I can't say enough good things about Shirt Agency! They have excellent craftsmanship, excellent customer service, pricing, turnaround time, everything! You can tell they truly care about each and every project. I've been working with them for almost 1 year now, and before I found them, I had been searching for a good screenprinter for about 1 year. They're the best.

Cole and the Shirt Agency Team were so great and attentive from the beginning. I really appreciated their follow up to ensure we were satisfied with the design. When the hats were delivered, we couldn't have been happier with our Love. hats. Thank you so much, Shirt Agency!

As their competitor, I can't complain anything about them. They are professional and offer good quality projects. The owner Cole is very humble and knowledgeable person what he does. Thank you Cole and the team!

Cole at the Shirt Agency did an amazing custom order job for our daughters wedding. We had a music fest themed rehearsal dinner/event. The swag shirt was a hit and people send pic to them wearing the shirt all year. Thanks Shirt Agency!

I had such a great experience with the Shirt Agency! Not only were they able to take my request last minute but were able to expedite and have shirts delivered just in time for my event. I worked directly with Cole who was such a great help, constantly providing updated status and continually expediting. Tons of help! will gladly recommend to friends and co-workers. Good luck you guys, Bertie NY

Tried Shirt Agency twice. The first order went great! If it was just that one order I would've given this place 5 stars but after my most recent order experience I would not recommend this place for screenprinting to anyone. My recent order had over 1/3 of the shirts misprinted on shirts that I provided. One of the screens was not aligned properly and there was a "drift" in that layer of ink that would just get worse and worse as I went down each stack of shirts. (in batches of 10-12). So the top shirt would be printed fine then as you go down the stack that one ink layer would just move further up the shirt. Why isn't the printer looking over the shirts as they print them? Why would they handle customer provided blanks with such disregard? It took a week to get any reply about it even though I sent emails with pictures and texts to the agent I was working with. Finally I get a call to talk about the issue. I was given a lot of excuses that made no sense to the issue I had. Finally it was revealed that they hadn't even seen the pictures or bothered to ask. To this day I'm still not certain the pictures were ever actually looked at. Seeing as they ruined 1/3rd of the shirts I had purchased and provided them they told me the best they can do is offer a discount on reprinting. No compensation for the shirts they ruined. I had to accept as I was in a time crunch to get these done. I get the re-prints in and they look significantly darker than the previous batch. I saw that they decided to put in a black ink layer for some reason. (Again, I believe it's because they never took the time to actually understand the issue or review the pictures I provided). This was never discussed and so technically this entire reprint was misprinted already. But it gets worse. The "drift" issue was still present and this time on the black ink layer they decided to add in. They're now moving locations and they told me that "this is the best we can do before the move." Absolutely unacceptable level of service and attention to detail.
