Employees are very friendly and professional. Restrooms have always been really clean. When properly manned, the store runs very well. I frequent this particular store normally 2-4x per week.

Really crappy service... From management! Waited 35 minutes for my two hot dogs, fries and snuggets. Not exaggerating. I placed the order at 7: 05 and got it at 7: 35. On a Saturday evening I only saw two employees (A manager and another young lady) working which is ridiculous. I watched them mess up other orders while I waited patiently. Management came around to "help" while the other young lady went to go man the register and make drinks. When I finally got my order my fries tasted like they were ready 30 minutes ago and were terrible. I didn't even eat them. And when I politely asked do the schnuggets come with sauce (I've never ordered them before so I have no clue)... She rudely asked me what kind of sauce I wanted as if it was an irritation. I got barbecue after she reluctantly told me what types of sauces they had after I asked. I understand that she might have been overwhelmed but particularly as management. She should keep it together and continue to give good customer service. I didn't even get an apology for my 30-minute wait. Glad I don't live in Fayetteville cuz I certainly wouldn't be visiting the Sheetz.

It's a Sheetz, and does exactly what you expect -- provide some tasty road food and a huge selection of snacks and candy. This is also like the last Sheetz on in NC on the way south along I-95. I've seen bigger, but this place has a wonderful welcome message at the front door, tasty (and often deliciously greasy) made to orders, hot coffee, and some of the best chip selections. Also, the toilets are clean the times we've dropped by. I definitely suggest you stop in before you cross over into the heathen-lands. Grab a pack of mozzarella sticks to go and you'll be glad you took some with you!

5 Star for gas. Food gets a 1 star. Ordered a salad w/extra pickles and was very disappointed at the way it was prepared. Server seemed like it was asking too much. I'm including a picture of salad from Ramsey St Sheetz(1st)and one from 401Sheetz near Costco in Garner NC (2nd). Garner got it right...Hope Ramsey St in Fayetteville can get it right 👍

I just ordered on door tonight the pepperollzi was not good at all it didn’t have enough of cheese inside off it and the bread was hard. I also ordered curly fries with nachos cheese you can see that on my order that I did order it. But over the fries where good. I also left a review on the door dash app as well. I hope you guys reconsider retraining your kitchen staff.

I always order from this Sheetz and never really have a problem. I work nights and this place comes in clutch for those late night cravings. I don't usually like to stir the pot, but this is a bit ridiculous. I ordered a breakfast platter and got this abomination. Chicken tenders in some sauce and shredded cheese. I don't know if it was close to closing time or what, but come on man. If it was too much to make just cancel the order. I got a refund through DoorDash so all is well. Maybe they tampered with it? The bag was sealed, who knows I guess. I got the sourdough and mini hash browns at least.

Food service is soooo slow. The other sheetz locations are a lot quicker. Pretty unreal how long it took for 3 wraps and some fries.

Amazing experience. We’re visiting from Greensboro so of course there multiple Sheetz around. The food was tasty, hot, fresh, delicious!!!! Bertha made our quesadillas and omg….wonderful

It's a tiny Sheetz, but the staff was friendly and they have the staples. The beer cave is just the basic mega brewery stuff. Bathrooms were clean and the gas was cheap because of my points. It is in a nice spot off the highway, so easy on and easy off.

This is probably the worst pretzel I've ever had. When I think of a good pretzel it's usually hard on the outside, soft on the inside. This is soft all around. Mushy. Like it needs more time in the oven. Frosting was amazing but that wasn't enough to get me to finish this doughy thing. I'd like my $5 back. On a positive note it's really nice inside.

To be a new store, just a few years built, trashy outside and dirty inside. The food use to be amazing, however now it's not worth buying/visiting. Only to purchase gas. Management clean up.

Hello Fayetteville. We finally have a Sheetz! Maybe we can get another for the other side of Fayetteville. This one was clean. We didn't eat at this one yet we have at others out of town, but we will next time.

They just opened this location, but I am super glad they are there. Sheetz is my favorite gas station. It is always clean and well stocked. I stopped into the station for some gas and to check out the snacks. The staff was super friendly and they had my favorite kind of chocolate candy. The gas was also well priced.

Decent food for the price o thing special but if your hungover or looking for a late night or odd hour meal this is the place that will be open for you

I stopped in for a quick lunch while in the area. This Sheetz is a busy location, lines moved pretty quickly though. Staff was friendly. Store was clean.

It's more about convenience than overall food quality. Some items are your basic microwave type foods, and others are pretty good. The service is usually quick and it's nice to order ahead or before I pump my gas so I can pick it up and run. Selection is huge and it's nice to be able to customize your foods

Do not go to this establishment!!! I wish I could give a Zero rating! Extremely long lines inside and extremely long wait times at drive thru and I was the only car both times I went. What I wanted wasnt available the 1st time in drive thru. The 2nd time in drive thru item was there waitied forever to be told a topping was out and the substitution that was available wasnt what I wanted. The 1 employee each time EXTREMELY Rude!! There is 1 other employee extremely empathetic to the situation. I would NEVER EVER patronize this establishment at this location and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE ELSE DO THE SAME!! A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!

I am not sure if it was new staff but it took an extremely long time for my order to be completed. I ordered online and there was hardly anyone at Sheetz. Why did it took so long? Who knows. I was in a rush because I am traveling this weekend and this held me up. I am definitely not satisfied this time. I usually have a lot of good things so say about this place but not this time. Plus the lady bagging my food was counting everything. This was just a horrible experience. Please do better next time.

I am at Sheetz again and I can't go inside and warm up and just eat or drink and just sit and enjoy what I have just purchased. I have to instead sit out in the cold weather. I was outside of the store when it rained really heavy cold and flood I got soaked and wet I got into the bathroom without being seen to get most of the water out of my outfit. Last time I was inside a cop came inside and told me I had to get up and leave. Hahaha wow not only sheetz but a couple other stores do the same thing to me. Thanks Fayetteville. I have to walk another 20 30 minutes to Freddy's down by Walmart to be able to go inside and chill and get warm and I dont have other warm clothes to wear cause I was apparently showing myself at the resource center downtown they said I can't come back and you know shower or wash clothes and the laundry lady I worked for fired me the same day cause she wasn't happy I guess didn't catch on fast enough or something. Ya thanks so much Fayetteville.

It's a sheetz. Staff were friendly and the food was on point as always. If you've been to any other sheetz you know what you're getting into.

We ordered food and it took FOREVER. They don't focus on what they need to make first. They keep going and going with the new orders. It's ridiculous. Don't order food here

During covid it was a bit different but who doesn't love a place to get actual food with choices and snacks when you just need a quick bite after you fill up! This way you stop once and get back on the road! The choices are pretty decent. Wish we had these up north.

If I could give 0 I would. They completely gave me the wrong drink. Their French toast sticks could break a brick and they're just too sweet! They need to be doused in cinnamon and sugar. Not tossed in them. This Sheetz waited two months to actually do their grand opening and it wasn't even worth it. I'll continue to drive the extra hour and a half for one. Guaranteed.

This location just opened and is still figuring out the process. I tried the drive thru and waited to order for a few minutes until I realized that the car in front of me was off and had no driver in it. Turned out that one of the employees parked there to stop traffic because they had so many orders to catch up on. No sign or anything. So I went inside, ordered a sandwich, and waited for 20 minutes before an employee announced that they had to start all orders over again (must have had a computer problem...not sure why this happened). The employee then went around the store collecting everyone's order ticket, at which point I just left without my order because I already wasted so much time and was hungry (wasn't going to waste more time trying to get a refund). I'll come back in a couple weeks after the kinks are ironed out as I really like Sheetz, but each time I've been to this new location, they have trouble keeping up with the demand and generally take forever. More than one star because it's clean and the employees are friendly.

I am so excited this Sheetz is finally opened! They are still getting things figured out but there's a lot of potential here. The employees were really nice and trying hard to get everything right. The hospitality manager, Tara, was extremely helpful!
