First time at Shine and first time dyeing my hair. I had an idea of what I wanted but let the stylist, Erica, do what she thought was most appropriate...she was so right and I'm so glad I went to them! She also gave me a cut (just a trim) which is one of the best cuts i have never had. I'll only be going there from now on.

My hairdresser Michelle is an awesome stylist. I enjoy our friendly conversations. She is on point when she asks me how would like my hair done and/or offers advice as well. Well oriented in her salon.

Each have fabulous technique and are personable and efficient. Hair by Kristen, so creative between updo's, color, cuts and styling, she definitely can take care of your hair needs. High quality, full service salon. Clean and well appointed. They are seasoned professionals who do not cut corners. I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of me and my daughter. I never feel rushed and love that when I don't really know what I want to do, they offer well thought out consultations t that take in to consideration my lifestyle. I don't want a hairstyle that will only look good when I leave the salon that is impossible to replicate on my own. They get it.

I had the pleasure of going to the Shine salon a few weeks back for a facial and back facial and all I can say is WOW! I was greeted at the front by Vanessa the esthetician and Shannon the receptionist, such a pleasant staff. I came in early and was actually able to start the process before my apt time, the room I was led into in the back was very cozy and smelled amazing. The atmosphere is extremely tranquil and relaxing. As I had time to change out of my clothes to prepare for the service I looked around and noticed how extremely clean the place is which helped relax me a bit because I'm super anal when it comes to cleanliness. Vanessa later came in and proceeded to turn on the radio to play some peaceful and soothing nature music that helped quiet my mind and relax my muscles to allow her to work. She knew exactly what kind of products to use on my sensitive, breakout prone skin. Vanessa also asked me if I preferred natural products over man made ones before my apt, I do prefer natural ones so she used them instead. She didn't speak too much like some places I've been to completely ruining my peaceful state of mind. She only spoke to me to ask me health questions or to ask me if everything was okay. After the service she left the room and gave me time to gather myself and get dressed with no hurry or rush which I appreciated greatly. Overall I give this business an A+, thumbs up to Michelle the owner who's really made a name for herself by giving her customers and guests Grade A quality services. keep up the good work!
