"Not to be confused with Shawarma on the Go, the newer Shawarma on the Run in Terrytown is where some of the area’s silkiest hummus can be found. Co-owner Osama Albassis (who started out at Shawarma on the Go) focuses on beef and chicken shawarma, falafel and spinach pie, hummus and tzatziki, platters, and bowls, served with yellow rice, salad, pita, Armenian pickles, corn, and traditional sauce. A second Kenner location recently made its debut." - Clair Lorell, Beth D'Addono

WOW. So a coworker asked me if I ever had Mediterranean food? I said no so he said let's go try it. As a picky eater I was skeptical on trying this cause I didn't think I would like it. We got to Shawarma and he was asking what I wanted, of course I didn't know cause I never had this type of food before. I got the chicken, lime rice, vegetables and hummus. I also got an order of fries to play it safe cause I know I like fries. We waited about 5 minutes and the server brought us our trays. I opened it and it had beautiful colors. I was already in it this far might as well go all the way and try the food. Oh my gosh this food was AMAZING. I was very impressed with the taste. I couldn't stop eating and I wasn't even that hungry because we had a decent size lunch. I finished all the food on plate. I kept thanking my coworker for taking me here and having me try it. I don't give many five stars out but this place for sure deserves a 5 star rating. I am for sure their other food is just as good. The next time we are here we will definitely be back to this restaurant.

Google
Definitely recommend, my first time here. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap meal and my goodness it was perfect! The service was nice, the food presentation was nice and the taste was excellent; definitely will be a repeat customer.

Google
I pretty much had everything on the menu, so here are my takes on the top items. Shawarma Wraps - they're okay, can be dry depending on the day Fried Chicken burger- it's amazing, I love it. Philly Cheese steak- Great. Very Flavorful.

Google
Went there for lunch. Good food that I would eat several times a week if I could. Had a combo platter. Good amount of food. Healthy and tasty. The garlic sauce went with everything. Try the Lebanese tea. It is delicious.

Cheryl Anderson

Google
The chicken shawarma plate was so delicious! Everything about it tasted great. The rice, the salad, the humus. Everything! I also got the lebanese tea. The rose flavor was a bit strong for me so I added some lemon juice to it and it worked out great. I had to add to this review the gyro shawarma plate I had recently. OMG!!! Soooooo friggin good!!! Better than the chicken.

Mario Cavicchi

Google
Good food. The gyro was great, the humus great, the salad ok. I will go back for the humus and gyro

Google
Delicious food!! We ordered chicken shawarma with fries & philly cheese steakbit was yummy! Great quality. Prices are good. Comfortable seating. Very clean restaurant. Makayla (the cashier & server) was sweet& very helpful!! & also the food came out fast

Google
The best Gyro you’ll ever taste skewered on an open flame. The chicken is juicy, the hummus is creamy and the salad dressing is delectable.

Kristie S.

Yelp
This was my absolute favorite shawarma place near home. The food was always fresh and the chicken shawarma wrap was one of the best I've ever had. They also had the creamiest hummus. Unfortunately, it no longer exists and has been replaced by a restaurant called 504 Shawarma and Falafel, which, while good, is not the same.

Kimberly J.

Yelp
Pretty good shawarma wrap. The pickles and garlic sauce really made it. This is a nice location with friendly staff for take out. Easy pickup across from the mall. I definitely look forward to trying them again when I'm in the area.

John K.

Yelp
Always my go to place when in Nola. Legit Shawarma. Quality meats with great flavor.

Sophia T.

Yelp
Super close to my house and we love that it's here! We hope it never closes. We eat here or order to go at least 2x a month. Prices are fair. Portions are big! And can feed me twice. I love their chicken shawarma and their gyros. We get their beef shawarma from time to time when I forget that I don't enjoy it as much. Their hummus and sauces are so good. Ugh.

Yelp
BEWARE THE SCAMMERS!!! My friend and I ordered a meal for takeout from Sharma on the Run and it was beyond disappointing. We had ordered two baklavas which were listed on the menu for $3.99 each. When we received our order it was bagged and stapled shut and when we got home the baklava was not in the bag. The cashier an "S. Albassisi" charged us $10.95 for the baklava rather than the listed price. When my friend called back to ask for a credit they did not answer the phone. When he called the next day he was told it was too late to receive a credit! We all know that when you make a mistake it is never too late to correct your error to keep your customer! The meat on the Gyros was good but the effect was spoiled by lettuce and tomato that were old and wilted. They only gave us two pitas for a $9.99 order of Baba Ganoush which was runny and not at all fresh tasting. When we reviewed the menu prior to writing this review there was an upsetting message saying "This website may be impersonating sharmaontherun to steal your personal or financial information." There are many good Middle Eastern restaurants in the city. Find another one unless you enjoy getting ripped off!!!

Yelp
Shawarma on the run is super delish and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean but it's in a spot that's a little difficult to access...don't let that discourage you though because the food is great! I frequently order online and the order is always ready quick.

Crystal B.

Yelp
Oooooh yeah, now see, this place is the sho nuff what's happening! As soon as I opened the box, the spices smacked my nasal passages real good and I loved it lol. Reminds me of big mama's house smelling up the neighborhood with those bold and boastful soul food spices. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak meal w/seasoned fries and the aroma had my salivary glands buckjumping. At that moment, I knew the flavor and taste would accompany and to my expectations, it did. I can't believe that I've been on the Westbank so long, purposely passing up this place. Now, now, in my defense, I vowed to myself, if I cannot pronounce the name of a place, I'm not eating there lol. So glad I broke that vow today with help from other Yelpers!! Well folks, all I can tell you is this place should never be passed up. They're enforcing social distancing and CDC COVID-19 guidelines, plus it's spacious inside. They're situated in a small strip plaza on Terry Pkwy across from the Oakwood Mall. Find parking and treat yourself to the food, especially the Philly cheesesteak. You won't be disappointed!

Jamar A.

Yelp
Food is excellent! We eat here at least once a week. Usually quick service with your food ready by the time you get there. Over all great decor and ambience inside.

Nicole P.

Yelp
I tried shawarma on the run for the first time today. I will be a repeat customer because the food was delicious. The portions were big and the food was fresh and hot as well. I ordered falafel appetizer and 2 chicken shawarma platters. The falafel was nice and crispy. Came with a side of sauce and was your standard falafel. The platters come with hummus, salad, rice, chicken, 2 pieces of pita, and a side of white sauce (I think it's garlic sauce?) The portion sizes were enough for two meals for me. The chicken was flavorful and moist. I've had chicken shawarma be dry before, but this was not. The rice was seasoned nicely. The hummus was very smooth and to my liking. Everything had flavor. I didn't feel gross after eating the food because everything was nice and light. A really refreshing meal versus some fast food. Speaking of fast food, they are fast! My food was ready quick even with delivery, but it came hot still. My mom is really picky. I convinced her to try the chicken shawarma with me and she really liked it. She even liked the hummus which she is not a huge fan of to begin with! All in all, I would 100% come back again when I want some shawarma. I had special instructions for double rice instead of hummus for one platter and the request was followed. I also had a side of tzatziki which was a nice compliment to the meat versus the other white sauce. Both are equally good. Prices are reasonable as well.

Tamara M.

Yelp
I order a Caesar Salad with chicken. Caesar salad to my experience is always made with romaine lettuce. It was made with regular lettuce. Just nasty for someone who does not like lettuce. Should state on menu. Hummus was loaded with oil and pita was like leather. Order Lebanese tea and receive black tea. For $33.00, will not order from them again.

Yelp
Sometimes, Yelp review is wrong. I was wrong. I shouldn't have read yelp review before I headed to this restaurant. FYI, I'm providing the picture. this is what you'll get for $7.99. Chicken shawarma wrap. Look at the size. All of my friends said it just look like an egg roll. (Size) You gotta be kidding me. Don't you ever use the big container, don't you ever tell customer that shawarma size is big. (Cuz I asked the register guy for the size of the shawarma.) Shame on you.

Nina N.

Yelp
My fav!! They are so quick and efficient. This place is always popping, but never a longer wait than 10-15 minutes. I love getting the Chicken Shawarma wrap here. Their French fries are sooo bomb. Idk why or how but chefs kiss! So crispy and I dont know if it's added cajun seasoning or what, but super light and good! I've been here so many times, it's so consistent. Everything tastes the same or even better each time. The hummus is different than what I'm used to, but I always get a side of salad, hummus and pita. Portions are also huge, so you're really paying for what you get. Sometimes I can only finish half of the shawarma wrap and save it for later to eat. If I could eat here everyday, I could.

Elly R.

Yelp
I was craving a gyro so bad and decided to order a gyro sandwich from here because I heard it was good but I'm sorry, it was such a waste of money. First of all, it was on a regular flour tortilla, no pitta. I've had gyros before and know how they're supposed to taste. This was basically a flavorless burrito. So flavorless I was looking for hot sauce or ketchup to make it better. When I came in, the place was empty and the two people at the cash register didn't even say hi or anything. Not even a bye after I paid and turned to leave..... it was just bizarre.

Jono B.

Yelp
This was my first time trying shawarma and it did not disappoint. The chicken shawarma wrap I had was great. The customer service was amazing. Big shoutout to Tamir, Ayhem, and Faraj for being down to earth and courteous. Shoot the fries may have been my favorite part. They make them fresh and hot. Indoor dining is available as well as fountain drinks. I enjoy the "experience" of them making the meal right in front you. Shawarma on the Run made a great first impression! I appreciate that they let me vlog my experience too: https://youtu.be/kPhwVbJSD4A

RuthMarie S.

Yelp
Nice Fast Food Tasty Parking is available Seating inside too Not a long wait at all Everything was hot All things are boxed to go So you can eat what you can And take home the rest Or take it all home Portions are a good size I like that they take the time to wrap the meat in foil to keep warm I prefer the plates with meat and rice with salad hummus pita bread and yogurt

Greg Y.

Yelp
Best spot for gyros n shawarma on the wb. The Philly cheese is good too. Look at that gyro burger. Food coma afterwards but worth it after a long days work on the wank.

Gioia R.

Yelp
My purchase options would either the veggie platter, falafel platter or the falafel wrap, due to my live-it (diet). They are ALL exceptionally flavored and seasoned!!!! As much as I love the platters, that wrap is just chef's kiss. I've eaten there everyday this week! Service is always served w a smile. The ambience of atmosphere is like any other quick bite. Nothing exceptional. The food never misses though. You won't regret eating here.

Nandi A.

Yelp
First of all only one out of three of the workers were wearing masks while I placed my order and waited for the food to be made. I got hummus and falafels. The falafels are pretty smaller than I'm used to. Taste wise they are mediocre, kinda bland but the tahini that comes with it helps. The hummus has an amazing consistency but lacking in the taste department, i prefer a more tart hummus like Lebanon's cafe serves. Overall a very mediocre place don't think I would come back.

Nicol W.

Yelp
My son wanted to try a new place while we were in the area and he loves shawarma so we drove by to check it out for a possible lunch w relatives. We were waiting outside checking reviews and a super friendly woman came out to our vehicle to tell us they're opening soon n please come on in. We explained we're on a lunch re-con mission n that we'd be back later w the relatives. Lunch was fantastic!!! The space is small but there was comfortable seating for our large group of 8. Super clean, tasty, and fairly priced. It was cool to see the meats cooking - everyone enjoyed that! Our little one is 5 and she loved it! Highly recommend!!!

Shannon S.

Yelp
The drink prices here are really expensive and eating a meal here gets too pricey for what it is when compared to other Middle Eastern places in the area. This place does seem to do well as a quick to go place but then I really think you could do the same to go food at other places for better quality food at a better price. The food is decent but for the price, quality and quantity Byblos Market is a much better value. There are also better Middle Eastern restaurants on the Westbank but in this specific area this is about the only one so if you can't travel far this joint can meet your need for a Middle East feast. To my taste and sense of value I doubt I will make a return visit.

Anthony B.

Yelp
10 out of 10 definitely recommend this place... hummus is amazing to go along with my philly chicken shawarma great!!!

Jessica T.

Yelp
This place is always my go-to place for Mediterranean food on the westbank!! It's a family owned restaurant that serves an abundance of all types of plates ranging from beef platters, falafel, and chicken shawarma wraps. I had the chicken shawarma platter here before, and the chicken was super juicy and the hummus was everything! It also came with a salad topped with onions as well. Today, I had the chicken shawarma wrap with fries and I definitely had no regrets!!! It came out super fresh, the chicken was super tasty and I don't know what sauce they put, but it definitely spinned it off with deliciousness. The fries were extra crispy as well. Overall, you guys have to try out this place!! The staff was super friendly and welcoming as well. It's honestly a must try.

Lacey D.

Yelp
I had a pretty good meal at shawarma on the go. Between the three of us at our table, we got beef shawarma, a gyro wrap, a chicken shawarma wrap and falafel. The wraps were served with salad and hummus, and rice and hummus. The hummus was yummy, as where the wraps. The rice was a little over-spiced for my liking, but still good. The falafel has great flavor, but were a bit dry. We decided on dessert and got the baklava. Not great, unfortunately, that's the only thing I would not order again.

Chuck R.

Yelp
Always good food with the chicken Philly shawarma. Always accommodating with my request for seasoning on my fries and free refills. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for good food.

Robert B.

Yelp
Some of the better shawarma in the area. Certainly worth the trip. Most of the shawarma around here is dry and has very little of the flavor you'd expect. Here it moist and flavorful.

Nicole C.

Yelp
Really enjoy this place! Order To- Go from here regularly. Their hummus is one of my favorites and don't sleep on the baklava. The staff deserves accolades for their customer service. I went to pick up an order and the baklava didn't make it in the bag. Obviously, I was sad about this. We called and they said they would make an note and come in anytime to grab some. We did and they were true to their word!!! Highly recommend if you are in the area or ordering through an app.

Tyler D.

Yelp
AMAZING! Excellent food. Excellent service. Super friendly and humble employees. A must try!

Jessica T.

Yelp
I love this place! They are quick. As in, your food will be ready within 5-10 minutes of you placing an order. I like their chicken shawarma wrap and my husband loves their Philly shawarma sandwich. It's similar to a Philly cheesesteak but with gyro meat. Surprisingly, their French fries are also really good. I wouldn't normally order fries at a Mediterranean place but I was craving them one day and was happy that the fries were so large and crispy. Their hummus is always good and has an extra creamy consistency. The portions are generous so you'll most likely have leftovers.

Don T.

Yelp
I saw this place when i was visiting Oakwood mall. I ordered 2 combo plates: the chicken/beef combo plate and the chicken/lamb combo plates. I also ordered a large container of the hummus and an order of the falafel. Everything was really good. The portions were very large and i will go back.

Anndrea C.

Yelp
The Gyro is tender and the chicken is savory, with a bite of rice ! The salad has a refreshing dressing. The hummus creamy. This meal was made for lovers!

Christopher W.

Yelp
Had the half shawarma half gyro plate and it was excellent. The sauces are really great too. I think the rice is better at Shawarma on the Go uptown but if you are on the westbank this is a great food option.

Noah I.

Yelp
Special shout out to all my "best bank" people--- this one is for you. It's Wife Post Wednesday, and I'm featuring a westbank place I've featured previously--- @shawarmaontherun at the Terrytown location. This Wednesday I am coming to you SOUNDING THE ALARM. This is the best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had.... and probably the best humus, and also probably the best fries, oh and also probably the best Greek salad . I have been in the trenches at work just trying to give my best and prepare for the unknown. So, you can image what my eating habits have been. Well, shamefully, I've eaten here at least 4 times in the past 2 weeks . If you live or work on the westbank, make it a part of your routine to get this philly sandwich or wrap. You can have whatever you likeeeeee. philly sandwich with fries or salad + hummus combo = highly recommend.

John L. H.

Yelp
Shawarma? Check Gyro? Check Hummus? Check Running? Negative Despite the name suggesting eating while jogging (never a good idea), this place offers pretty good food for very reasonable prices. Alright. Alright. Alright. I know. Before you decide to explain to me that the name actually means picking up food quickly, I already know that. Sometimes I like to add my own brand of humor to a review. That humor often fails miserable, but you get my drift. Now back to the review. I discovered this place while chatting with a co-worker. He told me that he had just come back from picking up shawarma less than a mile from our office and I was intrigued. Despite driving by this place thousands of times, I didn't know it existed. He told me it was good, and on Waitr, so I knew where my next meal was coming from. I love shawarma and gyro so I usually get a combination of the two when getting this type of food. My order was ready in about five minutes so I headed over to pick it up. Inside the restaurant there were at least four gyro/shawarma rotisseries behind the counter. Those cookers contained several different types of meat that all looked, and smelled, delicious. There were also several tables for dining in, but I took mine to go. As shawarma goes, their version was very good. It had a great, almost, grilled texture on the outside of some slices, but was tender and juicy, and filled with flavor. The gyro was equally as good, but it seems more difficult to mess up. Getting the shawarma right takes more skill and they did a great job. I've now been several times (and will probably go again today), and their food has always been very consistent. If you find yourself looking for some good shawarma in Terrytown, you need to check this place out.

Candice P.

Yelp
I wanted to find a new spot for Mediterranean cuisine. I happen to stumble on it with my search engine, so I decided to check it. At first I was skeptical but I tasted the food and it's delicious. The portions of food are great and reasonably priced. The establishment is very clean and the staff friendly. It's well worth traveling across the CCC for.

James B.

Yelp
This place is everything Shawarma should be. My Gyro was tasty, tender, succulent. The Hummus was so incredible, smooth, with just the right amount of flavor and tang. Even the Falafel, of which I am not usually a fan was incredible. Service was fast and friendly. This is a must go to place if you want good Shawarma or Gyro..

Marielle S.

Yelp
I was so excited to try this new spot for lunch today. I am a really big fan of Mediterranean food, and I definitely have my favorites around town, so Shawarma on the Run had a lot to live up to. Ordering is simple: you go up to the counter and tell them what you want and you sit and wait and either eat there or take your food to go. The man working the counter was very nice and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. I got the beef shawarma platter which came with a small salad, hummus, pita bread and rice. I also got a Lebanese tea. The food was good. The meat had a lot of flavor, the rice and salad were good and the hummus was nice and smooth. My platter and my drink came to $16.44 which was a bit pricey for lunch, especially considering there are other places where you can get the same thing for a $10 lunch special. My tea was $3, so take that into consideration. I guess it all evens out and the extra few dollars won't keep me away. I want to return and I want to try one of their wraps that look so good. Everyone here was really friendly and it was a nice atmosphere for dining. I am a fan!

Kelley T.

Yelp
My husband stopped here this evening to pick up dinner to go. The place was crowded, but that didn't cause a wait at all. All of the employees were very nice and helpful and the food was very good. We wanted to try the spinach pies and falafel for appetizers. The spinach filling was a little on the dry side and needed something creamy or cheesier, but they still tasted good. The falafel were fried nicely, not greasy, and they gave you a lot in an order. We also had a gyro wrap, which was a nice change to it being served in a pita, like some other places. The meat was juicy and flavorful. If you even get one app, you can still share one of these sandwiches and be super full. We are glad to see this restaurant come to the Westbank. The food is MUCH better than the place that was in the same location before it! We will definitely order from here again and also try other menu items. *Get a side of garlic sauce. It goes great with the falafel and gyro!

Ted D.

Yelp
I've been waiting for a great gyro spot on the West Bank for a long time. Shawarma on the Run doesn't disappoint either! My eight year old tried shawarma for the first time and she wants to come back, she had the chicken gyro. I had the beef gyro meal, which comes with a small salad and fresh hummus. The hummus is very smooth and might be the creamiest I've ever tried, really good. The gyro was outstanding, and dripping with flavor. The meal was very filling, really the gyro on its own is filling enough. The staff is very friendly and they definitely have put a lot of work and pride into the restaurant and it shows, very modern and clean inside. Definitely high on my recommendation list for the great food option starved West Bank.

Malik H.

Yelp
Really good menu to choose from, very friendly staff, neat place. I ordered the combination platter with shawarma and gyros. Came with rice, hummus, and salad. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because the rice tasted a little funny lol. But I'd definitely recommend if your looking for good Lebanese.

Clarissa D.

Yelp
My very picky fiancé finally caved and let me take him to get something he's never tried! Shawarma on the run was great, offering a wide range of plates, wraps, sandwiches, salads and more. I got the stake plate and the fiancé got a shawarma wrap. While the food is delicious it's the customer service that really makes this place great. Definitely will be visiting again in the future!

Sophia H.

Yelp
I ordered the beef shawarma platter which comes with 2 pita breads, side of salad, side of hummus, rice, and beef. Everything was so good except for the rice. The rice was hard like it was getting old. Or if it wasn't old, I wish they can use better quality rice. The side of hummus that came with it was so freaking delicious. I wished I had more. Lol I just want to go there and order hummus only. I also got the spinach pies which comes with 2 per order, and falafel (6pcs).. The spinach pies were a bit dry on the inside although they give you some dip to go with it. The falafels were delicious though. *tip* if you plan on reheating this shawarma beef later, you won't be a happy camper. The beef was hard. So its best to eat it all there fresh off the spinning grill.

Alicia L.

Yelp
It was average shawarma. They were out of chicken which was disappointing considering it was only 4:00 in the afternoon. Pretty long wait., and their credit card machine wouldn't take any card without a chip which was frustrating. The food was good, not the best. I will probably give them another chance once they have had a chance to establish themselves a little more. UPDATE: I see the the owner has accused me of faking this review because I posted it right after my review of another business, shawarma on the go. I did eat at both establishments. I ate at this restaurant on May 13th, around 4:30 in the afternoon. I tried shawarma on the go this past Friday, May 19th around the same time. I decided to review both at the same time because of the contrasts. I was planning on returning to shawarma on the run to give them another shot, especially because it is so much closer to my house, but to be called dishonest makes it worth it to head over to the other side of the river. Not a good plan alienating customers who would have given you regular business!

Hito K.

Yelp
Going to be short and concise. Already on the high price end for this type of food. So what made it worse was when a business starts charging for credit card fees pushing it to the customer because not everyone carries or deals in cash these days. Also got charged the wrong tax rate too. Not very good in my book. Two big red strikes in my book for this type of practice. No matter how good the food or service may be. (Food and service wasn't that great by the way)

Ann B.

Yelp
Food is consistently great. Place is very clean and owners are super friendly. Our go to place for Gyro and chicken shawarma plates. Hummus is also very yummy.

Sarena T.

Yelp
So my friend ordered Shawarma on the Run for our game night last night through Door Dash, only the driver never showed up to pick up the order! The owner of SotR called her and explained the situation, apologized, saying this particular Door Dash driver has done this before and the owner then offered to drive it across the CCC from Gretna to us Uptown. When he arrived, we were going to give him a big tip to say thanks for taking ownership of this issue, and he refused to accept it! That is some amazing care for your customers. And the food was freakin' delicious to boot!! Smooth creamy amazing hummus, amazing warm (!) pita, and awesome shawarma plates. Such a pleasant surprise for what could have been a disaster in hangry company! Kudos!

Taylor T.

Yelp
Great food. I always get a shawarma platter. Very fasts service at any time any day of the week. I will continue to go here any time I'm craving this food.

Taylor S.

Yelp
I've tried a lot of Shawarma and I've been hearing about this place in Terrytown for awhile now. Found myself on the West Bank at lunchtime today and decided to stop and eat. I don't want to oversell it, BUT YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! The inside is extremely clean. Counter-service place with tables insiders stay and eat, but everything is made in to-go boxes, if you're "on the run". All of the Shawarma is roasted on vertical rotisseries (GREAT SIGN!) and everything else is made-to order. I ordered the Greek Salad and added Chicken Shawarma. Also added sides of hummus and baba ganoush. The Chicken Shawarma is NOT AT ALL DRIED OUT like others I've had before. This chicken has so much flavor and it's incredibly tender and juicy. The pita comes out warm and is a perfect vessel to scoop the creamy and cool hummus. OVERALL -- super impressed and can't believe I haven't been here before. I doubt I'll make another trip to the West Bank without making a stop here.

Josh M.

Yelp
Very good shawarma! I recently spent some time in Israel, and developed a love for shawarma. This place satisfies the craving. I had the chicken shawarma wrap, which was stuffed with chicken, pickle and cheese. The entree was plenty of food for me. If you like any Mediterranean food, you will love this place. Very authentic. The staff is very friendly as well.

Yelp
To start, we had the spinach appetizer, which was tasty. I ordered the beef Shawarma platter - the (basmati?) rice was good - beef was flavorful and thinly sliced and had fresh onions on top. I gobbled it all down pretty quickly. The hummus was thin and creamy but good - I would recommend grabbing some extra pita bread for $0.50. I also took the liberty of adding a side of delicious, Popeyes-esque battered fries.
