I’ve been wanting to visit Florida Southern to see the Frank Lloyd Wright architecture for years. I’m so glad I was able to visit. I booked the full tour and I was not disappointed. Our tour guide was a wealth of knowledge and it was an excellent experience.

I was so excited to find that there were Frank Lloyd Wright buildings in Florida. This was a short highway drive from the Orlando area and am inexpensive excursion, especially when compared to some Orlando attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful when we paid for passes and we enjoyed the stroll around the grounds. I recommend this to any Frank Lloyd Wright fan!

We were able to take an absolutely wonderfully educational tour here courtesy of Robin! The items in the gift shop were really neat as well. I was tempted by a lot of them! It was a very interesting opportunity to learn more about the history and architecture of the Frank Lloyd Wright buildings at Florida Southern College.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here today. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. If you're not able to take a walking tour with a docent, be sure to ask for the pamphlet listing the on campus Wright buildings. It is worth the five dollar donation to have the map with photos and descriptions of the buildings so you can self tour. The gift shop was well stocked with books, stationery, t shirts, puzzles, desk items and various objets d'arts based on Wrights life, motifs and designs.

Really enjoyed the tour led by our docent, Tyler. I'd highly recommend doing a guided tour otherwise I think you will miss a lot of history and interpretation of the commission, design, and construction of these Frank Lloyd Wright buildings.

The Frank Lloyd Wright tour is an excellent tour to do whether it be self-guided or with someone. I do recommend having the guided tour because you can learn so much more about each building and you can walk into most of the buildings.
