The food here is amazing! The vegetables were so fresh, and the kabobs were cooked to perfection and so flavorful! Our server Rizi treated us like family. He was patient and explained each dish to us as we made our choices. Highly recommend the family atmosphere as well!

Google
I’m kind of a glutton I can’t even lie, so I tend to gravitate towards literally any restaurant in the vicinity especially if they have a good selection of photos. Well they got me on my way to ALDI, the pictures looked amazing and after a pretty helpful conversation with the cashier/server, Rizi, I picked the loaded sheesh fries, and they definitely lived up to the photos. I went to go shop at the aforementioned ALDI and he even waited until I came back to finish the rest of cooking my food (only about 1-2 minutes additional wait) so it would be fresh. Not at all something I would expect — but as a former food service worker, I really appreciate, when service workers clearly think about the little things that will make an impression on customers, and not just fulfilling the bare minimum. We had a great conversation about this very philosophy after I ate some of my food. Anyway, all that to say: service was 10/10. Food was great: they had an amazing combinations of various flavors in their custom sauce and both Fries and Meat were cooked to perfection and very fresh (thanks again Rizi). Atmosphere was perfect for me, though that may have been that it was very empty and I got to chill for a while (and write this review lol). Even if it was busier tho, it’s decently spacious and has a variety of seating options (regular tables, booths, a couple of bar tops). It’s got a great light wood color theme going on, and just makes the place feel very inviting. And it was very clean. Didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary in that department, which is what you want. I thought prices were good for the amount of food I got. Just recently moved to the area and I’ve definitely paid more for less, in both quantity and quality. To summarize, if you like Mediterranean food (with some other influences for sure too!) —and want a meal made by people who know how to make it and (more importantly) know what people want beyond just a meal when they decide to eat out — I highly recommend Sheesh Grill.

Google
AMAZING! First time visiting this facility and I’m amazed at the quality of food. It’s so good and made fresh. Our server Rizi was so kind and very welcoming. He answered my questions about the menu and the restaurant is very clean. Will definitely be coming back!

Google
It’s a lovely place, the prices are a little high but considering the taste it’s worth it! We enjoyed the food, and it was scrumptious. Will definitely recommend and come here again!

Google
Saw this place on Instagram and I had to try it. I went right as it opens for lunch, it’s a decent size restaurant. They were already getting take out orders by the dozen. This place doesn’t disappoint, the chicken kabobs were delicious, on point hummus and the falafel was super yummy with the yellow sauce. While you may not like everything on the menu, it has food for everyone and the service was also great. Try it and see for yourself.

Google
Our high school organization partnered with Sheesh Grill to feed a large group of students this month, and the experience was exceptional. Bejan worked with me to provide an amazing spread while staying on budget. He and his team are very detail-oriented, communicative, friendly, and efficient. And the quality of the food was, of course, OUTSTANDING, not to mention the generous portions. Highly recommend them for large group catering (in addition to everyday dining)!

Asma K.

Google
Catered for 65 people and ordered the chicken kabobs, rice, gyros, beef kubideh, chickpeas, eggplant salad, cauliflower shwarma. The manager Bijan understood what was needed and was accommodating. The quantities were generous and the food was delicious! The chicken kabobs were juicy and tasty and not dry, which is difficult to achieve in large orders. Especially delicious were the beef kubideh and eggplant. Cauliflower was really good, while the chickpeas, salad and rice were average. The food came with sauces and dressing separately and everything was labeled and packaged securely. The only part that could have been better was confirming the order accurately and helping set up. Highly recommend and would use them again!

Google
I checked out this restaurant today after seeing their ad on Instagram. The place looked nice inside, so I ordered chicken shawarma with rice. When the food came out, I was a little surprised, it looked more like plain chicken curry on rice. The tray it was served on wasn’t very clean, but I let it slide. The food itself was just okay, not terrible, but not amazing either. Unfortunately, after I got home, my stomach didn’t feel good at all. I honestly think the restaurant might be overlooking hygiene. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Hany O.

Yelp
Catering: Sheesh catered our daughter's 200 person high school graduation party. Bezhan worked closely with me several weeks in advance to ensure everything would be smooth. We had an open line of communication before during and after the event. I can't express enough how many dozens of guests commented on the flavorful food and inquired as to where we catered. I received a call mid event to make certain things were good. I was running low on two trays of meat. Both trays were refreshed within the hour. Service like this is hard to find. As I write this review I am listening to 3 teens eating leftovers and stating, "this is life changing". While this was a larger event, I will most certainly cater again when I host smaller 10-20 person gatherings. HUGE thank you to Bezhan for making this special event memorable for everyone!

Yelp
Wow! Very expensive for a low carb eater. Due to medical reasons, I avoid rice, bread, potatoes, etc. I was interested in 2 ground beef kebabs. It was $20. It is ridiculous to charge this much for a kebab with no base, no salad, no bread. Moby Dick Kebabs sells the same single skewer for $4.98 or less than $10 for 2. I am part of a local community the looks for low carb options and avoids all of the carbs and sugar. Others agreed that Sheesh grill and a not an acceptable option for us.

Yelp
Many great options. I got a beef/lamb gyro wrap. In other places it has more meat, but the wrap was not awful. It was tasty, but not very tasty to me. Seemed a bit dry and again lacking protein. I also ordered some chicken kabobs. Again, dry and the sauce on it was somewhat oily. Staff is very nice and ambiance looked nice, but I had my food to go, so I did not dine in. I would not mind giving it another shot in the future if I am in the area but trying something else from their menu. However, if I had other options this would not be the first option for me to go to. Especially for the price and the food lacking quantity and quality.

Hussnain A.

Yelp
We tried last week kubediah kabob and gyro wrap fries. It was great taste. Customer service was exceptional. Looking forward to visit again.

Yelp
This spot is like a chipotle for Mediterranean food. You build your own and they have sides. I ordered the falafel wrap with chick peas and spinach. Portion sizes are great. My husband's order came out wrong. It was supposed to be all rice no sides. We immediately said something and the guy brought out a separate side of rice and asked if any other issues. Food was delicious but it does take a few minutes to prepare it is not immediate like similar spots.
google avatar

Linda B.

Yelp
Delicious!! The gyro was amazing and the spinach and chickpeas were as well!! The chicken wrap was also amazingly delicious!! The steak kabobs were divine and so were the kubideh kabobs!! We ordered through DoorDash and it arrived quickly! We will most definitely order from here again!!

Heather S.

Yelp
Liked the build your own, mix and match aspect. Food was mid. Gyro and falalfal were great, chickpeas were good, chicken was meh, rice was not good. Staff were very nice.
google avatar

Anita C.

Yelp
Food was excellent and Service was extremely friendly. I'll definitely return for takeout.
google avatar

Tony T.

Yelp
Love this spot. It seems like a fusion kabob style, meaning it specializes in kabob style cuisines but they have a different style to it. Hard to explain but I will say everything I've tried is on point. Recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.
google avatar

Savannah L.

Yelp
WOW I went here on a whim after arriving on a flight from Dulles and I'm so glad I did. The food is very good. The sauce alone deserves an award. I got the beef skewers and my husband got the gyro. The chopped salad, chickpeas, and veggies really elevated the experience. I will say, they do not give you enough pita chips for the amount of dip you get, so order extra. I also love the design of the place and their online presence. After my first meal I got catering for my party from here and it was just as good. Highly recommend sheesh!
google avatar

Danielle J.

Yelp
First time at Sheesh. Large dining area, clean and inviting. We could use the self serve kiosk or there was someone there to help us. I ordered the chicken kabobs over basmati rice with sautéed spinach, chopped salad and side salad. All was delicious and flavorful. Plenty for 2 meals!
google avatar

Tiffany T.

Yelp
Lots of indoor and some outdoor seating! I order the beef kubideh and mantu and waited about 15-20 minutes which I don't mind at all if it means the food is fresh! Beef kubideh - 3.5/5 nicely seasoned, lots of flavor, pretty moist and soft! Liked it a lot and while the rice was cooked well I wish it had more flavor. The salad and fries were disappointing. The chickpea salad was average Mantu - 3/5 I wish they had a smaller version of this since there was way too many dumplings to eat with another entree but they were pretty unique and good! The skin was soft and not too thick, meat seasoned nicely and heavy on the chickpea flavor
google avatar

Rachel B.

Yelp
The food is always spot on! Very big portions and always have left over for another meal. The service is good & quick. I've been here numerous times and the food never disappoints. Would 100% recommend to others and have brought friends here.
google avatar

Yelp
5 stars in one of the best vegetarian dishes I've ever tasted in this area. Yeah I was a person who ordered the Cauliflower Shawarma so you didn't have to, LOL. It was so flavorful and nutritious, and I didn't feel bad eating them afterwards and undo the workout I just did at Hotworx next door.
google avatar

Yelp
The food was amazing and fresh! The service was great and they are kind. The ambiance is nice. The food stole the show. It's not fast food, which is great b/c it's really yummy.

Evan S.

Yelp
I am quite impressed! I didn't plan to come, I just walked by and was hungry. I'm glad I stopped in. The ambiance was great, very relaxing environment! The man at the register was smiling as I walked in. It was quite welcoming. The food was something I've never had before... I got the Beef and Lamb Gyro platter and it was fantastic! I would definitely come back! Thanks!

Yelp
Been here twice, it's a must stop when in the area. These folks have found the perfect combination of price, taste, and variety. Bravo!

Yelp
We went to Sheesh Grill for lunch. This is a self-service restaurant with plenty of seating. We ordered the beef kubideh and gyro lunch special. Their lunch special was a good deal; for $13, we got a gyro wrap, fries, and soda. The food was delicious and their portions were big. This is a good place to try out Middle Eastern cuisine.

Yelp
A fast, reliable, decent to above average quality restaurant with decent prices and good serving sizes. Courteous and prompt staff, and a very efficient takeout / pick up system, which I appreciate. The variety of options while still focusing on quality is also worth mentioning. By far the best item here tends to be the hot aleppo chicken sandwich although everything else is nothing to snooze on either. However, what makes me unable to rate this place higher is the lack of consistency (though I never had a bad experience, how good it is tends to vary); a lack of flexibility in exchanging items (e.g. if you order two wraps, the fries that come with the second may not be swapped for another side); the lack of heat and (sometimes) flavor, perhaps to accommodate simpler palettes; and the lack of something extra to elevate each item to the next level. My second favorite item varies, but I will say the lamb sandwich, on its best day, is quite bussin'. High 3 to borderline 4 stars establishment. I hope it can make that leap eventually. I favor the Chantilly location over the Mosaic District one. Lots of dessert options in the surrounding area, as well.
google avatar

Mas H.

Yelp
Pretty decent spot. The flavors of the kabob platter I ordered were awesome! I really liked the chickpea side dish that came with it. Price was right and so were the portions. Service was good and efficient. Place was clean. Will be back!
google avatar

MarMar G.

Yelp
I ordered the chicken kabob bowl with rice, grilled veggies and spinach. Also I ordered an extra skewer of kabob steak. The Chicken kabob was tender and flavorful. The rice and sides were good. I regretted ordering the steak because the bowl was enough for me. Also the steak was hard to chew with tough fibers and it cost $14 by itself. The chicken bowl was $16. The prices on yelp aren't correct. The dishes came with white and green sauce. They were the best part of the meal. This green sauce is amazing, it's tangy, light and refreshing. Overall, I would come back but I won't order the steak again.
google avatar

Hannah H.

Yelp
I had recently come here with a friend for a dinner get-together, and the dining experience was disappointing, compared to my previous visits. I did a build-your-own, in which I chose the Steak Kabob over basmati rice, with a side of chickpeas and fries. The steak was not flavorful and juicy as I remember it being - it was overcooked, stringy, and extremely chewy; the chickpeas were super bland and in this watery tomato-like sauce; the amount of rice given was just way too much, and I feel that this place does this a filler. The fries, on the other hand, were hot and crispy, but they were over-salted. I just feel the price you pay is just not worth the quality of the food you receive, considering that the bulk of the portion comes from the rice, and the proteins could have been prepared and grilled better. Service is friendly, and there's also a good amount of people for the lunch or the dinner rush. Not sure what happened to their lemonade drinks, but they didn't have it available when we went, which was sad! There are plenty of tables, but the place should do a better job wiping down the surfaces and the seats, as we had to get extra napkins to wipe them down ourselves. Plenty of parking in the shared plaza lot. +dried out, stringy proteins +bland or overly salted sides +friendly staff +plenty of parking in large plaza lot

Yelp
Delicious food!! Everything I wanted from a Persian restaurant. I recommend the beef kubideh with rice and fries (with a side of zaatar) or chickpeas. Their 2 sauces a very nice. Ayran as a drink is good. Not a fan of baklava but they had a chocolate version which was interesting to try.
google avatar

Chris M.

Yelp
Decent food - meat is fresh and tasty. Rice is really good. Pita was warm and fresh. Did not care for the sauce used for the Gyro - didn't seem like it was the typical yogurt-cucumber sauce.
google avatar

Brent S.

Yelp
I didn't know spinach could taste so good. Definitely flavor packed all around. Nice and diverse menu, good looking place inside, friendly enough staff. My only gripe is the chicken shawarma was just ok. Will return and will try something different.

Jane H.

Yelp
Service here was very good and owner was very nice! I have tried the food here twice and both times it was excellent. Chicken shawarma was tender, not dry, and very flavorful as was the chickpeas. Their salad was fresh and dressing complimented well. They kept the inside very clean and nicely cooled. I will be coming back when I feel like having Mediterranean!
google avatar

Vivian Z.

Yelp
Amazing Halal food! I stumble upon this as i was close by grocery shopping and I'm glad i did! You can order at the kiosk or at the registry and they have a couple of predefined bowls you can get or make your own bowl. I decided to get the chicken kabob with spinach and grilled veggies and chicken shawarma with fries and chickpeas For the base you get opt for only rice, salad, or half and half. I got half and half! Was pleasantly surprised how much they pack in the food so definitely worth the cost. The chicken was flavored perfectly and came with 2 sauces. One was a spicy jalapeño and the other was kinda like tzatziki. What was very interesting was the The grilled veggies. I wasn't expecting the whole grilled peppers lol but it was good! You can sit inside or outside. There's no in dining plates so if you dine in you still get the to go boxes. They also have other items here such was chicken sandwiches abs gyros. I'll have to come back to try to gyros as they look so good! Definitely recommend!
google avatar

Aya F.

Yelp
I really like this place. The staff is friendly and helpful on what to order. The chicken shwarma is always my go to when trying new places, and this one was super juicy and great flavor. I did have to wait a bit, but worth for a fresh prepped meal! Will definitely return.
google avatar

Cristi L.

Yelp
my husband and I have been going to sheesh for years. they have, hands down, the best chicken sandwich around. nothing has topped it and boy I've tried to top it. it's the best. the service has always been top notch and I will continue to come here for the best chicken sandis!!
google avatar

Vina H.

Yelp
Was hungry today so went to the restaurant that my friend recommended! I got the number 3, chicken minced kabob and it was delicious. It was plentiful of rice along with big 2 big roll of meat! Plenty vegetables and chickpeas. The meat was soft and seasoned just right! I coudln't finish all the food so ended up bringing half of it home. Also got the baklava but to me they were a bit sweet. The service was great as the staff are friendly but they did take a while with my friend food.
google avatar

Omar A.

Yelp
Im happy to say that Chantilly has a gem of a restaurant here. When I first walked in, I wasn't sure what to expect, I didn't see an open grill, no Nan clay oven, a cookie cutter menu. But then I put in my order, and after the first bite, I realized I hit the jackpot. Everything here tastes amazing. The chicken, the beef, the kubideh, wow, I was in for a treat. Taste buds were dancing salsa and keeping me in the happy zone. The green sauce, spinich, chickpeas, and rice all were perfection. I will give them 9.5/10. If they can find a way to add Afghani naan bread, it will be a straight 11/10.
google avatar

Victoria L.

Yelp
I think this is my new favorite spot. I took my family out to lunch today and I'm so glad I picked Sheesh Grill! We tried the loaded fries with gyro, garlic hummus and several other plates of different meats. I personally really enjoyed my meal of chicken shawarma with chickpeas and veggies. The spices and flavor was so good on the shawarma. All the meats were flavorful and nothing was dry. The sauces that it comes with was also tasty, I really liked the green one (cilantro?), definitely could put it on anything. Prices are also reasonable for the amount of food you get. I would recommend this place to anyone

Aamir H.

Yelp
We have catered several times for office parties from this place, and it is absolutely phenomenal. The gyros are especially good and they are cut at the right thickness, and taste amazing. Beef kubideh is also awesome. Their veggie options are also great for any non meat eaters, especially the bell peppers. Plus point they are fully halal as well! We will definitely be ordering again soon
google avatar

Nancy L.

Yelp
Let me start off by saying, it travels well. My fiancé and I spent the day at King Spa and just wanted to go home. We found that Sheesh was a highly rated kabob place nearby and decided to pick it up to take home, which is 45 - 60 minutes away. When we got home and unpacked the food, it was still hot and looked delicious! Everything was neatly and carefully packaged for travel. We ordered the Family Meal where you can pick up to 4 meats, rice/salad, and two sides. The meat and rice are served in a big foil tray. The chicken kabob and kubideh were tender and juicy. The rice was fluffy, buttery, and separated (important with basmati). No broken rice! The chickpeas were tomato-y with some spices but not "spicy" and al dente which a lot of people love but I prefer mine a little spicier and softer. The chopped salad was diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, radish, and herbs in a yogurt base. It complimented the rest of the food well. The Family Meal also game with a delicious creamy garlic dip and a mint chutney "not spicy". We also ordered z'atar fries because you can't go wrong with fries. They were your standard crispy fries with z'atar seasoning sprinkled over top. Can you tell I was hungry when I was ordering? It was so much food, we ate this for the rest of the week. Value and quality were great! I would definitely stop by again if I'm in the area. I just wish there was something spicy to enjoy with the food.
google avatar

Danette E.

Yelp
I haven't been back to Sheesh in years however the lamb chops that I had when I went were very tasty. I ordered take out however there is a lot of space for eat in. The service was good. I just haven't been back in the area to stop there again.
google avatar

Heidi L.

Yelp
Sheesh Grill has been one of my favorite local restaurants. I haven't around the area to dine in but I realized they had new menus. My husband ordered plate #5 and I ordered hot chicken sandwich combo. Their ingredients were very fresh and tasty. They are preparing for a new menu called mantu which is dumpling. We had an opportunity to try them. It was flavorful and also fresh that I'm exited for them. Definitely recommended if you're around the area :)

Yelp
My wife and I were visiting the Sully Plaza to have lunch at the Japanese steak house but were disappointed when we found they were not open. Our spirits were lifted though as we looked to the right next to the liquor store to see a new place for us to try the Sheesh Grill. The large and open dining room with the bright color menus welcomed us inside. The friendly staff helped us navigate the menu and place our orders. My wife ordered the #2 Chicken Shawarma signature plate while I went with beef and got the #7 Beef Kubideh. It look a little bit to get our food delivered especially since we were the only customers there at 1130 on a weekday but the wait was worth it though when our meals arrived. The portions were huge and everything looked super yummy. I started with the simple garden salad which had a wonderful dressing. The chickpeas side dish was amazing. The chickpeas were the perfect consistency not hard hard and not too soft with an amazing sauce. The highlight though was the seasoned ground beef. They gave us three types of dips to try out and all worked very well with my beef. There was a yellow dip made with turmeric that was tasty and hard to resist. The green one was made from cilantro and Jalapeños that was sneaky hot. Lastly was a white yogurt cucumber and was my favorite. The saffron rice was surprisingly light and fluffy. I loved it. My wife was equally pleased with her shawarma. Her favorite sauce though was the turmeric. We each split our lunches and took half home to enjoy again for dinner. The lunches were a little pricey at $15 each but do easily provide you two meals. We really enjoyed everything here and can't wait to visit again

Yelp
Very very disappointing experience. 10 mins after placing the order I asked if I could switch to the buffet instead and was declined. Oh well no big deal but then after another 20 mins of waiting I was served with the steak "platter" that only had rice and the steak pieces. I had to go back and ask for the rest of the platter. Some of the steak pieces were over cooked/dry and others undercooked in the middle. The whole meal was flavorless. Idk how they managed to pull that off...the whole scene was hectic and there was too much going on at the restaurant. The tables were dirty and there was no where else to sit. The buffet line and the register line were running into each other. The staff was clearly not ready to handle this busy Ramadan Sunday night rush. I would've gave this review one star but I understand the Ramadan rush can be difficult to handle. However they should've had the formula down by now from the Friday/Saturday rush.

Yelp
If you are looking to taste home cooked Authentic Middle-eastern food, I would highly recommend to give this place a try. We ordered vegetarian dumplings aka "Mantu"-made with lentil and seasoning and dressed with delicious yogurt base sauce, chicken kabobs-fresh and juicy chicken breast cubs cooked on a grill to perfection, served with side of mixed greens, rice and chickpeas. Service: when we entered it seems family owned. They have a very homely feel to the whole place. They took the time to explain each dish to me. Everything was cooked to order and super flavorful. Highly recommended
google avatar

Sukhmohinder M.

Yelp
Food does not have Flavor. Overpriced. Service is fine. It was a takeout so not sure about ambiance. The bread is store bought and not fresh made
google avatar

Anthony N.

Yelp
Solid 4/5! If you're in the Chantilly area and have a craving for middle eastern food, I'd recommend giving Sheesh Grill a try! I went here for lunch, and after browsing the menu, I decided to get the lunch special as it was enough food to fill me up. The prices are a little more expensive for my taste, but after trying the food, I'd say it's priced fairly. The Food: I went with the Lunch Special, which included a Wrap, Fries and a Soda. The beef/lamb wrap was tasty and the portions was well enough to keep me satisfied for lunch. The green and white sauces they included were very tasteful and added a lot of flavor to the wrap itself. The Service: When you walk in, you'll definitely notice how clean and well organized the restaurant is. There are also automated kiosk at the front counter for you to order yourself as well. Overall, I'd come here again. Solid 4/5 for me.

Yelp
This place is an embarrassment. Granted they have a nice clean dining and ordering area but that's the only reason they are receiving 2 stars. There was no one at the register when we entered, the person that did finally show up didn't seem like he wanted to help. Didn't give much of a reply when asked about menu items. The food was bland and distasteful. Felt like I was eating very cheap ingredients and someone that clearly doesn't know how to season food. I don't think I will ever return and warn people to stay away. I love supporting local businesses but this ain't the one. They did a great job with the how they showcase the menu and their idea of branding but that's where it ends. They need to bring in someone that knows how actually cook the food. Also modernizing food or creating fusion flavors shouldn't take away from the authenticity of the food itself.

Nahlah M.

Yelp
Great food and awesome staff. I will definitely visit again. I highly recommend it. I ordered the Mantu and the lamp chops taste fresh and so delicious.
google avatar

Lee Z.

Yelp
I was excited to try the food after reading most of the recent reviews. The service was friendly. The wait time for the food was about 20 minutes. Food ordered: lamb chops platter, which I enjoyed. 3 pieces of chops with rice, grilled veg and salad. I would order this again. Chicken shwarma platter. With rice, chickpeas, and spinach. The chicken shwarma itself was a disappointment. The chicken was cut in thick pieces (not the usual thinly sliced pieces) and almost tasted like bland curry chicken. It was very different from other shwarma I've ever tried. It wasn't really flavorful, and seems like it was cooked on the stove top or baked covered. It wasn't season with spices very well. It definitely wasn't premarinated at all. The execution of this shwarma was off.

Solongo Nicole E.

Yelp
I usually order takeout from here, but dined in today! I ordered the chicken kabob with half salad and half rice with chickpeas. The total came out to $16.43 The wait time here is usually long since they seem to have a lot of take-out orders. Not a lot of people dine in, even though they have a huge space for it. When my order came it was huge and super fresh! Had to blow on my kabobs since they were served right off the grill. The salad was super crunchy and fresh. Dining in was a much better flavor experience than eating it delivered. The workers were very friendly and welcoming. Great kabobs as usual!

Yelp
i went there once it was fine. they had food and drinks that i had. service was alright they did stuff. the ambience was ambienceing hm

Yelp
Went here for lunch after visiting space and air museum. Beef was dry. Table was sticky. Soda machine only works for Coke.

Yelp
2.5 stars TL;DR: Disappointed. Portions are average, price is a bit high for what you get, flavor was mediocre. Unappetizing plating. Finally had a chance to try this place. I have always heard great things about this place and seen the reviews, so I was excited. Whenever I think about Middle Eastern food, I expect tons of flavor and spices. Unfortunately, I did not get that here. The food definitely feels very Americanized to the point that the food was just kind of bland. On top of that, my husband and I ordered like 3-4 minutes before our friends, but our food came out about 6-8 minutes after our friends'. Not sure if there was a miscommunication or if they were just extremely busy with to-go orders, but I felt bad that our friends waited to eat until we got our food. All our food just tasted like watered down versions of themselves. Again, the food wasn't inedible or straight up terrible. It just wasn't GOOD. Except their fries. Even just looking at their fries, I knew they weren't going to be good. They were soggy and flavorless. The biggest thing for me was when my food came out, my container looked dirty/used. I ordered chickpeas and fries as my sides, and there were pieces of somewhat dried creamed spinach under my fries. I'm like 99% sure that they put creamed spinach by mistake, and took it out and put the fries on top. But as a customer, it could be interpreted like they used a dirty/previously used container. I'm sure it wasn't dirty, but looking at it was definitely very off-putting.

I have eaten here plenty of times before and food has been great. Unfortunately today it felt unwelcoming when I entered to order food to go. Would be nice if staff was friendlier.
