Shootz is an Asian-inspired & Hawaiian eatery that is best known as 'The Original Home of Kimchi Butter'. They have multiple locations and they are all located within the properties of Rodeo Public Market (Rodeo 72, Rodeo 39, Rodeo X, and Rodeo River Street) & Uptown Commons in Long Beach. For this location, the eatery is located inside of Rodeo 39 Public Market.
[Parking]: Parking for Rodeo 39 Public Market isn't too bad during weekdays and parking is free.
[Ordering]: I ordered at the cashier counter and I waited about 5 minutes before receiving my order.
[Menu]: The two most popular items are Kimchi Butter Chicken Katsu and our Spam Brûlée Musubi. Bundles include fountain drink, but I ordered a la carte instead (saved few bucks and skipped fountain drink).

Katsu Chicken Sando (signature and crisp Kimchi Butter Katsu Chicken served on a moist toasted Hawaiian bun. Topped with creamy Kimchi Aioli, signature Macaroni Salad, and brûlée'd brown sugar - $9.69): This chicken sandwich was quite a disappointment. Both chicken katsu and macaroni salad were fine, but it was not spicy at all.
Spam Brûlée Musubi (Grilled Spam nestled between freshly steamed rice, wrapped in Nori or seaweed paper, and topped with crisp green onion. Drizzled with creamy Kimchi Aioli and brûlée'd brown sugar - 2 pieces for $4.19): Musubi tasted mediocre and just alright.

Can't say I was super impressed - I would rather spend the same amount of money on three In-N-Out cheeseburgers or one chicken + beef teriyaki combo plate instead.
