The worst customer service, I was standing at both doors waiting for a response for approximately 30 minutes and Rolando just looked at me and did not direct me to where he was going to serve me, the sign said "Open", he was sitting alone looking at his cell phone

Not sure what happened to this shop but they always give cold donuts. Even when I ask them to be warm. They are friendly but food has gotten worse. Find myself leaving my neighborhood now cause of it. Management needs to be improved.

This Shipley's is one of the worst ever! You ask if the donuts are fresh and hot they say yes. Lie! How can the donuts not be hot and fresh or even fresh and warm at 5:30 in the morning. Never, I have given them more chances I'm done. People want fresh not cold!

Service is great Shipley's is always reliable to be the same across stores which can be great but I'm just really into more mom and pop things. So if you're a fan then this location is a great one if you're looking for some unique donut kolache breakfast time well don't go to a chain

Tried to go inside to order some donuts the door was locked. I called because I could see the employee clearly sitting down inside the restaurant in the kitchen area and he stated that this location was only a drive through location. A little upset because the door clearly says the lobby hours are from 5am to 8pm. If you don't want to service customers might as well just shut down.
