The food is advertised as Made to Order. It was inedible. English muffin not toasted at all, the ham was so old that it almost looked like bacon and the size of the sandwich is a joke. You can get two McDonald’s breakfast sandwiches for the same price go there. I would never order their food again on purpose.

Stopped for a bathroom break on a family road trip and was impressed at the cleanliness of the restrooms. Also, within each restroom is a large family stall with a sink, toilet, changing table and counter. The changing station even has stocked liners AND a door hook and trash can within reach! Amazing! Any parent of a diaper wearer will understand how miraculous this is.

Screwed Again! Stopped at Sheetz for Fuel and a bite to eat. We got our food and took off. Low and behold, didn't check order until 10 miles down the road and missing order of onion petals! And at this very moment, just opened my sandwich to find it not toasted and not complete, as to what I ordered! Uuuuggghhhhh! Don't get me wrong, it was my fault for not checking before we left, but I didn't!!! Typically this really wouldn't bother me, except for the fact, that of course, was what I was looking forward to the most. But the kicker that got me was the fact that for a small little bag and dippers cost me almost $7! Which is a bummer with the cost of everything being through the roof. Im not being a whiney Karen leaving this review, because 9 times out of 10, I leave great reviews! But for the fact that this wasn't the first time, I just wanted to tell people to double check before they leave! And also in hopes that the right people see this and try and remedy the forgetfulness of some employees, so this doesn't continue. Otherwise, I do love Sheets and all of their glory! Great stores, great selection a bit over priced but you get what you pay for, or maybe not in my case, lol. So get checkin! PS, hubby got a double cheeseburger and his was just fine, he loves it!

This Sheetz depends on what time of the day you visit might be busy. They still do a great job at being well stocked with good customer service. They have anice selection to choose from when you're traveling and need to refuel, get something to eat, drink, use the restrooms, or get something to snack on.

The burgers were horrible at the Breezewood PA location. Totally stale buns, dried out flat burger. French fries were barely cooked and were cold. Have had them both at other Sheetz locations in PA and they were really good. Avoid this location at all cost. The McDonald’s up the road would have been better.

Big gas station and convenience store. Inside has "made to order" food and drinks. Tons of options. You order at the kiosks, pay at another kiosk or the cashier, then pick up your stuff when it's ready. Our food came out pretty quick. Appetizers were hot and freshly fried. Salad was standard. Caesar dressing was actually pretty good! There's an indoor seating area as well as two separate outdoor seating areas with 5 tables outside total.

If the sign says pick up food here, why can't i pick it up there? Why do you need to walk it to the register for me? Seems that you didn't trust that I was going to pay for my food. Also if I have other things on the counter don't ask me "if I am going to pay for that" if I am getting it of course I am going to pay for it. You can say "would you like to get those as well", or something that does not come off as rude.

ZERO STARS !!! 1. hard to get into and out to fuel up. 2. Ordering food takes 5 days or more. 3. Bathrooms are a complete MESS! dirty, half not working. SHEETZ level this store and start all over again it does NOT compare to any of your other stores.

Although much of the indoor space is dedicated to serving or consuming food, it's difficult to find something healthy . All the fruit was on the last sell- by date. Avoid the tacos! They were both stale and limp, and they were utterly tasteless. Unfortunately, they weren't cheap too. Stick with bottled water and bags of pistachios, and find a meal elsewhere.

Who doesn't love a Sheetz! Love the use of the self check out. I can always find what I need in this stuff while stopping through on a road trip. I also found a triple berry Cider that I've never seen before. Pretty typical visit, nothing special, but no disappointments either.

This is always one of the busiest Sheetz locations ever, especially during the holiday travel season. But I have never had a complaint! Always stocked, clean, and quick. And the service is always top notch. I seriously don't know how they do it. Today we had perfectly fried crispy hash browns by the bagful! They are my new go-to instead of fries at any time of the day!

I love Sheetz. I have never had a bad experience at a Sheetz location...until now. Got two turkey wraps and an egg and cheese bagel the turkey wraps were tortillas with a slice of turkey apiece, a slice of tomato, and some incorrect sauces. The egg and cheese bagel was missing the egg. I don't know how you can mess up that badly on something so basic. Literally ordered the exact same thing from a different Sheetz location on our way through PA a day prior and it was incredible. I don't know what went wrong at this location, but I can only hope it was a ton of things, because that's the only explanation I can come up with.

I always stop at this sheets for a break/bite to eat on the drive from DC to Pittsburgh. Bathrooms are always clean & all the stalls have toilet covers which is definitely appreciated! Food & service quality is consistently reliable

This was our first experience taking our Tesla on a long road trip. We utilized this station to charge up on a Tesla Supercharger. The location and amenities are fine for a short stop with snacks and sodas etc. I recommend it.

Breezewood, that unique strip of gas stations and restaurants that exists solely because of the vagaries of laws that mean the highways can't connect. The shining beacon at the top of this stretch, wearing red regalia, is Sheetz. What an amazing place to stop to eat and get gas, and also fill your car with fuel. With clean bathrooms, copious fuel pumps, and a seemingly endless assortment of empty calories (and a few healthy choices), Sheetz is a great place to stop when traveling.

I always stop in Breezewood going to and from my family in Pittsburgh. We arrived at the Sheetz around 10 am, so we just needed the bathroom break. Nearly everyone we encountered or observed had a mask on. The bathroom was not highly occupied and relatively clean, probably more clean than pre-COVID. We used the changing table stall and were in and out quickly. I'd stop here again on our next trip.

Came here to grab a couple things and use their restrooms. Bathrooms are in horrible conditions. Someone tried to purposely clog my toilet. Stuff seems to be expensive here as well. It's got a nice sit down area. It's conveniently next to a hotel. They sell fresh food which is actually great if you're looking for a healthy road snack.

Its a sheetz. Gas food and a rest stop. Shouldnt be too harsh. Issue is the mountain of TRASH (see picture) on the hill next to the building. It looks like a third world country. All seeping into a creek below. Multiply it by the confounding fact that tesla (environmentally friendly) charging stations are right about it. Take care of your surroundings sheetz. Geez.

Talk about a busy place along the Lincoln Highway. It also doesn't hurt that this is a big interchange for the turnpike and this Sheetz sits right at that interchange so there is no way you can purposefully miss it. Even though Breezewood seems to be having some trouble keeping older businesses from heading out Sheetz decided to build an amazing location here (look around while here, there are lots of empty/old/unused buildings). Nice big lot with ample parking for those buses and semis if they need to squeeze in here to take care of some snacking needs. This store has basically everything you need, only downside is that this one does not have a drive thru, especially hard if you don't want to get out the car and continue your journey along the turnpike. That is literally the only thing wrong about this place. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Wifi if you plan to take a much needed rest and catch up on things online. Newer touchscreens making it faster and easier to order your MTO. Service is quick here.

Poorly made food! They put zero effort into it and packaged it terribly!!! Could be a one time thing cause I've had it in the past and it has never been this bad

This Sheetz was insanely busy on an early Sunday afternoon. Honestly busier than any Sheetz I've ever been to. Cars lined up from all angles for gas and parking spaces. Just nuts. The layout of the parking lot was not great for the amount of cars that were packed in there..no easy way in or out really. Inside the lines for both food and checkout stretched throughout the entire store. It was an updated Sheetz model with seating inside and out for eating. The employees seemed overwhelmed and annoyed..which I really couldn't blame them for..the place was an absolute mad house. I love Sheetz..and really you can't fault a place for being really busy..I just know that overall I would probably avoid this particular location in the future..it was just too much.

This review is based on wait time, food freshness, and location. The mediocre food served luke warm is not worth the wait time! (We did go during lunch time to be fair to the employees who were doing their best) Do not expect a fast food experience at sheetz. My husband and I decided on Sheetz because we were in a hurry, needed gas, and have never tried their food before. We ordered a burger, hot dot, and fries ($12+ drinks, yikes!) . Our quick meal turned into an hour and 15 minutes stop. Unfortunately, we couldn't just cancel our order and opt for one of their convenient grab-and-go options because we had already paid for the meal. Alas, I always try to remain positive so I comforted myself by thinking "at least it will be hot and fresh. They must be making my food fresh". Those hopes were crushed as I bit into that cold chewy shoelace that was my fry. How does it take that long for 3 items only to have all 3 items served barely warm? We ate our food quickly and headed out only to wait another 20+ minutes at the Pennsylvania's worst failure of an intersection ever. There are no left turn lights and when you can turn left you are immediately stopped at yet another light that only fits about 3 small cars per light. Whoever designed that intersection let me help, ADD LEFT ARROWS! All in all, I would suggest using the Shell/Perkins stop if it is on your side or just drive a bit longer and find a different place to eat/fill up.

This place here is great! I was coming back to DC from Cleveland and I was looking for something to eat..I saw sheets and thought "Meh..let me just grab some snacks." I was surprised at the variety of selections! So many drinks! So much candy! So many cookies! AND THEN..YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN MILKSHAKES!! When I tell you I wanted to take the machine home...I need that! After selecting "cookies and cream" for my milkshake I did the "make your own food" and I tell you that this was the best stop to make because I made THEEE best sandwich..yea I almost drove back for seconds. The computer was very easy to use and gave many selections to make the best sandwich! My sandwich consisted of ham, turkey, cheddar cheese, all on a delicious buttery croissant. AND ITS ALL MELTED! (Makes your mouth water doesnt it) They definitely need to build a sheetz in the VA area!

When I travel home to visit my family, I always make a stop in Breezewood. I usually stop at Sheetz for gas and to go to the restroom. Their bathroom is always clean, so I gave an extra star for that. Normally I only get snacks, like chips and other prepackaged foods, when I stop here. This particular time I got one of their breakfast sandwiches. Chicken and bacon on a biscuit with eggs and cheese. Well let me tell you, that was a bad idea lmao. Because the rest of the trip (and the rest of the day, honestly) my stomach was no good. That's the only thing I ate that day, so it had to be the sandwich that made me sick. I'll continue to stop at Sheetz for gas and a potty break when I'm traveling. And I'll continue to buy snacks. But never again will I buy any food that they make there. #SheetzGaveMeTheShitz

Gosh this place was filthy and the bathroom stunk to high hell. There's no way I'd order ANYTHING from their kitchen.

Let me start off by saying: Sheetz is always a good idea. On the way to D.C. with a mini bus full of college students eager to stretch their legs and get some food in their bellies, we opted to stop here. It was really busy which was expected, but it met every need. The bathrooms were pretty clean for the busyness. The MTO line moved at a reasonable. And we were able to park our bus in the back of the lot. If you're stopping in Breezewood, which seems to be a popular rest stop, I recommend that it be here.

When I go out of town and come back in, BreezeWood is just one of those areas that screams "road trip"! Or "end of road trip"! And most times also Sheetz!! This Sheetz is probably one of my favorites to go to. It's always busy because it's well, a road trip favorite stop for travelers and truckers alike. With all the traffic this Sheetz is surprisingly clean and efficient. They always seem to have just a little more options, I guess to prepare you for your trip back home or heading out. Food orders are always accurate and the drink selection is vast. The bathrooms are large and clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. This is what a 5 star Sheetz looks like, tastes like and operates like. Stop in, load up and happy and safe travels!

After a drive through Pennsylvania, I've gotten accustomed to seeing so many Sheetz locations everywhere. Finally stopped in to see what all the fuss was about. They were very busy and I ended up only getting a smoothie after hearing that people were waiting a half hour for a sandwich. The smoothie was good, but not great. Could have used a bit more fruit, sugar, and less ice to pack more of a punch! Oh well, I am hard to please when it comes to smoothies, and this was a good pick me up! I'd come again!

Nice large sheetz. Easy in and out with its own light. Inside is spacious and even has tables to eat your food at which is great because who can wait to get home to eat their sheetz?! Staff is nice and quick ! The bathrooms are always pretty clean as well as the store space.

Solid place to get a snack or a little meal, gas up the car, and maybe visit the restroom on a road trip. The place is clean and has a straight shot to get on I-70 from the PA Turnpike so that's a plus.

Large, clean bathrooms -- good stop when driving by. Sheetz is always known for that. MTO: Made-to-order food with the touchscreens! You can get anything for cheap! I always get a sub -- tastier than subway. There is also a Sheetz app to order ahead if you are really in a hurry. Gas: Fill up the car!

Must be under new management. Horrible, filthy dirty bathrooms. Thought about grabbing a burger but nope! Not interested in food poisoning.

This ain't your mama's convenience store! This place is the bomb diggity bomb! I wish this chain existed in NY and parts of NJ where my family is (literally right over the Nj/PA border is the first one). The Made-To-Order ("MTO") sandwiches and meals are the shiz. And breakfast is all damn day! And you can customize it any way you want by using a touch screen computer. I mean, this is like Jetsons stuff. My only "beef" (and believe me, it's a stretch) is that when I ordered coffee, one of the choices was a flavor that didn't exist for regular coffee, just espresso drinks. The touch screen said otherwise. I didn't pay extra, so no harm/foul. But still, I need to complain about something. Oh and self serve rules!

Since the addition of this Sheetz coming off 70 and turning onto 30 West is a nightmare. Do something about it, Sheetz

Ordered a frozen mocha coffee. It took 20 minutes to get and it was half full when they handed it to me. I pointed that out, and while the lady seemed annoyed, she said we will fix it. They took it back and apparently just blended more ice, as I made it to Frederick MD and still have ice. Poor Form Sheetz!

Just took back my grilled chicken snack wraps. The chicken was MUSH! Looked nothing like chicken and was slimy. I did not even take a bite. The wait was long to even order and this is what comes out. They were nice and quickly gave a new meal. Got the chicken strips. Clearly they have been in the freezer too long. This is the only Sheetz where I've had these problems. Time to step it up!

Clean, fast and friendly. Best selection of soft drinks I've ever seen. They even have Cheerwine and Diet Cheerwine on fountain! Great iced tea. I love it!

Just made it a quick stop for an air pump and gas but besides the gas pumps being full of cars and a hectic set up that didn't have enough room for the amount of people that come through that area, we gave up on getting gas here. As for the air pump, we had to ask an employee where it was, just to turn around and find out if was broken. Lovely.

A busy location but have stopped here many times as a great break up in trips from DC. My favorite fast food option.

A gas-station? really? This is not just any gas station, it is one that is amazing, has low prices and good food. Sheetz is a gas station that brings new meaning to the term convenience store. They have tons of food, made to order that you order through a touch screen and then the food is made for you, hot fresh and cheaper the many other fast food chains. The food is good to, its not just some sloppy, gooey microwaved stuff its grilled, and fried, and fresh. I like it. I always stop here when I am on my way back home to Virginia from Dayton. They always have cheaper gas, and enough food to stock me up for the last two or three hours of my journey

You know that sound effect when a heavenly door opens, and light shines right into your eyes, kind of like you're entering some sort of promised land? It's like a choir singing "Ahhhhhh". That's the sound I hear when the automatic doors open at Sheetz. If Breezewood is a traveler's oasis (as the many billboards advertise), this Sheetz is the jewel of the roadway desert. Aisles of cold beverages, MTOs, clean bathrooms, and 8 different kinds of coffee... all this place needs are massage chairs. Maybe some fresh popcorn too.

You gotta love the Breezewood Sheetz. It's a must stop when your driving through the area. Classic, busy gas up and food up spot. Busy. Very busy. I've been off non organic meat for a while but I'll make an exception to indulge in a nitrate rich, preservative induced, hormone filled, super salt infused sub....did I mention gmo laden? Lol ...all jokes aside the Made To Order system works and the food is above average.

This place has absolutely no business serving food or even being open. We stopped to fuel up and get some food for the rest of the trip home. But there was no way we were getting food or anything to eat from this place. We walked in and there were drinks spilled on the floor, food on the tables and floors, and the bathrooms were beyond horrendous. The bathrooms were filthy and disgusting. I walked in the men's room and couldn't stand the odor and the sight of the urinals and toilets was enough to make me gag. My wife walked out of the ladies room and said she didn't even use the restroom. We walked next door to get food and use their restrooms. This place is horrible and needs some serious corporate attention. But it makes a lot of money and I don't see corporate giving a sh**. This is not a place we will EVER go to again. I regret getting fuel here. I should have went somewhere else. HEED THE REVIEWS HERE. THE NEGATIVE OUT-WAYS THE POSITIVE. IT IS A HORRIBLE PLACE.

When we head to or from the DC metro area to visit Sheila F.'s family, we always stop here because we either need gas or food...not to mention that the new addition to our family (Butters the dog!) also needs to stop pretty frequently as well! I like this Sheetz because they actually have an area in which one can eat inside. I absolutely refuse to eat while driving, and I also prefer not to eat in the car if I can help it. I haven't been to any other Sheetz that have an eat-in area, and when I saw that this one had tables and chairs I jumped for joy. Unfortunately, I think this Sheetz benefits a bit from the fact that they have a somewhat captive audience, and they don't try as hard as other Sheetz locations that I've visited. Trying to find napkins on my last visit was like trying to find a needle in a haystack! The food cooking service was a wee bit slow--maybe it was the huge onslaught of holiday traffic or something? However, the deliciousness of their food more than makes up for it--I really love the fact that they are constantly adding new items to the menu as well! All in all, this Sheetz provides a welcome respite from the beautiful, yet somewhat boring, drive between Cleveland and DC.

I usually stop in Breezewood when I am driving home to visit family for the weekend. No matter when I come to this Sheetz location for food, morning, afternoon, or evening, it always takes at least 10-15 min to get your food order. It doesn't matter if there is 1-2 people in line or none either. And when there is a line, make sure to grab a seat inside or outside because you will be waiting quite a bit.

Unfortunately, it does say something about Breezewood when the Sheetz store is the best thing in town, but it is. They have a broad selection of made-to-order food and beverages. There's an actual indoor dining area with wi-fi internet! The store is kept very clean and the employees seem quite hospitable. As a plus, they were one of the few places open at 5am when I was passing through Breezewood.

Facility is great for a pitstop on way to from parts like Pittsburg on way to DC and vice versa. Mens bathroom...um..usually kept on good order, but i think with the colume of ppl in and out..it can seem a bit unkempt..running out of paper towels. Today there was someone named Skylar who appeared to have an unfriendly demeanor with a female customer in front of me ...like she drank some hater-ade. For my interaction...no greeting...and to closenout the si lent customer service she threw my change in my hand. Idk maybe she is having a bad day. If u encounter her, just be ready to catch all of your change.

Another cookie-cutter sheetz. Nothing wrong with that of course. This one was clean, well managed, and easy to access from the highway. f8 and be there.

We stopped here for gasoline and food. We went very early in the morning, so perhaps the store was not as busy as it would be during the regular daytime. We ordered an MTO breakfast sandwich with the touchscreen and did not wait too long for the food to be prepared. They sold a variety of snacks on their shelves, and we found soda, pie, juice, and beef jerky to buy. Prices were what other stores charge. The store looked clean. I had no problems with the staff.

I believe this very well may be the slowest Sheetz I have ever been to. No wonder WAWA beats Sheetz hands down every day. No to mention an employee got into an argument with a customer while I waited half an hour for one sandwich. I will never come to Sheetz again. I suggest to anyone reading this to pick another gas station and convenience store. 1030 am on a Tuesday is when all of this took place. Absolutely terrible.

Service was fine and bathroom seemed clean. But there was absolutely no mask enforcement. One employee seemed to be friends with one of the people not wearing a mask, which made it clear that they don't really care about the health and safety of other customers.

Absolutely awful service. I have been waiting 25 minutes for 3 tacos and a brat and still haven't gotten it. Dozens of people in line. Absolutely filthy bathrooms that are not cleaned. Completely over crowded. Huge lines for gas pump. All around terrible experience.

For a gas station, Sheetz is 5 stars! We got some made to order food including a chicken sandwich, fries, a California flatbread, chili dog, sliders and a cinnamon sugar pretzel. Everything under $25. The hotdog with chili, coleslaw and jalapeños was $0.70! No one can beat the price. The food is decent and they have a TON of options. Of course, gas is also at a reasonable price.

Can't say I've ever done a review on a gas station before, but after this experience I HAD to. My husband & I stopped for gas and sandwiches at 3pm on 10/31/11 and it took over TWENTY-FIVE minutes to get our orders. Seriously????!!! Only one person was working the sandwich/order station & one person behind the regular counter. Tsk, tsk Sheetz. Lots of other places travelers in Breezewood can stop & get a sit-down meal faster than Sheetz.

If it wasn't for it being a sheetz, I would give it only one star. I had to wait 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich - I could have gone across the street and ordered a steak in that time! I hate these people.
