I honestly didn't want to use my review to give feedback to the store because I prefer to give 5 stars to my favorite boba tea shops for taste -- however, no matter how much we love the boba milk tea, we don't love the plastic that comes with it. There has been no good disposable options until recently - I hope Sharetea will consider changing their straw to the bamboo straw that we just found at the Ranch 99 Bakery. It is a really great alternative so far, and much better than the old paper straws. I hope my favorite Taiwanese boba tea chain will get with the times and not contribute to global pollution and adverse health outcomes. I would also prefer if the employees were able to simply give the feedback up to the owners who then give it to the corporate office... instead of pushing this to public reviews.

Google
Ordered a matcha here and for the price I was fully expecting a better drink. What I got instead was a bad tasting and grainy drink. There’s so many places in the area that I’m sure you can get a better drink than what I got. Maybe their other drinks are fine, but if you’re like me and love a matcha I’d avoid getting one here

The young lady at the register welcomed us with a warm "Hello". FYI- If you do not know what you want, step back and look at the menu. If not, then you'll feel the pressure of selecting a drink quickly. The setting was very chill, not quiet for studying, but great for convos and laughs. Can get loud. Great music playing while waiting for your order. We've been here before (3x), and I noticed that the person at the register doesn't make recommendations. Could be the number of people in the line, not sure. However, its a good strategy to get the customer to select a drink but also provide customer service. Also, they have specials/deals on signs up front, but if you don't ask about it, then you could miss out on a deal. Nevertheless, we always try something new. We selected the Honey Tea (hot) with extra honey and the strawberry ice blended with lychee jelly and ice cream. The young lady at the register did a great job taking our order as well as informing us of our order number. 😬 I did notice an employee with long hair (making the drinks) stopped and used their hand to remove hair strands from their face. Please use hat/hair net and wash hands. Food and safety 101. The tea was not hot at all and tasted very bland 2/10 Wheres The green tea flavor and honey? The strawberry ice blended was delicious. Overall, the drinks are a hit or miss. Sometimes, they are yummy, and sometimes it tastes like a rushed job/watery. Time to test other locations.

Google
Katy Asian Town is a fun place to visit for food and drink. The options are many, and if you’re in the mood for tea, you will find at least a half dozen places to visit, one of which is Sharetea. Small in size, this Sharetea location can seat about 25 people on the inside, but many who visit here will get their drink to go. There is no outside seating, so if you want to sit back and relax, you will need to grab a table. There is music in the background, but there are no televisions or other entertainment. The focus is on the tea. With tea, guests will notice it is divided into categories such as fruit tea, milk tea, brewed tea, signature tea, etc. The teas are mostly cold, served over ice, but some offer hot options as well. If you want, you can also elect an add- on, such as pearls, pudding, ice cream, even assorted jellies. Sharetea serves several tasty tea drinks and they are mostly sweet. I noticed that they list calories and most of them are rather high, but if you like you can request that yours be made less sweet, which will cut the calories. The milk teas are generally higher in calories, but there are several excellent choices among them, like mango green milk tea, coffee milk tea, ginger milk tea, and so on. They have some delicious fruity options, too, like tropical fruit tea, passionfruit orange grapefruit tea, and others. One thing I like about Sharetea is that each drink comes in one standard size. This is cool because it means you don’t need to decide on a size. If you want more, just order a second serving. I also like how the drinks are sealed with a thin layer of foil on top. To drink, you just poke your straw through the foil. It helps keep your drink from spilling. Oh, just be sure that, if you order your drink with added pearls, you get a wider straw. If you select a standard straw, the pearls will clog the straw. I also like that they place a small label on each plastic glass indicating the flavor. This way, you know which is which and don't accidentally grab a family members choice by mistake. Tea drinks are great and Sharetea has many tasty tea beverages from which to choose. I wish they had snacks to enjoy with the tea, but this is a cool place regardless and a nice stopover for refreshment on your next visit to Katy Asian Town.

Google
I ordered strawberry green tea with lychee jelly, price is not bad! Friendly staff and yummy drink :) they gave me a huge jelly scoop 🫣🫣🫣 I want to come back and try the other drinks!

First time trying this place out. Love it! Delicious and fresh. Plenty of boba and options. Will be back again. Very chill environment. Parking can be an issue when it’s super busy!

Google
Do not recomend the service was very bad i roferef something with no sugar yet they added all the sugar i es red a nice boba to top my day and this just ruined it i cant standard much sugar the color was años a brown color not sure if that is what is intentended for a strawberry fresh milk and im just all in all disparases with the gaste you can feel the grainy strawberry syrup when you drink it the lady only put three pieces of ice and im not joking i had high hopes for this place but im just so displeased with my experience with the boba next time add less sugar and more ice as i had said

Google
I love the vibe of this place! So cute, and they have board games you can play with friends and family as well. When it comes to their drinks, they did not disappoint. Fast service as well.

Yelp
Delicious selections of drinks here! Some of my favorites are: happy family milk tea, golden retriever, and strawberry fresh milk! The employees are nice and service is usually very fast. I will recommend to get their drinks with 50% sugar level. Personally, I think regular sugar would be too sweet. Great price for both the quality and quantity of the drink. I really want to try their fruit tea lines as they have great options and hope to soon! Give this tea shop a try!

Yelp
I ordered the taro slush with pudding and added boba. It was good, but Kung Fu Tea's flavor is way better. The pricing is comparable to other boba places. The downside of this visit is a warning to those with ShareTea gift cards: this location does not take it. I tried to pay with my ShareTea gift card (it's like a real card with a mag stripe) and it kept saying "invalid". The cashier said "I didn't know we even had gift cards". Then we both looked at each other until I whipped out a credit card. Kind of annoying. This is why you don't buy ShareTea gift cards. I'm not a boba snob so I'm fairly agnostic among Gong Cha, Tea Top, Kung Fu, ShareTea, etc. ShareTea does have convenient locations - I'll give them that. Flavor is average among its competitors; maybe a tad watered down.

Yelp
Big fan of tea places (also cannot really tell a difference on the quality of milk tea yet, but I enjoyed it) Milk tea is solid, mango passionfruit tea is also great but had a bit too much ice (I'll ask for less next time!) Cheers!

Yelp
Pretty decent and good boba, although I do wish they had a wider variety. The bobaristas were very sweet as well with good service.

Yelp
Strawberry ice blended w/ lychee jelly & ice cream $5.95 - got this w/ the ice cream blended into it (or you can just have it as a scoop). It's a smoothie so you can't adjust the ice or sweetness levels, but it wasn't too sweet to me. Just right. First time trying this, and although it was good, probably wouldn't get again. It wasn't blended enough, so there were still ice pieces in it. There was plenty of lychee jelly though, and that was good and chewy. Mango green tea $4.75 + 75c tapioca pearls - my bf's brother's go-to. (they don't have mango pearls) Only 1 size drink here (large), so it's kind of pricey. My usual go-to is coffee creama, but I didn't want caffeine since I had to go to sleep soon.

Yelp
Came 13 minutes before closing to a locked door, a young lady wearing a black and white cat beanie came to the door and said they were closed.. obviously didn't want to make my drink and closed earlier than they are supposed to, while the other employees were sitting down at the tables inside. Bad customer service in my opinion. Hope this changes
google avatar

Mary L.

Yelp
I gave this location 2 stars. My child ordered the honey tea with tapioca. She said the drink itself was good when she good drink it. A third of the drink was tapioca, it was team too much. The other reason behind my review was the customer service, with 4 people at the 1 register it took 1 minute to be acknowledged. I had to wave my hand in one of their faces to get their attention. They workers were laughing and making jokes which was obviously more imp than serving guest. **This review was given to the wrong location 5 months ago. This is the correct location. Unfortunately, I no longer have the pics. Update: screenshot the original review photo.

Yelp
Share tea is my favorite boba spot. Drinks never miss. Staff wasn't that friendly but no complaints!
google avatar

Roman R.

Yelp
I come here 2 to 3 times per week and order the same thing - Husky (substitute herb jelly to lychee)...and 2 times out of 5 they will get the order wrong.

Yelp
I really really hate to be that person but I've worked at two different Sharetea locations and I saw the guy who made my drink tonight make it wrong twice. And I know the recipe would be the same for all locations as Sharetea is a chain. I ordered a mango & passionfruit tea at 30% sweetness. Saw the guy put almost double the amount of the mango and passionfruit jams that were supposed to be in there. Needless to say when I got the drink the first time it was entirely too sweet. I handed it back to a different guy saying that it was too sweet and it tasted like there was too much mango in it -- you know kinda to hint at the fact that there was actually too much mango (and passionfruit) in it. He took it back to the other guy and he made it exactly the same way as he did the first time. So yeah, I don't know if that guy was actually just too lazy to measure out the correct amount or if he never learned to read the charts on the wall but either way something needs to be fixed.

Yelp
Ever since my first time going to share tea, I knew I would be coming here a lot. Out of any Milk Tea/Boba place I have been to, this place easily stands above the rest. Everything, whether it's the atmosphere or the drinks Share Tea always keeps me coming back. Everytime I go, whether it's for myself or im with friends, my family always wants me to bring something back for them. If you have never had boba this is the perfect place to try milk tea for the first time! I recommend the passion fruit and black tea or the Matcha milk tea.
google avatar

Alyssa R.

Yelp
Options aren't bad, although, I feel it's a bit pricey for bubble tea. With so many options in that shipping center, I prefer going to a different place. But if you have to go to Sharetea, i recommend the Mango Mojito
google avatar

Jennifer G.

Yelp
Great variety of teas and drinks, frozen or with boba pearls. Service is fast, friendly, and there is seating inside.

Yelp
Nice and clean place. Drinks are Ok. Looks like this place is new in Katy Asian town.

Chelsey D.

Yelp
I have nothing bad to say about this location as it's always clean and the staff is nice and always has a good attitude. Any time I'm in town and visit this store, my drinks are always consistent and yummy! I always get the oolong milk tea with 50% sugar and I absolutely love the crema topping which I feel is sooo underrated! I would drink it everyday if I had a local Sharetea near my home. For their points system, every location does it differently. Here, they use "Fivestars" and you enter your phone number on their pad each time you visit and make a purchase. The number of points you earn is based off of how many drinks you order! You can also download the Fivestars app to check how many points and what rewards you have, like a free topping or free drink! Don't forget to take advantage of the Yelp check in offer for 5 extra points :)
google avatar

Anh P.

Yelp
My go-to drink is the QQ happy family. Great value for the number of toppings you get. Highly recommend that you adjust the sugar on this because the toppings themselves are already quite sweet. For when I'm feeling a little fancy, I would ask for the Matcha Creama, which has increased in price since their menu revamp. Overall, there are better milk tea in Houston with all of these new places that recently opened up around town. However, if I just want something simple with good value, Sharetea is where I always turn to.

Yelp
I love coming here whenever I am in Katy Asian Town! The drinks are consistent, yummy, and made super fast and efficiently. I have been coming here ever since the shop opened in KAT but I guess i've never made a review until now. Since quarantine, the shop hasn't been open to indoor seating but you can still order inside! They wear masks and there are markers on the floor to make sure everyone is spread out. Order: I usually get my passion fruit green tea with 80% sugar and less ice. (I love that sharetea allows you to change up the sweetness and ice level because some boba shops pre-make their tea and it's way too sweet sometimes). If I want to change up my order, I usually go for any of their Fresh Milk Tea (Fresh milk matcha or Fresh black milk tea) and it has the taste of milk tea but not too strong on the tea flavor. I am hoping that with stores opening up more that I can study here again soon (:

Yelp
There was a long line but very fast service. I ordered the okiniwa tea with jelly sub and 50% sugar. Make sure to cut that sugar. I ordered 6 drinks and literally it took them 2 minutes to finish. I was surprised. Drinks were tasty.

Jacquelin O.

Yelp
Honestly? They never disappoint, the tea is always delicious and they have a wide variety from oolong tea to an oreo drink.
google avatar

Evelyn L.

Yelp
So many options to choose, but I think the winter melon is the best one so far. Service was fast and nice!
google avatar

Tyler L.

Yelp
The shop is super clean, and spacious - I'm assuming due to covid and the no seating concept. Walking in you'll see extra empty space, but don't be alarmed.. your beverage will make up for that! In my experience, staff was extremely friendly, and quite helpful in assisting you with your order. There's a hefty menu to choose from, your standard tea selections. I ordered the Peach Kiwi Green tea with Aiyu jelly and I don't think I'd ever order ANYTHING ELSE.. it's that good! Give it a try, especially their top drinks. My hubby was shocked his strawberry drink was amazing (also a top drink with the blended ice cream) You have happy customers here!

Yelp
Not sure if it's the water here in Houston but the Sharetea here is legit. My wife is a big boba drinker and has high standards when it comes to places I take her. All of the nearby boba shops around this area, we've had already given a try and the last one was Sharetea. We've heard great things about this boba chain and boy did it not disappoint. Walking in, you get a sweet whiff of that aromatic tea. As you proceed towards the register, you hear the sound of hard work behind the counter as they're hustling to get out orders. The menu is simple and I usually judge a boba shop by the most simple drink possible - the regular boba milk tea. It's simple, elegant, and tasty. You get to adjust your ice, sweetness, and boba level. I usually stick to less ice, 30% sugar, and a scoop of boba. Ah, perfection. This was the exact drink I ordered for the wife and guess what? She approved!! She actually commented to me how this was better than the other nearby spots, which I tend to agree with. Ever since then, I've been a frequent customer here and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Keep up the good work to the folks here and thank you for providing such a great outlet for boba addicts in the Houston area.

Yelp
Sharetea is so good. The staff is very friendly and the drinks are so yummy , some of the best teas I've ever tried .

bonnie h.

Yelp
i ordered a golden retriever and it's supposed to be made with black milk tea. my number was 58. i get if they mixed up the stickers and put someone else's sticker on my drink, but the drink tastes like straight coffee and they just put all the toppings in hoping i wouldn't notice . mistakes happen but if you decide to just give out an incorrect drink on purpose, then i wouldn't consider this a simple accident.
google avatar

Petrie L.

Yelp
My absolute favorite Boba brand! I have tried all the other trendy new spots that come and go, but always find myself coming back to this classic. Solid drinks all around, clean store, and friendly staff. Can't go wrong with the classic milk tea with tapioca. Very consistent... sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe great.
google avatar

Sabrina N.

Yelp
Came here tonight. They close at 10:30pm and we got there at around 10:10pm. It was the only boba place opened this late around Katy. No one greeted us when we came in, they all looked mad that we came in.. We ordered green milk tea and Thai milk tea and they both tasted like straight up milk or diluted milk. The workers seemed like they were just rushing and not making the drinks right.
google avatar

JaQuille C.

Yelp
So...It really just depends on who's is making your drink. I've been here 3 different times and have had 3 different texture variations. I've had the same drink each time, Handmade Taro with Fresh Milk. The drink itself is good, but the textures have varied each time. The first time I got it with almond milk (75 cents extra #endtheextrachargeonmilksubstitutes). With this it was heavy on the taro which I love, handmade taro had a subtle sweetness, very different from the powered version, and was a but thicker due to the almond milk but the consistency was very smooth. They also top it off with a little extra milk. The second time I got it with regular fresh milk, (pray for me) a bit more liquidity, expected due to the milk change, topped off with fresh milk. This third time, no fresh milk on top, super chunky/way too much ice. I tried to let it melt down in hopes that some of the chunks would melt but I had no luck. Taro flavor was overpowered by the large ice chunks. They also did not top it off with the milk. I've been to a couple different locations and my drink has varied but this past time was the worst. I'll still be back but next time I'll maybe ask them to double blend? Idk. I did appreciate that all employees were masked and they are quite fast despite being busy.
google avatar

Tammy H.

Yelp
If you want to find a homemade fresh taro drink with boba come here! This is one of the best spots for a creamy cold handmade taro shake and believe me when I say I've tried almost all of these at every boba shop I go to. So far this makes the top two! I really like the texture of the boba and it's not overly sweet and syrupy like most tapioca places. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to perfect the drinks. Okinawa isn't the same at every chain. I gave this one a second chance after trying the one in bellaire and I was not disappointed. Price range is great as well not as expensive as Hella Bubble in river oaks. Quality is good and plenty of parking. Owners are very nice and keep their place clean, I would highly recommend Sharetea over the other tap places in this plaza!

Yelp
Sharetea is actually my third place I visited in the Katy Asian market/food area. I decided to take a trip, after class, from Cypress. I am very familiar with Sharetea because of the other locations I visit regularly like Bellaire and the occasional visit to the locations in Sugar Land and Missouri City. When I first walked in I was immediately greeted by the staff. The layout of the store is very modern rustic looking in comparison to the other locations I have been too. This is unique to me. I ordered the things I would usually get when I am at Sharetea; a Hawaiian Fruit Tea, Kiwi Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly and I just added a Matcha Fresh Milk with Egg pudding as a suggestion from the person who was working the register. With that in mind, I wanted to acknowledge the person who took my drink order. I didn't get her name but my receipt said Lex. She had a very upbeat and friendly personality. I admire that. I've been to many places where I get boba and sometimes those people that take orders aren't a "people person" individual. I don't forget that kind of trait in people so I praise her for that. Finally I always have a great expectation of Sharetea and this location in Katy meets that standard. I will stop by if I am ever around Katy. *On a side note, I was aware of the song request whiteboard on the counter, so I thank whoever that played my song request for Easy-Mac Ayres lol

Karen S.

Yelp
There are 500+ Sharetea locations in the world and I haven't been to all of them, but this one's my favorite so far. The best thing about franchises is that you can expect a certain level of consistency and familiarity. Every Sharetea I've been to even smells the same. I could recognize that tea and milk fragrance from a block away. There's not much I really need to add here. The store is clean, the drinks are delicious, and the staff is super courteous and friendly. My usual rotation consists of the classic milk tea, matcha red bean milk tea, and homemade taro with fresh milk. I ALWAYS add boba obvi. They're so generous with toppings I feel like there are 10 balls per sip. To make this review more interesting I thought I'd share some boba history. It's slowly become more mainstream in the US but boba is actually old. Like 40 years old. There are two conflicting stories about who really invented boba but we can agree it originated from Taiwan in the 1980s. I'll never forget the first time I had a boba milk tea in Taipei. It was a ridic hot and humid day and the moment it hit my lips I was forever hooked. We also know that boba is actually slang for big boobs in Taiwan, which...makes a lot of sense. You could instead refer to it as pearl milk tea or bubble tea if you wanna be extra careful when asking a Taiwanese woman on a date. "Wanna grab boba with me?" might accidentally sound like a pervy joke.
google avatar

Jannatul A.

Yelp
I ordered the lime mojito and my friend ordered the mango one. I love more sour and tart flavors, while my friend likes more sweet ones so these were the perfect drinks for us! This drink definitely makes sharetea unique and different from other boba spots. The staff members were also very kind and helpful. Go try their mojitos!
google avatar

Winnie N.

Yelp
I started buying from Sharetea in DC/Notthern Virginia area and it has always been one of my most favorite bubble tea places. They are almost like Yumcha quality (higher ingredients quality: use mostly fresh fruits, honey to sweeten drink, etc) but with the price point of Kungfu tea (sometimes even cheaper for what you get) Tho every time I visited family in Houston in the past, I aimed to try as many new places as possible so i didn't go here that much. This time due to covid, I've been here with family for so long now that my habits gotta come out lol. I have been to 3 locations: Katy, Bellaire, Sugar land and Katy location is my fav. The servers are nice and very good with detailed orders! Shop is clean, doesn't allow dine in during covid, fast, and make good drinks. Honey Boba topping is consistent every time! Mini boba is too soft and overcooked, not recommend. 50% sugar and less ice are perfect for most. Their drinks are quite sweet but this is the same at all locations. I typically go for 30% because I don't like my drinks sweet. Some of my favorites (honestly you can't go wrong with anything here tho): - QQ happy family milk tea: perfect for indecisive people who love variety of toppings. My trick is to replace any toppings you don't like with something else. For me, that's red bean and mini boba. I always ask to replace them with aloe Vera and aiyu jelly. You can also specify your tea type if you don't want black tea (tho it tastes best with black tea imo). Perfection! - kiwi / kiwi peach tea: both come with aiyu jelly. omg these drinks are what get me hooked on Sharetea fruity and Aiyu jelly. They use fresh kiwi and peach jam. Kiwi tea has a more lime hint and kiwi peach more peachy. I love both depending on mood . Their aiyu jelly is the best among all the bubble tea joints. - strawberry blended with ice cream on top: come with lychee jelly. So fresh, so strawberry, so yummy. Sometimes if you're lucky, you can get them to add tea into this (love this but it's just as good without tea). - cocoa creama: this is same as cocoa lover drink, but with the extra sea salt foam on top. If you're a chocolate milk lover, this is like the best chocolate milk. It tastes like how you imagine chocolate milk (then get disappointed by the grocery stores milk ew) - coffee creama: most tea place has mediocre coffee. They nail it here. Perfect for people who are not into tea like my bf. Coffee blended with ice cream is also good when you ask for less ice. - tea with fresh milk: quality tasting! Tho I read that cow milk neutralizes tea benefits fyi. I'm excited to try their mojitos and Thai tea blended. But these favs get me every time!

Yelp
I have always been a fan of share tea but this time they really disappoint me. I bought 4 drinks and every one of them taste watered down. The ice haven't even melted and it already taste like water. My sister got the winter melon tea with fresh milk and it just taste like water with a little bit of sweetener. I rarely review on yelp but this is unacceptable. I hope they change whoever is making the drink because they will lose a lot of customers if they keep making drinks like this.

Lily T.

Yelp
Good, but not the test boba I've ever had but does not taste like the boba is made in house so a bit overpriced for the tea.
google avatar

Tora T.

Yelp
The drinks are good. We ordered some different types of ice blended with ice creams. Customer service is not so great. The workers rushing orders and seemed unfriendly to the customers. No greetings or thank you. One of them left our drinks at the counter and walked away without saying anything. We was so confused whether to pick it up or not. This gives me some thinking of coming back here.
google avatar

Yelp
As always, Sharetea has great drinks. It's great to taste that Katy's Sharetea location is just as good as other locations. However, it has the same problem in Austin's Sharetea location in that the space is small for such a popular franchise. I did not have my usual unsweetened QQ Happy Family milk tea. Instead I stole my brother's honey lemon drink with tapioca and aiyu jelly. Always great to try new things. The honey lemon drink will be my alternate when I'm not feeling milk tea one day. The population is typical of a bubble tea shop: Lots of white girls and Asians. It seems like the Asian male and female ratio is not as skewed for this particular location. I can't think of a specific reason why. Parking is plentiful. There is another bubble tea shop nearby, so choose wisely with what you want to try.

Yelp
Products are great. However, the customer service isn't the best. Really wish they'd work in that.

Yelp
I never leave reviews, I'm sorry but my tea tasted so watered down. My first and last time coming here

Yelp
Yet another trending tea and boba shop in Katy China Town. I like this place as well as many other shops that allows you to adjust your own sweetness level. Staff was friendly and attentive upon arrival. Tried the mango green tea with 30% sweetness. Had the right amount of sweetness, and no complaints. Shop was clean and had nice decor along with plenty of seating. Only thing I would change is the ordering process should be done at the very front where you walk in, instead of walking towards the back. It was slightly confusing for most customer as they were waiting to place their orders where the drink pick up line was. Other than that, I think I will continue to visit and recommend this place to everyone!
google avatar

Triet L.

Yelp
You can't be a boba tea lover if you don't try this place at least once. I love the wintermelon series: creama with aloe Vera, fresh milk with boba, or lemonade with aiyu jelly. Moreover, I like the environment, it's a good hangout place with friends.
google avatar

Lynn H.

Yelp
Tried the mango green tea from here and absolutely loved it!! I don't normally get mango teas at other shops, but for this Sharetea, a definite yes. *Other drinks I really like are the Okinawa milk tea and the classic black milk tea *The price range is very reasonable and the quality of the drinks are always consistent. *The person who got my drink ready was super nice and patient while I ordered (sometimes I take a while to make up my mind and specialize my drink for sweetness and toppings) *From my experience, drinks are ready pretty quickly

Yelp
I really like this place. I come here every few months and I'm never disappointed. This one I got a fruit tea and I was very happy with my choice. I asked for no sugar as the fruit should lend its own sweetness and I was correct. This fruit tea doesn't need any added sugar and it was very refreshing on this hot and humid day that was today. I highly recommend the fruit teas as well as the milk teas. The service was good and very fast. Thanks!

Yelp
Customer Service review What is up with this place? Known for Taiwan's best milk tea but not known for customer service. We went on April 30th super late in the evening to get drinks for National Boba day, not once was any customer greeted when they walked in the door. OH WAIT... they couldn't greet anyplone because one of the male employee had his Amazon Echo on full blast and obnoxiously loud it that no one could hear anything or each other. In a space of about 3000-4000sq ft it is hardly a club. When it was time to call for drinks, another woman employee had to shout over the music and even then no one could hear the ordse number being called. Customers drink orders were left on the counter for longer than a hot minute or maybe it was more than 5 minutes who knows and they were NOT for Doordash or ChowHound. If I had not stood next to the counter I wouldn't have been able to hear my drink order being called. Please fix your customer service, there are too many drink places in Katy Asia town that many people can patron at. Your next rival will be Tiger Sugar

Yelp
Brand spanking new location in Katy. Open a few week ago with the legendary Sharetea name on it. I came here with very high expectations. First of all it is about time we at Katy get some love from Sharetea. This is like the 50th boba place that pop up within a year in Katy . Great for trying different places out... Boba is chewy not over cook, not under cook either. Which makes the drink more enjoyable. Tapioca pearls with black tea is to died for, They are not stingy about the portion of tapioca either. I love it !!! The tea itself was not too sweet, which put the icing on top. So the legend of sharetea continue. The ambient of the place was hip and young. Lots of clean tables, the staff is very young and friendly. However that $10.00 minimum credit card charge is very irritating. Put a damper into a great experience. Overall I am glad this place open up in Katy. Two thumps up.

Yelp
Sharetea is trusted when it comes to their drinks, especially milk tea, and this location is no exception. I'm usually not in this area but having to pass through Katy, I dropped by with my friends to get a drink on a hot day. This is a brand new location in Katy Chinatown, and the place itself is modern and clean. Ordering was easy, and the staff was really nice. We had a good time chatting while having our tea there. Parking was also plentiful and easy. My usual go to drink is the milk tea, and it tasted pretty good with the little tapioca balls. My friends really like the strawberry ice blended drink. I will definitely go back when I am in the Katy area again, and I think it would be soon especially with Katy Chinatown growing.

Yelp
My first time here and I'm hooked! Staffs were busy making drinks for other customers but made an effort to acknowledge me. There were so many choices to choose from but I was glad they had a top ten posted for me to try. I had the Strawberry Iced Blended w/ Lychee Jelly & Ice Cream. The drink was on point. So yummy and perfect to cool down from the heat. My sister had the Hawaii Fruit Drink, she likes it but says it was too sweet for her. I will differently come back to try their other top ten flavors.

Yelp
Always enjoy my visit to Sharetea. Drinks are usually consistent and for the most part always yummy. The locations are usually always clean and the menu is visible and prices are clearly marked.I would recommend this place to others and would absolutely come back again.

Yelp
I went to sharetea today and I ordered Wintermelon Milk Tea with Fresh Milk for my cousin and I. We couldn't taste the wintermelon at all. It was more of a milk taste rather than Wintermelon and I would always order this drink here. I always order this drink and sometimes it can be a hit or miss on the flavor. It's either too much fresh milk or too little.
