I had a 4.96 overall rating, 98% on time, 99% reliability, 96% completion rating and over 400 preferred customers in my metro and yet you deactivate my account. Why? I sent in my appeal and no real person to look into my case. Target is going bankrupt and Shipt will end very soon. You too shall reap what you sow. The corruption within will soon rot. Deactivated me for no reason whatsoever, its ridiculous. My id says who I am.

Be very careful with this company. I had an account with a rating above 4.5 and accepted an order. When I went to deliver it, it was nighttime and the location was extremely dangerous, far from the city and next to a prison. I left the package at the address provided, took photos, and then support called me saying the customer reported I hadn’t delivered the package to their home. I explained and showed that it was the correct address, but they still deactivated my account. I wasn’t going to return to that area—it was too dangerous. Still, support didn’t care and permanently removed my access to the system. Since then, I’ve never been able to take another order with them. This happened right here in Miami. Honestly, if something had happened to me, I believe support would’ve just deleted my account and washed their hands. Even after multiple calls, their customer service was terrible—and they even blocked my number so I couldn’t contact them again. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. And DO NOT keep your money inside the app—your safety comes first. Mucho cuidado con esta empresa. Yo llevaba mi cuenta con mas de 4.5 y acepte una orden y cuando fui a entregarla era de noche en un lugar super peligroso y alejado de la ciudad al lado de una prisión. Puse la orden en la direccion indicada y luego me llama el soporte y me dice que el cliente había dicho que era no había dejado el paquete en su casa. Yo to e fotos y era la direccion correcta. Despues de esto desactivaron mi cuenta. Yo no iba a regresar a ese lugar porque era muy peligroso pero el soporte por mas qué le explique solo desactivaron mi acceso al sistema y mas nunca he podido realizar una orden con ellos. Eso paso aqui en Miami. Creo que si me hubiera sucedido algo el soporte solo hubiera eliminado mi cuenta y se hubiera lavado las manos. Aunque llame varias veces La atencion del soporte siempre fue pésima y bloquean ademas hasta tu número para que no puedas llamarlos mas. NO CONFIEN EN ESTA EMPRESA. I was working for shipt for like 3 years now I was doing great always on time I had a lot of customers who loved me picked me as their favorite shopper tips me really well until broke people who can’t afford groceries started lying wait until I delivered their order report it not delivered missing so they can have their money back and free groceries and shipt on the other hand believe them I took pictures of the orders when I delivered them send it to shipt but they still believe those scammers out there saying I violated the shopper agreement don’t sign up to work for them they’ll take scammers words over their own shoppers they don’t care about us not even using their brains open their eyes to see the issue here instead just go and deactivate shoppers account due to lies I hope scammers continue scamming them

WOW. Set some standards for your employees because you obviously don't do it. My last 2 deliveries from Meijer have smelled like cigarettes or marijuana. I HAVE ASTHMA. THESE SMELLS ARE TRIGGERS FOR AN ATTACK. I will never use this company again.

Terrible. Been calling for 2 days attempting to update my phone number to receive offers. NOTHING!! Verification codes STILL go to the old number which I DON'T HAVE ANYMORE!! Wish I could leave zero stars.

I was a Shopper dedicated to shopping for customers. I had numerous favorite customers who preferred me once to twice a week to get their items. (MIAMI, FL). Well, in traveling to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, I started doing shopping for customers while visiting family for 4days. It's sad to say that of all the times I had to call Support, never did I experience any trouble. But the last order out of 3 in Target for customers. This 1 customer asked if she could add baby formula. I said yes, proceeded with getting her the extra 4cans. But the representative placed me on hold 3times for over 4 mins each time. In which I only stated. SIR, I'm going to be late with these 3 deliveries. He said, he would override the late mark, but he couldn't override the formula. Like 🤦‍♀️. I felt bad for the customer, I purchased 2 cans myself for her. In delivering all orders. That particular customer thanked me so much, and I apologize to her for how the support was mean. Next thing, the entire message disappeared. The next morning, I logged on. Did 2 orders then my acct was deactivated. In calling. Some lady who I barely could understand said she couldn't give me any info. Check my email. Well in constantly calling to speak to someone. Same thing. In my email. They said me being late and my conduct. How in God's name was it my fault for being late, when the support has me on hold and wouldn't assist with the order. Also with the distance of all 3 orders. There was no way in hell you can travel during rush hour traffic for the distance between each order when they live from 10-24 miles apart. Basically 26mins apart. Impossible. And because I apologized to the customer for the agent not overriding the baby formula is considering mean..As for me doing orders, I was always Early, but they don't see that. I just miss my customers I shopped for weekly in Miami. Even though I had a few favorite in Tuscaloosa. Some said they never had a nice, courteous shopper like me who communicated while shopping for them. This is really ridiculous on how Shipt treats us Shoppers.

WARNING! Do NOT sign up to be a shopper for Shipt. I’ve been a Shopper with Shipt since 2018. I had to take a break because of medical reasons, however, that has never been an issue for me, as we are essentially contractors working on our schedules. Periodically we would have to take a Refresher Course to stay up-to-date with Shipt standards, so as long as we completed it before the deadline, we were fine. I completed an order on 9/4/2024 and made $6 from a $126 order. I was in no hurry to withdraw the money as I had planned on completing more orders the following day which is today, 9/5/2024. At about 5:20 pm, my phone notified me that my Shipt Shopper Card had been removed from my Apple Pay. This made me go to my shopper app and to my surprise, I couldn’t log in. It said, “User is disabled “. So I called HQ and got a rep that I could barely understand, and he told me he was unable to provide information about what happened to my account. He also stated that I received an email from Shipt that had the details on why my account was disabled, and then he hung up on me! So I called back and got another agent who I couldn’t understand, so I hung up and called back again. This time, I got someone who I could understand, but she read from the exact same script the first guy did and you guessed it, HUNG UP ON ME! I scrolled through more reviews and even went over to their social media, and I’ve seen similar complaints. To make matters worse, I don’t currently have access to the email I had on file because you know, Apple storage is full, but either way, it’s the way the matter was handled is what baffles me. I’m sure they will be receiving lawsuits left and right from both Shoppers and consumers. DON’T SIGN UP WITH THEM!!!

Horrible. I signed up as part of Target Circle, what a waste of $49. I assumed it would work much like being an Amazon Prime member but it doesn't. I ordered groceries and other things I needed for family who were arriving later one day to stay with us. My morning delivery kept getting pushed back later and later because unlike Amazon, some shopper has to pickup an order. It ended up getting pushed out to the next day and I just said forget it, canceled the order, canceled renewal of Shipt membership and drove to the store myself using store pickup. I was there and home in about 25 minutes. Shipt sounds great and it sounds like Prime but it isn't. Save yourself $49 or $99 a year and either join Prime or just go to Target yourself. Hopefully this terrible company will fold soon, by the other negative reviews I see, it won't be long.

Based on the previous reviews I'm guessing the service varies by area because I have using ShipT for over five years and the service and overall experience has been exemplary! I am actually waiting on today's order as I am writing this review. The heat index today is 109° and this is my biggest reason for ordering online, icky weather. I ordered groceries from Publix in Vestavia Alabama using Shipt. Several items were buy one, get one free (BOGO) . When I received my bill, I was charged full price for all items. I ordered 8 items that were BOGO and by ordering 2 of each, should have saved $53.00. When I called Shipt, I was told they do BOGOs differently and I should have only ordered one of each item, not two. Doesn't make sense! They overcharged me $53.00!

After using Shipt via the Target app for more than two years, I wonder when they'll fix the problem created when a Shipt Shopper clicks whatever they click to text this message from (855) 929-2228: "Shipt: Your Target order is in progress. See current status: https://delivery.shipt.com/track/8def63a42fdd62bd2616a772bc0cfd184884809ba925345a46-202405082****" See attached screen shot displaying the result of clicking on their link. In the page displayed, you'll notice: "Shopper is shopping. If you need to edit your order, please let them know." How? How do I let a Shipt Shopper know I need to edit my order. There's no option to connect with the Shipt Shopper anywhere on this page. IF - and that's a BIG IF - the Shipt Shopper follows - what I imagine to be the training Shipt provides - providing the Shopper bothers to look at it - IF they text me at the start of their shopping - then - YES, I can connect with them to edit my order. 99.95% of the time - new Shipt Shoppers DO NOT text an introductory status message until they're at my door. When - will either Shipt - or Target - fix the https://delivery.shipt.com/track/ page to include a way to contact their shopper.

I had a package from Target sent to my UPS mail box. The UPS store closes at 6pm. The Shipt delivery person left my package outside of the UPS building and took a picture of it being left outside. Why not just deliver my package again during business hours. I'll never use Shipt. Their delivery persons lack proper training

They do your shopping for you and deliver. If you go and spend $80 In store. They will charge sometimes double that and say o so sorry we don't do all the deals They have fees on top of it. I've used them for 3 years. Now just seen that they have taken ove 5 grand from me. Plus the annual or monthly charge for a supposed free delivery. Rip of scam I do t recommend. Their shoppers are told not to give you receipt so you don't see how much they steal from you. Get rid of them now. There so many other things. Plus I'm sure anyone could use a tip if you just ask someone like we used to

Today I ordered an item from Best Buy that was misdelivered by this company. I reached out to Customer Service 15 minutes after seeing the picture that was sent and realized the package was delivered to the wrong address/home. After explaining the situation, the person that I talked to, Michael, told me that I needed to reach out to Best Buy for either a refund or a replacement. When I was connected to Best Buy they were closed. Are you freaking kidding me? You mean to tell me as a Carrier that you do not have the capability to reach out to the driver and redirect back to where the package was (mis) delivered to rectify? The next CSR that I talked to I asked this question and she kept redirecting. I am going into Best Buy tomorrow and I'm going to reach out to the Corporate office. The customer SHOULD NOT have to go back to the vendor to rectify an issue that was caused by the shipper. This is ridiculous.
