Absolutely love SNH!! Sonia, and Keke are absolutely amazing with their clients!! Every time I am there, the environment is so lively and welcoming! I’ve been to other nail salons here in Lakeland but this is by far the best salon there is!! They treat you like family and ensure the service is fantastic ALWAYS!

It was my first time here today and Ash did her thing! The salon is cute and I immediately felt welcomed. Ash is so sweet and fun to have an appointment with. And she is wildly talented. If you want fire nail art, she’s your girl. I have finally found my nail girl!

I LOVE this place! It's in my favorite plaza and Jade does an AMAZING job every time! I've never been one to regularly get my nails done but now I am 😊💅

I’ve been a regular at this salon for about 2 years now and they never miss!!!! These are photos of my last two sets. The vibe is amazing and they also offer complimentary wine. All of the techs are amazing and I never leave unsatisfied with my nails!!! The cherry set was done today by Ash and the orange set was done by the owner, Kristin. If you’ve been considering trying them, stop what you’re doing and go book an appointment!!!!!

Tech that did my nails did a good job. And the one that did my toes was amazing! They have never been this cute 😍

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Kierna talked me through the whole process-first time gel-x extensions. They gave me an extra top coat when I came back cause the nails got scuffed (assuming when I reached for my wallet). Great location and will definitely be back!

Ok so I went here 3 times The 1st time it was bad my gel nails broke off within a week, The 2nd time Chris did good a little thick but good. The 3rd time I went 8/28 and today is 8/31 my nails are nasty they have all lifted and are super thick plus now they are chipping. Very bad work. I am so unhappy I wasted money but I will never never go back here again. I have to remove them ASAP because food get stuck in between Which May lead to Fungus! Good luck if you go here.

I just finished getting a gel manicure... The table I sat at was dirty. I could feel and see debris on the surface. The lady doing my nails seemed to be rushing for no reason. My appointment was at 10:30am but I came with my mother like 10 minutes early and nobody else was in the salon beside the lady doing my manicure and 2 other nail techs. She brought up my acne trying to sell other services but it just made me uncomfortable. She used polish with bristles that were frayed. She only put cuticle oil on one hand and hardly because I think the product was running out. When she swiped it on my white nails there was black residue left behind. She tried to file nail polish off my skin and then used a cuticle cutter to cut it off. I tried expressing what I didn't like and she tried saying it was my dry skin. Then said she could put on another coat. I paid and left. I think the pictures speak for themselves.

I'm a transplant from Los Angeles and have been struggling to find a nail salon that provided excellent service along with an LA-type atmosphere and I finally found a salon that has nailed both. First and foremost, the salon itself is adorable and really clean. The technicians are hilarious, inviting, personable and not to mention knowledgeable. I called for dip initially and was educated on why this particular salon does not offer this service and I honestly won't ever go back. CLEANLINESS is no joke when it comes to salons and She's Not Here understands this. They also offer adult beverages... which I am all for. I have been twice now and already looking forward to my next visit, which feels more like hanging with friends and I know that may not be everyone's cup of tea but I am LIVING for it. RUN, don't walk on over to She's Not Here. Best nail salon in Lakeland as far as I am concerned. PERIOD.

Staff was very friendly. But I got the dip nails and 1 nail chipped the first day after I got home. Then within a week the rest of my nails slowly starting coming off.

Was not too impressed with how they turned out. The ladies were lovely though and amazing environment.

Super welcoming and talkative staff. Has a cute aesthetic as well as a very large and clean array of nail polish/acrylic powder to choose from. Has any charm or sticker you can imagine. I even got a "pierced" nail once. If you're wanting nail art this is the place to go.

I was super excited to try this place but it was overpriced for the services. I went in for a full set. The lady doing my nails was very sweet however her work was messy and uneven. She tried her best to fix it each time I asked which I appreciated, but for the amount I paid I prefer professional work. I ended up going to Perfect Nails and spa down the road to Brandy and she fixed them perfectly. The service for a full set and gel polish was $55 at SNH

Terrible service complete over price I really never recommend this place at all save your money and never go to this place the prices on the website it's complete different for what you pay terrible place if terrible people

The people are very nice but their equipment was dirty. I didn't have the heart to walk out but I won't go back.

Absolutely loved my set! Was visiting in town from Tampa and wanted to see what the hype was about! The ladies were able to get me and my friend in and my set turned out gorgeous! Ruby did an amazing job and is very talented with her nail art! Some things that i would change regarding my visit was to make my time with the nail tech not so rushed because that's how i felt while she was doing my nails: that the time was being rushed. Plus another thing that should be changed is to add more chairs for pedis and more techs available because they were shooing away many walk ins and there wasn't enough chairs for pedis! If i would visit again if make an appointment!

So unprofessional and kinda disappointed. I had two different ladies do my manicure and pedicure and they both turned out terrible. I wanted a short flat top to my nails and I got a freaking U it literally looked like the shape of a U. And my feet was in the water for a total of maybe two minutes during my pedicure and the special scrub they leave on did absolutely nothing for me. The top coat to my pedi was bad. It was so thick where she tried to "fix" it instead of just taking it off and starting over and it just slid to one side of the nail. Something that should've took 2 hours took 4 and I went home and immediately took my pedicure color off and my nails were gone in 3 days.

I went in for a hard gel manicure. I had not had my nails done in over a year and was excited to do something nice for my birthday. My natural nails were long and I requested her to shape them down to a coffin shape. They are a coffin shape but they are uneven. Some of the nails are straight on one side and super filed down on the other. One nail she had to add a extension and you can see where it caused it to dip down, she didn't fix it or attempt to fix the dip either. On the website I booked this service for $45 and when I went to pay she charged me $60. I picked out regular nail polish to go over the hard gel and she ended up using gel polish and didn't mention that there would be an uncharge until she was finished. I had high hopes for this place but I will not be returning.

Would love to try but never could get an answer to schedule an appointment. Maybe they aren't quite open yet? Or the hours are not accurate on Yelp? Would love to upgrade this review. Big supporter of local businesses and rarely give one star.

I honestly really wanted to live this salon, but no. For the price the quality of work is not there. I wanted to love my nails so bad I even asked the nail tech to fix them and customer satisfaction was not the answer. Not the place for acrylics.

The worst experience ever I didn't like my nails the lady that did my nails mess up a lot of times plus she left one of my toenails broke

Really wanted to love this place. The staff is really nice and the salon is pretty but their timing is just long for service's. I booked a full set and pedicure. Full set is alright. The pedicure, the girl seemed really unexperienced, not worth $40.

i was soooo excited to try this place out, looks amazing on the inside and the girls are all nice and lively. but the work that they do is not good. atleast with my experience. i went in for a full set, i asked for a nail with designs on it. did not get it. still got charged for it as well. the execution of the nails is absolutely horrible. i have never received nails in my life that have looked this bad. the polish is extremely messy, the acrylic is so thick. i also walked outside after to my car, 2 of the girls that worked there. we're outside smoking weed. so... needless to say i would not go back and steer everyone away from coming here.

Most amazing nail spa I have ever been to! The girls are so nice and hilarious. There choices are amazing weather its nails or wine haha.I never wanted to leave my old salon but since I moved I had to find a new one.But I'm glad I did my first time going they treated me so nice it's such a great place.

I was seeking out a new nail salon because I was having issues with the one I had been frequenting. I had stumbled upon She's Not Here one night stopping at the gas station for a snack, so I made an appointment. I went in a few days later, the atmosphere was great, the esthetic was extremely pleasing, the work place was very very clean, and the teqs were a great time. But with all that being said my appointment took 2+ hours and my manicure didn't even last a week. I had gotten what they told me was a hard gel to still give my nails the strength that they need, I got this because they don't offer a dip gel because of it being unsanitary (which I was totally fine with). I got a gel polish overlay with a French tip and a small heart design. I was told that this would last at least 2 weeks, it lasted 5 days before it started to peel. Keep in mind I did get a gel polish overlay, a French tip, and a small design, but in total this cost me $65. And for $65 my manicure should have at least lasted the full 2 weeks. Great people and a sanitary work place, but the service itself was lengthy and didn't last as it should have.
