Google
Wintermelon is good but customer service needs some work though. I had to ask if the place is open as no one greeted when i entered. Open signage wasnt visible outside and tinted glass was too dark as i cant confirm if they’re open.

Google
Friendly staff. The drinks can be hit or miss. Highly DON'T recommend the matcha. Two sharetea locations messed up my ice blended matcha. One was too powdery. Another came back as a brulee for some reason (had the telltale brulee swirls) and I'm lactose intolerant. I took lactase just in case because brulees tend to have milk.

Google
Drink was great. The employee with tattoos was nice and helpful. Service was a little slow but the store was really busy so understandable! The actual boba pearls lacked flavor but the drink itself was delectable.

Google
Service was slow when I was in a rush with tired kids and there were only three other drinks to make ahead of us. Customers should be prioritized over refilling random boba bins. 3 staff should be able to make 2 drinks super fast. Then one of my drinks was caffeinated which was completely unclear from the menu which just mentioned fruit and not tea. Lastly the same drink had something crunchy in it, which was not normal. It was like crusty boba or plastic or something foreign, I couldn’t tell. I just stopped drinking and threw it out. I would have gone back but did not have time to replay the slow service.

Google
Delicious w/quick service. Workers are so helpful and kind. All their drinks are so yummy! Perfect refresher for a hot summer day.

Google
UPDATE I don’t come to this one as often but whenever I do, there are usually new people and they’re always super nice. Help out their college fund and TIP! Between this location and the one on Decatur and Cactus…they can take all my money. QQ Happy Family has 6 different toppings and it’s delicious. Ginger Milk Tea and Coffee Milk Tea are on my permanent menu. When I want something refreshing, I get a honey green tea with boba and herbal jelly

Google
I just checked this place out today and liked it. The service was pretty good and the drinks were great as well. I didn't order anything complicated, the Coffee Milk Tea, but it was good. I also tried my date's drink, the Wintermelon with Fresh Milk. It was good as well.

Google
This is honestly the BIGGEST LET DOWN for a boba spot I have been too in all of Las Vegas Valley, unless you like fruit flavored tea but even then it's okay! The second and last time i go in for sure the german Shepard tea drink is strong and delicious so if you need a small jolt of energy maybe Try that. The customer service and knowledge of the employees is deplorably lacking, I assumed because it's a slow day they probably have their most inexperienced workers but I placed my order at 4:25pm and the second shift that was coming in acknowledged me as they walked in opposed to the 5 minutes I was waiting to get my order taken where I had to stared down the two boys and 15 minutes later to get my oder which was before me they had two of the same order and I know for a fact that they messed up because he even looked at me and put the cup down grabbed another and then called both our orders. Needless to say the drink tastes like a strawberry iced water slush with a hint of not even natural ice cream oh and lychee which doesn't make it taste any better. I recommend you guys try two other boba spots up the street one is called death boba, the atmosphere is beautiful they have a game area/ anime selection good place to stop by and have some quiet time, the next is tiger boba not too many options on the drink menu but THEY are delicious! Small place both have better customer service then you will experience here.

Yelp
Omg!! The best donuts ever!! They make them to your liking right on the spot. So nice and warm! The staff is so friendly ! We'll definitely go back when in Vegas !

Yelp
Boba tea is just what I needed on a hot summer day in the desert and what better to go with than the Tiger Milk Boba right before the LSU game at Allegiant Stadium.
google avatar

Yelp
Love this place! This particular ShareTea is located in the super busy Shanghai plaza in Chinatown. It's perfect for a quick drink while waiting for your dinner reservation or a boba break after visiting all the unique shops on the plaza. I recommend their best seller the tigers milk with boba. If you are lactose intolerant be warned that drink is very milk heavy. The menu has several options for bubble tea and you have the ability to customize the drink to your preference of sweetness level and base ingredient.

Yelp
Sigh, I am such a huge fan of red bean smoothies. I love me a good chè ba màu which I am guessing thats what the drink I ordered was supposed to give. They missed; on the flavouring, on the blending. Im disappointed in knowing that this is franchised. Ok I get it, being a barista is no walk in the park. Butttttt come on. Where is the EFFORT?
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
I got the Tiger Fresh Milk Boba, Strawberry Ice Blended with Lychee Jelly and Ice Cream I always visit this location whenever I'm in Las Vegas. It's located within a bustling plaza, which means that parking can be a bit challenging during peak holiday times.
google avatar

Laurensia U.

Yelp
I feel bad for writing this because I know they were busy, but my order clearly stated that I did not want red bean in my drink, but they included it anyway. I ended up having an allergic reaction (tongue slightly swollen + rash). Thankfully, I brought medicine and reacted quickly. Just a note for others if you have allergies to double check with them. I'll make sure to emphasize that I have allergies next time.

Yelp
10/19/23 I came here after dining at a restaurant in the same strip mall as this Sharetea location. I was happy to find that they were open late, but even happier to have met the cashiers who are working at night. They were both very sweet and very helpful. I was hoping to try a new drink. I didn't really know what I wanted but I knew that I wanted it to be more or less a tropical flavor. I told them that my go to flavor was usually passion, fruit, but at this time I might be looking for something a little bit different. I like the tanginess of their citrus and I like that I could adjust the sweetness levels of their drinks. I came across one that sounded really interesting. I'm not typically a fan of strong grapefruit flavor, but I was kind of interested. This one I believe is a passionfruit, orange and grapefruit flavored tea. I decided to go ahead and get that but maybe only about 50% sweet. That was the best suggestion. Not only was it refreshing and very tropical but the grapefruit was just enough and not overpowering. I didn't add any toppings or Boba or anything like that. Maybe next time especially if I keep it at my 50% sweet I will go ahead and do a little bit of jelly. I was so pleased with my selection and cannot wait to go back. I have a feeling my lil monster will like this one too. This was a much better experience than my first visit here. Another cool little thing, they were decorated for Halloween. Cute.

Yelp
The Share Tea on Spring Mountain location is not only nice and clean but also offers lightning-fast and friendly service. If you're in the mood for some fantastic tea, this is the place to be. Share Tea delivers an excellent experience all around.

Yelp
One star for drinks we ordered --- negative for the rest because of the cashier who hates her job .. attitude gta go bye bye - visited on sunday @815pm 4.21.2024 .. start being friendly girl u picked this job we didnt Drinks are aight..

Yelp
Great service ! Tristan was very helpful and picked out a great drink for me in this hot summer weather! I would recommend the golden retriever and the strawberry tea for refreshing drinks!

Rhenylyn C.

Yelp
Sharetea, a well known boba shop that can be found around Las Vegas, let's talk about it. So I've been going here for a couple of months and each time I always gave them the benefit of the doubt since I was once a bobarista but this time I really can't. This place is always so inconsistent with their drinks. I mainly get cremas and each time it's always a way different taste. For example, today I got their strawberry crema, this is a fairly new drink and I thought it was gonna be delicious but it was SOUR AND SALTY. The mango crema is slightly salty with a nice fruity flavor but this one is disgusting. I even had my sister taste it and she said it tasted almost spoiled.

Yelp
It's become a tradition every time we hang out at Shanghai Plaza, almost impossible not to stop here to get some boba to cleanse our palette after having dinner at one of the Asian restaurants here. I like that Sharetea only offers one size for their drinks because ya girl can be indecisive lol. Make sure you check out the posters on the wall to your right when you're at the counter ordering since that's where they post their limited time or seasonal drinks. Not many tables and chairs inside, this boba shop is more of a grab and go about your day kinda place. My usual order would have to be their mango green milk tea with half boba and half egg pudding, regular ice, 75% sweet. You gotta try this combo, you won't be disappointed. I also like how this is the only boba shop in town that I know of where you can order half and half on toppings and they only charge you for the price of 1 topping and not 2!! Yup you heard that right. Btw they also have a rewards/point system, easy sign up process with your phone number.

Yelp
Loved this place! First time here, and I got a Blended Thai Tea. It came out great and not too sweet. The decor around the store is very simple, just a classic black and white. Tristan was the one who took my order was great as well and asked if we had any questions. Will come back again :3 !!

Yelp
Favorite is mango passionfruit with ayu jelly ! They're quick and friendly staff helped me pick.

Yelp
My first time coming here and I appreciate this place. It's small but might. Music was updated to nice sounding hip hop and R& B Clean place, Friendly staff, and fast service! Extremely fast! Will most definitely recommend

Yelp
Sharetea is by far my favorite boba chain with real brewed teas and wonderful combinations. I've gotten really into their fruit teas. This location can be hard to get in and out of and parking can be dramatic but the boba is legit and there's a lot of delicious food in the same strip mall.
google avatar

Vi T.

Yelp
Who doesn't love boba ? I don't usually ever have problems with share tea . I went with one of my go to which is the Wintermelon tea with creama and my bf got his usual taro but with the pudding in it which is also good . Come get your boba fix if you're in Chinatown area .
google avatar

Cynthia C.

Yelp
They have a rewards program that got us 20%! Their milk teas are non-dairy. The boba is hot and fresh with a good chew. You get to pick your ice and sweetness level. I chose regular because I wanted it sweet and since the boba is hot the ice helps cool it down faster. It was very busy when we went but the line moved very fast and we got our drinks really quickly. The pudding is a must!
google avatar

Paola C.

Yelp
Thai tea boba was not really good. The boba was not super soft and easy to chew it was more firm. The Thai tea was thick and they barely put any ice in it so it was warm. Overall wouldn't come back here. They also take forever to make the drinks.
google avatar

Stephanie A.

Yelp
My experience was absolutely wonderful today, the boy working the register- I think his name was Anthony?- was super sweet and took my order very passionately! He was also kind of handsome too LOL. But anyways, I was CRAVING boba today and drove all the way to Shanghai Plaza to get some, so I decided to try out the Strawberry Ice Blended with boba at my favvv place ShareTea™ AND MY TASTE BUDS WERE HEAVENLY BLESSED!!! I would recommend this place and this drink a million times 10/10 customer service, 10/10 cashier, 10/10 drink maker, 10/10 drink :3
google avatar

Eva N.

Yelp
I have been here many times. My favorite tea spot. The people here are friendly and helpful. They will help you if it's your first time or don't know what to order. The place is nice and tidy.
google avatar

Jen C.

Yelp
Was super excited to see that they offer fresh made taro milk since most places use powdered taro for flavoring. I don't think this one was supposed to be ice blended, but that's how I received it. It still had good taro flavor, but harder to drink with boba when it's ice blended. What was a miss was the boba which was flavorless, overcooked, and a bit mushy.
google avatar

Bermary P.

Yelp
My coworkers & I were craving boba so we Ordered delivery from here. The drinks were yummy & refreshing. Love that you can customize the sweetness level and ice level. Would order from here again

Yelp
This Sharetea location is in the middle of Chinatown. It is one of the first stores on the right hand-side when you arrive in the business area. There are many parking spots around, but can get quite busy during rush hours since this is a big plaza with many popular restaurants. We ordered the strawberry milk drink, tiger milk boba, and two other regular milk tea with boba. The tastes of them were great and similar to what I used to have in the Fountain Valley location in SoCal. They were creamy, sweet just enough, and the boba were chewy, not overcooked. Originally, I was gonna drop a 2-star review, because the customer service was quite bad on the night I got here. But when looking at how many customers they had versus how many staff were there, I understood they have had a long rough day already. They told me that the drinks would be done around 10 minutes because of the long line, but it actually took around 25 minutes before it was slammed to the pick-up window and shoved onto the table. Hopefully, management would be able to see this and work harder on their staffing situation!
google avatar

Joyce K.

Yelp
Came here in NYE as they were open til 11pm (much respect!) There was a decently long line when we walked in, but it moved very quickly. They had a wide variety of options to satisfy the different preferences within our group. The non-dairy milk options were also much appreciated. We tried: - tiger sugar milk tea (note that this one cannot be customized) - oolong milk tea with boba - Hawaiian fruit tea with aiyu jelly All were excellent!

Yelp
We were here yesterday for the first time and their milk teas are probably one of the worst bobas I've ever had. My friend ordered a taro milk tea with boba. And I ordered a classic Thai tea with boba. We both didn't like it . I ended up throwing mine away cause it just tasted gross. Just because it's located here doesn't mean it's good boba. I've been to several places around here and none of them are good. But this one was probably the worst one because i wasn't able to finish it. Definitely not coming back. * their service was good. They guy was friendly and it seems like it's clean. And its a nice location. But their drinks suck ! I've been to several places around Vegas . And they are way better. I drink boba 3/4 times a week. This boba is definitely not good.
google avatar

Nina S.

Yelp
Nothing special today . We want order with cheese mousse but they dont have today . But we still get our drink .

Savanna M.

Yelp
This location has excellent service and super friendly staff. Tristan helped me get the perfect drink for me. I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends. Super happy customer.

Yelp
Super yummy. Can't wait to come back for my boba fix! I recommend the Taro flavor with boba !! The location was also very convenient.. Defiantly recommend if you're in the area.
google avatar

Sani S.

Yelp
Tried this for the first time, I honestly had better at other places, but customer service was great!
google avatar

Rachel S.

Yelp
Service is fast and I love that the staff will straight up tell you if they think that you won't like a drink based on your previous orders. Love their oolong tea. It's actually strong and they can do 0% sugar. So many places are heavy-handed on the milk, or their drinks taste artificial, but I always have a great drink when I go to Share Tea.
google avatar

Greyson N.

Yelp
Fast and friendly efficient services. Lots of options. I got to try the taro ice blended with pudding this time which is very creamy and luscious. Interior provides a fair amount of seating but a little cramped since it is against the wall shared by the queue for ordering. Public bathrooms available but disappointing no soap in the dispenser and couldn't find any sanitizer/gel. Ordering is easy and easy to pay, they have an reward system for earning points for future purchases. Nice little establishment. Looking forward to trying the boba bubbles next time.
google avatar

Yelp
I used to love going here, even tho it gets a little crowded sometimes, but boba tea always make it a good dessert. However last time I came here, I notice is getting more and more young kids working behind the counter, don't get me wrong, I'm always support kids want to learn about the value of money, instead of asking mommy and daddy. I placed my order, I took a seat and wait, after 10 mins, I notice people came in after me already got their order, I went up and told them, I was here first, but the people behind me already received their drinks. The kid look around, asked other kids, and one said, there some drinks over there, maybe is his. The guy brought it to me, no apology, no explanation they accidentally put my drink somewhere else, no nothing. The 2* go directly to the drink, customer service receive 0* This is what happen when company started doing well, they let all these kids run the show with no knowledge of manners and customer service Won't be back
google avatar

Ashley P.

Yelp
As soon as my wife and I went into Sharetea, the place was crowded and quite busy on a week day. The mango green milk tea was tarty as if the tea was not fresh or left out for too long. The taro ice blended tasted like artificial taro and powdery. As for the boba, it was hard and rubbery, so it might have been old boba. The workers didn't seem welcoming or happy. Overall, I don't recommend this boba spot for boba lovers as the drinks lacked in flavor and the boba was less than mediocre. I ended up having to waste the mango green milk tea as it upset my stomach even though I am not one to waste, so that should speak volume.
google avatar

Andre P.

Yelp
Best place to get my Taro fix! I recommend the Taro ice blended with pudding! Thank me later.
google avatar

Yelp
Yummy boba best in the city! If you're looking for a yummy drink, look no further. My friend was obsessed with their Tiger Milk tea that btw looked Devine (picture included). This place is pretty small, and the lines can get pretty big but it's definitely worth the wait.

Jennifer M.

Yelp
My visit to ShareTea boba was honestly horrible. I ordered the taro milk tea, and it was horrific. The customer service was not welcoming.
google avatar

MY V.

Yelp
Heard great things about Sharetea and decided to stop by here after our dinner. Line was pretty long and the workers made the drinks pretty fast. It was hard for me to decide what I wanted to order. Didn't know if I wanted a fresh fruit tea or a regular milk tea. I ended up ordering the Happy Family milk tea that had about seven different toppings. The red bean topping was pretty good with the milk tea. A lot of different textures to the drink from the topping. It was very delicious. I highly recommend ordering the Happy Family milk tea. No inside seating area. Staff were friendly and efficient. Will come back to Sharetea again in the future.

Yelp
I literally never do reviews and I've had this account for 6 years. What happened was so gross that I had to... I ordered the taro iced blended with pudding. You would think that it being one of the popular drinks they would make sure its made correctly. Unfortunately, when I tasted the pudding it had gone bad! It left a sour taste in my mouth and when I told my wife, she tasted it and said the same thing. I had to throw it away. We decided to give them another try, and I got the same thing and my wife got a fruity drink. While we were waiting, we witnessed one of the workers grab her mask, pulls it down then sneeze multiple times. RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR DRINKS. Not only that, she didn't wash her hand and proceeded to stick her middle finger in my wife's drink. Now, my wife and I are introverted people so we dont usually want to cause anybody trouble. But that was so gross and so unsanitary that neither of us could enjoy our drinks. We will never come back. I do hope they improve overtime.
google avatar

Tania T.

Yelp
Drinks are pretty good, quick and nice service and a clean establishment. The only coffee drink I noticed was the coffee milk tea. Otherwise they have a good selection of teas, milk teas, and slushies. Try this place for your tea needs when you're in the area.

Yelp
this sharetea is located in shanghai plaza which is usually busy. i went on a sunday therefore it was extra busy. parking can be quite frustrating, especially on weekends. i came here before noon and there was already a line. the wait wasn't that bad, you can use that time to choose what you want to order. there was only three people working, two doing the drinks while one does cashier. the cashier was nice, it did seem like she was counting down when to leave though. when she asked for my number to pull up my sharetea points, she read my name and had an odd reaction, not pleasant. i know my name isn't common, i don't expect her to know how to pronounce nor did i correct her. i just wished her reaction was more professional because i kind of felt offended. i am giving her the benefit of the doubt, though. maybe her intention wasn't ill but it did came off wrong to me. i ordered a thai pearl milk tea (rp pearl with crystal boba, 80% sugar, and less ice), wintermelon tea (crystal boba, 80% sugar, and less ice), and matcha with fresh milk (half herbal jelly and crystal boba, 100% sugar, and less ice). i always get the thai milk tea, however it can be sweet so i get it with less sugar. i ordered with less sugar this time but it felt like they added 100%. it's no biggie though, i can just add more ice to make it less sweet. the wintermelon tea is always refreshing. im not really into matcha so i won't comment on that. the place is nice and big compare to the other boba shops i've been to. there are a lot of seating areas, perfect for w small date. due to the fact that this place is usually packed there barely seems to be enough space, though. i also wish their blender is more quiet or they place it in the back because it is so loud. when i was ordering i had to raise my voice and lean over the counter, the person helping me had to do the same as well. as stated, i went on the weekend so it was packed and only three people was working. i believe that there should be more people working because not only would it benefit the staffs but also customers. customers would be able to get assistance faster and the employees would be happier with more help.

Yelp
Very bad experience at this LV location. Asked to remake the drink since it turned out not what was expected. The workers are just plain rude and conversed as if they doesn't want to remake it . Moreover, one of the girls just kept on slamming while making the drink. Obviously, they need to learn some manners and customer service. On the other hand, there is this one guy who works there that is very apologetic and polite. Overall, I believe the management needs to orient/ train their employees in Customer Service and proper etiquette when dealing with their customers .
google avatar

Monica H.

Yelp
The staff was extremely RUDE, and we are here talking about you Christina! On cashier position making orders for customers with very rude tones, in-patience and not even pay attention on pressing your POS machine because you were too busy to yawned and look at your nails. All guys behind you work hard and perfectly, efficiently and friendly. Compares to this girl, wow! Even another group of clients before us was talking about her too! We are not here to taking your temper. Don't understand how this store management able to tolerate this type of staff in here.
google avatar

Yelp
Just saw this place open up! It's a soft opening with a grand opening on june 19th. This place is already popular! So happy they are open on the westside now. New location is in the albertson's shopping center at 10300 w. Charleston. Lots of workers learning and training. Limited seating inside, but that's ok. Got the QQ happy family milk tea. Delicious as always! Remember you can always customize ice, sweetness level and pick your toppings. Edit: i clicked new business and not sure why yelp lumped the photos and review with the chinatown existing location.

Yelp
This is the first time I have visited this place! It was recommended by a friend. The store is located inside of a private parking lot of the Shanghai Plaza. Definitely not that great on parking. Since it is so busy, I wish you good luck on finding a parking spot there. Plus, they had construction going on in the lot. Fair warning, people fight for parking spots there. Anyhow, there was a long line to get into the store. But I think that is typical of any boba tea store. I had never tried this place before. You can definitely get the drink any way you want, from ice levels, sweetness level and toppings. Our drinks were made to order. Customer service was good and they helped us with any questions that we had.
google avatar

Heather E.

Yelp
I've been to this location twice and I would gladly come here again and again if I lived closer. Their drinks are delicious, the quality and drink size is definitely worth the price, and the customer service is spot on. The employees are kind and helpful. Pro tip and heads up for you boba lovers, all the drinks only come in one size. A few of the specialty drinks only come in a smaller size. My go to drink is the Tiger milk tea because I love brown sugar so I highly recommend it. My only qualm is that the Tiger milk tea drink is one of their specialty drinks and only comes in a small size.
google avatar

John L.

Yelp
Boba or sweetener? Less sugar or more cinnamon? Organic Black Tea or herbal green? Extra fruit toppings or less shaved ice cream? Some tea menus feel as if they were designed for the refined scholars of tea tasting. Share tea simplifies their specialty flavors with colorful Picture sharing. Often times different color tones can appeal to different customers depending on their mood. Yellow Wintermelon Lemonade for the mellow mood. Green Motcha Milk for those feeling lucky. Or the Tiger Striped Thai Tea to go along with a glorious day. A tea shop in every Chinatown plaza is not a Hunt for comparing tea. Sharing tea is a way of sharing customs. And on Spring Mountain Road , plaza sharing is sharing traditions.
google avatar

Kim T.

Yelp
Their milk tea classic with grass jelly is on point. Very quick service. Will definitely come back.

Hannah L.

Yelp
enjoyed my matcha red bean with boba ! definitely recommend that with less ice and 30% sugar. i think it only comes in the large size.
