Shilla Monogram Danang

Stayed 3 nights at the end of July. Room and facilities were quite new and maintained in a very good condition. Beach, right in front of the hotel, was so calm and relaxing that I enjoyed chilling on the sun bed on the beach. Fine grained sand beach was vast. Food and service were also fantastic. Each and every member of staff was kind and friendly. I enjoyed Grill&Chill of the bistro M. Especially, Ms. Ha (trainee) at Bistro M made our experience more enjoyable and exceptional with her warm and excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff are exceptional - attentive to our needs and made an effort to ensure we would have a pleasant stay. One staff stands out in particular for us - the hotel driver, Chuong. He went beyond the call of duty. So is the concierge. She gave excellent recommendations for our itinerary as well as the excellent restaurants for our lunches and dinners. ||Hotel breakfast is the best I have had in a hotel esp the salad bar.

We had a wonderful time during our two-night stay at the Shilla. The rooms were very nice, and the pool area is huge! If you’re planning to stay here, I would definitely recommend including breakfast. The variety of dishes was incredible and was delicious.

This was my first time traveling to Da Nang, and I was worried about taking my elderly parents with me. However, the Shilla Hotel provided me with so much careful guidance and consideration that I felt as if I were at home. I was so proud to see my parents' satisfaction. I especially want to give high praise to Ms. ANH, the staff member, for her thorough guidance and service from a customer perspective. If you visit the Shilla Da Nang, consult with her, she will be very helpful !!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Shilla. We had a lovely room with a very spectacular view. The facilities were top notch, and the beach was very quiet and relaxing. The restaurants are good, tough the Bistro was our favorite. Breakfast is a great buffet and has a very, very wide variety. But there is one thing that makes this place stand out from all other hotels and that is the staff! thye are simply amazing!!! We highly recommend this place!!

Really Happy with My Stay Here The resort is really nice, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The beach is right in front and it’s super beautiful — clean and clear water, great for swimming or just walking around. My room wasn’t very big but it was clean and tidy. For the price, I think it was totally worth it. The best part was the breakfast — the food was fresh, tasty, and there were lots of options. I was full and happy after every meal! Overall, I had a great time and would love to come back again someday.

I had a very wonderful moment at the hotel. I made some mistakes during my stay, but staffs at the hotel were very generous and kind to us. Especially, Thao at the Bar M was so friendly and kind to us. She took care of our trouble with smile. So I want to say thank to her in this review.

I stayed in a corner suite , spacious with a lovely ocean view. Very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was a highlight. A wide variety of high-quality food, from hot phở to fresh salads and more. Everything I tried was delicious. Service was solid, especially the bellboy. I must mention Jane Nguyen, outlet manager of M Dining. She’s clever, charming, and truly outstanding. A real hidden gem for Shilla. We tried two types of Korean noodles from the à la carte menu, both tasted authentic and satisfying. Facilities were a mixed bag. The beach was peaceful and enjoyable. The pool, however, had unclear yellowish water and was too crowded. The executive lounge was a disappointment: limited food and drinks during happy hour, slow refills, no wine or beer,not worth the extra cost. On the positive side, the Korean-style sauna and jacuzzi were excellent. The resort has a strong Korean atmosphere, with mostly Korean and some Vietnamese guests. Overall, a good stay with some standout moments. Just skip the executive lounge.
