Your sheeters are looking like sheet. This is every single toilet two days in a row. Please do better. This is repulsive.

Quick and easy ordering. Didn't realize they have your own milkshake order kiosk. Along with expresso and smoothies.

The customer service at this truck stop is extremely poor. When speaking to them over the phone, they hang up on you and seem too busy to listen or understand. They are rude and disrespectful towards customers, and act as if they don't comprehend English when asked questions about the location. Additionally, they don't believe when you mention having refill points for drinks and make you pay for them instead. The truck stop itself is also dirty, and the employees treat black customers with rudeness. It is quite uncomfortable to visit this Loves Truck Stop at any time of day.

Good gas price. Tire air machine is not working and doesn’t have a sign. Ended up deflating my tires.

Typically love going to Shertz. I'm on a road trip and wanted some GASOLINE AND FOOD before driving through the city. I found a SHEETZ and was pretty excited. This Sheetz or maybe it was just the area was full of homeless. The employees were awesome though and I had a badass MTO Burrito! I watched a homeless man take a 40 oz beer out of the fridge and walk right into the bathroom to drink it. Insane. Definitely should keep your family away, but good for burritos. Ok Bye

I have been here 2 times. The first time, I got something similar to a Polynesian sauce instead of Boom Boom sauce. The second time, my sandwich was mostly cheese with very little lettuce, tomato, and meat. The bathrooms are clean, though.

Sheetz is always my preferred gas stations. Always clean, nice employees and good selection of made to order and premade food

10/10 workers and staff, the man with the face tattoos that works up front is very nice, I will be coming here from now on. It’s rare now days to see such kind people.

Dirty dirty dirty bathrooms. Handicap stall blocked off. And a giant sheetz truck blocking half the gas pumps - on Thanksgiving weekend. Nope. Well stocked convenience store gets a star.

The SLOWEST food service EVER. I have been to this location twice and it takes SOOOOOOOOO LONG!!!!!! Do not ever order food if you are in a hurry. You're gonna wait at least 20 minutes for the simplest order. The gas is cheap, the store itself is fine, but the food service is a DRAG, literally. Eat somewhere else.

I go there almost everyday and Kaylee is the best, she is so sweet and kind. She is very respectful to everyone and has such a good energy

Burger is disappointing, the fries are medium they do not fulfill your demand. Overall the price is okay could be better but I'm not complaining the meal as in a whole is okay.

If your hungry and on a budget I do not suggest Sheetz. For 7 bucks, you get a 5 inch burrito that is more bread than ingredients, 1/2" thick and a cup of tots. Thought I would try after a coworker mentioned sheetz. Pretty expensive for the food. It is fresh, it is hot but it is a lot less than what you see on the menu. The kicker Ordered bacon and egg, received sausage Lesson learned, back to QT. Edit. Brought my "Fresh" burrito inside to show the food preparer that it was sausage not bacon as ordered. After a lively conversation with her co-worker he pulled a bag from the freezer and showed her where it stated "Bacon". FRESH as advertised , no even close. They made me another "fresh " Burrito (20 seconds in the microwave " and breakfast was served once again. I will not be ordering any more freshly made items or anything else from Sheetz, it does not compare to QT in many ways, but loosely claimed advertising is getting to common.

The trash cans were overflowing in the bathrooms, paper towels all over the floor. It looked like no one had picked up trash on the outside In several months. If ever. We had wanted to order a breakfast sandwich, but were concerned about how clean the kitchen was, since they didn't bother cleaning any areas that the customers could see. Unfortunately to be able to post this, I have to give it one star.

Only about one in 10 customers at this location were wearing masks. Strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you want a side of Covid with your sub.

I really wish we could get these in the Charlotte area. Every Sheetz I've been to has clean facilities, attentive and friendly staff, and a bright environment. Plus with a Sheetz card you can get 3 cents off the gallon and other perks inside the store! Made to Order (MTO) food is great quality for the quick on the go option. Don't think of this food as 'gas station food'. They have top notch quality behind the counter and it's served hot and quickly. The Made to Order coffees and drinks are also on par with your neighborhood specialty coffee shop. It appears that any area that already had QuickTrip stores will not be seeing Sheetz anytime soon, so bummer on that. Looks like I'll have to stop by my favorite location about 20 minutes away when I want my favorite Frozen Hot Chocolate!

Save ur money don't go here for food ...They are price gouging on their hot food if u go to another location you will get a bigger size portion for the same price ... my food is isn't hot ... lukewarm at best

Filthy. Nasty. Parking lot is littered, inside littered, bathroom littered. Disgusting. Looks like a third world country. I'm sure they are as desperate for workers as everyone else. It's a shame.

Well run.. ouch terrible terrible its a shame this is a fairly new place .Has to be the Management. I will just say I will let the pictures do the talking as I nearly fall from all the water on the floor? 12 people in line? bathroom smells like urine.. What else can you ask from a C store ? With the name of Shitz?. With stores on every block why go here? Answer... Don't..

I appreciate that they're always open! They're reliable late at night. I like the food there, the way you order & how fast they are. I also heard that they have an app where you can order food and the food is ready in less that 10 mins! They have ways to save on gas too.

Sheetz Salisbury: I'm sure it would be "gastronomically correct" to dismiss Sheetz as just a convenience store. And what kind of food can you possibly get in a convenience store that would be good anyway? Here's my thoughts on the subject... Sheetz offers a wide array of fresh made fast food selections far, far beyond that of the typical dried out "roller dogs" that we stereotype as convenience store food. Lunch on a real tight budget? The two hot dog special for a buck works good. Hungry and want to spend a little bit more? The Sub Special for $4 is even better. My personal favorite is the Meatball Sub here. One hint: rather than select a cheese from the menu at extra cost, on the list of free condiments select cream cheese. Provides the creamy taste desired to counter the acidity of the marinara sauce. One innovation Sheetz food service uses that should be noted is their placement of customer-input touch screen computer monitors for the ordering process. I'm certain 10 years from now we will look back at this as ubiquitous with any fast food operation to save labor costs. Yet Sheetz is the first place that I encountered these. I guess I'm losing my street credibility as a food snob in many eyes by this recommendation, but - for fast food - it's hard to beat Sheetz. Even if it is a convenience store!

Have not seen one of these since I left Maryland. Great place to order fresh food in a rush. They have everything from hotdogs to salads. Price is very reasonable. They also have a rewards card to save on gas and food.

Very disappointed that they are not set up like a Quick Trip - therefore they do not have any flavored unsweetened iced teas, they don't have flavored sparkling water or Zevia.

Well-run Sheetz station with good cashiers who understand the importance of efficient customer service.

Had a chicken sandwich there and had piece of a plastic bag on it. Never eating their food again.

Now, I don't normally give lower ratings, but this gas station definitely deserved one today. I stopped by while on my road trip back home to get some coffee, but first I went to the restroom and none of the stalls had toilet paper as well as no one cleaned up the toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor. The lady who worked there is eventually came in with a few rolls of toilet paper in order to replace them but at that point it had already become a problem because none of the stalls any. Someone should have been checking the restrooms periodically. After I left the restroom to go get some coffee, I chose the dark roasted coffee and it tasted very watery. After I poured that one out and decided to try the regular coffee it taste the same way so I ended up getting tea which wasn't in my plans from the beginning. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or not but based off previous reviews and photos this has been a reoccurring event. I most likely won't be stopping back at this gas station again

We absolutely love Sheetz! The Sheetz card is awesome, and the associates are great. Any time we have had to wait on MTO drinks/food, we get a coupon for a free item on our next visit. Samantha and Jeremy are two of the best employees we have encountered at this location. Always friendly and knowledgeable when we've had questions.
