"Past meets present at this family-run operation, which dates back to World War II when Marjorie Palmer began tapping her maple trees while white sugar was in short supply. The Palmer family still runs the business today. In 2018, they opened up the property’s 170 acres with a series of hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails accessible to the public. Make sure to pick up some granulated maple sugar to bring home–it’s a lovely throwback to the farm’s earliest days."

What a fun place! We tried the warm maple syrup, maple cream donut, maple dog, sugar on snow, and coffee made with maple sap. All delightful! The staff was super friendly. Thank you!

We come here every March for maple season. It’s by far the best place we’ve been to in the area. They offer maple hot dogs, sugar on snow, maple water coffee and now homemade icecream. The owners are super friendly and always teach us something about the process! We love that they are now open all season with icecream. We will be coming back more frequently.

Super busy today. I would like to go back there again. I got maple ice cream with maple sprinkles. The sprinkles did not cost extra for me. They were open an hour later than the other place and their sugar on snow is 50 cents less than the other place as well.

Tried the “sugar on snow”. Confused how the pickle fits in there. The maple blueberry ice cream was delicious.

Had a great time visiting here during maple weekend! They had an ongoing boiling demonstration as well as a number of treats for purchase. We're talking sugar on snow (with pickle and donut of course), maple boiled hot dogs, ice cream, cotton candy, and even a little stand with some of the best macaroons we'd ever had! It was pretty packed, but there's extra seating upstairs and plenty of standing space.

So nice to enjoy sugar on snow! I haven't had it in so long! Zues was a very sweet old man dog that we met. 10/10!
