Shelli's Coffee + Social

Just wow is what I can say. This place was recommended to me by a friend, and what a great recommendation. I got a featured fall drink, the Double Stack. It’s a great balance of sweet with the cold foam topping and full bodied with the coffee. I got an egg and cheese bagel and holy w o w the bagel itself had a lovely crunch for the toast of the bagel but also soft and fluffy. The creamy Dijon was delightful. The ambiance itself is a joy with various seating options and very many games to choose from.

This place has such a cute vibe! It's a little board game café with coffee drinks and desserts. Zan was particularly friendly, helpful, and informative. The root beer I had tasted like a root beer float and I loved it!! They also do trivia nights here which is super cool!

Shelli’s is a perfect place for a slow morning coffee date. My husband and I ended up staying here enjoying the sounds of the espresso machine, rich coffee flavors, and each others company for over two hours. While we were here we tried the cappuccino, cortado, green matcha tea, and chai tea latte. Every drink had its own unique flavor composition, that was full and warm. I genuinely never had a chai tea that was so lush. My husband drank his cortado in the gulps it was that good! What a wonderful gathering place Shelli’s is.

My husband and I have never been here and decided to try it based on the good reviews. We live an hour away and come here for Trader Joe’s. We walked in, were not greeted, , not even a hello, instead the blonde man at the register turned his back to us and danced and talked with the other two women who work there. We were very confused on the menu and didn’t know where to find the syrup options so we looked clearly confused but kept trying to look around. He didn’t offer to help at all as we looked around for a good 5 mins. Finally we saw the syrup options on the register table. At this point I wanted to walk out as we felt so unwelcome. He had no other customers. We pushed through because I’ve been wanting to try this place, and when I got to the register I asked if the mocha was good he just said “it is.” And offered no suggestions, didn’t seem like he wanted to help us at all. We have no idea why we were treated this way. Definitely wish we went somewhere else and the coffee was alright but not worth coming back. My husband said “wish we went to Starbucks instead” and he doesn’t even like Starbucks.

I love going to Shelli’s. And now with the new addition of the cream cheese pastries I love them even more. Great service. Friendly staff. Loads of games to play. Exceptional cafe!

I love supporting local and Shelli’s is a gem!! All their syrups are made in house. The monthly specials are always a hit. Brad has found a way to make coffee art and it’s delicious and delightful!!!! Love this place and the space!

The coffee, drinks and food at Shelli’s are wonderful! The cafe has a friendly laid back vibe that makes everyone feel welcome. They even have a children’s area so it’s very family friendly. I also love how they have different activities on some nights like trivia and games. I go to Shelli’s every time I’m in the area!

I’ve been going to Shelli’s for a year. Yesterday was the first time I did not love going and enjoy my visit. Not Shelli’s fault… they have become SO popular it was packed! The noise was just too much to hear my friends conversation. I’m thrilled that others have found them and are enjoying the quaint shop.

One of the better coffe spots in Murfreesboro! I have been holding out on this place because I did not have high expectations but I was totally wrong. They have a stereotypical coffee feel to it, they want you to sit and enjoy your time there. They have board and card games to use at your leisure. I'm usually not this type of person but I like to grab my coffee and go but this is a nice touch. Coffee itself was very good as well and it seems like they do some seasonal options. We did not try and food or bakery items unfortunately.

We love Shelli's! A friendly staff with great coffee and snacks! Family friendly coffee shop with entertainment for the babies to the wise! Definitely check this place out!

Upon entry the vibe here is awesome! Love the little shopping section that promotes local businesses. My husband and I each ordered a mocha, keto/gluten-free chocolate chip cookie and a pesto sandwich. We were both pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was! Everything from the service, presentation and taste were all 10/10. We will definitely be back!!

Such a cute shop. Great trivia, family atmosphere. Good coffee. All around great place. I will be back again to try the food soon.
