Where to Find Holiday Vodka Cocktails in Miami | Eater

"Drag brunch at the Palace is a Miami Beach institution, right up there with colorful lifeguard chairs and sunsets at South Pointe Park. The show is hard to miss as you stroll down Ocean Drive, where drag queens sashay and shablam from the stage to the street, lip-syncing to the greatest pop divas of our time. If you want to watch the show as more than a passerby, the Palace is welcoming to everyone. So grab a seat and order a Rose on Ocean with Ketel One vodka, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, bitters, and a rose garnish." - Matthew Meltzer

Miami’s Best Gay Bars and Restaurants | Eater Miami

"While every queen deserves a palace, it must be noted that food, drink, and entertainment are also necessities. Aside from the famous weekend drag show brunches (and now on Mondays, too) with unlimited mimosas for $55, Palace also offers drag lunches on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from noon to 3 p.m. It also provides a happy hour Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Enjoy themed weekday dinners from 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., such as Spill The Tuesdays, Way Back Wednesdays, and the Latin-themed Cafe con Leche Thursdays." - Stacy Moya

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff were quite rude, especially one female employee who was dismissive and unhelpful despite claiming to assist me. Her colleague, a bald man with glasses, was equally unpleasant—it almost felt like they were competing to see who could be more discourteous. I ultimately decided to leave the store without making a purchase due to the poor customer service. Good luck guys keep up this great attitude. If u dint like ur job just quit and stay home!

This place is Amazing! Even greater being local on the beach. Oliver and team really went above and beyond to make sure my experience was 5 star. I got the perfect pair of shoes to start my new job, and even greater they were the perfect price for what I needed. You can spend cheap or go higher end too. My pair was only $50 for some awesome adidas, but if I wanted $200 pair they have me covered too. Store is immaculately clean. Couldn’t be happier with my experience from start to finish. Thank you.

Wow, what a great experience at Shoe Palace in collins in South Beach. This is by far the biggest Shoe Palace, that I have been in and a huge selection, and two floors of pure Sneaker heaven. Mikey and Ashley took care of me and I could not complain. They had a huge selection of shoes and clothes to match. I love that every month or so they have different t shirt variations such as the sopranos , wwf and Scarface. Loved the Bruce Lee themed gear that they had as well. Thank you guys and keep up the great work.

Google
Wonderful experience, especially from the cashiers to the representatives that’s on the floor except the ball headed guy that was there. He seemed to be rude. Seems like he didn’t wanna be there trying to rush his employee to go ahead and do orders and stuff trying to help me out. I thought it was customers first, but I guess that’s not his motto how he’s Working there or is part of management if he’s the manager or something it’s very inexcusable. are you gonna ignore the people that pay your paycheck that is crazy? Shoutout to Kevin for being exceptional, he stopped what he was doing just to help me out and add something that I look forward to be as a returning member to Shoe Palace, but for the ball headed guy that was there that is very inexcusable how you treat customers at the same customers who help pay for your paycheck

Yelp
If you're looking for some new kicks, hats or just great athlesiure wear this is a great spot. The staff is really attentive and nice. The amount of shoes they had was unreal but I really like all their clothing they had too.

Yelp
First off this was my third time visiting this store. Except for the girl working, the manager, Michael was rude! I asked about a shoe size and all he said was, I don't have it. Then when I looked at some tee shirts, before I even started to look for a size he asked, what size are you looking for so I can pull it out, as to not mess up the folding?? I'm a grown adult and would not just yank out clothes and not pull them out and leave them. I don't know if this is every day attitude but If you're manager, the company needs to reevaluate your skills or demote you.

Yelp
Great variety of shoes. Amazing customer service, I had Cecile help me find the shoes I was looking for. The whole time he had a positive, friendly attitude. I felt welcomed and will be returning, very nice people.

Yelp
Love this location for Shoe Palace!! Artist Typoe designed a custom piece in the adidas section which looks so awesome and bright, giving South Beach a vibrant look. Check out this store for some cool kicks and apparel pieces.
