Shock Gelato is three weeks old and already has a place in my heart. From rich chocolate to punchy fruit flavors, I was amazed by each sample. The gelato is true creamy gelato, and the passionate owner, Ignacio, is proud to offer a difference in the competitive dessert chain with "fresh fruits and ingredients," making a pastry-meets-gelato company. He claims there is no need for toppings, because "all the toppings are already there." And he's right! My most shocking taste was the kiwi gelato; using fresh kiwi, it has the unique seedy crunch I love!
