My partner and I stopped in for a quick bite on a rainy afternoon. The man and woman at the register were both extremely warm and friendly, the food was reasonably priced, and very tasty. While we were enjoying our food, the owner came by and gave us two cookies on the house, which was such a sweet surprise. I highly recommend stopping in to support this charming local business! 🙂

Google
The best falafel and authentic middle eastern food in Boston. Not only was the food delicious and presented beautifully, the customer service was also amazing - they are incredibly gracious and kind. I will definitely be going back regularly.

Google
The food is great, the staff is friendly, and there are a good amount of vegetarian options. One thing that confused me at first was that you pay after finishing your food even though there's no real table service. I've tried the falafel roll-up and the hummus roll-up. I like the flavor of the former more except that it's a bit too salty. They're both really good though. The pita itself even has a nice, chewy texture.

Google
Great taste and quick service. I like the idea of embedding fries into the shawarmas. I would suggest to add some more sauce to the shawarma to make it juicy. Currently, I felt it is quite dry and you feel like having water on every bite.

Google
Delicious! Absolutely yummy! Must try! The shawarma and falafel are a must! Dont forget to order a side dish of grilled halloumi with tomatoes and olives 🍅🫒🧆🥙

Google
If compare this places with other Sawarma-places, this one is most clean, efficient, full-menu, a lot of place to seat, they have restroom (the most important). Parking situation is very sad - there is no parking here. If you find something around 5 min walk you are lucky. They have an air condition and a fan, what makes your lunch/diner fresh. I’ll update my review after I try their shawarma.

Google
Found my falafel plate mediocre, though my friends liked their meat dishes. I was most disappointed by the tabouli, which didn't taste as aromatic as it usually does. The restaurant also uses a ton of single-use plastics for dine-in, which could definitely be phased out. I wouldn't go back.

Google
Excellent place to eat Shawerma and Falafel the original Lebanese way. First time to visit, but I just marked it as my favorite in Boston. Either you want to take out or eat in, this place will accommodate you with excellent personal customer service. Must go, add it to the top of your list.

Yelp
I used Shawarma Falafel to cater an office event for about 30 people. The food arrived on time, and was in very organized bags. The falafel was delightful. Everyone was raving about the food: Shish Tawouk Roll Up (ordered ten and all went quickly) Hummus Wraps Gluten-free falafel combo Fatoush salad I will be ordering from them for my next event.

Yelp
Walked by Shawarma Falafel today and sadly found it replaced by a colorful taqueria. They've been open 5 months. Makes me regret vearing away from my tried and true cauliflower wrap or the chicken on my last pre-pandemic visit: Tried something different - the Beef Shawarma Platter $11.80 Thinly sliced beef and tahini sauce. Served with pita bread and your choice of 2 sides. My picks - falafel and french fries. The Beef Shawarma was served on a generous bed of rice with some sliced tomato. The beef itself was seasoned well, but insufficient for a greater appetite than mine, and on the dry side since the pieces were smaller. The french fries were thicker cut than Mickey D's, and a scant portion. The falafel count was two, and moist beneath the crunchy outer shell. The sauce they provided helped to moisten my meal. Perhaps it was because it was dinner time rather than the more populous lunch time. Perhaps it was just the way it was. I don't know, but I would probably avoid this particular protein on future visits.

Yelp
Apparently it has been 5 years since I last visited Shawarma Falafel, and not much has changed. Today I ordered the Vegetable Platter, which was a generous portion of falafel and rice, with two sides. I chose the hummus harr and tabouli. The rice was really, really bland, and desperately needed some chicken stock or loads of tahini or something to add some interest. The hummus was great...thick and spicy, but there wasn't enough given the large amount of falafel. The pickled vegetables add some needed acid - make sure to request these as they are not "included." Food is served with care, though not with much urgency. That's a trade-off I'll gladly take 99% of the time.

Yelp
Based solely on the felafel wrap, this was quite good but not as good as the reigning champions of Boston felafel, the Felafel King. Props to shawarma for adding mint and radish to their sandwich, however it didn't have the it factor.
google avatar

Yelp
Worst service and worst falafel wrap I ever had. Restaurant owner talked down on me for placing order using GrubHub instead of ordering directly and made worse possible falafel wrap.

Yelp
Food was terrific and delicious. There was a little bit of a wait since there were only 2 people working. The man who helped us was very nice. We had the beef platter with rice, falafel and hummus. It was so freakin good! We also had the chicken shawarma with fries and that was also outstanding. First time having Lebanese food and we were totally impressed. A worthy 4.5 star rating!

Yelp
Still one of my favorite shawarma places in the city. The last time I thought the wrap was too dry, but that was an easy fix by asking them to put extra sauce- which they did- and it was delicious! Just chicken, fries and pickles- just the way it should be! Docking one star as we went there around 5:30 and though we were able to get a sandwich they ran out of meet right after even though they are open until 9pm. I think we got lucky but had we gotten there a little later we would've been quite disappointed. This place is so good; they need to scale production accordingly.

Yelp
you cannot find better service anywhere in America The food is truly amazing You could tell everything's homemade

Yelp
Ordered chicken shwarma platter (comes with rice, thin pita & 2 sides -- i picked baba ghannouj, & hummus harra), with an additional piece of falafel. Unfortunately, they did not have baklava (so i got some elsewhere. please ignore the baklava in the pic) I will agree with the reviewers who mentioned the disappointing amount of chicken because at first I was also upset but I think its because the container is so large, in comparison, it doesnt look plentiful but it was definitely enough to get me through lunch. Only ordered 1 falafel but they gave me 2! Falafel was really well fried & perfectly golden brown with a soft fluffy inside, and had a pleasantl garlic-y taste. No dry crumbly falafels here! The baba ganoush has a smooth but smokey taste and really complemented the falafel. The hummus harra was kind of disappointing, I was expecting something very spicy and flavorful but it seemed more of a colored hummus with a bit of extra spice. Still a great creamy thick hummus but wasnt as flavorful as what I expected. Everything was done super well & the person who helped me was very helpful & friendly but not sure if I would make my way there the next time Im in Boston. But definitely worth a try if youre in the area, or craving shwarma.

Yelp
Tasted very good but the amount of meat for the beef plate I ordered was so little! It was very tiny pieces covering the rice, looked fine at first but once you dig in your realize how little meat there is. ESP for $12. the salads I ordered as sides were delicious and so was the beef, the only problem was I was eating rice and bread with my salad for the most part.

Yelp
Loved this little place on Broomfield. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Boston Common but well with walking distance it was just what I needed for a quick lunch. I had the veggie platter which came with 6 falafel and my choice of two sides. I had Baba Ghanoush and Tabouleh. The platter came with a side of Tahini. The service was so friendly and informative! I forgot to get a drink and they threw in a water for free. Awesome. The falafel was cooked perfectly. Some places over cook theirs but not here. The pita was huge and was perfect with my Baba Ghanoush. I sat along the windows and watched the people go by as I enjoyed my lunch. Really great place for lunch. Reasonable priced and very good food. Lots of veggie options too!

Yelp
Excellent shawarma and staff. Pita, Hummus and falafel were good also. Visited a couple of times, great each time.

Yelp
I'm honestly baffled by the mostly positive reviews of this place. I had really high expectations going to this location with a colleague as I've never had Lebanese food, and we were left quite disappointed. Upon walking into the shop, one can't help but notice the paint cans and objects strewn everywhere as well as the completely empty counter. They are either inder major construction OR going out of business. The gentleman taking our orders was quite brusque.... but I rationalized the lack-of-overly-friendly service as a cultural thing. I wasn't that bothered since the other female (whom I assume is the owner's wife),l was very kind and very friendly as she handed me my order. At the end of the day, we're really there for the food so service is only a small part of the experience. I ordered the chicken shawarma combo and my colleague got the lamb rollup. Our foods were ready and cooked immediately within 5-8 minutes. THE FOOD: Unfortunately, it did NOT meet my expectations. Upon taking first bite, I KNEW I wouldn't finish my chicken shawarma... it was tasteless. But more importantly, the meat was DRY as the desert. My colleague agreed that his lamb seemed dry and that his roll-up was just "okay." It didn't taste fresh either. I couldn't finish my second half of the shawarma, and as big as the portions were, I didn't feel full because it's like when you're eating food that's just not good, you don't feel like you've eaten at all. I should've known better from the few Yelpers who have complained of the same dry-meat issues. I think they've had better luck with the beef and dishes like hummus or baba ghanouj so maybe stick to ordering these instead?

Yelp
I haven't been to this area in 3 years, but the food is still amazing! Their lunch deal is unbeatable: you get a full shawarma wrap, french fries, and a drink for only $10. And the wrap is just amazing. I recommend the beef, because it's tender and seasoned well with herbs, tahini sauce, olive oil, and pickles. Ask for a side of falafels (freshly fried) and baba ganoush for dipping. It's simply delightful. Unfortunately, COVID hit hard and their hours are much tighter. But they still serve up delicious food, and they are family-run by the nicest people ever.

Yelp
We came an hour before closing and even though the food came out fast - it was barely warm and definitely stale- don't know why they would do that maybe they don't care about their reputation. Very disappointing visit. The bread and rice in platter was hard/stale, there was disproportionately small amount of meat compared to rice, wrap was mid, the only OK part were French fries lol (and even they weren't hot like you would expect from a fresh batch) If they were in a hurry to close - then why accept customers if they weren't willing to make a new order - JUST GO TO Ajeen in Allston.

Yelp
I had a work event downtown Boston that went over by an hour and I was starving. Luckily, when you're in downtown Boston, you have a huge variety of restaurants to order from. Suddenly I was craving a gyro and decided to use my handy Yelp app to see where the best and closest location was. Less than half a mile away I found myself here. Ambience - not many people were inside only about a handful but I did see a few people ordering heir food to go. Spacious and there are 2, 4 and 6 seater tables. Large windows for natural light as well and clean. Food - I was in a hurry so I ordered my food to go. I decided on the lamb shawarma roll up. Their menu does not go into detail about what comes inside of the roll up so I inquired. Lamb, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, fresh parsley concoction, French fries - yes I said FRENCH FRIES, and tatziki sauce (spelled that wrong lol). This is all wrapped in a pita roll then pressed to warm everything through. Everything flowed nicely together surprisingly. Service - Because it wasn't packed, it was quick service, BUT, very friendly and not rushed. Those qualities will have me return to try something different.

Yelp
Highly recommend. Coming from an Arab who is very picky about middle eastern food outside my house: this is the best falafel and truly authentic middle eastern food in Boston. Not only was the food delicious and presented beautifully, the customer service was also amazing - they really went above and beyond - incredibly gracious and kind. I will definitely be going back regularly.

Yelp
wonderful people and great food in a very nice atmosphere, i've dined here many times, and have never been disappointed. Beef Shawarma is my favorite, but anything I've ordered on the menu has been delicious.

Yelp
Estimated delivery was 40min- took 2 hours. When it arrived they forgot the baklava, Kibbe balls, and gave me rice instead of salad. Pretty disappointed. Not much meat in here at

Emily G.

Yelp
Great place to stop and get food after working at the State House Library. Fast, affordable (which is a rarity in Boston), and the owners are very friendly. Reccomend the lamb combo, the meat was tender and cooked perfectly.

Yelp
It deserves 0 stars!!!! Super unfriendly. We asked if we can use the bathroom before we got our food and the woman working there was so mean and said no food no bathroom! Lady I wash my hands before I want to eat calm the F down. Left hungry because we didn't want to give them our money. So we went 1 min down and found something where people are friendly to their customers. Don't think they make fresh food either, because nothing was out in front! I am sure your food would have tasted as bad as you are with your personality!!!

Yelp
I was told to check out this place for dinner by my Uber driver and I am soooo glad I came. The restaurant is super easy to locate (I am a tourist in Boston), there is no overwhelming odor of food so you don't leave smelling, and the food is made fresh. I got the beef shawarma combo platter. AMAZING, DELICIOUS, SAVORY and the perfect takeout dinner meal. I am definitely going to visit again while I'm on this trip for more falafel. Also the woman at the cash register was soooo kind, warm, and helpful - I felt like a guest at their home.

Yelp
One person working in the entire restaurant is also making the food. It feels like the food was good at one point but they just microwaved the chicken which is extremely dry and seems like it's a day old Not sure if this is an off day for them but I would not recommend or return.

Yelp
Went here on a rainy day determined to use that 10% Yelp Cash Back! (Let's be honest, that's the real reason why I stopped by. Otherwise Middle Eastern restaurants are a dime a dozen in Boston, even in Financial District alone.) We arrived around 11:30am and were the only ones there so I took my time with the menu while asking the owner for recommendations. The staff were friendly and seemed eager to help out since they were slammed with customers. I decided on the Beef Shawarma Platter with the spicy hummus harr and tabbouli as the other side. The portions were very generous and I was able to save half of it for next day's lunch as well. I told them we would be eating inside as I was meeting up with a co-worker. They rung up my order as TO GO, which is not in accordance with the terms of Yelp Cash Back. I had a fun time chasing down Shop@Yelp.com the few weeks that followed to figure out what happened... I'm not sure if anyone else who tried to redeem had that experience? But just make sure they ring it up for dine in and you should get a notification if your card is linked. You can read more specifically about my Yelp Cash Back experience on my blog. http://ratedbyhanna.wordpress.com/tag/yelp-cash-back/ Oddly enough even though we were the only ones there, it took them a good 20-25 minutes for them to actually prepare the food and get it to us. The platter was very tasty and it paired perfectly with the Hachwi rice. The owner explained it as just rice with some onions and small chunks of meat. I thoroughly enjoyed the orange hummus harr paired with the beef, until I uncovered a HUGE BALL OF GARLIC. It's like they used a melon baller scoop and hid it sneakily under the pile of hummus. I love garlic when it's evenly dispersed to add a kick of flavor, but not all bunched together. What an unpleasant surprise. Also it's worth noting it was not very spicy so I wouldn't let that deter anyone who is spice averse. I have an average spice tolerance.

Yelp
This is my second time to this place on my second visit to Boston. The quality of food is still great despite the COVID hard times, no drop in quality now compared to coupl of yours ago. Food is great. seevice is great and best of all, food is authentic Lebanese 100%!! We had beef shawarma, chicken shawarma and sausage roll up. Meat is juicy. I suggest asking for extra sauce in the sandwich unless you like it on the set dice. The garlic sauce amazing. Falafel is crispy on outside and crispy on the inside. Yummy!! I know there are many falafel and shawarma places in the area but I doubt any will beat this one. Staff is very nice.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this restaurant when we were in the neighborhood for some appointments. It is a good size , simple yet clean restaurant that had a mix of people taking food to go as well as dining in. The wraps are pretty good size and I was full with just 1/2 wrap and ate the other half for dinner. We ordered a bunch of food: -Falafel wrap: amazing falafel, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, perfectly balanced with the tahini and pickled radishes they put inside complimented by the freshness of the mint (pro tip: add hummus and hot sauce to your wrap, it will take the deliciousness to another level) -Chicken and Beef Shawarma Combo wrap: my husband had this and said this was delicious, the meat was crispy from outside and still succulent from inside. -Side of hummus: delicioussss and a good quantity for $4.50 -Side of Batata Harra: this dish let us down big time specially when everything else we tried was great. It lacked flavor, was under seasoned and totally not worth $6. -Baba Ghannouj: I wish I could rate it, but they were out of it. Little weird that a restaurant can be out of such an important dish on the menu. 2 customers who came after me also asked for it. So all in all, a great meal and a restaurant I would not hesitate to eat at again.

Yelp
Excellent Lebanese food! The hospitality and service was exemplary. The interior is spacious and tables are accommodating. Great for lunch especially if you want to eat healthy and enjoy authentic middle eastern cuisine. And I have to say up front, very well seasoned and low sodium which is rare for most restaurants especially middle eastern. I ordered 2 plates to share: the felafel and the beef schawarma. The felafel was really freshly prepared, light and delicious, served with mixed greens, radishes, pickled radishes, freshly picked mint leaves and tahini. It's an outstanding value for the quality and quantity. The beef schawarma was very good, tender shaved marinated beef served with fresh herbs over tender delicately seasoned rice with a choice of two sides, and herein lies the value of this dish: while the beef is delicious, the sides really shine here, the baba ganouj and hummus is some of the best I've had anywhere. The tahini is the mother sauce of the following three items, and the base, and theirs is low sodium and that theme continues throughout the food here, leaving the flavor to shine through not hide behind salt. The hummus is thick and rich and laden with sesame tahini, lemon, garlic. The Baba is smoky, light and creamy with a deep flavorful tahini and garlic paste that is a meal in itself. Both were served with a large thin round pita, no whole wheat option available; a note to diabetics and dieters, you can always just eat less of it, it's pretty light and thin and ties it all together. For the total of two platters we ended up with enough to feed our mother the leftovers, and she loved it too; definitely go here if you're staying nearby at the Omni Parker House (it's a quick right out the school street exit by the valet make a right at the next corner or down the alley after the valet and through on the left for bad weather avoidance)

Yelp
One of the best middle eastern food I've ever tried and I live in Miami where we have so many of these restaurants, I was shook by their customer service and how fresh everything was. We ordered a wrap (not picture here) and a few other stuff, the food came out super quick, it was incredibly delicious as well as affordable. So glad to decided to try it out because we're definitely coming back to it

Yelp
Geez, what a disaster. Ordered a combo platter of beef and chicken. Watching it be made was unbelievable. I asked for rice and the woman preparing the platter didn't set the rice in the container so the guy who was grilling up the meat had to keep it on the grill. Eventually he was the one who came over and put the rice in the container so he could set the meat on top of it. They toss the rice in the microwave to warm it up and the woman just left it in there while he was trying to set the meat down. It was unbearable to watch, and apparently if you don't ask for rice, you get put in the back of the line, as others who ordered their platters with salads were served first. I had to ask for the sides of falafel I ordered and since they forgot, I had to wait again for those to be ready. I asked for a side of the garlic sauce and the woman replies "there is tahini in there." I knew that. I asked for the garlic. Then the guy came over, who is presumably the owner, and put it in my bag. For $14, you'd expect much more. The picture below is of the charred beef. The rice and tabouli were good, hence the 2 stars.

Yelp
It was the middle of the afternoon and I was headed to the airport, goin' home. I was pretty sure dinner was not going to be served on the plane and had sat, hungry through enough flights that I wasn't interested in repeating that scenario. They appeared to be in the middle of a mid day cleaning so the everything was a but jumbled up. But they were able to get me in and out quickly and my wrap made my flight home far, far more pleasant. Would I go to sit down and enjoy a meal? Maybe not. But it was perfect for what I needed.

Yelp
I drove to Boston for the day and couldn't wait to grab some lunch. I found this place using Yelp (of course) and it was delicious. It was perfectly located around the commons so a quick walk for parking garages. I really like the presentation of the food, the bamboo plate adds a nice touch. The wrap exceeded my expectation. I loved the freshness of the humus and the fries were a surprise. I really enjoyed lunching here and I'd be happy to stop in again.

Katrina T.

Yelp
Wanted to love this place based on previous reviewers, however the food just wasn't that good. Kafta tasted microwaved and tough, no veggies or color at all on the plate, and the actual place was kind of sad. That being said, the employees were super friendly and kind, maybe it was just an off day

Nan L.

Yelp
Reviews are very very misleading. First of all, no pita roll up is pressed in panini - this itself is whats wrong with this place. Chicken shawrma was nothing but a grilled chicken. Falafel roll up has tons of radish, very light sauce and no hint of traditional sauce such as tahini and etc. Wouldn't go back to this place at all. And the taste doesn't justify the price. Expensive for the mediocre taste.

Yelp
This place is a winner! After reading about the great reviews, we decided to stop by for dinner after a long day of sightseeing. Because we arrived after 6pm on a weekday, street parking was very easy right in front of the restaurant. We ordered the beef schwarma, chicken schwarma, and the veggie combo. Each entree came with a generous amount of rice plus two sides and pita. We tried the tabouli, hummus, baba ghanoush, and the seasoned potato for sides. The potato was well worth the $1 extra. I've eaten in Mediterranean restaurants countless times and I've never seen them before. They were outstanding. Everything tasted great. The meats were well seasoned and perfectly cooked and the falafels were some of the best I've had, crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. The sides were all excellently prepared as well. The slightly longer wait for the food was definitely worth it. It seemed like everything was cooked just before being served. Prices were very reasonable (bordering on cheap) and the employees (not sure if they were the owners) were friendly and accommodating. When I asked for some sumac, there was no hesitation at all, even though the employee had to retrieve it from the back. The only suggestion I have is to better describe some of the items on the menu. I consider myself very familiar with this type of cuisine but I had to ask a few questions. Every time I'm back in Boston, I will definitely stop by this place.

Yelp
We got the lamb and beef shawarma platter. The meats are pretty dry and you only get a petty small portion of it. The baba ganoush was excellent! It was well smoked and seasoned topped with a quality olive oil. Hummus was also one of the best that I've had. The texture was smooth but not too processed, and the acidity level is just right. In the future I'm probably only getting the sides

Yelp
Excellent Lebanese restaurant in downtown Boston. Happened soon it while walking the Freedom Trail. Excellent Beet Shawarma wrap and excellent falafel wrap! Pleasant family-owned business

Yelp
There are few times when a meal is deliciously planned and prepared and that's nothing short of last night , I had one of those sweet delicious meals The dish was excellently prepared by a Queen I must say: A glaze of tangerine sauce, grilled barramundi places on a mound of sweet plantain rice then I had Irish chips ketchup and a nice cup of juice and that meal made my night great and splendid

Yelp
I'm sorry to say that I didn't get a picture of today's lunch, which I ordered from Shawarma Falafel delivery. A nice portion of shawarma lamb, light rice, hummus, tabouli and well packaged for transport such that it still arrived nice and warm. The thin pita which some like but I prefer the thicker ones. It arrived almost on time (maybe five minutes past schedule) but the guy waited for me to get down to the front door so that's a plus. I'll order from them again.

Yelp
Authentic, inexpensive, yet delicious Mediterranean food! I ordered falafel platter with 2 sides (hummus and baba ghanoush) and it was $11 with 5 pieces of falafel and it seemed like 1 cup of each side. It came with pita bread, tahini sauce, and pickles. The falafel was so deeply fried, dark golden brown, and extremely crispy and fresh. It was A LOT of food in a platter! It would be perfect for 2 people to share the platters. My friend ordered chicken shawarma platter with hummus and French fries. It came with plenty of rice, pita, and garlic sauce. The platters are well worth the money since it comes with so much food! And the service was extremely kind, friendly, and fast!

Yelp
Wandering around Boston Commons looking for something other than a brewpub or a burger place? The key to Shawarma Falafel is the word "HomeMade". The owner Serge, prides himself on make everything by hand including the Hummus, Babba Ganoosh, Pickles, Grape Leaves, Baklava, and other baked goods. He even makes his own Lebanese Cheeses, which he says are only made in 3 countries including Cyprus, Syria, and of course Lebanon. I suppose making the cheeses in Boston now make 4 countries. Shawarma Falafel is a couple of blocks off of the Boston Common but worth the extra walk. The place is spacious and clean and with just a few photos on the walls for decorations. My dining companion ordered the Lemon Lentil Soup and the special Lebanese cheese wrap. The soup was light and slightly tangy from the lemon juices, while the Lentils were soft but not overcooked. My companion appreciated the fact that the soup was not overly salted as can often be the case, leaving you thirsty after a meal. The Lebanese Chees wrap consisted of a block of homemade cheese sliced into long rectangular pieces about the sizes/shape of French fries. It is a firm cheese somewhat like a cross between feta and mozzarella. The cheese was than fried up on the griddle and served in a wrap with a sauce and some veggies. The cheese maintains its structure and doesn't melt, but rather coats when heated similar to tofu. Very tasty, very cheesy. Tip - Check the blackboard for seasonal specials and when there are fresh batches of baked goods or homemade cheeses. I ordered the Lamb Kabobs that were perfectly seasoned, tender and juicy. Nice young lamb with just a suggestion of pink on the inside. The plate comes with a savory Rice, Tomato and two side dishes of your choice. I went for the Spicy Hummus, and Babba Ganoosh. The Hummus was smooth and creamy with a reddish orange color from the peppers. I would rank it as mild on the heat scale, which works well with Hummus. The Babba Ganoosh was full of eggplant flavor and slightly chunky. Both had nicely restrained seasoning. Pro Tip - When travelling out of the area, have Serge pack up some Spicy Hummus and Baba Ganosh in a container to take with you on the plane or in the car. You will be the envy of your fellow passengers. I liked the food so much I did this on my last trip to Boston and dipping and munching on Shawarma Falafel on long plane ride home. So if in the Boston Commons area, or following the Freedom Trail, make a quick meal stop at Shawarma Falafel and say "Hi" to Serge, then try some of his homemade Lebanese treats.

Yelp
I was on yelp looking for places to eat around here and shawarma popped up so I decided to give it a try. The location is very hidden from the main streets of downtown crossing so I probably would've never found this place without the help of yelp. I ordered a falafel platter ~9.50 (consist of 5 falafels and a salad) and my friend ordered the vegetarian combo ~10.50 (5 falafels and you can choose two sides). They make your food as you order so when we got the falafels, there were crispy on the outside and soft/warm on the inside. The falafels are really big. They were almost the size of my palms. My friend and I could only eat 2 before getting full. We saved the rest and ended up having it the next day for lunch and a snack! Totally worth the price I would say.

Yelp
I got a roll up and it's HUGE. I thought it would be a small lunch but ended up having leftovers which is wonderful. It was delicious and soft. The fries were not made in house I don't think but they got the job done for a fries craving. The five star rating mostly goes to the staff! The man working the register was super friendly and very helpful.

Yelp
Pretty amazing falafel, I loved the spices. The Hummus was delicious! Shawarma was lacking spices and juiciness but pretty good as well. Highly recommended place to eat for good food.

Yelp
Awesome falafel! I got the vegetarian plate that comes with falafel, grape leaves and 2 sides. But they were out of grape leaves, so I got double falafel. The portion was huge. I didn't even eat half. The falafel was moist and flavorful. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Shawarma for me, shawarma for you, shawarma for your mama! This hole in the wall is located right near Downtown Crossing. It offers some of the best and authentic Lebanese food that I have ever tried. Walking in you'll see scattered tables and a counter in the back where you order. We ordered the beef platter which came with rice and two sides. I picked falafel (2 pieces) and hummus. My friend got the Tabbouli and falafel. We waited for a bit for our food but it was well worth it because you can tell it was freshly made to order. The beef was very well seasoned and given in a good portion. The falafel was also top notch. Hummus though, could've used a little bit more flavor. They give you a wrap on the side, but if you don't eat it fast enough then it'll get cold and harden up. In the end, you definitely get your money's worth of food here. We definitely struggled finishing. I plan on coming back here to try their other meats such as the lamb!

Yelp
Awesome, affordable food. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a quick lunch and got the chicken shawarma sandwich. Food was awesome and the two people working were so sweet. Would definitely come here again.

Yelp
The beef shawarma on top of salad with hummus and falafel as a side is my go to. The beef is moist and flavorful, the hummus is rich and thick, and the falafel is garlicky and crispy every time. For about 12 bucks, this has become one of my go to lunch spots. Why 4 stars instead of 5? The signage needs to be updated - I was charged $1 instead of $.50 cents to opt for salad instead of rice. When I asked why, the woman was agitated and had an attitude with me and was like "prices raise!!"

Yelp
Fuck this place. I was looking forward to shawarma. They cancelled my order 20 minutes after ordering stating they were too busy! Fuck 'em
