Fantastic taster menu - each dish blew our minds! Superb showcase of local produce, within an inventive, exciting menu. Beautifully presented dishes, served by talented and friendly staff. Honestly the most amazing dining experience I've ever had. Fantastic local ingredients served in truly delicious creations expertly paired with wines. I've not experienced food like this before and I wanted to stay forever. Each dish was a masterpiece but I will be thinking about the salmon for a very long time. The wait staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, I felt so looked after. My family had a fantastic time. This is now my bar for a dining experience and I am not sure how it could be surpassed. A perfect evening. I hope I get to go back one day. Truly special.

Fantastic eating experience. They pay a lot of attention to detail on each course, using a really good variety flavours. The use of local produce is a nice touch. We did the wine matching which really complimented each dish. Service was very attentive and knowledgeable. The eating area is well spaced downstairs, with excellent choice of music 👌🏼

Amazing food, a hidden gem in Caernarfon! Some of the best food I've had in the area, staff very welcoming and knowledgeable about the dishes and you can tell the chef really cares about the food and keeping things local and seasonal. A must try for foodies!

Sheeps and Leeks has become a staple visit whenever we're in the area. Although small in terms of covers it is a fantastic experience. You don't in any way feel crowded, because they have got the mix between tables and space perfect. When you enter you're not quite sure what to expect. The staff greet you warmly and then take you downstairs into the seating area. What happens then is simply sensational. You are treated to a simply superb tasting menu, showcasing local produce and sublime cookery. The wine pairing is exceptional, though obviously if going for that then a taxi is the right mode of transport. The food is amazing! Simple as. Presentation is stunning, whilst the flavours are deep and complex, but not overbearing. I would be amazed if a Michelin star was not on the very near horizon! This is a must go to restaurant if you like fine food and wine, great service and prime location.

Excellent food - best meal we had in Wales. Just book it. Enjoyed the focus on local ingredients and originality of the dishes. Very much a high end experience. Only very minor criticism of the food was the lamb main, which was middle eastern inspired, and other than using Welsh lamb, just didn’t fit thematically with the rest of the meal. Beyond the food itself, the rest of the experience doesn’t quite match up - inconsistent timing, strange wine list, and odd decor. Nonetheless strongly recommend.
