The rooms are very clean, towels are changed daily, and the facilities feel new and well-maintained. However, I found the front desk service less welcoming, particularly for non-Korean speakers. The translation system they use seems to default from Korean to Chinese, even when addressed in English, which made communication difficult. On a couple of occasions, staff members appeared impatient when I asked for assistance. For example, when I requested help to book a jumbo taxi to the airport, the response felt reluctant and without much explanation. While the accommodation itself was comfortable, the overall experience was affected by the unfriendly service, and I would likely not choose to stay again.
