Amazing food with good prices and great service. My husband and I stopped by for a quick bite and weren't too hungry so we shared a mixed shawarma plate. The owner was super friendly and even gave us an extra side of rice on the house. Shawarma was tender and flavorful, salad and hummus were also delicious! We will be back for more for sure.

Stopped to get some food to go, service was super quick and easy. Customer service is incredible. Food is fresh, the meat is juicy and soft and it has great flavor.

One of the best shawarma places in town. Owner Khaled is a great guy and the staff is very hardworking and friendly. Ordered beef shawarma plate and fattoush salad. Very fresh, very tasty! Definitely worth 5 stars!

Where do I begin? ⭐️ Friendly & personable owner (knew I wanted a falafel sandwich before I even said a word - magical. Also engaged in pleasant conversation with me after I commented on a piece of art on the wall depicting beautiful Lebanese landscapes) ⭐️ Delicious, flavorful food (the pita of my falafel sandwich was toasted perfectly. The spice level was perfect - he even asked if it was ok to make it spicy) ⭐️ Polite staff: Priyanka (apologies if I misspelled your lovely name!) chatted with me on her way out, very positive and friendly demeanor. An added plus for the restaurant! ⭐️ Plenty of seating inside ⭐️ Affordable meal (Falafel sandwich was $7.99 when you pay with cash! An understandable 3.99% fee for Credit Card users) Cannot wait to be back. I feel lucky to work within walking distance. Stop in if you haven’t yet, you will be so glad you did!

Charlie and his staff were incredibly warm, charismatic, and really took care of my husband and I! We got an appetizer of hummus and falafel, and also got a falafel salad, falafel wrap and some baklava. We're both vegan and falafel is the way 🤣 Charlie double checked that everything was put together well, vegan, and even opened up a box of baklava so we could try it! Other customers came in and they all were treated with such warmth and kindness. It felt really special being here. The food is all lovely, we didn't eat it until an hour after ordering, and it was still lovely. Whenever we're in the area, we will surely stop by at Shawarma Palace!

This place serves fresh, delicious food. We had the veggie plate (choose two from eggplant, grape leaves, felafel) and a felafel wrap. The plate comes with baba gannoush, hummus, pickled turnips, baby cucumber pickles, rice or mujadara, dressed salad. Every item was delicious. Big thumbs up for the white garlic sauce! I wish they were closer to us but we will definitely be back whenever we are in downtown Worcester. You won’t regret it.

A restaurant that tries to SCAM money out of customer! Take your receipt with you! Went to grab a falafel plate for lunch that cost at most $17. Got charged $150 more on my credit card statement. While I was there, the owner was yelling at the female staff. A dishonest restaurant that CHANGES TOTAL CHARGE AFTER PURCHASE. AVOID at all cost!!

I had the Mixed Shawafel plate. It was delicious. The flavors were fantastic. The portion size was very generous. The service was outstanding too. Very friendly and nice. We look forward to stopping in and eating here every time we are in the area for a show. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place.
