"The former Coffee Down Under space (which closed in March 2025) at 607 Shelby Street has been renamed and will now serve cocktails from Shelby from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The venue will also host pop-ups and local chefs; the Shelby team shared a call for chefs and pop-ups on its Instagram account on Sunday, June 29.
