Shilla Stay Jeju

Amazing stay and thank you to the staff who has been very helpful with requests like late check out. The location is near shops and various option of food around. It feels safe to walk through the area.The room is very well kept and clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed just staying in the room.It is a close distance to the airport and attractions.Thankful for a well rested night and a great way to end off this trip.

Cozy hotel in a convenient location. Shops and restaurants within walking distance.  The aircon is shut down during winter so the window will need to be opened for air circulation. There’s construction ongoing next to hotel, it does get noisy from 7am if the windows are opened.

It is very near the airport, one of the shopping streets and a few convenient stores but you cannot take large luggage onto jeju buses because they are very small. You still have to cab to and fro hotel. The breakfast can be crowded on some days and the food selection remains the same for many days. Coffee machines always break down and they do not provide toothbrush and toothpaste. Hotel lobby is very nice and staff is polite. Recommended for the central location and the room is sufficient and comfortable for two persons.

We stay do 4 nights. Housekeeping don’t change sheets everyday. Location is good overall. The second night freak me of. The lights came on and off from 1am till 3am and ask for repair.

The rooms are very clean, towels are changed daily, and the facilities feel new and well-maintained. However, I found the front desk service less welcoming, particularly for non-Korean speakers. The translation system they use seems to default from Korean to Chinese, even when addressed in English, which made communication difficult. On a couple of occasions, staff members appeared impatient when I asked for assistance. For example, when I requested help to book a jumbo taxi to the airport, the response felt reluctant and without much explanation. While the accommodation itself was comfortable, the overall experience was affected by the unfriendly service, and I would likely not choose to stay again.

Always love this hotel for the convenient location, cleanliness, well-equipped gym, etc. No frills and simple but it works. Recommend and we will be back thank you
