Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast

We had a wonderful experience with all the staff members we encountered. The resort is beautiful yet needs a bit of a refresh. The suite we were in (both times) was lovely and had beautiful views. The staff at the hotel bar were engaging, helpful and attentive. Ryan was the evening manager and he was exceptional as were Oceania, Teagan, Ricardo and Lachlan. We were at the resort for a few days, went traveling for a few days and came back. Their memory of us and attention to detail provided us with a warm and welcoming experience. We also had an exceptional experience with a young man at the valet but I can’t remember his name.

Beautiful luxurious ocean charming hotel. Great basic amenities. Love the local activities. Very Peaceful location, away from the chaos that busy area Surfers Paradise. Highly recommended accommodation for the new tourists. Amazing meal plan and enjoy seafood buffet dinner - fresh, delicious, great value for prices. Clean hotel rooms. Excellent customer service. The beautiful view of the pool and ocean through the restaurant’s large glass windows was truly impressive. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed was comfortable. However, the hairdryer was too weak, and there was no body lotion provided. The staff didn’t feel particularly friendly, but they were always helpful and accommodating to our needs. The parking was convenient with camera-based access, and there was always a spot available near the elevator. The pool was large and heated, and with the ocean right in front, the location was very accessible. For some reason, both check-in and check-out were not smooth and took quite a bit of time. The breakfast quality was not great, but the view was amazing, and it wasn’t crowded, which we really liked.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! A special thank you to Mr Mitch (Front receptionist) who went above and beyond to accommodate us during a very busy time. Despite the high demand, they truly understood our situation and ensured we were well taken care of. We were so grateful for the thoughtful room upgrade—it made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. The breakfast buffet was amazing—so many delicious options, beautifully presented, and something for everyone to enjoy. It was the perfect start to each day. Exceptional service and hospitality like this deserve all the recognition. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism! Kids loved the stay ❤️

I stayed her from the weekend in the first part of the week and I loved it so much. The staff here are so lovely and accommodating. When I first arrived I was greeted by Dan. The room was so clean and had an amazing view. The pool bar was amazing and I was served by Elise she was extremely friendly and made amazing drinks. The service staff were lovely as well. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

What a wonderful family holiday! We had a beautiful clean bright room with an amazing view of the ocean. Check in was a breeze and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast is of high quality and caters well for gluten intolerance people. Could not fault anything. Perfect 👌 We will surely be back to stay.

Beautiful resort style hotel. Great amenities. Love the community activities. Peaceful location, away from the chaos that Surfers Paradise can bring. Amazing seafood buffet dinner - fresh, delicious, great value for money. Clean hotel rooms. Excellent customer service, went above and beyond to ensure I was welcomed and needs were met. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to complete my stay as I became unwell and was transferred to hospital. I’m very grateful for the hotel staff who were able to pack my belongings and safely store them for pick up after I was discharged. I will definitely be back next time so I can relax by the pool, soak up the sun and enjoy a cocktail or two.

I attended an event in the Ballroom and stayed the night at the Sheraton Grand Mirage. From the time of checking in, to attending the event and dining in the facilities all was of exceptional service. The food was absolutely beautiful at the event, the dinner and breakfast as well. The room was very comfortable and the location is exceptional waking up to whales out the front of our room. I cannot recommend this place enough in all avenues of location, service, facilities, dining etc.

My favourite hotel in Australia. Great on-site dining, friendly and helpful staff, large rooms, the only actual beachfront hotel on the Gold Coast - so much to like here. My go-to family holiday destination.
