Stayed here as part of a West Coast tour from the UK which was also our honeymoon as we got married later in the holiday. We found this to be an excellent choice of hotel near to Disney. We struggled prior to booking to choose a hotel as there are so many in this area. We've previously stayed at the Hyatt Orange County but had problems with crowds of teenagers/ pageants etc. and also stayed at the Hilton Double Tree which was nice to have a suite but is in dire need of renovation.|So eventually we decided on this hotel and are very glad we did. Check in was great and we were given lovely breakfasts each day. I think all the rooms have balconies which is nice. The room itself was good and clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the hotel isn't noisy so we slept well. The room had a safe and fridge and good coffee making facilities. We had no problem with the temperature control. The selection of TV channels was better than most hotels. There is also a good gift shop. We also didn't have any issues with ticket touts which is always a bonus in that area!|We ate in the foyer restaurant one evening. The food was good although they seem to like to close up relatively early. The only other slight niggles were the rooms could do with more lighting and it would be nice to have bathrobes. |Overall, a great choice to be close to Disney!

Nice hotel, rooms were decent - a bit outdated. Pricey for what you get...their in-house restaurant is very expensive. The front desk persons are very nice and helpful. The room service staff also very nice and helpful. Appreciate all the folks that work there. Also, shopped at the Gift Shop to get a few things for the family. Parking is very expensive to park overnight there....$40 plus tax a night. The view is decent from floors 9 and above...ask for higher floor facing Disney Park - you can see the fireworks from your balcony every night...so, that was a plus.....The elevators are slow and also dated....

Hotel was absolutely perfect up until valet lost our keys as our family was on our way to a late lunch. Management was thoughtful and reassuring and told us to eat at the hotel restaurant on the house and that parking for our stay would now be free. The keys were eventually found and all was well. However, when I checked out of the hotel a few days later there were still valet charges and I mentioned it was supposed to be comped. The person working asked us who approved it and I mentioned their name which I believe was Ricardo. They said they'd have to consult with them when they worked their next shift so in the meantime we'd still have to pay for the charges. They sent over 2 folios to my email shortly after - one with the valet charges and one without. When the pending charges on my card cleared a few days later I ended up being charged for valet. So now I've disputed the charge with my bank. I don't care so much that they lost the keys I care more about the fact that they said they'd take care of us and they didn't. Also wasn't too happy when we ate at their restaurant Savor on our first day and there was automatic gratuity of 20% for a family of 4 that wasn't mentioned until we had to pay! Our server that day was out of sight most of the time which I'm not sure why as we were the ONLY ones in the restaurant for the majority of the time - we really needed refills on drinks and more food as it was all-you-can-eat pizza.

Always a fantastic stay, and dog friendly. This will be the 5th time staying here. I usually stay here twice a year. The hotel staff are always friendly and accommodating, The hotel is always clean as well as the outdoor spaces. You can beat the price either. The gym has just enough equipment needed. I just stayed here for 3 night and was just as happy as I had been in previous stays. The rooms are always clean, new and updated. The staff always try to accommodate early check in. Plus this is the most dog friendly hotel I’ve been too. They offer doggy poop bags upon check in. The part I love most about it is they have grass for the dogs, not like other place that have wood chips and shrubs, if your a dog lover you understand how nice it is to have grass. This hotel is a 15 minute walk to Disneyland and a 5-7 minute bus ride on the ATN ( Anaheim Transportation Network) . I encourage the use of ATN. Clean, safe and drops you off at the Sheraton Park Hotel. Overall the best hotel for a Disney trip.

This property is NOT a 4 star!! It's a 3 STAR at best. The rooms were clean. It's in need of room makeover. It appears they may have renovated the lobby. Elevators are OLD and take forever. ||If there is a convention, forget an elite line or any type of acknowledgement. ||If you are going just to be close to the park...if you want a 4 star, go to the Westin. This is NOT it.

Really happy with our week long stay at the Sheraton park! My husband had a conference and my daughter and I tagged along to go to Disneyland. This hotel was booked through his conference for seven nights from Saturday to Saturday. Guest services were very helpful and brought our many bags up to our room for us. We were on the third floor and happy to find a clean room with great air conditioning. We run hot, so I was concerned, but we found that the AC worked great and the room temperature was very cool. My sister was joining us and we were hoping for connecting rooms but they said that we were unable to request that until we checked in as we weren’t under the same reservation. Unfortunately they weren’t able to accommodate our request at check in, however our rooms were close and only a couple rooms away from each other. They do have connecting rooms so this was disappointing that this wasn’t possible. In addition, my sister and my husband have gold status with Marriott and were not upgraded. I understand that this is based on availability, but just wanted to note this if any others are wondering if they will be upgraded. We did receive a room with only a shower which posed an issue as we have a toddler who is used to baths. We bathed her in my sister’s room with a tub for the first few nights and then requested to switch to a room with a tub which they were quick to accommodate. Housekeeping was good and replenished two water bottles per day. We did like that all rooms seem to have a balcony (although the ones on the far sides are only Juliette balconies). We also visited the pool which suited our needs, and had lunch at the pool bar. The Art bus is across the street but we chose to walk to the parks everyday. Even pushing a stroller, the walk was not bad at all. About 15 minute walk and just straight down the road. CVS is just at the corner which was very convenient for picking up snacks. I also did this walk by myself or just with my sister around 11 PM- midnight a few nights and this felt very safe. I would recommend staying here!

Staff were friendly and efficient at the front desk. We were able to check in and get a room prior to the 4PM check in time. The lobby was clean and inviting. Our room was good, clean and comfortable, however the tub is quite shallow if that matters to those who bathe and the bathroom sink area was rather small. Great location, walking distance to Disney parks. Would recommend this hotel and stay here again!

The Sheraton Park at Anaheim Resort is a bit deceiving. I was accompanying my boyfriend at a conference so ended up spending a lot of time at the hotel. The spotless and very well maintained hotel has 3 distinct pieces, the lobby area, the room tower and the amenities. ||The Lobby appears to be from the 80s or 90s. It is well kept, but there’s just something a bit off about it. Honestly, it may have simply been some sort of low brow auction table featured on one wall. Only one story, it is expansive, with a nice restaurant and a small amenities shop that has a Starbucks built-in. There’s also a sunken bar, but I didn’t use it.||The rooms are all located in a really well kept tower that is adjacent to, but not attached to the Lobby. Our spotless room on the 9th floor was actually perfect. I especially enjoyed the bathroom and the balcony. ||The amenities I was most impressed with were the spotless pool area with an outdoor bar/snack bar. We got lunch there twice and it was both yummy and served promptly.||All in all, I loved the hotel.

Yelp
Our stay was pleasant. Check in was quick and easy. We had a 2 queen bed room and it was clean. The water pressure in the shower was great. Our room was in a separate building and it seemed that only one elevator was working so it was quite a wait. The room would get uncomfortably warm/hot. We tried the thermostat and ended up having to call the front office. Someone came to our room to take a look, but it never cooled down. They ended up giving us a fan.

Yelp
There was a convention happening so the Sheraton raised the price of their parking to $100. I have never seen parking anywhere be that much money. It would be cheaper for people to park across the street at the Toy Story parking lot for the Disney Resort and walk across the street. Anytime Disney is cheaper than your business...you're doing something wrong. To add insult to injury, there was a $17 fee for paying for parking. So it was really $117 not the $100 as advertised. It's gross to me that they would up the prices and rip people off. Additionally, the man at the parking entrance was so incredibly rude. He was nasty and mean for no reason. Sets a bad tone for the hotel and is a poor representative for their company. He made the situation so unnecessarily stressful and upsetting and was an awful start for my very long stressful day. And. In the end, he was wrong. I did get free parking with my group just like I was supposed to and just like I tried to explain to him.

Yelp
booked a room at the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort expecting a comfortable, modern experience, only to be met with an environment that was far from welcoming. Upon my arrival around 5:00pm, I was immediately struck by how uncomfortably warm the room was. I tried to adjust the thermostat, but quickly discovered that I had no manual control over the temperature. Despite noticing a code option on the unit that suggested the possibility of overriding the settings, I was assured by the front desk that no such override existed. I didn't trust their word as I saw a "password" option in the unit. I later attempted to use the code myself and was locked out of the system. Forced to call maintenance for assistance, I learned that the thermostat was entirely controlled by a hotel override. Maintenance explained that the unit was set up to automatically adjust based solely on the outside temperature, leaving guests with no choice but to accept the preset conditions. Their only advice was to open the window to let in fresh air, a solution that was both ineffective and intrusive. This left my room in a state of persistent discomfort, with no ability to modify the temperature to suit my personal needs. The situation was particularly distressing for me as I have a neurodivergent disability that makes me highly sensitive to environmental factors like temperature and sound. The inability to control my room's climate exacerbated my sensory issues, turning what should have been a relaxing stay into an ordeal of physical and emotional discomfort. Adding insult to injury, food items stored at room temperature melted through the night, highlighting the severity of the temperature problem and further compromising my overall experience. What makes this experience even more concerning is the lack of transparency regarding the room's amenities. Nowhere in the hotel's promotional materials or booking app was it disclosed that guests would have no control over the thermostat. This omission amounts to a bait-and-switch tactic, as I was led to believe I was booking a room with the standard features and comforts, only to arrive and find a critical aspect of guest autonomy--environmental control--entirely removed. The front desk's misleading assurances about the existence of a code option only deepened my frustration when it proved to be a false promise. In summary, my stay at the Sheraton Park Hotel was marred by an unacceptable lack of control over my personal comfort, which not only ruined my experience but also posed significant challenges for my health and well-being. I urge prospective guests--especially those with sensory or disability-related needs--to be extremely cautious. I am submitting this review as a formal complaint to corporate management, calling on them to address these issues, ensure full disclosure of room features, and provide the necessary accommodations to prevent other guests from experiencing the same distress.

Yelp
As a recently converted Marriott Bonvoy girly, I'm always on the lookout for the best rates at Marriott properties. We had stayed at this Sheraton once or twice before, both pre and mid-renovation, so I was excited to see the finished updates. I can safely say the renovations were well worth it! We arrived on a Saturday afternoon around 2 PM. I didn't expect an early check-in but figured I'd check anyway. From the moment we pulled up, we were warmly greeted by the valet, concierge, and front desk staff, which was a nice touch. To our surprise, we were able to check in early with zero hassle. No extra fees, no drawn-out process, just a seamless and genuinely pleasant exchange. While waiting, I took in the new lobby renovations, which included a spacious bar and seating area with a large screen showing sports. Is it just me or are lobby bars getting better? Either way, I was impressed! Parking is outdoors and can be a bit tight, but we found plenty of spaces close to the entrance. If you're concerned about parking, valet is only a few dollars more per night and might be worth it for added convenience. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully updated with modern touches. I especially appreciated the abundance of hanging spots, which is such a small but underrated feature, and the mini fridge. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service and solid renovations. I'd happily return!

Yelp
We had a decent stay here but definitely won't be returning. Two stars because the beds were comfortable and they had Starbucks coffee on their store/gift shop. But upon arrival our room had been cleaned but they forgot some dirty towels hanging on the shower with someone's makeup all over them. Which tells me they aren't really cleaning that well. The room was extremely small. The bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling with no ventilation. They are eco friendly so they don't allow you to adjust the thermostat which made it hard to sleep with it being so warm in the room. The turn down service also showed up two days in a row when we were still sleeping. 9 in the morning? I didn't think they came until at least after 10. Overall it was an ok stay for the price but we will still be looking for a fav hotel to stay at when we go to Disney.

Yelp
Had a 2 night stay here for a work conference but it is a place we had considered for a Disneyland visit in the past. The property seems a little dated and I wasn't thrilled how there were different buildings. I had to check in at the front then walk outside into another building to get to my room. The room was clean and seemed relatively updated. Very basic room, 2 queen beds, a desk with one chair and a bench under the TV to sit on, small closet, and fridge. Overall it was pretty quiet at night. One of my co-workers found a giant roach on top of his bed when he checked in (so he was able to get another room)- I didn't see any evidence of that in my room and it was clean as far as I can tell. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Disneyland security checkpoint so not too far but not super close as well. Overall a decent stay if you are going to Disneyland or the convention center.

Yelp
Business travel edition: I came here to this hotel for a work trip with my boss and colleagues. It was my first time at this hotel and I really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, spacious, and conveniently located near the convention center where the conference was held. It was for 3 days and this hotel had everything I needed. I also appreciated how accommodating the staff were and the gym was exceptional with all of the equipment I needed! I overall enjoyed my stay. It was also nice that they had Disney merchandise for purchase. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking to go to Disney and/or for work-related trips. Its centrality is convenient!

Yelp
I've stayed here twice now within a year (I'm also from the East Coast) for Disneyland trips and it has always been a good experience. The only thing that is unfortunate is that the wifi is not free. It is about a 15 minute walk to the parks/Downtown Disney, but a short walk to convenience stores and restaurants nearby too! What a great location and view of the fireworks! The staff have always been friendly/helpful and I like that there is a Starbucks downstairs if you need your familiar Starbucks drink before heading out to the parks. Parking is about $35 a day which can add up, but it's a nice lot and splitting it between your group makes it more affordable anyway so it's fine. The rooms have always been clean including the bathrooms. I do like Sheraton's update/renovations. Very modern and cozy colors for each room.

Yelp
I parked here to watch my niece dance at the Hilton and I definitely understand if the parking fee is $12 for the first hour then $4 for each after but to be charged 17% tax what in the WORLD. NEVER have I ever been taxed for parking. Absolutely ridiculous I will never park here ever again

Eric C.

Yelp
This hotels hvac system restricts cooling depending on the outside air temperature. This means that if it's cold outside you cannot cool your room even if it's 80 degrees. DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU NEED COOL AIR. IT WAS TERRIBLE! Employees were hit and miss. Some nice and some just awful.
google avatar

Yelp
This is how we improvised my hotel room bathroom when Marriott Bonvoy Marriott Hotels Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort didn't honor my guaranteed request of accessible room with walk-in shower. They apologized saying they understand how we feel. I really don't think they do. We checked with them 4 times about this room--on the day I booked and three times on the day we checked in. Yes, that's is the patio chair. The room is not even accessible. Bed is too high and very little space to move my wheelchair.

Yelp
Great location and great amenities. If you have lounge access, this is a great hotel to enjoy. The breakfast spread is generous with fresh fruit and toppings. Lots of space to work from/eat. The pool bar and area are a perfect retreat between park days. Pool bar has great food and Walter makes good cocktails. Parents with kids would love this location. Cabanas available for reservation. This is an older style hotel but the rooms are completely renovated. The best of both worlds. Easy parking access and a fraction of the cost of the Westin. Attached to a pizza restaurant. Huge bonus.

Yelp
This hotel deserves more than its 3-star Yelp rating! It's stunning and incredibly convenient, especially for Disneyland visitors. The ART city bus directly serves the hotel, making it our top choice for future visits. Affordable and accessible, the hotel even offers guidance on purchasing bus tickets (around $15 for 2 adults and 1 child). Inside, the hotel exudes luxury, especially in the gorgeous lobby. The welcoming front desk staff and the festive atmosphere made our post-Christmas stay delightful. With a restaurant, bar, and a well-stocked market on-site, convenience is at its peak. We opted for valet, though my only minor gripe is the distance between the lobby and the elevator. Nevertheless, the location is fantastic--only a 20-minute walk to Disneyland and close to various dining options.
google avatar

MaryJane O.

Yelp
Great location--we were able to walk to Disney Park, Downtown Disney, Huntington Beach 30 mins away, Beverly Hills and North Hollywood an hour away. We even did a self tour of California Institute of Technology, and discovered and cool retro/goth/punk thrift store. Yep we did it all! We enjoyed the hot tub, there's a large pool and a fitness centers. Events abound-we attended Taste of Japan nearby. Lots of healthy food oriented restaurants with tasty seafood. We will be back!

Yelp
I enjoyed my recent stay at Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort. The hotel is modern and the room was very nice and had a balcony overlooking the pool. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very large and had a good layout. They have a market on site that has many Starbucks products as well as meals to purchase. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained, and they have a pool, gym and laundry on-site. The lobby area is beautiful and a nice place to hang out. They also have a nice bar area, and the staff was wonderful. The hotel is about a 15-20-minute walk to Disneyland and downtown Disney so it's pretty close. My only complaint was the temperature in the room was a bit warm. The heating and cooling is all centrally controlled so you can't really make any changes to your room temp. A couple of the nights were pretty warm. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if in the area in the future!
google avatar

Deanna H.

Yelp
Upon check in the lobby was beautiful and the front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and it seems as though the rooms would be cleaned daily unless you put your privacy sign out. Taking away a star because we noticed that the air filter in our room hadn't been changed since April 2024 and it showed. It was so dirty! There also didn't seem to be a fan in the bathroom to help with the steam and I'm assuming because of that is the reason why the sprinkler head in there has rust all over it. There also were 2 stains on one of the bed sheets - 1 looked like blue pen and the other likely food of some sort. I did like that you need to scan your key card to go up in the elevator and it wasn't too far of a walk to Disney. It is definitely a good option for the area!
google avatar

Yelp
Have stayed here a couple times since the renovations including last weekend and it's my go to for a Disneyland staycation. Very pleased in the consistency of room cleanliness here. I've stayed at a number of similar hotel chains since Covid and many have fallen off on the housekeeping aspect but not this place. I'm a person who does a thorough room check before even opening my luggage and have been thankfully had zero issues. The rest of the hotel is nice as well, there's a large lounge, restaurant, and convenience store with Starbucks on sight. Another big plus for me is the easy parking situation. No monstrous parking structure to trudge through, one level that is close to the street and have yet to have any issues with finding a spot. There are a couple downsides that don't stop me for staying but are good to know: - The bathroom doors since the remodel are roller doors. If you are traveling solo not an issue but if with other just know they doors not only don't lock but also have gaps on both sides so there is also zero sound/smell privacy -The room temp is controlled by a thermostat that is motion sensor driven. So if you come on super hot days your room will not be cool when you get in and air will cut off when you sleep

Yelp
Typically my first choice depending on the price when we come to Anaheim! Our stays here are usually very pleasant with little to no issues. We have stayed here a number of times but once we stayed here & were given a 2 queen room, even though we booked 1 king bed. It wasn't much of a big deal, but the manager did give us club lounge access & discounted parking if we returned at another time..so we did! When we came back & had club lounge access, it was amazing! They have breakfast, drinks throughout the day along with snacks. Probably one of my favorite features. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland, so we usually leave our car in the lot & walk to disney to save some $$. The rooms are spacious & floors are hardwood which I prefer over carpeted floors. The beds & pillows are comfy & the shower is bathrooms are pretty big. One of my top hotels when we're in the area, forsure!

Yelp
This was my first time staying here and we loved it! We've stayed many different places around Disney and have watched this hotel go through a remodel. The rooms were so nice and the lobby beautiful! They have a couple options for food inside, a little market and a bar/restaurant. We didn't eat either place but my family who traveled with us did eat at the market and said it was nice in the evening after our later flight. Overall I would love to stay here again!

Yelp
I've stayed here twice. Both times were great with their attentive staff, clean & modern rooms and close proximity to Disney property. The quick serve breakfast & coffee in the gift shop/convenience market in the lobby is 100%. Can be a little pricey for a stay depending on the season but this property is one I always check first when booking a stay for Disney.

Yelp
Best value around Disneyland, walking distance, only 5-10 minutes. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Recently remodeled, towels feel fresh and new. 5-stars, I'd give more if available

Yelp
My family and I stayed at the Sheraton because we were going to a convention and this hotel was in walking distance to where we needed to go. When I went to check into the hotel, I let the girl know that we needed a dog friendly room which I asked for on my reservation but I just wanted to make sure that they had that in their system. She noticed that I was on the second floor and she moved me to a bottom level room. This room was amazing , once I got to the room and open the back sliding glass door, I noticed that the room had a fenced off grass area for dogs. There is also a door that lead right to the parking lot, which made it easier for us to get in and out of the room and unload the kennel and bags. The room was very clean and pretty spacious. The beds were comfortable and they had a large TV with a small sitting area. It look like the bathroom had just been remodeled with a very nice shower. I enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner and body wash, mounted to the shower wall. They even had complementary body lotion that match the fragrances that were in the shower. I was a little concerned about the protesters that were outside. They were located in the front of the hotel and the backside of the hotel. However, once we close our back door, we could not hear them. The hotel was so nice that there was a complimentary breakfast every morning in the restaurant due to the racket the protesters were making. The Hotel itself is very nice. The pool had a play area with a giant chess board and connect four. They offer a workout room and they even have a Starbucks located in the gift shop near the lobby. We ended up making our way to Disneyland, which is in walking distance. However, there is a shuttle that picks up nearby if you don't feel like walking. The parking right when you pull in to the parking area is very tight. If you're driving a truck go to the backside of the building where there are bigger spaces. There was also not many cars parked back there which was nice. We will definitely be back to this hotel when we are in the Anaheim area.

Yelp
I'm surprised by the low ratings because i really enjoyed my stay here. It is located a 15-20 minute walk to downtown Disney or the parks. The hotel looks outdated on the outside but i was surprised at the room! It was better than expected. My kids enjoyed the pool and i enjoyed the gym (which is detached from the hotel). Parking was easy and there were plenty of spaces. Overall would recommend.

Yelp
Pretty good stay. 5 star service but not quite a5 star experience. LOCATION & DECOR: Across the street from Disneyland and California Adventure. Walking distance from Brewberry. Updated and modern decor. Grand entrance to an open concept lobby. Hallway ceilings about 7ft high while lobby ceilings are vaulted. FOOD & DRINK: Savor is the onsite restaurant serving pizza and a large assortment of wine. Sheraton club lounge for Bonvoy members w/ status including Complimentary continental breakfast from 6-10 am and happy hour with hors d'oeuvres from 5-7 pm. &More restaurant w/ breakfast sandwiches and a spinach wrap burrito, muffins, croissants, and coffee, teas and lattes. PRICE: $$$ For a double queen that supposedly sleeps four people is $250+. $30 daily parking on lot. SWAG/AMENITIES: -24/7 fitness center with room key access. -Pool, private-ish hot tub, poolside bar for snacks and beverages. -Business center for printing, faxing and copying. -Gift shop. Smart TVs STAFF & EXPERIENCE: Welcomed in by the kindest human, Crystal. She was kind, clear she opportunity. Offered an elite upgrade to a suite. We had 2 separate reservations that we wanted combined which was done w/o a hitch. Our room was right next to the elevators and ice machine which we couldn't hear through our walls. We were told that if our key didn't work for our room that we could use a phone next to the elevator to call and someone would come up instead of us having to come down to the front desk. That's nice. I'd say the service here is 5 stars. The room says it sleeps 4, but is small with one bath robe for 4 people and a capsule closet with space for one person's clothes. There are 2 drawers and 2 half shelves for storage. One drink faucet with a shelf beneath. 3 small shelves if you take the towels and bathroom items down. One towel hook near the bathroom door and a single towel bar next to the shower. Toilet seat is so low my knees are higher than my butt when seated and the toilet paper roll holder was below my knees as well. I'm 6'4, but my partner is 5'2 and even she thought this place was small. Sure there are 2 beds, but there's absolutely no way 4 people can stay in this room comfortably. We are unable to control the thermostat in our room and we're told that the heaters only came on if it was colder than 54 degrees outside! Other than that, the room temperature matched the temperature outside! We were able to get extra blankets and a space heater that worked pretty well actually. But I would've liked to be prewarned about the thermostat situation since I know they know it's an issue, hence the space heater availability. There's easy potential for this hotel to become a 5 star stop, but I don't like being cold and not in control of my own thermostat. I hate being told a room can fit more people than it actually can and I hate how small a room that's considered a suite is.

Yelp
I'm giving this hotel a 3 star because I'm here on business and of course I need my computer up and running but no wifi...because there is a 14.95 charge if you want to use the wifi! This is the first hotel I've been to that charges for wifi...really! Secondly no shuttle for Disneyland...you have to go to an app and get a day pass and pay the city so they can come get you. But I must admit the restaurant they have here is super good! The rooms are clean! Service is good. I would have given it a 5 star because it is a nice hotel but really to charge for wifi!

Yelp
They somewhat recently renovated this place and the rooms are nice, new and clean. The grounds still feel a bit outdated but not a huge issue. The elevators were insanely slow and you ultimately wait forever and even when you finally get one you will likely stop on many floors. It annoyed me enough that I started using the stairs (and I was on the 14th floor!). The club lounge had a nice breakfast option with coffee, fruit, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, toast etc. I expected that they would have snacks during the day or evening but they didn't which was a bit of a disappointment because Marriott M clubs always do. From 5-7 they would have small appetizers with usually two hot options and fresh fruit, vegetable crudité, crackers and cheese. The hot options were terrible in my opinion but at least they had the few other things. They also had premade cookies out. It was a convenient location for families going to Disneyland and close to the convention center. The gym was satisfactory with two ellipticals, two bikes, and three treadmills. They also had free weights and various lifting machines. I appreciated the mat space and the foam rollers to stretch.

Yelp
We stayed 10/24-10/25, our first time at this property. We try our best to stay within the Marriott brand so we can collect points. Our visit here started with parking first, because the door to the main lobby was blocked off and there were people rallying outside. We parked, found our way to the lobby thankful for all the signs they had. We checked in around 3 pm and Krystle, assisted us and was kind and apologized for the commotion going on outside. We were placed in the 11th floor, and we were thanked for being marriott members. We went on our way to the room, it was great. Newly remodeled hotel, updated and nice furnishing in the room. We rested for a little bit and then we left the room around 6pm. We checked the lounge first since we had access, it was ok for a lounge. Soda, bottled water, hot coffee and tea, some snacks were available. Area was nice in terms of furniture, but it didn't look like it was being watched or taken care of, since there were spills everywhere. We left the hotel, and came back around 10 pm. We found hairs in the bath tub, but it was fine we easily just sprayed the whole shower area down. As we were watching tv around 11 pm, we had a situation in the room which we saw an insect above the tv, took a picture and kept an eye on it. My husband took care of it a few minutes later. Called the front desk and explained what we saw, they offered to move us but we initially declined since it was late and we were unpacked, we did let them know if it happens again we will move rooms. About 10 minutes later, we saw another insect, we called the front desk and asked to be moved to another room in the same floor. We packed up and they sent someone to our room for the new keys and we went our way. We took pictures of the insect both times as proof. New room was great, but it made me feel uneasy throughout the night.. Next morning, we came down to the front desk to talk to someone in regards to the situation. We weren't upset, we just wanted to raise the concern, explain and show the pictures we had. Adriana came out to talk, we showed her the pictures and she listened. Tony, which I'm going to assume is from the maintenance department stopped by the front desk so Adriana called him, showed him the pictures as well. Tony, took care of things for us, he was apologetic, he said he was going to inspect the room and do the necessary action needed which we appreciate from him. He made the situation better, and we were thankful for that. Property is nice, the rooms look great. I want to come back at this hotel again, but not eager to because of what happened. Maybe we'll try again in the future.

Yelp
Worst service ever!!! My husband and I have been using our Marriot points from years and have never been discriminated against. We are a Hispanic family with some LGBTQ family members as well. The Samoan woman at the front desk refused to help with our reservations until I called to speak to the manager. Onsite supervisor was very helpful but director of operations offered no solution to how we were treated. I gave them screenshots of our reservations via email and they still made it hard for us without no email stating "how can they make it better?" Save your money and don't go here!!!!

Yelp
Beautiful hotel! Awesome rooms, awesome staff! They assisted me with early check-in, and gave me recommendations around the area. Love the energy the staff carries with themselves. I would definitely stay here again!

Yelp
A MUST if you're going to D23 Expo! So happy that we were able to get this hotel block and get the discount for this event. It is SOOO close to the Anaheim Con Center, so definitely stay here if you are going to a multi-day event there. You can literally just cut through the parking lot to the con and to your hotel and having unlimited in and out privileges is absolutely wonderful! For regular people who want to park there and they're not staying at the hotel, the daily parking rate is $50, but for us, I think it was around $15 for the entire weekend? You have to keep your parking pass to scan in and out each time though. Make sure NOT to lose it! Other than that, there's a pricey convenience store in the lobby, a sit down restaurant, and a fancy bar that was also a restaurant. It's a really nice lobby to hang out at for sure and there's a quiet office work station that you can rent out. Outside there's a shuttle stop too. There's a pool in the back and a nice garden that you can walk through from the parking lot. The room itself is pretty nice. We got a room with 2 queen beds. Extremely strong AC throughout the hotel and hallways. There's a mini fridge and the option to dim the ambience lights. Lots of USB slots to charge your devices and the beds were always set when we came back. Very comfortable. There was a TV with some local channels and cable channels (Travel/History Channel, etc.) and some streaming sites that you can log onto, Netflix, Hulu, etc. But strangely no Disney +?? We're right next to the Disney Parks! Another issue was the fact that unless you were a member you'd have to pay a daily rate for using the Wi-Fi. Not many places do that anymore to be honest and with all the tourist locations, I think it's a must for travelers since we want to connect with friends and family back home or post on social media. Our biggest issue was the shower in the bathroom. It definitely looks fancy and nice, but no matter how we closed the sliding doors, water would just leak out all over the floor and we'd have to use whatever towels we had to dry that up. The construction of the shower also left everything steamy and super humid. It was also confusing since there would be a handle on one side of the sliding door to enter, but on the opposite side to exit? I'm not sure how to explain this, but it made leaving the shower difficult without tracking whatever everywhere. Overall decent experience with how comfy the bed and AC was and the distance from the con center, but many other aspects could be improved for the cost of the room.

Yelp
Quick walk to the Disney parks. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We did have protestors outside our room (1/2024) VERY early. Coffee from the market in the hotel was good but pricey!

Yelp
Oh wow, just wow! I will start by saying that I do not stay at hotels of this level often so I was highly impressed just based off that alone. Although, with that mentioned, it was a very nice resort style hotel and I felt like my impression was worth value. From the moment I pulled into the front loading zone/valet, the gentlemen was so helpful and kind. I was helped by the miss at the front desk, Sylvia, and she was simply fantastic. She made my every request a reality. I was so worried but she reminded me she was there to help. Her smile is just great! My room, the lobby, pool area, car park, hallways, etc. were clean and well taken care of. I felt clean and safe during my stay. The rooms had security systems and a closed peak hole. I turned the sheets like I always do to Lysol and found nothing but spotless sheets and fluffy pillows. Not to mention the bathrooms! The shower was delightful with an extended sprayer for that spa feel! Even the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel amazing as I walk around Downtown Disney! The towels were stocked and felt clean, fresh, and sanitized. Krystal, was helpful during check in and the ladies made my day by assuring I had a room with a beautiful view and told me where to park so I could see my car. This morning I went to the lobby bar and cafe for a cocktail and enjoyed it on my balcony as I watched the Ferris wheel turn. What a great vacation by Sheraton! It gets better. An amazing gentlemen, Tony, shared with me some stories about pin trading since he noticed my collection of Disney pins. To my surprise, he gifted me a pin... I extended my arms for a hug! I was elated! Thank you, Sheraton Park Anaheim for making my Disney Vacay so relaxing, trusting, and accommodating. I will absolutely return!

Yelp
During our recent stay at the Sheraton property, a departure from our usual choice of Hiltons, we encountered an intriguing experience. The hotel itself exuded an air of elegance and comfort, until an unexpected disruption jolted us awake. The resonating clamor of picketers, passionately advocating for improved wages and benefits, filled the air. While we empathize with their cause, the early morning awakening proved challenging for those who are sensitive to noise. This incident has prompted me to seek accommodations at a hotel that prioritizes the well-being of its employees, placing them at the forefront while still ensuring a delightful experience for its guests.

Yelp
I recently stayed here on a business trip. This was actually my second stay, my first being before the renovation. The newly renovated rooms looked great. I did miss the suite-style but the rooms did look great and more modern. On the positive side, check in was a breeze. The table being able to raise and lower worked great for when I needed to work in the room. There were plenty of outlets to charge devices or work. I was lucky to have a Disneyland view so enjoyed watching the fireworks at night from the balcony. The restaurant was a great and reasonably priced place to grab breakfast. As a neutral aspect, it was somewhat convenient to get to Disneyland. It was about a 15 minute walk, but there is a number of homeless people who live along the route. They do not bother anyone but just something to be aware of if walking with family. I never felt unsafe on the walk at night. On the negative side, the large rooms have no storage. There was a very skinny closet and 2 small drawers. That was it. Luckily there is a very long, empty wall as that is where the suitcase sat since we had to live out of the suitcases due to lack of storage. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor daily. The supplies in the bathroom were stocked at a minimum with us running out of both toilet paper and body wash during the stay. The pillows are awful. I woke up daily with a sore back. I won't say I'd "never" stay here again as if I'm going to the Anaheim convention center it's very convenient. I don't know that I could recommend especially for multiple people or a family going to Disneyland.

Yelp
Stayed here recently for a fun Disneyland staycation. We were so lucky to have the warm and lovely Silvia check us in at the front desk. She made our 2 night stay amazing and unforgettable. Our room was beautiful and the lobby very clean and inviting. The hotel was recently remodeled and has a modern and chic vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the Disneyland fireworks each night, which was one of the highlights of our trip. The location was very central as we could walk to Disneyland, the Convention Center and the local restaurants. Can't wait to come back to this hidden jewel!

Yelp
Long story about this Sheraton. Apparently they have no control over the air-conditioning and heat. Do not plan on staying here if the weather is in between hot and cold or if you are normally used to controlling the temperature in your room. Don't worry the hotel does it for you! This is Ludacris, and probably the worst I've ever seen. Other than being in military barracks where they control all of the temperatures for us. The Hotel decided to do the same for you as well. We came back late from walking at Disneyland all day and came back to a hotel room that says 60° cooling and it literally is, 80° + in the room. Plus, they have never answered their phone when you call the front desk. I'm really not a big complainer, but this place is not worth your time and money. Just look at the reviews of three stars and that should let you know. All I have received since being here is excuses. I have a meeting with operation manager and hopefully I can update this. A few items more: if you leave the patio door open there's no screen doors to keep bugs and things out. Parking is $32 a day. The valet was asked for a recommendation for driving somewhere to eat and he told me he has no clue of a good place (hint this place serves food and he never recommended it) and that Anaheim isn't a good place for food (yes, straight from the employee).

Yelp
Very convenient location if you are attending an event at the Anaheim Convention center.  There is a $40 charge if you check in before the usual 4pm check in time.  We mostly use it as a home base as we only stayed one night while we attended Wondercon April 2022.  No resort fee, but parking is $25 which is a reasonable cost for any hotel nowadays.  Bed was comfortable, but I wish the bathroom had more counter space for all my makeup and toiletries. It's also walking distance to Toy Story lot if you are planning to take the shuttle from there to go to Disneyland, only about a few minutes walk. Our room on the 10th floor you can supposedly see Disneyland fireworks, but we were out having dinner during that time. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance! I also saw in the lobby shop they served Starbucks coffee, but we also had it in our room which is much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again! Maybe next time we will have enough time to check out the pool.

Yelp
My husband and I had a wonderful stay here a week ago. This was actually our second stay here, as stayed here 8 years ago. Since then, the hotel has gone through a fairly extensive renovation. The pros of this hotel include: -large rooms with couches -comfortable bed (this is very important) -large, modern bathrooms with nice toiletries -lovely on-sight restaurant -convenient on-sight mart where the workers make great coffee -safe on-sight parking -nice staff -maintained grounds -on-sight gym, laundry, and pool -quiet hallways (at least on our floor) -20 minute walk to Disneyland (this is also a con) The cons: -20 minute walk to Disneyland (this walk is l-o-n-g after a busy day in the parks) -heater in rooms don't work, which is a MAJOR con (we experienced this same issue in 2015) -it's a walk from the lobby to the elevators -lack of communication about loud protests ON PROPERTY (they are hotel employees so the hotel knew about it)

Yelp
AC broke and we had to switch rooms. During the switch we forgot some items in the fridge and asked for them to be sent to our new room. The housekeeping only gave me 2/6 items I know were in there and when asked what happened to the remaining she said she doesn't know? Told the front desk about it and all I got was a sorry she doesn't know. I'd understand more if everything was thrown out by mistake upon clean up, but front desk said the room hasn't even been officially cleaned... how'd she get 2/6 items, did this others just disappear? And I asked if there was other housekeeping staff incase they had some type of mix up but according to front desk there's only one person at the time. Dishonest staff, be cautious with your things.

Yelp
Honestly the worst hotel in CA I have ever stayed in. The walls are THIN. You hear everything; the people in the room next to us were talking (not loud, average decibel conversation) and we could hear every word. If someone sneezed 3 rooms down we would hear it. The rooms are sparse. The amenities were not wiped down, we could see fingerprints and grease smudges on items around the room. The beds don't have fitted sheets. The wifi is not complementary, $8 a day. Parking is $50 a day. Disney is not a quick walk away & there are no hotel shuttles. There were lines for the elevator multiple times during our stay & stairs were hard to locate. For the amount of money we paid for a room here I feel like I am being pranked, not a good hotel experience. Only good thing was there were no bed bugs.

Yelp
This was such a convenient stay! The staff upon check in was super helpful and my room was even ready EARLY!! Thanks Adrian at the front desk you were delightful! The room was clean and very spacious! The bed was very comfy with all the pillows! The towels were really lush too! I didn't use the pool or the restaurant that was here but I do plan on using them on my next visit - which is in July! Keeping this as the hotel for when I come to the Disneyland resort!

Yelp
Hospitality and hotels are hard to rate these days. I probably would give it 4 stars if they would have picked up the phone. I called at least 2 days zen times over two days and never got through. Finally called the bell desk where someone answered took my info and never got a call back from the front desk. Rates were pretty high which is everywhere now considering you only have the room for 18 hours. Room was clean but there was a knocking sound somewhere in the halls, on floor above... not really sure but once I heard it I couldn't not hear it. Luck of the draw I guess. Oh well.

Yelp
We booked our Disneyland trip through Costco and choose this hotel due to the price and walking distance. Currently, this hotel is under renovations and only floors, 1, 2, 12 and 14 are open as the rest are blocked off on the elevators. The good: The rooms are clean. The maid service comes in daily which is rare as a lot of other hotels have stopped this service due to covid. There is coffee in the room that isn't bad. The hot water stays hot which is really nice. The beds and pillows are comfortable, they are soft, which is fine. The bad: You can't control the thermostat in the room. The bathroom and bedroom are very dated. The walls are paper thin, like you can hear EVERYTHING in the hall including the crying kids coming back from Disney. On Monday morning the renovations started up again as I woke up at 7:45am to the sounds of an electric drill and construction crew. The hall ceiling are very low as my husband is 6'3" and was almost hitting his head walking to the elevator. There is an ice machine, but that's it. You will need to get a late night snack or soda else where. Also the main reservation desk is closed, so getting a Uber/Lyft or Taxi can be annoying, as they come to the original entrance, which is also under construction, so you need to go track them down. Maybe once this hotel is finished, it may be worth while staying. But if I had to do it again, I'd pay more money to stay in a nice hotel that is closer to the park.

Yelp
Stayed at this hotel for a weekend work conference and loved staying in a newly renovated room! The hotel also had a lot of working spaces - lounge area by the entrance, a restaurant with a bar, and seating by the pool area. My room (on the 8th floor) had a beautiful view of the pool and the city of Anaheim. It is with walking distance of Disney Land and various food choices and restaurants. Used the pool and hot tub - both were well kept and clean! Crystal, working the front desk, was super helpful, welcoming, and attentive to my team's needs! Definitely plan to return!

Yelp
I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member and try to stay so I can earn points BUT most importantly because I hold any Marriott Bonvoy hotel/associate to a higher standard because of their mission statement and treatment of their guests. I will not stay at this one ever. My daughter left her cell phone in the bathroom right next to Savor, the restaurant. Did not realize until an hour after into our 4 hour drive home. We called the phone and an employee found it and said she would return to front desk. Very grateful! I could not get to the front desk after trying for 45 minutes so I had to call the valet parking. He forwarded a note with my info to the front desk to let them know I was looking for it. They were going to call me so I could make arrangements to pay for the shipping of the phone. After 3 hours (almost home) I called again and got Stan at the front desk. He said the phone was there. He said I needed to go to "lostmystuff.com" and pay for the shipping. I asked if I could FedEx a label on Tuesday instead and he said yes. I asked for details.... Contact person, etc and he was pretty dismissive of my needs. Very vague, unhelpful and not kind. Not all of the Marriott Bonvoy hotels treat you as such. Just some I guess. I felt like I did not get what I gave in return. I tipped well for guest services and valet. Made sure the room was clean when we left. Just very disappointed.... Update: OH WAIT- there is no update....... Manager was concerned about our experience and said they would reach out. That was 27 days ago.

Yelp
3 rooms booked. Family of 6 adults and a baby. Their mobile key system is not working and they would only give one key card per room. Problem is that you need a key to go up the elevator. So if part of your party wants to return from the parks early, you're out of luck. The party that stays in the park can't get the elevator back to their room. Unacceptable. Room was super hot temperature when we first arrived and AC not working. Called front desk and they said they would send engineering up. An hour later, temp had gone up 4 degrees and no one had shown up to fix it. Unacceptable. Tried to call front desk. They wouldn't answer. Went to front desk and they wrote my concerns on a piece of paper. I don't have high hopes that anything will be taken care of. Not a good start to an expensive family Disney vacation that I've been planning for over a year. Very disappointed, Marriott.

Yelp
There is something that no one mentions about this hotel which is that heat/air or temperature control is not available at this property. I'm currently in a room that has remained 66 degrees all day. I'm told that the system automatically goes on for the entire property depending on when the outside temperature is in the mid 50's and goes off when outside temperatures exceed. Additionally, I was told that management and staff have no way to override controls to provide a comfortable living environment. Another frustration was that upon check in, I was given a room that had a loud motor sound and vibrations in the hallway that extended into my room. Then they gave me a second room with the same issue. It wasn't until they sent someone up to my floor that they were able to find a room in a mid section that was quieter. Lastly, parking fees are quite high and the internet was down for the property in the morning for an hour or two preventing me from working. The rooms themselves were nice and comfortable and the property/facilities lovely and well maintained. Also, the staff were very friendly and tried their best but didn't have any power to remedy the issues that were occurring. If this property is unable to replace the heating system than at the very least they should adjust the controls so that the room temperatures are at least in a reasonable range.

Yelp
Pros: clean rooms, 15 min waking distance to Disney Cons: -elevators don't work, we stayed there veterans weekend and they only had one elevator working. They are super small and don't fit many people. We had to wait for a long time just trying to get to our rooms with our baby. - cleaning crew threw away/stole our personal belongings when they came in to clean the room. We found out when we returned from a long day that a bag of clothes was missing.. we reported it to management and they pretty much said we are sorry and we will have a meeting. They don't care.. we had to check out the next day and didn't get any answers.. they said they would call us and they never did... if you end up staying here we recommend to put the sign on your door do not disturb to protect your personal belongings.. you will not get them back
