An amazing experience - we came with our three kids as a last resort and were welcomed into this restaurant. The food was exceptional and had all the hallmarks of great Cantonese food but with a freshness that left us wanting more. This place is a gem.

ランチで訪問数回訪問。 いつも美味しくいただいてます。 25.12の平日に2人で訪問。 土日の予約はなかなか取れないけど、平日だったので3週間前に予約して席を取ることができました。 お店の場所は東大路五条あたりの馬町交差点下がった西側の東大路通りに面しているが少し分かりにくい。 お店に入ると正面にカウンターその右にキッチン、右手前にテーブル席が1卓とこぢんまりとしています。 注文はふかひれの姿煮コースもう一人はSコースと別々の料理を注文。被っていない料理をシェアすると色んな種類の料理が食べられて、量と質とも非常に充実して満足感が得られます。 暫くして料理到着。 まず前菜(5品)の盛り合せ。ひと品ひと品の味を堪能。いつもながら工夫された味に感動。ただ、他の前菜が美味しすぎるが故にか今回は鯛そのものの味に?がついちゃいました。次の蒸しスープは、滋養強壮、疲労回復等にいいとのことで薬膳料理のようですが、ここしか味わえない独特の味。そして美味しくて優しい味。次に来た点心は食べると思わず微笑んでしまうほど美味しい。海老マヨは普通。 そしてメインのふかひれ姿煮の土鍋炒飯。姿煮の形は崩れているが見るからに美味そう。姿煮と炒飯を別々に食べるとそれぞれに美味しい。そしてその合わさったのをひと口口に入れると、口一杯に旨味が広がる。もう最高。 最後のデザートまで美味しくいただく事ができました。 また来ます。 ごちそうさまでした。
