my office, and this one has food! I've tried taro drinks at so many different places, but Sharetea is the only one I've found that uses fresh taro chunks in their drink--I almost always get the Handmade Taro with fresh milk; it's never failed. For the classic milk tea flavors I love the Okinawa milk tea, and my husband always gets either the Iced Coffee 50% sweet or the hot ginger milk tea when it's cold out (they even have bits of the spicy ginger in it so it gives it that kick). My kids like to drink the Honey Lemonade 80%, substitute with Lychee Jelly instead of the Aloe Vera. This time I went I decided to check out the food too so I wouldn't have to make 2 stops for lunch. I got the spicy nuggets and some fries. Be warned! I'm not a lightweight but I thought the nuggets had a good kick to them--I had to cool my mouth down with fries and my Okinawa milk tea :) Everything tasted great and I can't wait to come back and maybe try the rice cakes!

I've tried all the boba places in the area and this ones the best. I've tried the mango ice with ice cream, green tea with boba, mango & passionfruit tea and regular boba milk tea. Everything was delicious and the staff are also great with giving recommendations. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

I usually get good service there but this time is a disappointment. I came on October 3 at 3:30 pm. There's two guys working upfront today and only one making the drink while the other just wandering around even there are lots of costumers waiting. I can understand if he is a newbie but his lazy attitude towards the customers are unacceptable. Hope you can be more active at your work.

Supe frustrating that the hours say they're open until 10 but I arrive at 9:30 and the employees turn the lights off and tell me they're closed. Smh.

Couldn't get my tea because they ran out of regular boba. They said it will take an hour to make new ones. How's this possible at a boba tea shop in the middle of the day? I hope you'll fix this soon. Three teenagers working with no manager on site. Terrible.

What I always get at sharetea is QQhappy family it's one of my favorite , 50% sweet , regular ice sooo gooooood

Drinks here always amazing. As well as the service. Only reason why I'm giving this a 2 star is that, I've been here twice for their nuggets and both times they have told me it's not ready.

Decent tea, had one with red beans at the bottom (forgot the name) and it was pretty good.

Good tea, badly trained workers. Waited a good 10min bc the workers were chatting with their friends who were in front of me in line. Yup 10min, all 3 workers. I looked over 3 times to make sure I didn't misunderstand. Nope. Not the one to write reviews but.. basics?

I used to like this place for they had good mojito tea but the last 2 times I went it wasn't good. I was told they don't have mint tea anymore which would have been good to know ahead instead of wasting money.
