A great place for a bowl of noodles! The rice noodles with sliced beef is a bowl full of flavor and spice. Imagine all of the great ingredients of hot pot put into a bowl... It's fantastic. The seared dumplings were delicious. A great flavor and light crisp. The bubble tea was nice and paired well with the noodles. Service was great and the waitress is so nice! Would recommend!

I had their spicy broth with fish. It was extraordinary. The spice was hot but tingly. The saltiness was exactly deep. The fish was tender and moist for the broth. The vegetables all stood up to the broth, so I could taste the greens and not just more soup. The noodles were really good and did not get soggy. The star is the broth; I think their spicy broth is so much better than their other broths that I would only get the spicy broth, or ask for some of the spicy broth in all the other broths.

If there is negative star, I will put -100!! I ordered rice noodle and noodles with soy bean paste, and there are cockroaches inside. More than one of them. So disgusting！！I don’t know how do they get their hygienic license!

This is one of those rare places that’s truly worth the journey. My friend and I often fly three hours from Florida to New York in the morning just to have lunch here, then fly back the same evening — and it’s absolutely worth it. Every time I visit Flushing, there’s about an 80% chance I’ll find myself dining here. The food is remarkably fresh, and the soup is deeply flavorful — a comforting reminder of how great cooking should taste. In today’s dining landscape, where many restaurants seem to have forgotten the fundamentals of real cooking, this spot stands out even more. And frankly, when the food is this good, it’s a luxury not having to worry about cleaning dishes afterward.

Im so Disappointed. The quality of the packaging was already very bad. The original flavor is so bland, no flavor, tastes like straight up water. It didn’t even include a egg like the traditional version most of the stores have. Never coming back again, horrible experience.

Hot soup and noodles served in a sizzling large ceramic bowl. Your choice of broths, seafood, poulty, beef, pork or vegetables. Mild to spicy, and hot. You add numerous sides into the bowl in order. See instructions on takeout menu. The noodle soups just warm the insides on a cold day. Comfortable, cozy restaurant with good, pleasant, hard working staff for lunch or dinner. Also rice and noodles dishes and tasty side dishes. Very reasonable. Eat in menu much better selection than takeout menu.

They use Lactaid milk so no tummy aches for the lactose sensitive. Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Tapioca Boba pearls, I like their small size of the balls, they are less chewy Mango Milk Tea with Lychee Jelly is lightly sweet and refreshing. Nice interior, looking forward to trying more!

This is the spot for rice noodle soups. Portions are huge! It seems like most people in the restaurant share 1 order. They serve the soup in a clay pot to retain the heat for as long as possible. The soup is brought out sizzling! I got the fish with sauerkraut because I like the sourness (it's not too sour). The restaurant itself is very small but family friendly. Lots of little children eating. It seems like they have lots of combo specials going on but it's all written in Chinese. The food came out very fast. The staff are all very young and it seems like they are used to high customer turnover.

Tasty balanced meal for a great price. Came around 6pm on a Monday, and was relatively empty. We ordered the Original Crossing Bridge noodles with Beef slices. Food came out piping hot and fast. The noodles also came with tofu, corn, cabbage- making this meal well balanced, which can be rare when eating out. Everything was perfectly cooked and the broth was flavorful- nothing to nitpick at! Great spot for a balanced meal at an affordable price.

One of my favorite places in Queens. Their Spicy Beef rice noodle is amazing, perfect for the cold weather. They give you free noodle refills as much as you want but the original portion is already good enough actually. Service is fine, the atmosphere is nice as well. It's always clean and quiet. A good spot to have conversations with your friends while eating.

It's always a bit surprising how much the quality of this chain restaurant varies from location to location. There are a few locations in Boston that I went to when I used to live in MA, and I feel like the quality was so much better there than this location in Flushing. shrug I ordered the spicy beef flank rice noodle (麻辣牛腩米線). It was actually quite spicy, and I think deceptively so HAHA because it didn't look like there was a lot of chilli oil in it. But perhaps the noodles were very absorbent or something. Anyways I digress. Overall it was a pretty good bowl of noodles, with a very large portion of the rice noodles, which were cooked nicely (not too chewy or hard). I was not a fan of how much of the shredded seaweed ish thing was in the broth since it weighed down every bite. The fried bean curd rolls were nice. There were definitely a lot of pieces of beef, but some of them were mostly fat/unchewable parts, which was a little inconvenient and unexpected when ordering the 牛腩 beef flank option. Overall, though, it was not bad, and the price was still very Flushing, i.e. quite low. Also you get a free passion fruit tea if you check in on Yelp! Yes, I know it's just sugar water basically but it was a nice treat. They also gave a free quasi-frozen off-brand Yakult at the end, too. Good meal in general, but by Flushing standards I was a tad disappointed, especially since there's a better rice noodle place like, literally on the same block.

We came here on a Sunday afternoon and ordered the fried buns, original crossing bridge rice noodle and tomato with fish rice noodle. Both were noodle soups: The fried buns were DELISH and we dipped them in condensed milk. I would order this again and again. Crossing Bridge came with fish tofu, ham, wood ear mushroom, veggies, corn, and sliced beef. The Fish Tomato Soup came with fish, veggies, etc. The prices are reasonable for the portions you get and the broth is super flavorful. Overall, this restaurant is great to eat on a cold winter day or if you're just craving noodle soup!

I would have never known about this place if my friend had not been introduced to me. It's located in the middle of a small street. There are practically no street parking available due to construction and business cars. Try to park wherever you find along the way. This place has hot boiling pots with noodles. There are many other menus, but I have not tried any of them. This noodle hot pot is so tasty. I can not find a time to try other foods. The soup broth is very flavorful, but I wouldn't drink them... you can pick from various preset hotpot or choose/add/remove ingredients. Look over the menus before you go! The place is very clean. Interior is pretty basic. Nothing too special about interior. Staff are pretty nice. Staff work very efficiently. It looks like the kitchen communicates really well with staff. Overall, service and interior were pretty basic but also were very pleasant!

Soup and noodles were great....I wish there were more meat though. No more free rice noodles as advertised!? Don't fall for the tiktok scam!

Tomato and mushroom noodle soups were amazing! A good amount of mushrooms in the mushroom soup and super flavorful. We got one refill of noodle each and it's a pretty big bowl! You can definitely share it with a friend if you don't want to be too stuffed. All the toppings come cooked inside the boiling hot pot of noodle soup so there's no need to add it in like some other places have it. Overall, was a nice cheap and quick meal. Will definitely come back to try other flavors!

Soup noodles were delicious, and the portions were large. You definitely get your money's worth. Went there twice without incident. However, the third time would be our last time, as we saw a family of three sitting two tables over from where we were sitting, freaking out because a giant elusive cockeroach on the wall was menacing them. The owner's wife tried to smash it, but was not quick enough. Upon seeing this my wife and I requested the check stat and left in a huff.

Really good home/country style cooking. The rice noodles are a little different from other noodle shops. Really nice texture. A bit slippery. Makes it easier to wolf down large mouthfuls. Yumm. The soups are beautiful looking and really tasty without being overly salty. You can really drink the soup without feeling like you're ingesting a ton of salt. And the prices are so reasonable. The sides and apps are an interesting bunch. There's seaweed, gizzards, pumpkin pancakes, saliva chicken (!!), and a ton of other stuff even this Chinese guy hasn't heard of.

The is one of the locations of the individually owned, world wide franchise ShiMiaoDao Yunnan Rice Noodle (Ten Second) based in Yunnan province landlocked in South West China. If you do a little Googling you will see they have locations everywhere and are growing in the US as well (a few in NYC, but they all look a bit different probably because of different owners). The concept is great with a variety of rice noodle and other soups, over rice dishes, apps along with decent boba tea drinks. The aesthetics make the place very inviting with well lit beautiful artwork adorning the walls. Its an appealing place to sit and enjoy a meal. I noticed they recently added a newly discovered favorite dish of mine - Sauerkraut Fish with rice. The version here is very good packed with lots of veges, tofu, little noodle bows and plump filets of fish sitting on top. My mistake is not ordering this dish extra spicy because I love the Szechuan peppercorns that bring the heat to match the sour. Other versions I had added a bit of citrus to tie the sour and spicy together, but I didn't notice it here. I would get this again - and plan to... I tried some of the original pot with sliced beef - the broth and ingredients were abundant and tasty. The cold spicy sour cucumber was tasty as well. I feel the items are well priced and the service was very good.

The service is questionable, but the food is amazing. The complementary yakult at the end of each meal is a great idea. For first timers, I recommend the noodles with fish and sour cabbage. I've been here more than 5 times and really like the noodles. However, I brought a friend today but was met with terrible service. We waited almost 50 minutes total for the food, had to remind them twice that we already ordered and have already been waiting 20-30 minutes. They still wanted more than 18% tip after giving us the bill... If you can look past the gaps in service quality, the food is amazing. One of my favorite Yunnan rice noodles in NYC as they really have the broth recipe down right. I have tried almost every variation of the menu and my favorites are Original Crossing Bridge, Beef Tripe, and Fish with Sour Cabbage. I can honestly have a bowl of these rice noodles every week as it's an absolute comfort meal - like a warm hug in a bowl. The crispy chicken, chicken gizzards and pumpkin pancakes are worth trying too!

I love Yunnan cuisine. A mix of eclectic ethnic Chinese cuisine from different regions of China. A main staple is rice noodles for this cuisine. The noodles are not as heavy as your standard egg noodles and they offer an al dente chew. I really enjoyed the appetizers here. The salty crispy chicken taste just like Taiwanese popcorn chicken and the fried buns were crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside and paired with sweet condense milk ftw delicious! Portion sizes are very generous and with a variety of soup bases, proteins and vegetables offered here there is something that will satisfy your pallete. Variety of broths like kimchi, mahlat, tomato, sour cabbage, curry, vegetarian, chicken and the list goes on. They also serve rice dishes as well. Don't miss out as the food and service are great. Easy street and residential parking.

not bad for a family owned restaurant, only one staff so have to be patient , food isn't bad at all , the price is great !!! can't beat the prices . good amount of food

The rice noodles and takoyaki were absolutely delish! The soup was like heaven, and the takoyaki was with a lot of sauce and bonito flakes. Service was friendly and helpful, but they forgot to give us the drink, which was fine since we didn't want it during the meal. Very nice setting, the tables and bathroom were clean and the wall art was fantastic!

We got the pickled mustard green and tomato and beef noodle soup. Both soups were delicious and very filling. The fries were also crispy. Delicious meal at a reasonable price!!

I've been here multiple times and every time I love it! I'm a huge fan of them, so delicious and so yummy. Service was great, and my go to is always the spicy ones because I can never go wrong with it. But last time I got a tomato base soup and it was genuinely so surprisingly nice, definitely recommend!

This place is legitimately good, and a much welcome addition to the area. I love to eat my spicy and hot and sour noodle soup bases, but I really hate going into the downtown Flushing area. I had the beef tripe with hot pot sour face rice noodles, and it had that ma la tang taste I love, and was chock full of tripe, veggies, tofu, and noodles. I also ordered the fish with sour cabbage rice noodles, and it was still delicious reheated the next day. That seems to be one of the favorites on the menu here. I got the cold spicy sour cucumber appetizer, which is swimming in hot chili oil, my fave. Pairs well with the fish noodles. Lastly, I ordered the brown sugar boba milk tea, and that was good too. i've only ordered takeout from here, but the staff is friendly and service is quick. I also think the food is reasonably priced for very decently sized portions. I can't wait to come back and try some new dishes, and next time I'll bring hubby. Got to support local neighborhood restaurants, especially in this neighborhood where the restaurants seem to have a pretty high turnover rate!

This is a yunnan chain noodle restaurant. I've been to the other store around saint marks and liked it. Despite being a franchise, I believe the way the owner manages the store makes a big difference. The restaurant was full with people, but the staff were friendly yet attentive. The staff make customers feel like they really care about your experience as soon as you step in the restaurant. We were about to be seated near the door (it was super cold that day) and the attentive staff arranged for us to be seated away from the door. Food was good, I had the waiter assist me in cooking the noodle. I got the tomato based beef brisket. The noodle was chewy and on point, the beef was tender, and the broth was flavorful. Highly recommend this restaurant to other helpers looking for Asian noodle place.

The rice noodles here are perfect for a light and delicious meal. The vegetarian one is excellent by itself- perfect for anyone. It is not too salty which I love. The staff are kind, and the design of the bowls are lovely. I can't wait to dine in here and try more of their delicious noodles. Yumm. Also, their brown sugar boba is not bad at all. Would also get that again!

I ordered the spicy sirloin rice noodle soup and it didn't disappoint. It's spicy, tangy & savory all at once. I also tried their cold lamb tripe and that was interesting. It had a unique unexpected flavor and texture. Overall a great option when looking for a place to eat on Saint Marks Street without the massive crowds.

The place is small but the food is delicious. The chicken rice noodle soup is my favorite. My son likes the beef with kimchi rice noodle soup. The prices are fair. We will come back for other dishes.

I love coming here for their hearty noodles. The broth is alway yummy. And it's nice that you can customize your add on easily.

A new noodle shop opened around the neighborhood, and their sign read "10 second pot". Curious nature brought us through their doors. A beautifully clean and colorful decor with spacious seating area along with a gracious host and helpful wait staff presented itself a relaxing dining experience. The menu is easy to read with pictures and English translations. Any questions, the wait staff are quick to offer their suggestions. After our first visit, we realized maybe we actually enjoyed the meal more than we gave credit so we returned a second time in 5 days. The sizzling pot is more than a gimmick. It's actually pretty good. 1. Clean dining area, 2. friendly staff, 3. quick service, 4. good food, and 5. reasonably priced gets FIVE stars from me.

I know the food here is good. I've tried this brand at various locations throughout nyc; Brooklyn, Manhattan, and now Queens. I usually get the tomato broth noodles and it's good. This time I ordered something new for me to try; fish and sour cabbage noodles. It delivered what it's suppose to; it was spicy and it was sour. However, it was not my cup of tea. :/ Still a good experience, I'm open to trying other flavors on the menu! :)

Family and I used to love coming here. The food was good and staff was friendly to talk with. So we decided to walk over and grab some take out (which we have done previously). It's sad to say that this place is no longer what we remember. Personally, I think it's much worse. The taste of the food is no longer the same and portions is so smaller than what it use to be. I understand that with covid, things need to be adjusted to make ends meet but we found it to skimping a bit too much. And even if not for the portions, the taste seems completely different. What made it even more off putting is when we called back thinking they had forgotten to include the extra portion of beef and they said "we put them both in one container. How else do you expect it to be that much." Definitely left a bad impression.

As someone who eats rice noodles since my day 1 on the planet, I love this place and come eat here whenever I'm in town. Many times I simply forget they close on Tuesdays and still come but that's not their fault!

I ordered delivery to Manhattan from here, was very surprised they deliver. I got the crossing the bridge noodle and the duck gizzards cold dish. They were both delicious. The gizzards were not too spicy, which is good for me, and had the right balance of crunchy and soft. Noodles were excellent as well, a lot of Asian noodles in NYC are ramen, which lean towards the heavy side, so it was nice that ShiMiaoDao makes a nice mild, soothing noodle dish. One negative would be that the beef that came in the noodle was quite tough, but it also came with a very tender chicken wing, so I guess that cancels out

Ordered Original fatty beef (R9) noodles, there's only 3-4 slices thin cut beef..... fat covering beef..... 3-4 mini slices!!!!! $12.05 for one order!! What's wrong!!!!!

This spot was introduced by my boss (he wanted to eat here). I order a noodle with a HUGE chicken leg and part of it thigh on it and it taste great. He order the same noodle and also chicken nuggets and wings (which he gave me a few pieces to taste). The food here is amazing! Will bring my little sister here to try next time. They separate the dry ingredients and soup from each other if you order takeout which is great because your noodles won't ended being soaked like crazy.

I found this place during covid so I've only gotten takeout. The noodles are excellent and they're packed well enough to withstand our car ride home. Everything seems very clean and following covid rules. Hopefully one day I'll be able to dine in!

Good quality food! I order from this place once a week. Never disappointed! Inside the restaurant is very clean.
