So many combinations of ice cream and shaved ice... together or separate. The servers are nice and the servings are just right! I bought the combo, which has ice cream at the bottom, shaved ice throughout the rest of the container, then a sliver of ice cream at the top! The syrup choices are plentiful (you can get sugar free syrups, too) and they are so refreshing! If you dont like the 30+ combinations they have written on the walls, you can design your own combination. These 2 I bought were only $11 and some change. Delicious! Easy parking, great location. We are coming back!

I've been going to Shave it for a while now. Young people spot, but I have seen a diverse group of people just because of how delicious it is. Young people often behind the register but they are kind and helpful. Definitely recommend and I love the cheer up cup!

First time my husband and I visited Shave It in Norwalk and loved it! 😊 Staff was great and very helpful in helping me choose what combo to purchase. I had the macadamia nut ice cream with strawberry, pineapple and coconut flavored shaved ice....absolutely delicious! We'll be back.😁

I am totally addicted to ice, and this magnificent place has my fix!!!! All of the workers are amazingly nice and efficient. If your a lover of shaved ice like me, this is definitely the place for you! Five thumbs up "Shave It" ... my son loves mrs. Lori, she's the best!

The ice was smooth and sweet. I'd give it a 5 star rating but the business is exclusively shaved ice with no "real" food. For this reason alone, it's not a very busy place. Basic is good, but only to a degree.

Snowcones are amazing, this is solely on the customer service side. The hotter it is, the busier it gets...really need to have more than 1 person working after 1pm. Workers are great...Management needs to add more workers
