Sheraton Reston Hotel

The staff was lovely. Brigitte in Provisions greeted everyone with a smile and a big good morning. What a great way to start the morning. The hotel is beautiful and has been recently renovated, making my trip much more enjoyable. Jamar (sp) at the bar remembered what I drink and provided overall great service, as did the rest of the bar staff. I’d stay here again!

First night we checked in the night auditor provided exceptional customer service. However, additional c/s from the front office staff including manager haver a lot to learn about making customers want to stay at their hotel again Our room also was not properly serviced. No bottle water left in the room. When asked the manager said you can purchase from over there....wow. I guess you get what you pay for. Our server Kaitlyn went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice breakfast experience. They should all learn a thing or two from her.

I have been traveling to the area for years after moving south. Haven't stayed here since the renovation. Pleasantly surprised. My suite is lovely and pristine. Noe, the barman is beyond friendly and capable. His recommendations didn't disappoint and he crafted the perfect cocktail. And upon check in all but fell in love with Pan. Perhaps the sweetest reception ever. This is my new go to hotel several times a year.

Very clean and hospitable hotel. The people that work such as Yarik and Karen were amazingly courteous and attentive. If you’re able to enjoy the club area, fitness center, restaurant and common areas then this is the place to stay. The rooms are well cleaned by the hospitality staff, with clean towels and sheets.

Very clean hotel. Staff has been friendly and I was upgraded to a suite through my Bonvoy status. It's in a quiet location with plenty of food options within a mile or two. Highly recommend a night here!

Had a great time staying at this hotel. Any slight inconvenience I had was sorted out immediately. Food in the restaurant was great. Room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Tommy on the front desk was always extremely helpful and always to happy to help which was a big positive!

Nice hotel, very clean and nice front desk staff. Location close to IAD but unfortunately no walkability to restaurants in Reston (about a mile away) and importantly, no Starbucks nearby. Rooms are great and beds very comfortable but a better location would be preferred to avoid Ubering to and from dinner every night. Nice gym.

The hotel has had a recent renovation and was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful with a good sense of humor. Fitness area had new equipment and a good selection of equipment.
